# Steady as She Goes

Title from data sheet

Issued also as videorecording

Focuses on John Fulfit, a seventy-year-old, retired Canadian, who indulges his childhood yearning to go to the sea by crafting rigged ships in bottles. He is shown working at his craft as he sings chanteys, philosophically converses with the camera, etc. Archival stills compare his work to actual vessel construction
