[0:05] Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the right time. A wave original.
[0:10] Speaker 1: My name is Bobani Jones. Thanks for listening wherever you
[0:12] Speaker 1: get your podcast. Thanks for watching us on YouTube. Subscribe, like,
[0:17] Speaker 1: rate us, review us, give us five stars. You only
[0:19] Speaker 1: give us four stars. I'm inclined to believe you are
[0:22] Speaker 1: a hater. We got a lot going on. We got
[0:25] Speaker 1: a lot of college football stuff. We got the police
[0:27] Speaker 1: out here acting bad, right? Trying to figure out what's
[0:30] Speaker 1: going on with some of these quarterbacks. But yesterday, We
[0:34] Speaker 1: got a great slate of NFL football. And not only
[0:37] Speaker 1: did we get a great slate of NFL football, we
[0:40] Speaker 1: got a great slate of NFL football while still in
[0:44] Speaker 1: the midst of the bye weeks, right? Where you're still
[0:47] Speaker 1: looking up and being like, damn, where is that team? Like, oh,
[0:50] Speaker 1: where are the Colts? The Colts got a week off
[0:52] Speaker 1: after they took that ass whooping last week. And then
[0:54] Speaker 1: it's like, damn, where are the Saints? And it was
[0:56] Speaker 1: very disappointing for the rest of the NFL that the
[0:58] Speaker 1: Saints didn't play because if they did, somebody would win.
[1:02] Speaker 1: You know what I mean? They bring joy all across America.
[1:08] Speaker 1: They like a spirit squad. That's how I look at them.
[1:14] Speaker 1: But I have to be honest. I'm talking about that
[1:16] Speaker 1: great slate of gains. It was really a great slate
[1:21] Speaker 1: of gains on paper.
[1:24] Speaker 2: Right?
[1:25] Speaker 1: A lot of good matchups. A lot of intriguing matchups.
[1:30] Speaker 1: Not that many actual, factual, great games, but I did
[1:35] Speaker 1: think the games were interesting. And look, the crown jewels
[1:39] Speaker 1: of the weekend, I think that we would agree. The
[1:40] Speaker 1: two games that we were most looking for were... Actually,
[1:43] Speaker 1: we had three of them, but we're going to lock
[1:44] Speaker 1: you in on two of them right now. The game
[1:47] Speaker 1: of the week CBS had was Broncos and the Chiefs.
[1:53] Speaker 1: Then we had the night game, the Lions and the Eagles.
[1:55] Speaker 1: And because you guys are typically curious about these things, yes.
[1:59] Speaker 1: I went to Nick's house for the Chiefs and the Broncos,
[2:02] Speaker 1: and I left after the first quarter because I could tell.
[2:05] Speaker 1: It was getting a little bit tense. And then the 12-year-old,
[2:08] Speaker 1: when I left, looked at me and said, so I'm
[2:10] Speaker 1: going to have to deal with this all by myself?
[2:13] Speaker 1: And unfortunately, darling, that was exactly what was going to happen, man,
[2:17] Speaker 1: because it was like we wasn't even there. You know
[2:20] Speaker 1: what I'm saying? Like the only way we could be
[2:22] Speaker 1: there is by being annoyed, right? My man got focused.
[2:25] Speaker 1: He was in on that. So anyway, watch some of
[2:27] Speaker 1: that game over there. Came back, watched the game at
[2:30] Speaker 1: the crib. Also had Eagles and Lions that night. And sorry,
[2:38] Speaker 1: I just had this moment where I got a little
[2:40] Speaker 1: salty about the Lions losing again. But anyway, the macro
[2:43] Speaker 1: overarching theme that I had about that game and it's
[2:48] Speaker 1: going to tie to some other games too. but it
[2:50] Speaker 1: really was overarching. I came out by that game was,
[2:54] Speaker 1: I don't feel like anybody came out of that game
[2:56] Speaker 1: feeling good about the 18, either one of those games.
[2:59] Speaker 1: I don't think anybody did. I was looking at all
[3:01] Speaker 1: threads yesterday. I do that from time to time. Anyway, uh,
[3:07] Speaker 1: Jamel Hill has sent a tweet. I'm reading it now.
[3:08] Speaker 1: She says, so after beating the Lions, is the media
[3:11] Speaker 1: going to spend this week talking about the Eagles like
[3:13] Speaker 1: they're 2-8 instead of 8-2? And the answer is, yeah,
[3:17] Speaker 1: pretty much. That's what we're going to do. Except it's
[3:20] Speaker 1: not really so much that we're going to talk about
[3:22] Speaker 1: the Eagles like they're 2-8. We're going to talk about
[3:24] Speaker 1: them like they got a 2-8 offense that has 8-2 talent.
[3:29] Speaker 1: And there's just no... They are an awful watch. Like, Ryan,
[3:33] Speaker 1: I think that's maybe the thing that makes this most interesting.
[3:36] Speaker 1: It's not simply that they're not good on offense. They're
[3:39] Speaker 1: hard to watch. Yeah, you see why they're not good
[3:40] Speaker 1: at offense. It ain't even like they trying to be good.
[3:44] Speaker 3: I remember I texted you this last night. They look
[3:46] Speaker 3: like a team that needs to make a trade for
[3:48] Speaker 3: a game-changing wide receiver.
[3:49] Speaker 1: Yes.
[3:50] Speaker 3: Except they have one of those.
[3:51] Speaker 1: They have two of them.
[3:52] Speaker 3: Two of them. They drafted one. They traded for one.
[3:54] Speaker 1: They've got two game-changing wide receivers. They've got a pretty
[3:56] Speaker 1: good running back. Right? They have a not bad quarterback.
[4:00] Speaker 1: So that's the thing I think we have to say
[4:01] Speaker 1: about Hurts. And I'm curious if you agree with me
[4:03] Speaker 1: about this one. Where I do think that Hurts is
[4:05] Speaker 1: a limited quarterback. And they're not even getting to the
[4:08] Speaker 1: limit of the limited.
[4:08] Speaker 4: Right.
[4:09] Speaker 3: Right.
[4:10] Speaker 1: They're telling everybody just don't mess nothing up. We keep
[4:14] Speaker 1: talking about how mad A.J. Brown is. I assure you,
[4:17] Speaker 1: everybody over there has got to be mad. I'm starting
[4:20] Speaker 1: to like him even more because I feel like he's
[4:23] Speaker 1: taking the fall for the whole squad. He has decided, fine,
[4:28] Speaker 1: I'll do it.
[4:29] Speaker 3: I'll say something.
[4:30] Speaker 1: If they all said something, maybe it would be a
[4:32] Speaker 1: little bit better. The owner had to come down and
[4:35] Speaker 1: talk to him. And I'm sure the owner started with, hey, hey, hey.
[4:39] Speaker 3: I know.
[4:40] Speaker 2: Right.
[4:41] Speaker 3: I know.
[4:41] Speaker 1: Here's my question for you, Ryan. Where do you think
[4:43] Speaker 1: they had that conversation? And so Jeffrey Lurie, the owner
[4:45] Speaker 1: of the Eagles, they said they'd put it out there.
[4:47] Speaker 1: He had a meeting with A.J. Brown. And they basically
[4:50] Speaker 1: were like, man, just don't do it.
[4:51] Speaker 3: You're asking if he got called to the principal's office?
[4:53] Speaker 1: Well, no. I'm not even surprised he didn't get called
[4:55] Speaker 1: to the principal's office. But like, well, yes. Yeah. There
[4:59] Speaker 1: we go. A much nicer principal's office. Yeah.
[5:02] Speaker 3: Right.
[5:03] Speaker 1: Except I don't think it was ever going to be
[5:04] Speaker 1: like the principal's office because I would know if I
[5:06] Speaker 1: was A.J. Brown that we're just going to have a
[5:08] Speaker 1: chat here. Right, right. Because there ain't no way in
[5:12] Speaker 1: the world he'd think this shit is okay. He the
[5:15] Speaker 1: one paying for it.
