# LA GLU \[1907\]

Alice Guy-Blache \[1873-1968\] is not as well-known as Georges Melies but just as prolific and influential. Here is a short film called "La Glu" \[1907\] involving the mischievous adventures of a boy with a bucket of glue that resembles today's cyanoacrylate equivalent--Super Glue. The collected works by Alice Guy-Blache when she was associated with Gaumont Films is available from Kino http://www.kino.com/video/item.php?film_id=988 .
