# Strohm 0048

Incomplete excerpt from film about rubber farming in Southeast Asia. A white man in a suit spins a globe and points to Thailand and Indonesia on a map, and footage cuts to scenes of everyday life, industry and military parades in Southeast Asia. Rubber farming in Southeast Asia and in other locations; as metadata gives "Ceylon," then presumably some is Sri Lanka; includes farming, British and American colonial militia and scenes of Saigon, Vietnam. Another segment possibly designed Strohm_0049. Technical note: Image appears flipped from 2:15 to end.