[5:16] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[5:16] Speaker 2: Right?
[5:17] Speaker 1: So, like, if A.J. Brown has a problem and he
[5:20] Speaker 1: gets paid for it, what do you think the guy
[5:22] Speaker 1: that's paying for it.
[5:23] Speaker 3: Feels about it? Yeah, and not just paying him, paying Hertz.
[5:26] Speaker 3: Paying Smith, paying Barclay, yeah.
[5:29] Speaker 1: All of these people to score like 15 points. So like,
[5:31] Speaker 1: did they come up in the office? And you know
[5:33] Speaker 1: how the office would be set up, whereas the desk,
[5:35] Speaker 1: but then there's also a very nice couch and coffee table.
[5:39] Speaker 1: Maybe a nice view. Right, with snacks and all kinds
[5:43] Speaker 1: of things. Like, you know, would you like a latte?
[5:45] Speaker 1: I can have somebody go make one for you.
[5:47] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[5:47] Speaker 1: Right, like, was the chat along those terms? Did the
[5:50] Speaker 1: owner come down to the locker room during practice and
[5:52] Speaker 1: be like, hey, AJ, let's go talk over here to
[5:54] Speaker 1: the side. Yeah. And they just posted up. was it
[5:57] Speaker 1: like when they had that team meeting?
[5:59] Speaker 3: I was about to say it was in the parking lot.
[6:02] Speaker 1: They actually just met in the parking lot. Right. And,
[6:06] Speaker 1: and then when, when, when, when Jeffrey Lurie is like,
[6:08] Speaker 1: Hey man, just not in front of everybody. Cause like
[6:12] Speaker 1: that was, that was the ESPN room.
[6:14] Speaker 2: Right. Right.
[6:15] Speaker 1: Just not in front of everybody. Like the only times
[6:19] Speaker 1: they ever called me was stop fighting with your colleagues. Right.
[6:25] Speaker 3: In front of God and everyone.
[6:26] Speaker 1: Yes, like that was kind of like that. I told the,
[6:31] Speaker 1: I guess I wasn't here, but I was telling the Chris,
[6:33] Speaker 1: did I tell the Chris Broussard story on here?
[6:35] Speaker 3: Yes.
[6:35] Speaker 1: Okay, yes.
[6:36] Speaker 3: You did not know his name, but yes, you told
[6:37] Speaker 3: that story.
[6:38] Speaker 1: Okay, it was Chris Broussard. Okay, we're homies, so it's okay.
[6:43] Speaker 1: But they were just like, come on, man. Or at
[6:46] Speaker 1: one time, I was giving it to Darren Revell once.
[6:48] Speaker 1: They were like, hey, hey, hey. That's the only time
[6:52] Speaker 1: they ever called was about that. I could have said
[6:54] Speaker 1: what I wanted about anybody else, about anything else. But
[6:58] Speaker 1: you messy-ass blogs, that's when y'all show up is when
[7:02] Speaker 1: we start talking about each other.
[7:03] Speaker 3: People want media beef.
[7:06] Speaker 1: I hold this show back at every turn by me
[7:10] Speaker 1: thinking it's just a little bit cheap and chintzy. for
[7:13] Speaker 1: me to jump in to ESPN beef or to complain
[7:16] Speaker 1: about ESPN or to talk to y'all about why y'all
[7:19] Speaker 1: so mad at Stephen A. Smith and participate in that conversation,
[7:23] Speaker 1: anything else, brother, we would be doing bananas numbers. It
[7:26] Speaker 1: makes no sense to me. You guys care more about
[7:31] Speaker 1: that than you do about actual factual sports. I don't,
[7:37] Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. Like it used to
[7:39] Speaker 1: be I got tired of it when I meet people
[7:40] Speaker 1: and they want to ask me questions about this team,
[7:42] Speaker 1: that team, whatever it is. Then it turned into they
[7:45] Speaker 1: just want to know mess about like every like not
[7:49] Speaker 1: even about like, hey, she is fine. She look like
[7:52] Speaker 1: she is on TV. Nope. Not even that. Maybe it's
[7:55] Speaker 1: because you appreciate my decency. I don't know. Now, y'all
[7:59] Speaker 1: just want to get into some mess. That's all it is.
[8:03] Speaker 1: And in line with that, Jeffrey Lurie is like, look, man,
[8:06] Speaker 1: they don't really care that much about sports. They just
[8:08] Speaker 1: want to talk about mess. So if you could give
[8:11] Speaker 1: us a little less mess, and he said, fine, could
[8:13] Speaker 1: y'all give me the ball? And Jeffrey Lurie said, hey, man,
[8:15] Speaker 1: I can't give you, I can't do everything.
[8:17] Speaker 3: I can't change the world. Right, right, right, right.
[8:19] Speaker 1: Like, look, man, I'll actually play for the team, and
[8:23] Speaker 1: that offense looked terrible. Now, granted, the Detroit Lions, who are,
[8:27] Speaker 1: I got thoughts on them, but anyway, The defense is good.
[8:34] Speaker 1: And the defense played well. But the Eagles offense is bad.
[8:40] Speaker 1: And there's no way you win that game and come
[8:42] Speaker 1: out of it feeling good. You just can't. On the
[8:46] Speaker 1: other hand, you know. The Dan Campbell play calling experiment,
[8:51] Speaker 1: I don't fully understand how I feel about it. I
[8:55] Speaker 1: thought that he got way too cute at points in
[8:59] Speaker 1: that game. Like, for example, you got the ball inside
[9:01] Speaker 1: the 10-yard line. It's like on the five. It's third down.
[9:05] Speaker 1: Why are you running out of the shotgun, Dan? I don't,
[9:09] Speaker 1: as much as he is, oh, man's man, right? I
[9:13] Speaker 1: owe an apology to Big Brain Ben. Because apparently, it's
[9:17] Speaker 1: Dan Campbell with the big brains. And buddy, don't nobody
[9:21] Speaker 1: want that from you. What are you talking about? Like
[9:23] Speaker 1: I saw somebody make the point about Megan Thee Stallion
[9:27] Speaker 1: that now that she's, you know, in love, that if
[9:32] Speaker 1: she think anybody want to hear her rap about that shit,
[9:34] Speaker 1: she got this game messed up. Right? I understand that completely. Right? 100%
[9:39] Speaker 1: totally get that. Dan Campbell, we don't, don't nobody hire
[9:45] Speaker 1: you to be the coach to run out of the
[9:47] Speaker 1: shotgun on third and goal from the five. He's throwing
[9:51] Speaker 1: it out there. At the same time, Jerry Goff, they
[9:55] Speaker 1: knocked him off his square and he was done for.
[9:58] Speaker 1: He just didn't have it. Didn't have it. But I
[10:01] Speaker 1: did not come away from this game feeling like those
[10:03] Speaker 1: are two very good teams. I did come out of
[10:07] Speaker 1: that thinking the Eagles defense is monstrous. And shout out
[10:11] Speaker 1: to Howie Roseman, who seemed to figure out, okay, why
[10:15] Speaker 1: would I trade for things on offense that we're not
[10:17] Speaker 1: going to use? That wouldn't make any sense. Why don't
[10:20] Speaker 1: I just make this defense a little bit more terrified?
[10:24] Speaker 1: Go get Jalen Johnson.
[10:26] Speaker 3: Terror. Right.
[10:29] Speaker 1: Great job.
[10:30] Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, and also, you know, that plan of
[10:33] Speaker 3: let's draft guys from Georgia.
[10:35] Speaker 1: Yes.
[10:37] Speaker 3: Seems to work.
[10:38] Speaker 1: So it's funny because I joke about it with the Bengals,
[10:40] Speaker 1: where the Bengals notoriously have a bare-bones scouting department. Right.
