# Flowing Gold (1924)

Flowing Gold, with English intertitles.

2023 restoration by the Czech Film Archive and the San Francisco Silent Film Festival. This restoration is based on the film's only surviving element, a Czech print preserved at the Czech Film Archive. Intertitles are reconstructed based on a translation of the Czech intertitles, contemporary trade publications, and Rex Beach's 1922 novel Flowing Gold. Opening titles are reconstructed based on contemporary advertisements and typography of other 1924 films by First National Pictures. Reconstructed elements are marked by "SFSFF".
