# 1989 VHS • Parachute Express Live in Concert 60 FPS

Parachute Express Live in Concert is a 1989 children's concert video featuring the Los Angeles-based children's music trio Parachute Express, consisting of Donnie Brewer, Janice Danforth, and Stephen Gidel. The program is framed by a brief animated intro featuring a character named Jimbo, who introduces the Jimberee bus taking the audience to see the band. The concert is shot with an audience of young children and includes extended participation segments between songs in which the performers interact directly with the audience, take answers from children about what they would do at a friend's house, and lead physical activity games. The setlist covers eleven songs performed live, including audience participation versions of each. Songs include Around the Block, Wiggle Your Bones, Walking in My Neighborhood, When You Come Over to My House, Do You Know Who I Am (an animal guessing game song with characters including a giraffe, alligator, slippery seal, kangaroo, and elephant), Parachute Express Train, Do-Whack-a-Do, World of Make-Believe, Down on the Farm, When I Build My House, Bake a Birthday Cake, and a closing medley and encore. The tape runs approximately 53 minutes.