[10:43] Speaker 1: And they just got a bunch of guys that you
[10:45] Speaker 1: could watch with bunny ears on their TVs. Guys that
[10:48] Speaker 1: go to places like Ohio State, Clemson, LSU. Like, they're
[10:53] Speaker 1: not digging into crates.
[10:54] Speaker 3: If they didn't solve the ESPN YouTube TV thing, they
[10:56] Speaker 3: wouldn't be able to scout.
[10:57] Speaker 1: No, they drafted everybody that you would draft. Right. And
[11:02] Speaker 1: by the way, generally great decisions, right? Like, not decisions
[11:05] Speaker 1: that you would overthink, but Jamar Chase, if it came
[11:08] Speaker 1: down to who do you take, Jamar Chase or Panay Sewell,
[11:10] Speaker 1: you would take Jamar Chase.
[11:11] Speaker 3: Correct.
[11:11] Speaker 2: Right?
[11:12] Speaker 1: And they did. Yeah. Like, those are the kinds of
[11:15] Speaker 1: picks that they made. But, yeah, the Eagles were just like, wow,
[11:17] Speaker 1: we went down to Georgia, and they had a zillion
[11:20] Speaker 1: really good players. They even drafted a couple guys from
[11:22] Speaker 1: Georgia that aren't that good. Yeah. They just keep giving
[11:27] Speaker 1: it a try. They got the two defensive tackles from Georgia.
[11:29] Speaker 1: They got N'Kobe Dean.
[11:30] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[11:31] Speaker 1: They got him. I feel like they got, well, Malachi Starks,
[11:34] Speaker 1: he went to Georgia, right?
[11:35] Speaker 3: Right.
[11:35] Speaker 1: And he's not that good. Right. Like, it's a great
[11:39] Speaker 1: place to start from. If Georgia says you're good, maybe
[11:43] Speaker 1: you're good. But they're doing that. They've got that. Their
[11:46] Speaker 1: offense is not good. The Broncos seem to be basically
[11:50] Speaker 1: the same version of that team. And I understand this, guys.
[11:54] Speaker 1: If you go look at that box score, it's going
[11:55] Speaker 1: to tell you that Bo Nix was pretty good slash
[11:58] Speaker 1: just fine. And I understand why you would think that.
[12:03] Speaker 1: He is not good, right? Even if he played pretty
[12:06] Speaker 1: good in that game, he ain't, he ain't it. And
[12:11] Speaker 1: it wasn't like watching that game. You got the feeling
[12:14] Speaker 1: like he was it.
[12:16] Speaker 3: He was not.
[12:17] Speaker 1: OK, but look, they put up 22 points and they
[12:21] Speaker 1: won that game. He is not it. I need help
[12:25] Speaker 1: understanding what I'm supposed to do with the Chiefs, who
[12:28] Speaker 1: just a couple of weeks ago, I was pretty sure
[12:31] Speaker 1: that they were back and they were the best team
[12:32] Speaker 1: in the AFC. And by the way, I think it
[12:36] Speaker 1: is possible. that they're the best team in the AFC.
[12:39] Speaker 1: Mahomes did not play a very good game. Mahomes had
[12:41] Speaker 1: a couple of big shots that were there that we
[12:44] Speaker 1: have grown accustomed to him making and that he simply missed. Like,
[12:48] Speaker 1: there were many ways in which the Chiefs could have
[12:52] Speaker 1: won this game. It is, this is the weirdest thing.
[12:55] Speaker 1: You're never going to have a situation where you're going
[12:57] Speaker 1: to say something like this very often. It is still
[12:59] Speaker 1: possible that they are the best team in the league.
[13:04] Speaker 1: I mean, in the AFC. I mean, leave it at that.
[13:06] Speaker 1: It's still possible. Um, Ryan, the only problem is it's
[13:13] Speaker 1: going to take a lot for them to make the playoffs.
[13:17] Speaker 5: Right.
[13:18] Speaker 3: They probably need to go. They're five and five. They
[13:20] Speaker 3: probably need to go five and two, maybe even six
[13:23] Speaker 3: and one.
[13:23] Speaker 1: Okay. So try this. Here's where it gets fun. Playoffs
[13:26] Speaker 1: start today. Seven teams go to the playoffs. Broncos, Patriots, Colts, Steelers, Bills, Chargers, Jaguars.
[13:34] Speaker 1: We got three teams at five and five. Okay, and
[13:38] Speaker 1: just to let you know what five and five is,
[13:41] Speaker 1: the fucking Dolphins are four and seven. Okay, you're this
[13:45] Speaker 1: close to being them.
[13:46] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[13:47] Speaker 1: Five and five is the Texans, the Chiefs, and the Ravens. Okay.
[13:54] Speaker 1: Somewhere between two and three of those teams are not
[13:58] Speaker 1: going to the playoffs. Right. Like it is entirely possible
[14:01] Speaker 1: that Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson are going to be
[14:07] Speaker 1: at the crib. For the playoffs.
[14:09] Speaker 3: Right?
[14:10] Speaker 1: It's looking like, listen to this. Quarterbacks at the playoffs
[14:13] Speaker 1: started today. Bo Nix, Drake May, Daniel Jones, the ghost
[14:20] Speaker 1: of Aaron.
[14:21] Speaker 3: Rodgers or Mason Rudolph.
[14:26] Speaker 1: The new Josh Allen that looked like the old Josh Allen.
[14:29] Speaker 1: Pin in that. Whatever the hell Justin Herbert is.
[14:33] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[14:34] Speaker 1: And Trevor Lawrence, who's A player?
[14:38] Speaker 3: Yes.
[14:39] Speaker 1: In the NFL, right? That's what it's looking like over there.
[14:43] Speaker 1: But again, I didn't come out of this feeling great
[14:45] Speaker 1: about the Broncos. I didn't come out of this feeling
[14:47] Speaker 1: great about the Chiefs. What I did come out of
[14:51] Speaker 1: it thinking, though, and this is a very interesting question
[14:53] Speaker 1: in this day and age, is this possible? Can you
[14:56] Speaker 1: 2,000 Ravens your way to a championship? Because it appears
[14:59] Speaker 1: that that is what the Broncos and the Eagles are
[15:02] Speaker 1: going to try to do. We are going to try
[15:03] Speaker 1: to hold you guys to 17 points a game. and
[15:07] Speaker 1: cobble together the rest of it. And by the way,
[15:09] Speaker 1: we might be able to do it.
[15:12] Speaker 2: Right?
[15:12] Speaker 1: You have the guys, but can you do that in
[15:14] Speaker 1: 2025 NFL football? Cause if you can, everybody building teams wrong.
[15:19] Speaker 1: Like this is this. Now, again, the Eagles just have
[15:22] Speaker 1: an overwhelming level of talent. And again, when it got
[15:24] Speaker 1: another pass rusher, the Broncos who I promise you have
[15:29] Speaker 1: the most amazing defense with a bunch of dudes. I, I,
[15:33] Speaker 1: I don't know who they are. I watched this Bonito guy.
[15:38] Speaker 1: He seems to be very good. I hope he doesn't
[15:40] Speaker 1: rob me one day because if he does, I couldn't
[15:42] Speaker 1: tell the cops.
[15:43] Speaker 3: Shit.
[15:44] Speaker 1: I don't know nothing about him. I don't know nothing
[15:46] Speaker 1: about any of these guys. I'm looking at all the names.
[15:49] Speaker 1: How are you this good? And I don't know who
[15:51] Speaker 1: anybody is except for my man that y'all keep picking on.
[15:56] Speaker 1: How many flags did they call on Riley Moss?
[15:59] Speaker 3: They kept showing the graphic. He had the most DPI
[16:02] Speaker 3: calls in the league seven this year and two, two yesterday.
[16:05] Speaker 3: Oh my God.
[16:06] Speaker 1: One of them. Come on, man. At least one of them.
[16:09] Speaker 1: Speaking of that, the Lions had a chance to get
[16:13] Speaker 1: the ball back and they called such a janky pass
[16:16] Speaker 1: interference call on Rocky. I seen at the end there.
