Iowa Department of Transportation Video VH-591 Grading Safety This video covers some of the safety hazards associated with typical grading sites, from clearing and grubbing to working near utilities and final grading. Emphasis is on personal responsibility for safety and awareness of the hazards. With footage from operating work zones, good safety practices, actual safety hazards and unsafe working conditions and procedures are illustrated.
