# The Bible Volume 1 - A Book Of Fact and Prophecy (VHS)

Is the Bible accurate and reliable? How was it produced? Can it help us face the problems of modern life? These questions and others are answered in a three-volume set of videotapes, of which this is the first volume. Locations in Bible lands are visited, and scores of artifacts from museums in Europe and the Middle East are examined. Fascinating insights from archaeology are presented simply and clearly. The first program, The Bible—Accurate History, Reliable Prophecy, looks at the world in which the Bible was produced. Empires that loom large in Bible history are examined. What kind of people were the Egyptians, the Assyrians, the Babylonians, and others of Bible times? Is the Bible’s portrayal of them fair and accurate? Were its prophecies about them. Judge for yourself as you examine actual documents that these ancient peoples wrote and monuments that they erected to claim a place in history. You will find the evidence compelling. This video will help you to appreciate the Bible as never before! Part of the FLEMISHDOG VHS Shit Collection
