# THE NINTH GUEST video quality upgrade

This version has much improved contrast and brightness, plus it’s in the standard MPEG4 (MP4) format with a smaller download footprint than the existing IA copy. “Entertaining classic horror whodunit” “Amazing low-budget thriller” “A hidden gem” “Terrific mystery thriller” (IMDB reviews quotes). Thanks to its clever screenplay and dynamic direction this horror whodunit packs a lot of chills into a compact 65 minutes. Good cast too. Adapted from the novel “The Invisible Host.” Recommended. IMDB rating 7.0. Directed by Roy William Neill (as R William Neill). Released in 1934. Complete print. A. K.A. “The 9th Guest”