[16:18] Speaker 1: And it's so crazy. Like, why would you think it
[16:20] Speaker 1: was passing interference? Just because the Eagles couldn't catch the ball.
[16:23] Speaker 1: They can't never catch the ball.
[16:24] Speaker 3: Yeah. Um, um, Eric passed to AJ Brown. That's their offense.
[16:29] Speaker 1: And it was a terrible call to me by the Eagles.
[16:32] Speaker 1: You knew you weren't going to make anything happen. You
[16:34] Speaker 1: should have made them burn that last time out. Like
[16:36] Speaker 1: the Lions are going to get the ball back and
[16:38] Speaker 1: have one time out and an off chance that they
[16:40] Speaker 1: could have made something happen. There was another terrible pass interference.
[16:44] Speaker 1: It was easier when I didn't have a team. Anyway,
[16:48] Speaker 1: are they going to try to like defense their way
[16:51] Speaker 1: to a championship? And if they are, Is anybody else
[16:56] Speaker 1: trying to do that? This is a tease into another block.
[17:07] Speaker 1: I don't think anybody could come out of the weekend
[17:10] Speaker 1: feeling worse about themselves relative to how they felt going
[17:13] Speaker 1: into the weekend than fans of the Seattle Seahawks.
[17:18] Speaker 3: I got a text from you. Does that say Donald's
[17:20] Speaker 3: thrown four interceptions?
[17:22] Speaker 1: Yes, that is what I said. That is exactly the text.
[17:25] Speaker 1: I have been watching Chiefs and Broncos, and then I
[17:28] Speaker 1: came home from Nick's house. And so, you know, Nick
[17:32] Speaker 1: got all the screens, right? It's like Buffalo Wild Wings
[17:34] Speaker 1: over there. Like, you can watch all the games. I
[17:36] Speaker 1: typically don't watch football like that. I just got the one.
[17:39] Speaker 1: But this is the rare time where it was like
[17:41] Speaker 1: multiple games, not that I simply wanted to watch, but
[17:43] Speaker 1: that I would like to have paid attention to.
[17:46] Speaker 3: Right. Right.
[17:48] Speaker 1: And it turned out to be everything going on over there.
[17:50] Speaker 1: But anyway, I'm not really paying attention to Rams Seahawks,
[17:56] Speaker 1: which is honestly, that was the game with the best teams.
[18:00] Speaker 1: One would have argued like, I think we were talking
[18:02] Speaker 1: coming into that game that may, may be the best
[18:04] Speaker 1: two teams.
[18:04] Speaker 5: Okay.
[18:05] Speaker 1: I look up, I see what the score is. I'm like, Oh, okay.
[18:09] Speaker 1: I go on the box score and I see the
[18:11] Speaker 1: Sam Donald has four interceptions and it's the third quarter.
[18:15] Speaker 3: And they were bad. And they were bad. It's not
[18:18] Speaker 3: like the arm putt interceptions or DB making great. It's
[18:23] Speaker 3: you're playing someone who's a lot worse than Madden. You
[18:25] Speaker 3: interceptions where they're just thrown in the thrown in the linebackers.
[18:29] Speaker 1: And what we have learned here is that. I have
[18:34] Speaker 1: made this point before. You can get better. but you
[18:39] Speaker 1: can't become a new person.
[18:41] Speaker 2: Right.
[18:41] Speaker 1: Right. Like that's the thing about quarterbacks and a lot
[18:44] Speaker 1: of these guys, they can get better, but they can't
[18:47] Speaker 1: become different. They can't become new. And what your hope
[18:51] Speaker 1: had to be from Sam Darnold after watching the first
[18:54] Speaker 1: six years of his career was that somehow he would
[18:58] Speaker 1: become something different, right? He got better. He's still who
[19:07] Speaker 1: he was because those look like, Sam, I'm seeing Ghost
[19:11] Speaker 1: Darnold plays in interceptions. When I went back and got
[19:14] Speaker 1: a chance to check him out, I'm like, oh, oh, oh, oh. Yeah,
[19:17] Speaker 1: he's not terribly different. He just got better. And Ryan,
[19:21] Speaker 1: does this also perhaps apply to Matthew Stafford?
[19:23] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[19:25] Speaker 1: Because Sam Darnold threw four interceptions in that game and
[19:28] Speaker 1: the Seahawks lost that game by two points.
[19:33] Speaker 3: Yeah, missed a field goal with a gun. You know, like,
[19:36] Speaker 3: just that field goal. And, yeah, you– with– we'll talk
[19:40] Speaker 3: Michael McDonald. We talked about this going into the game.
[19:43] Speaker 3: They might have the two best defenses in the NFL.
[19:45] Speaker 3: They might.
[19:46] Speaker 1: They might. But Matthew Stafford– Matthew Stafford looked not like
[19:50] Speaker 1: Matthew Stafford in the sense that he didn't give the
[19:52] Speaker 1: ball away in the course of this, because apparently he's
[19:54] Speaker 1: having one of those years where I just don't throw
[19:56] Speaker 1: interceptions anymore.
[19:57] Speaker 5: Right.
[19:58] Speaker 3: Right.
[19:58] Speaker 1: Like this happens. I want to watch Nick Foles have
[20:01] Speaker 1: one of those years.
[20:01] Speaker 3: Right.
[20:02] Speaker 1: This is this goes where like, OK, I don't do
[20:04] Speaker 1: this right now. Stafford was 15 for 28 for 130 yards.
[20:11] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[20:11] Speaker 1: Like this was, they did not look great either. Are
[20:16] Speaker 1: both of these teams going to try to Baltimore Ravens
[20:20] Speaker 1: their way into success? Is that what it like? Is that,
[20:24] Speaker 1: is that going to be the strategy that they have
[20:27] Speaker 1: to employ? But I don't feel like anybody comes out
[20:30] Speaker 1: of that game. No feeling much better about their team. Um,
[20:36] Speaker 1: I don't think anybody came out of Buffalo, Tampa Bay
[20:40] Speaker 1: feeling better about their team. But for Buffalo, ooh, is
[20:50] Speaker 1: it going to be like this for the rest of
[20:51] Speaker 1: the year? Because this is two straight weeks that we
[20:55] Speaker 1: have had a 2020 Josh Allen sighting. We're this close
[21:00] Speaker 1: to him throwing Hail Mary bombs in overtime to a
[21:04] Speaker 1: square body. In the playoffs, Josh Allen. Now, granted, we
[21:09] Speaker 1: also got this new and improved Josh Allen. But do
[21:13] Speaker 1: you remember earlier this year when people were trying to
[21:15] Speaker 1: make the honest-to-God argument? that Josh Allen was playing quarterback
[21:20] Speaker 1: as well as anybody had ever played quarterback in the
[21:22] Speaker 1: history of the NFL. Right. Ain't nobody saying that right now. No,
[21:25] Speaker 1: that's not it. Like he's that dude, but they it's got,
[21:29] Speaker 1: are they just asking for him to do too much?
[21:32] Speaker 3: And they're, they're at the point now they're sitting, they're healthy,
[21:35] Speaker 3: scratching receivers. Their tight ends are getting hurt. They have
[21:39] Speaker 3: an awful run defense. So if Josh Allen's going to
[21:42] Speaker 3: carry these, he's going to have to score. 35 points
[21:46] Speaker 3: every playoff game.
[21:46] Speaker 1: They're going to play a lot of games on the
[21:47] Speaker 1: road and that run defense part. Look, there's nothing worse
[21:50] Speaker 1: that you can say about a football team that they
[21:51] Speaker 1: can't stop the run. Like if you think about this,
[21:54] Speaker 1: there's nothing that feels more demoralizing to watch. You have
[21:57] Speaker 1: eliminated all the risk, but still allowing for the possibility
[22:01] Speaker 1: for explosion.
[22:02] Speaker 3: And you're watching that your quarterback just sit there.
