# Speed Racer Y2K Pilot (Mach Go Go Go RESTART 1997)

This is the pilot of Speed Racer Y2K , the first attempt at an English dub of Mach Go Go Go (1997) , as produced by Speed Racer Enterprises. This is a dub of episode 3, Silver Phantom , and was originally shown at the San Diego Comic-Con in 1998. Later, Speed Racer Enterprises would partner with DiC Entertainment to try adapting Mach Go Go Go (1997) again as Speed Racer X . This copy of the episode was pulled from the 2001 "Signature Collectable Series" DVD Box set of the original series, which included this pilot as a "never-before-seen" extra.
