# WCBS-TV 2 Primetime Cartoons - March 23, 1985 (W/O/C)

From airings of "Garfield in the Rough" and "It's Magic Charlie Brown." This was my latest eBay tape acquisition, bought in October of 2020. As of now, this tape is in my top 5 grails of my home-recorded VHS tape collection. I was expecting the whole tape to have been recorded in SP mode, but further inspecting this tape, I noted that the next recording (containing the Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny Easter specials) was in LP mode and only contained snippets of commercial breaks, and the Charmkins/Popeye section (which I will upload next) has one commercial break paused out. Even with this incongruity, the ad breaks that are on this tape make up for everything this tape is going against. This includes my favorite commercial of all time on here (McDonald's "Dancin'"), plus a slue of other excellent commercials! Enjoy, everyone, and stay safe! ~ bd