[22:05] Speaker 1: Yes, just over there on the sideline.
[22:08] Speaker 3: And it's Buffalo, so they're going to have a big
[22:10] Speaker 3: old jacket.
[22:11] Speaker 2: Right.
[22:11] Speaker 1: He's probably tired of being out there with them cats anyway.
[22:13] Speaker 1: But they can't stop a nosebleed on the ground. But
[22:17] Speaker 1: it was fun to watch. It was highly entertaining to
[22:21] Speaker 1: watch what the Josh Allen show was. He had that
[22:24] Speaker 1: crazy flick play that he tried to make at that point.
[22:28] Speaker 1: The two interceptions that he had were insane. They were
[22:32] Speaker 1: not good. Even the one that was on fourth down,
[22:34] Speaker 1: that was not a good interception. They could keep talking
[22:37] Speaker 1: about how he accounted for five touchdowns, and that's cool,
[22:40] Speaker 1: but it was all over the place. Tampa Bay, they
[22:44] Speaker 1: was running on them with a dude that I ain't
[22:45] Speaker 1: even heard of, Sean Tucker guy. He was out there
[22:49] Speaker 1: looking like, did he wear number 44 in Syracuse? Because
[22:52] Speaker 1: he was out there looking like Jim Brown. Like, did
[22:56] Speaker 1: he get the Floyd Little jersey? You know what I'm saying? Like,
[22:58] Speaker 1: were they allowing him? Or was he just a dude
[23:01] Speaker 1: that went to Syracuse? But they, nah, nah. And it's funny.
[23:07] Speaker 1: Tampa Bay has two examples of better, but are they
[23:12] Speaker 1: the same? And that is Baker Mayfield and Todd Bowles. Right. Right.
[23:17] Speaker 2: Right?
[23:17] Speaker 1: Like, like Ty Bowles, this is.
[23:19] Speaker 3: You can get better, but you can't change.
[23:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. This is, this is the question, but
[23:23] Speaker 1: oh my God, just for all of them. I'm just
[23:25] Speaker 1: looking at it like Ty Bowles. Remember when Ty Bowles
[23:28] Speaker 1: had to go for two a couple of times in
[23:29] Speaker 1: this game, right?
[23:30] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[23:30] Speaker 1: And you know, he hated it.
[23:32] Speaker 3: I hated it.
[23:32] Speaker 1: You know, he hated it so much just for them
[23:35] Speaker 1: to like not get it.
[23:36] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[23:37] Speaker 1: Like that was the thing just for you to not
[23:40] Speaker 1: get it. I kept having to go for two.
[23:43] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[23:44] Speaker 3: If you don't get the first one, you got to
[23:46] Speaker 3: keep going and going. And you can see him on
[23:48] Speaker 3: the sidelines being miserable.
[23:50] Speaker 1: What is this, man? What are we doing? But that
[23:54] Speaker 1: was another one where it was just kind of like, hey, man,
[23:57] Speaker 1: nobody can feel good about the team that we came
[24:01] Speaker 1: out of here with. Nobody can. So is that, is
[24:04] Speaker 1: it just that time of year or the bears? They
[24:08] Speaker 1: still got that horseshoe in there. Ursa Keister.
[24:11] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[24:11] Speaker 1: And they got another win. This JJ McCarthy.
[24:13] Speaker 3: Yeah. I was about to say, talking about quarterbacks who
[24:16] Speaker 3: are not it.
[24:18] Speaker 1: I mean, he's, there's still time, right?
[24:21] Speaker 3: He's probably had like what? Like five starts. Not even.
[24:23] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[24:24] Speaker 1: But I'm gonna say this, Sam Darnold, everybody who's on the,
[24:27] Speaker 1: don't they feel stupid for getting rid of Sam Darnold?
[24:29] Speaker 1: Did you watch this game? That just happened, right? Like,
[24:32] Speaker 1: What they saw with Sam Darnold, I imagine, is a
[24:35] Speaker 1: full on understanding and realization that this can only go
[24:40] Speaker 1: so far with this guy.
[24:43] Speaker 3: Right.
[24:43] Speaker 1: That everybody knows and understands it can only go so
[24:46] Speaker 1: far with this guy. So we're just not going to
[24:49] Speaker 1: do that. How about that? We're going to roll the
[24:52] Speaker 1: dice on the kid. It's a 50. And I think
[24:54] Speaker 1: that's the problem is that it's a 15 year play,
[24:56] Speaker 1: not a one year play. And we get our brains
[24:59] Speaker 1: can only look at football. Through the lens of a
[25:03] Speaker 1: one-year play. That's it. Speaking of entertaining, I don't know
[25:08] Speaker 1: how much you got to watch Jameis. We got the
[25:10] Speaker 1: full Jameis, too.
[25:10] Speaker 3: The full Jameis, yes. Oh, yeah.
[25:12] Speaker 1: Here's the thing about Jameis. If nothing else, Jameis is decisive.
[25:16] Speaker 1: He just doesn't make great decisions.
[25:18] Speaker 3: Correct. You know, he likes finality.
[25:21] Speaker 1: He decides, though.
[25:22] Speaker 3: Correct.
[25:22] Speaker 1: He hit him with a Harlem shake. Like, look, man.
[25:26] Speaker 1: Joe Flacco was in line with this, and I agree
[25:29] Speaker 1: with this more than ever. If I'm going to run
[25:31] Speaker 1: a team and I'm going to get a backup quarterback,
[25:33] Speaker 1: it's going to be a fun one.
[25:35] Speaker 2: Right.
[25:35] Speaker 1: Like, we're probably going to lose.
[25:38] Speaker 3: Might as well throw it around.
[25:39] Speaker 1: Yeah, why not have a good time? Everybody has a
[25:43] Speaker 1: good time when Jameis is there. If you're going to lose,
[25:46] Speaker 1: you might as well be fun. Right? That's what Jameis did. Meanwhile, Packers,
[25:52] Speaker 1: you guys aren't having any fun.
[25:53] Speaker 3: Are you?
[25:54] Speaker 1: No.
[25:54] Speaker 2: No.
[25:56] Speaker 3: Can't be.
[25:57] Speaker 1: Can't be. And by the way, I didn't think Jordan
[25:58] Speaker 1: Love played badly in this game.
[26:01] Speaker 3: He just gives you such high highs that you expect
[26:04] Speaker 3: so much more. And he has not done that for
[26:07] Speaker 3: a few weeks.
[26:08] Speaker 1: Dude, man, he's throwing the ball to, like, people who
[26:12] Speaker 1: came to the game. You know what I mean? Like,
[26:16] Speaker 1: if you showed up to the game and the jersey
[26:18] Speaker 1: that you bought was a number four eligible receiver.
[26:21] Speaker 3: Hey, man.
[26:24] Speaker 1: How'd you like, how'd you like, how'd you like your
[26:25] Speaker 1: dreams to come true?
[26:27] Speaker 2: Right?
[26:28] Speaker 1: Like, like, how'd you, how'd you like that? I can
[26:30] Speaker 1: do it. Like we out here just making everybody feel good.
[26:32] Speaker 1: How would you feel about that? That was, that was
[26:34] Speaker 1: what it seemed like again for that team. Like it doesn't,
[26:39] Speaker 1: it feels like that's a team that everybody knows. This isn't,
[26:43] Speaker 1: I don't even know the right word to use, but
[26:45] Speaker 1: this isn't it. Um, Because they was down to the
[26:51] Speaker 1: wire with the Giants. Like the Giants had the opportunity
[26:54] Speaker 1: to go ahead and win that game. They just did
[26:57] Speaker 1: not pull that off. But it was there.
[26:58] Speaker 3: The coachless, quarterbackless New York Giants.
[27:02] Speaker 1: You're right. Yeah. There's nobody there to even check roll.
[27:07] Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't even know who the interim is. Kafka.
[27:13] Speaker 1: Kafka.
[27:14] Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. Yeah, to give the OC a shot.
