# ⚙️ ROBOT BOY⚙️ COMPLETE 9 2009 MAP

To guide us… After 5 and a half months Robot Boy is finally complete! This map was definitely a challenge to put out there mainly because of how esoteric and “out there” the concept was. A lesser-known animated film from 2009 along with a Linkin Park ballad that a lot of people don’t know about. 9 isn’t as big in the animation community as Warriors is and I was very much aware of this. It took a LOT of patience on my end to find enough participants willing to participate, but it was very much worth it. We managed to create something beautiful despite its relative obscurity. This map is about the character 5 from 9. An absolute sweetheart who endures a lot of physical and psychological trauma throughout the course of the film. Unfortunately 5 doesn’t survive by the end of the film, but as the lyrics of Robot Boy suggest, despite his original fears and apathy, he was given the strength from his peers to become a badass, which led him to make the ultimate sacrifice.
