# 松川防衛大臣政務官「カウンセリング体験」

隊員の皆様こんにちは。

防衛大臣政務官の松川るいです。 今日、私生まれて初めてカウンセリングというものを受けさせていただきました。 私はカウンセリングというのは特別とかネガティブなイメージが全然無くてですね、結構海外では、経営者とか責任のある立場にある人はコーチングという形で、専門家の方に精神面でのアドバイスを聞くというのは普通のことなので、私はカウンセリング自体には全然ネガティブなイメージが無くて、わざわざやらないといけないという印象もなく、やったことがなかったんですね。 今日受けてみて、本当によかったなと思いました。
