# High-Noon Toons (Cartoon Network) - February 1996 (W/C)

UPDATE (2/23/2021): I have removed the encode from 2019, and I've now uploaded a much better looking encode than the previous one (no stuttering frames anywhere!). It took a little while, but I now it's here to stay, in better quality than anyone else can provide! Enjoy and stay safe! = = = = = Another re-up in the perpetual VHS vault of goodies: 2 1/4 hours of an ultra-rare block of Cartoon Network material called "High Noon Toons." No exaggerated description this time, just the fact that I found this at all is a miracle in and of itself. I had payed $40 for it, so I had hoped it would be worth it in the end... it took a little while, but the block eventually came in and changed my mood from destroyed at the fact that none of this tape would have commercial breaks to "holy shit, I have a tape containing lost media on it."
