# Sophia Aguilera - Rim Light (2021)

Rim Light is a Chilean 2D computer animated short film made by Sophia Aguilera.

A moth with a broken wing wishes to reach a shiny pearl up on a pillar, however, the path is not that easy as they have to climb all the way up by themselves. They will fill up with determination and will climb the pillar not just to get the pearl, but something much brighter.

My second year student film! This was a whole new experience, that's for sure, specially with the current situation. Feels like all the hard work though the year really paid off, so I'm very excited to show you guys this film!

I directed, animated, half-colored and composed the whole thing, the rest was done by an amazing team I can't yet thank enough. Not mentioning the music people that made this thousands of times unique! Thank you so much, guys! 😅

Never be blinded by the light, just keep going!
