# ATSDR Director Chris Portier- Please fill out and return health survey

ATSDR is conducting a survey of more than 300,000 people who lived or worked at Camp Lejeune or Camp Pendleton in the 1970s and 1980s. In partnership with the U.S. Marine Corps, ATSDR is asking a sample of former Marines, sailors, their families, and civilian employees to answer questions about where and when they lived at the base, and about health conditions they have experienced.
