# 1992 VHS • Legs of Steel 60 FPS

Legs of Steel is a lower-body workout program hosted by Tammy Lee Webb, designed to be performed entirely in a standing position. Webb targets the inner thigh (adductor), outer thigh (abductor), quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteus muscles. Equipment required is a chair used as a ballet barre for balance, with optional ankle weights or resistance bands to apply the overload principle for muscle shaping. The warm-up includes shoulder-width stance knee bends, side-to-side steps, arm swings, single-leg lifts with squats, step touches with knee lifts, and chair-assisted static stretches for the hamstrings, inner thigh, quadriceps, and calf on both sides. The exercise sequence uses a seated squat off the chair as the base exercise repeated between each isolation movement. Two-legged seated squats establish the pattern before single-legged squats with isometric holds at the bottom are introduced on both sides. A hamstring curl sequence follows in three positions, then inner thigh (adductor) work in three positions, and outer thigh (abductor) work in three positions. Webb cues throughout on knee alignment, pressing through the heels, contracting the target muscle, and pulling in the abdominals to support the lower back. The workout closes with a final combined run-through of squat, adduction, hamstring curl, and outer thigh, followed by standing chair stretches for hamstrings, inner thigh, quadriceps, and hip area on both sides.
