# Popeye - Quiet! Pleeze... (1941, Colorized)

I found a video from DailyMotion.

- Kind: Cartoon
- Year: 1941
- By: Fleischer Studios
- Genres: Animation
- Archive: [Internet Archive](https://archive.org/details/PopeyeQuietPleeze1941Colorized_201509)
- Licence or status: [Public Domain Mark 1.0](http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/) (as the archive states it)
- US copyright record: Its uploader marked it public domain; the US Copyright Office's records show its copyright renewed on 31 December 1969 by United Artists Television, Inc. (PWH) ([Catalog of Copyright Entries, Third Series, Parts 12–13: Motion Pictures, vol. 23 (1969), p. 42, renewal R452216](https://archive.org/details/catalogofc19693231213libr/page/n59))
- Who can watch: Kids profiles and older (the archive gives no rating; placed by Invisible Network from its collection and subjects)

Not offered: its uploader marks it public domain, but its own name says it is a later version (colourised or redrawn), whose new matter the old film's basis does not reach. Unclear is not offered.
