# Mass Open Rescue at an Egg Farm

As part of the Animal Liberation Conference, nearly 500 activists participated in a mass open rescue where 37 chickens were removed from a Whole Foods' egg farm. Forty activists were subsequently arrested in an act of civil disobedience.