[27:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's how you know that they fired Brian Dayball
[27:21] Speaker 1: for messing up the rental car. Yeah. Because they kept
[27:24] Speaker 1: the same offense.
[27:25] Speaker 3: Yeah, they didn't put the adult who's like the random
[27:28] Speaker 3: staffer in charge.
[27:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, the linebacker's coach.
[27:30] Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly.
[27:31] Speaker 1: They did not give him the job. No, no, no, no, no.
[27:34] Speaker 1: They gave that job. They were just like, no, no.
[27:37] Speaker 1: The problem is not what you think it is. By
[27:39] Speaker 1: the way, Mason Rudolph is probably going to play because
[27:40] Speaker 1: they think Aaron Rodgers got a broken left wrist.
[27:43] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[27:44] Speaker 1: The idea that Mason Rudolph still plays NFL football is
[27:48] Speaker 1: kind of bananas.
[27:50] Speaker 3: They've done this experiment with him like four different times.
[27:53] Speaker 3: He's been there forever.
[27:55] Speaker 1: But what he is is a backup quarterback.
[27:57] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[27:58] Speaker 1: And what he is that we used to have in
[28:00] Speaker 1: the NFL that we don't have anymore is he's the
[28:02] Speaker 1: long-term backup quarterback. Like, if Mason Rudolph has any coach
[28:07] Speaker 1: in him, he can have this job for, like, he'll
[28:10] Speaker 1: work with the Steelers forever. Gary Kubiak just hitched his
[28:13] Speaker 1: wagon to John Elway and rode that for decades.
[28:16] Speaker 3: I mean, he has been, like, I feel like, especially
[28:19] Speaker 3: because they keep trying to bring in starters. Yes. Like, so, like,
[28:24] Speaker 3: they did one of these with Trubisky. I feel like
[28:26] Speaker 3: he almost, like... He left and then came back. He
[28:31] Speaker 3: did a year in Tennessee.
[28:32] Speaker 1: That's right.
[28:33] Speaker 3: Yeah, like just been there forever.
[28:37] Speaker 1: Remember that time Miles Garrett tried to take his head off?
[28:45] Speaker 1: That happened. That happened. Also, what's up with your manager,
[28:47] Speaker 1: Bart Chase, spitting on people?
[28:51] Speaker 3: It's been a long year in Cincinnati.
[28:53] Speaker 1: Yo, so the trick bag is he obviously spit on him. Right.
[28:57] Speaker 1: Is there a world of plausible, but I didn't mean to?
[29:03] Speaker 3: Like an Elmer Fudd situation?
[29:05] Speaker 1: Okay, yes, yes. That is the Thuffer and Thuckatash kind
[29:09] Speaker 1: of thing. All right, so here's the thing. All right,
[29:11] Speaker 1: so this is what I'm saying on that. You'll never
[29:15] Speaker 1: convince Jalen Ramsey of this.
[29:17] Speaker 3: Correct.
[29:18] Speaker 1: Right? Don't even bother with that one. You just need
[29:21] Speaker 1: to apologize no matter what you tried to do. Is
[29:25] Speaker 1: it possible, though, to an uninvested party that this happened?
[29:33] Speaker 1: I don't know. i i i yeah that was that
[29:38] Speaker 1: was all tough luck i can't but see here's the
[29:41] Speaker 1: thing about it's a tough year for cincinnati yes but
[29:43] Speaker 1: y'all yes and y'all are losing but hey man.
[29:46] Speaker 3: You're getting in the ball That's what I'm saying. He's
[29:49] Speaker 3: happier than A.J. Brown.
[29:50] Speaker 1: He only had three for 30. That's the one thing.
[29:53] Speaker 1: But at least they went. That's a great question. Who's
[29:57] Speaker 1: having a worse year? 8-2 A.J. Brown or 3-7 Jamar Chase.
[30:02] Speaker 1: Jamar Chase, who, by the way, wow, it's 79 catches,
[30:06] Speaker 1: but it's only 861 yards. He's averaged 11 yards a catch.
[30:18] Speaker 1: And they're losing.
[30:20] Speaker 3: Not happy.
[30:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, but not AJ, bro. What if you could consistently
[30:31] Speaker 1: find whatever it is you're looking for right away? We're

[32:35] Speaker 3: All right, let's get to some more stories from the weekend.
[32:43] Speaker 3: Shador Sanders got some action as Dale and Gabriel went
[32:47] Speaker 3: out with a concussion. Had a tough time, four for 16,
[32:51] Speaker 3: 47 yards and an interception. Bo, were you surprised by
[32:55] Speaker 3: this performance by Stewart?
[32:57] Speaker 1: I mean, it's an impossible situation for him as it
[33:00] Speaker 1: typically is for anybody in that situation, right? Right. You
[33:05] Speaker 1: haven't played any NFL football.
[33:07] Speaker 3: You haven't gone with anything. you haven't practiced with the
[33:10] Speaker 3: starters ever. No, no.
[33:12] Speaker 1: Yeah. It was going to look bad. Right. Um, what
[33:15] Speaker 1: you'd hope was for like some flash here and there.
[33:18] Speaker 1: And he had that one 20 yard pass that probably
[33:21] Speaker 1: would make you feel good. But the idea that he
[33:24] Speaker 1: hasn't been practicing with starters doesn't sound nearly as crazy
[33:28] Speaker 1: to me as it does to everybody else.
[33:30] Speaker 3: So the, the, the, the, they're setting them up to fail.
[33:34] Speaker 5: Hi.
[33:34] Speaker 1: Oh, I just don't understand why everybody thinks that the
[33:38] Speaker 1: world is against this rich kid. What are you talking about?
[33:42] Speaker 1: I don't understand the grand conspiracy against somebody who kind
[33:49] Speaker 1: of makes money for people if he gets out there.
[33:51] Speaker 1: I would think that they want him to be good,
[33:53] Speaker 1: if anything else. Now, look, Stefanski clearly does not believe,
[33:56] Speaker 1: and I do believe that Stefanski probably has an investment
[33:59] Speaker 1: in being right. I do this job. I fully understand
[34:02] Speaker 1: being invested and wanting to be correct, right? Like, I
[34:05] Speaker 1: know how that goes. But they started the season with
[34:08] Speaker 1: him as their fourth team quarterback. The fourth team quarterback
[34:13] Speaker 1: is not going to get reps with the starter. I
[34:16] Speaker 1: do not believe. He then comes into the year, and
[34:18] Speaker 1: he is the third team quarterback. Okay, I don't really
[34:22] Speaker 1: think that that player is going to get reps with
[34:25] Speaker 1: the starters. They traded Joe Flacco, and they made Dylan
[34:28] Speaker 1: Gabriel the starter. And that made Shador Sanders the second
[34:32] Speaker 1: stream quarterback. But the first stream quarterback is a rookie
[34:35] Speaker 1: who clearly needs reps. I'm not surprised that Shador does
[34:41] Speaker 1: not get reps under those circumstances. The bottom line is,
[34:45] Speaker 1: whether you think this is fair or right or not,
[34:48] Speaker 1: they don't think he's got a future.
[34:50] Speaker 3: Right. And they go to work with him every day.
[34:52] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. They don't believe it. I don't think
[34:55] Speaker 1: that they're trying to run him out of the league.
[34:57] Speaker 1: They don't think that there's a future in him. They
[35:01] Speaker 1: think there's a future in Dylan Gabriel. Now, I don't
[35:04] Speaker 1: think that there's a future in Dylan Gabriel, but for
[35:07] Speaker 1: whatever reason, they do. And so they are treating him
[35:10] Speaker 1: like there's a future. Basically, they're like, we need to
[35:13] Speaker 1: figure out what we got in Dylan Gabriel because otherwise
[35:15] Speaker 1: we got to go get a quarterback. There's nothing that
[35:17] Speaker 1: they believe that Shador Sanders can show them to make
[35:20] Speaker 1: them believe that, hey, maybe we don't need to go
[35:21] Speaker 1: draft a quarterback next year. We've got this guy. Now,
[35:24] Speaker 1: I would think that by now they would have learned
[35:25] Speaker 1: this also about Dylan Gabriel. And I think there's a
[35:27] Speaker 1: good chance that Shador starts next week, depending on what
[35:30] Speaker 1: kind of concussion Dylan Gabriel has. CJ Stroud's been out
[35:33] Speaker 1: for two weeks with a concussion, by the way. Like,
[35:35] Speaker 1: these things happen. Okay. But we've reached a point now
[35:42] Speaker 1: where I don't think he's, I don't think Shador's that good.
