# Reflog • GitHub & Git Foundations

Git keeps track of your revisions to your code, but what if you need to keep track of the work Git is doing? Reflog makes this extremely simple. It provides a recent history of activity including commits, merges, resets, and rebases, and it lets you roll back or forward to any point in that history with ease, empowering you to make frequent commits as well as undo (or redo) just about anything.
