# CDC in Action- Hank Tomlinson

Our job at the Division of Global HIV and TB at CDC CDC is to end epidemics. We work HIV, and we work on TB. CDC uses data to depict epidemics, to identify public health problems, and to guide the solutions that we implement. Our epidemiologists, medical offices, public health advisors, and other practitioners are actively working to inform the way we plan future programs.
