Scanned at 600dpi in 24-bit color, then algorithmically deskewed and manually cropped to a single page size throughout. This is a remarkably clean copy, given the pulp paper and rusted staple binding, but it seems all text has been preserved, excepting some over-close cropping required on the cover.