[35:45] Speaker 1: I don't think he's going to be that good. I
[35:48] Speaker 1: think it's obvious. But if you think he's going to
[35:51] Speaker 1: be good and then you see him and he doesn't
[35:53] Speaker 1: look good, is it always going to be, yeah, but?
[35:58] Speaker 1: Like at every turn, is this going to be, yeah, but?
[36:00] Speaker 1: And this idea that he of all people is this
[36:03] Speaker 1: aggrieved party that is being held back. He with the
[36:07] Speaker 1: beloved father... Right. Like it would be different if people
[36:10] Speaker 1: didn't like Dion.
[36:11] Speaker 3: Which is not the case.
[36:12] Speaker 1: People love Dion.
[36:14] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[36:14] Speaker 1: Right. And in part because Dion is a full on
[36:17] Speaker 1: devotee of football culture. Right. He is the he is
[36:20] Speaker 1: the ultimate promotion of what football can do for you
[36:23] Speaker 1: and everything else. But I don't buy this idea that
[36:28] Speaker 1: they're just that they just they try to keep their
[36:31] Speaker 1: jobs over there. They really, really, really trying to keep
[36:35] Speaker 1: their jobs over there. And it's not a guarantee. And
[36:37] Speaker 1: so I see no reason to chastise him for the
[36:40] Speaker 1: way that he played. It was always going to be
[36:43] Speaker 1: tough for him. I think that it would be wise
[36:45] Speaker 1: for the Browns, since they have nothing to play for,
[36:48] Speaker 1: and Dylan Gabriel's coming off a head injury, to go
[36:50] Speaker 1: ahead and give Shador a week. Let them play. Y'all
[36:54] Speaker 1: going to lose regardless. So that's your best argument, Shador Hive.
[36:59] Speaker 1: We sorry anyway. Why not have a good time?
[37:04] Speaker 3: They do play the Ravens next week, so they could
[37:08] Speaker 3: squeak out a win somehow, some way.
[37:09] Speaker 1: They could, but I'll tell you, the Ravens defense.
[37:12] Speaker 3: had the Ravens the Raiders the Raiders they played the Ravens.
[37:15] Speaker 1: Yeah that was I was just about to say damn
[37:17] Speaker 1: a home and home yeah but uh you're right they
[37:20] Speaker 1: could squeak out a win and maybe that's why they
[37:22] Speaker 1: don't want to place your door because again they might
[37:24] Speaker 1: have a Tebow situation on their hands they become afraid
[37:27] Speaker 1: but look if if if if if a short stack
[37:31] Speaker 1: got a head injury they go ahead and place your
[37:35] Speaker 1: door see see how it goes Y'all are probably going
[37:39] Speaker 1: to lose no matter what happens. Go ahead and see
[37:41] Speaker 1: how it goes. But I can't. I can't handle this.
[37:46] Speaker 1: I just can't handle this idea that somebody did something
[37:50] Speaker 1: to him or is consistently doing something to him. You
[37:53] Speaker 1: have to show me a lot more to show me that.
[37:55] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[37:56] Speaker 1: All right.
[37:57] Speaker 3: Let's move to college football. Alabama lost to Oklahoma 23-21,
[38:00] Speaker 3: their second loss of the year. Bomani. Is Kalen DeBoer
[38:05] Speaker 3: coaching for his job in the Iron Bowl?
[38:09] Speaker 1: Hold on. Let's be clear.
[38:11] Speaker 3: Yes.
[38:12] Speaker 1: All right. Now, this is what I mean by that.
[38:16] Speaker 1: Is his job in danger? No. It's not in danger.
[38:22] Speaker 1: Because Auburn... is.
[38:23] Speaker 3: Bad very bad that is why another another place with
[38:27] Speaker 3: a substitute teacher.
[38:28] Speaker 1: Yeah yeah yeah that's that's the other part they don't
[38:31] Speaker 1: have a coach either but that is why if they
[38:33] Speaker 1: lose this game yes there are giant problems this would
[38:38] Speaker 1: be like losing to the citadel this this this this
[38:41] Speaker 1: this this would be bad news for them I read a,
[38:45] Speaker 1: what's my man's name that works for the Alabama papers.
[38:47] Speaker 1: Casa Grande.
[38:48] Speaker 3: Yes.
[38:49] Speaker 1: I just, I didn't read the article, but Casa Grande's
[38:51] Speaker 1: headline about the loss was that this is the dumbest
[38:54] Speaker 1: Alabama loss in years or something like that. And when
[38:58] Speaker 1: I saw that, I was like, oh yeah, this is Bama.
[39:01] Speaker 1: This is, this is what it is. You lost a
[39:04] Speaker 1: close game to a very good team. Shout out to you,
[39:07] Speaker 1: Brent Venables, because we were ready to run you off
[39:09] Speaker 1: of this job and say that you didn't have what
[39:12] Speaker 1: it took to get it done. And the truth is.
[39:13] Speaker 3: He may be the best hire of that group. I mean,
[39:16] Speaker 3: they were already running off Brian Kelly.
[39:18] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[39:19] Speaker 3: Lincoln Riley's about a dumb or two loss away from
[39:22] Speaker 3: being run out of USC. And, you know, like he's
[39:26] Speaker 3: got Oklahoma humming.
[39:27] Speaker 5: Oh, no.
[39:28] Speaker 1: Lincoln Riley's a dead man walking.
[39:29] Speaker 3: Yes.
[39:30] Speaker 1: Because he don't know how to talk to people. Like
[39:34] Speaker 1: he's already doing bad press conferences, right? He's every time
[39:37] Speaker 1: somebody's rolling their eyes every time. And he's out here
[39:40] Speaker 1: doing Lane Kiffin stuff where they're dressing up the backup
[39:43] Speaker 1: quarterback in a putter uniform so they can run fakes
[39:46] Speaker 1: and put it on film.
[39:47] Speaker 3: Unserious.
[39:48] Speaker 1: Right, which Lane Kiffin did and we all said he
[39:50] Speaker 1: was unserious. Like we roundly, it wasn't long after that
[39:54] Speaker 1: that Lane got fired on the tarmac. I think it
[39:56] Speaker 1: was a different season, but. I did a video about
[39:59] Speaker 1: that and my question was who would do such a thing?
[40:01] Speaker 1: And the only answer was Lane Kiffin and now Lincoln
[40:03] Speaker 1: Riley is the guy who does these things. But Venables,
[40:06] Speaker 1: hey man, you know what Oklahoma looks like? They could
[40:09] Speaker 1: consistently be a 10-win team in the SEC. And I
[40:13] Speaker 1: think that that is dead in line with what should
[40:15] Speaker 1: have been expected when they joined this conference. Again, it
[40:20] Speaker 1: was one thing to be in the Big 8 slash
[40:22] Speaker 1: Big 12 where you have no actual built-in advantages. but
[40:26] Speaker 1: your Oklahoma and your level of want to could carry
[40:29] Speaker 1: you through to what you needed to do. It's different
[40:32] Speaker 1: where you sit on the second worst recruiting territory in
[40:37] Speaker 1: the entire conference. Like you tell me if I'm wrong,
[40:41] Speaker 1: I think Arkansas is the only school that really, well, Arkansas, Missouri.
[40:45] Speaker 3: Right.
