# God Bless Dan Cougar (Swedish Dub of God Bless Dancouga)

The long out-of-print Swedish dub of 1987 OVA God Bless Dancouga, a stand-alone sequel to classic mecha anime Super Bestial Machine God Dancouga. This release used an Open Matte transfer of the film, showing the full 4:3 frame of the image rather than cropping it down to 16:9. Some shots are drawn with this kind of presentation in mind, while others skimp out on painting the top and bottom of each cel, suggesting that the intended aspect ratio changed during production. Ripped from the 2003 DVD release with MakeMKV, and uploaded as individual DVD segments in case it might speed up the upload process.
