# Hope Miyoba - Science Museum Group, on Wikipedia and the SMG

Hope delivered a lightning talk at the Wikimania 2022 UK Community Festival. Lightning talks are short talks from our community of volunteers, partners, staff and members. Hope is the Wikimedian in Residence at the Science Museum Group. She leads on the partnership between Wikimedia UK and the museum, enabling a series of events, training, and volunteer opportunities. Her work enables the Science Museum's extensive collection to be accessed by a wide audience for free, helping researchers and other practitioners utilise the wealth of knowledge.
