# In Memory of Caltrans Maintenance Workers

California Department of Transportation Video VH-68 In Memory of Caltrans Maintenance Workers This tape is a compilation of TV news reports on fatal accidents involving Caltrans employees in highway work zones. On-site interviews with co-workers feature their grief for lost colleagues, the hazards of the job, the verbal abuse highway workers endure from angry motorists, and the high-speed, reckless driving that endangers workers' lives. Funeral footage featuring family and friends of the killed workers makes a powerful statement for public understanding and safe driving in work zones.
