# 1994 VHS • A Walk Through History - Religious Creationism 60 FPS

A promotional and educational video produced by the Institute for Creation Research, documenting a guided tour of the Museum of Creation and Earth History, which opened in September 1992 in Santee, California, running approximately one hour and twenty minutes. The host, identified as a geologist affiliated with ICR, opens by noting that 30,000 visitors came through in the museum's first year. The museum presents a creationist interpretation of history structured chronologically from the biblical creation account through the present, covering the creation, the fall of man, Noah's flood, and the Tower of Babel before proceeding through subsequent periods. Exhibits address geological topics including fossil formation, the Grand Canyon's rock layers, and radiometric dating, all interpreted through a young-earth creationist framework. One extended segment is presented to a live student audience and uses the example of concrete to argue that fossilization occurs rapidly rather than over millions of years. The program also covers the origin of human languages, ancient civilizations, and the biblical genealogies. The museum is described as open nine to four, six days a week. The program closes with an invitation for viewers to request a free subscription to ICR's monthly newsletter Acts and Facts and information about ICR's graduate school and publications.
