# That's Solent News - 2018

This item contains most of the 2018 news broadcasts from "That's Solent", a local independent television station in the South of the United Kingdom. "Solent News Now", the main evening bulletin, is generally one hour long, although this comprises the same half-hour of reports repeated twice, with the presenter introducing each story with the same script read in slightly different ways. A compilation of stories from the week, variously titled "Solent Last Week Now", "That's TV Weekly Review" or "Hampshire Highlights" airs at weekends. While all of these bulletins were recorded in 2018, the commercials in the commercial breaks appear many years older, for reasons which are unclear. Occasional instances where bulletins were not broadcast, or were replaced with news from a different studio (e.g. That's Manchester) may occur. Filenames give date and time of recording - a time greater than 24 hours (e.g. '2800') indicates that the bulletin was recorded from a post-midnight repeat, but is from the evening of the date shown.
