# 04 Jan 2017 - the statement of the representative of Hm LPR major Marochko A. V.

The Ukrainian punishers from the 54th separate motor rifle brigade three times violated the ceasefire regime, having subjected to firing the positions of the LPR People's Militia near the localities of Zhyoltoye and Kalinovka. The order to open fire was personally given by the commander of the brigade the ardent nationalist Gorbatyuk. The enemy used mortars of 82 mm caliber, RPG launchers, AGS and small arms.
