# Vasamuseet, Samtidigt-Meanwhile Wikipedia touch table demo

Short demonstration of a touch table (Microsoft PixleSense) beeing used at Vasamuseet in Sweden at the exhibition Samtidigt/Meanwhile. Wikipedia articles that are relevant to the exhibition are shown using API questions to get articles with coordinates from selected categories placed on the map. The user can zoom in and out and when klicking on a marker the introduction of an article is shown along with some of the images. If the article is available in multiple languages it is possible to choose between some using flags. A QRpedia code is also shown that will lead to the article in the language of the smart phone beeing used to scan the code. The application is developed by a company named Spree with support of Wikimedia Sweden for wiki related questions