[40:45] Speaker 1: Are the only schools sitting on worst territory.
[40:48] Speaker 3: Yes, I agree.
[40:49] Speaker 1: And you just beat Alabama in back-to-back seasons. Now, I'll
[40:53] Speaker 1: tell you this. You ain't going to lose to nobody
[40:55] Speaker 1: three times in a row, Caleb DuBois. If you make
[40:58] Speaker 1: it through this year, y'all don't go home in this year. Yeah, yeah. No, no, no.
[41:02] Speaker 1: What you're not about to do is have a bunch
[41:04] Speaker 1: of guys who leave school having never beat blank.
[41:07] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[41:07] Speaker 1: I don't care who the blank is. That's not going
[41:10] Speaker 1: to work.
[41:10] Speaker 3: That doesn't work in Tuscaloosa.
[41:12] Speaker 1: No.
[41:13] Speaker 3: All right. Sticking to the SEC, Texas A & M
[41:16] Speaker 3: Police had to remove a Texas State trooper From his
[41:19] Speaker 3: game assignment following an incident where he made physical contact
[41:22] Speaker 3: with two South Carolina players during and tunneled during the game. Bo,
[41:28] Speaker 3: you said you had an interesting observation about this.
[41:30] Speaker 1: First of all, I want to send a shout out
[41:31] Speaker 1: to my guy, Lawrence. Lawrence, who sent me a text,
[41:34] Speaker 1: you know, Saturday. Sometimes I take Saturdays off from college
[41:37] Speaker 1: football because, you know, daddy got to have a life, too.
[41:40] Speaker 1: You feel me? So anyway, I'm not watching. I get
[41:43] Speaker 1: a text from my man Lawrence. It was like, that's
[41:45] Speaker 1: the Texas A & M we all know. And I
[41:47] Speaker 1: look at the score and the score is 30 to
[41:51] Speaker 1: three in the third quarter. And I'm like, hell yeah, right?
[41:57] Speaker 1: Something told me, don't say nothing. Don't say nothing, right?
[42:02] Speaker 1: But in my head, I was thinking that it's too
[42:04] Speaker 1: late for A & M to be an eight win
[42:07] Speaker 1: team this year. So they just gonna need something to
[42:09] Speaker 1: happen to make them feel like an eight-win team, right?
[42:13] Speaker 1: En mi mente es, you know, que yo pensaba. And
[42:20] Speaker 1: they came back and won that game. So thanks for nothing, Lawrence. Like, really,
[42:24] Speaker 1: I can't possibly thank you less than... Anyway, in the
[42:30] Speaker 1: midst of this game, Tennessee had a player. I think
[42:32] Speaker 1: his name is Nick Harbour. Does that sound right, Ryan?
[42:36] Speaker 3: Yeah, that's who it is.
[42:38] Speaker 1: Nick Harbour. Okay, so Nick Harbour catches the touchdown. I
[42:40] Speaker 1: think this is to make it 23 to 3 or
[42:43] Speaker 1: something like that. But anyway, he gets touched out and
[42:46] Speaker 1: he runs into the tunnel. And the reason he runs
[42:49] Speaker 1: into the tunnel is because he's got a tweaked hamstring.
[42:51] Speaker 1: And so his partners run behind him to walk with him.
[42:55] Speaker 1: And so they start walking back. And as he's walking
[42:57] Speaker 1: back inexplicably, I think it was a cop, but you
[43:00] Speaker 1: can never tell with Texas A & M because they
[43:01] Speaker 1: got a pretend army. So it would not surprise me
[43:06] Speaker 1: if Texas A & M had a police club. You
[43:08] Speaker 1: know what I mean? Just just a bunch of kids,
[43:10] Speaker 1: maybe not even kids. They might be grown people like
[43:12] Speaker 1: the band who just dress up like police officers and
[43:15] Speaker 1: walk around with badges on. And they got a mascot
[43:18] Speaker 1: dog that they walk around totally on the board with
[43:21] Speaker 1: those weirdos. Anything is possible in College Station. Anything is
[43:24] Speaker 1: possible except for like a Democrat. But anyway, so. The
[43:30] Speaker 1: alleged policeman is walking up the tunnel. The South Carolina
[43:35] Speaker 1: players are walking back. And I don't know if the
[43:38] Speaker 1: policeman was just mad because them Aggies was losing, but
[43:41] Speaker 1: they did one of those like shoulder bumps, right? Where
[43:43] Speaker 1: you walk past each other and you bump into each
[43:46] Speaker 1: other with your shoulders. And the guy that's playing a
[43:48] Speaker 1: football team and has a tweaked hamstring and has on
[43:51] Speaker 1: a shoulder pad, he don't even really notice that this happens.
[43:54] Speaker 1: The cop, however, like turns around It was like a
[43:58] Speaker 1: two-edged shove, right? And so this happens. Everybody sees it.
[44:04] Speaker 1: Some account associated with those weirdos says that the, you know,
[44:08] Speaker 1: I think it's the actual police force said that that
[44:11] Speaker 1: officer will no longer have game day duties, right? He
[44:14] Speaker 1: would be relieved from his game day duties. People on
[44:17] Speaker 1: the internet was hot. Rod Clark had to go in
[44:19] Speaker 1: the confessional room and crank out a video about the
[44:23] Speaker 1: whole thing. Chipper Jones, of all people, He called that
[44:29] Speaker 1: policeman boy and that man is white. You ain't see that?
[44:34] Speaker 3: I did not see Kipper Jones. Oh, man.
[44:38] Speaker 1: Look that up right fast because I don't have the
[44:40] Speaker 1: Twitter logged on to this computer. And he says something
[44:43] Speaker 1: about like he really, really, really brought the hammer to
[44:48] Speaker 1: this police officer about this. I saw. Yeah, go and
[44:52] Speaker 1: read that.
[44:54] Speaker 3: This idiot needs to be unemployed tomorrow.
[44:56] Speaker 1: Clown.
[44:57] Speaker 3: This ain't a high school football game. Dot, dot, dot. Boy.
[45:02] Speaker 1: Yes.
[45:03] Speaker 2: Yes.
[45:04] Speaker 3: I have to be honest. If Chipper Jones was calling somebody, boy,
[45:09] Speaker 3: I did not think this would be the person. Right.
[45:13] Speaker 1: I was terrified at first.
[45:14] Speaker 3: I assumed Chipper Jones had what I'd like to call
[45:17] Speaker 3: a Phil Mickelson timeline. Yes.
[45:20] Speaker 1: Yes. I mean, he might be. That's the thing about it.
[45:24] Speaker 1: This was a bipartisan issue. Everybody being so mad at
[45:28] Speaker 1: this police officer for bumping into this guy. And my
[45:31] Speaker 1: only question is, where is this fucking energy when they're
[45:34] Speaker 1: killing us? Like, we show people videos of police shooting
[45:40] Speaker 1: people in cold blood. And they're like, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
[45:44] Speaker 1: He might appear for his life. You never know. I
[45:46] Speaker 1: have seen every excuse in the world for the police
[45:49] Speaker 1: actually shooting us. And nobody coming and standing beside us.
[45:53] Speaker 1: But a wide receiver from South Carolina gets bumped into
[45:56] Speaker 1: when everybody wants to write a letter to the manager?
[46:00] Speaker 1: Can somebody explain to me how this happened?
[46:03] Speaker 3: You're saying this is the one time they will actually
[46:04] Speaker 3: want to defund the police when they hit a football player?
[46:07] Speaker 1: I don't get this. This is mind-blowing to me. Like,
[46:12] Speaker 1: where we were 10, 12 years ago with everything else, right?
[46:15] Speaker 1: It got so bad, we stopped talking to y'all about
[46:16] Speaker 1: the police killing us because it became clear that y'all
[46:19] Speaker 1: didn't want to hear it no more. So what we
[46:21] Speaker 1: need now, if we can get some police reform, is
[46:23] Speaker 1: police bumping into people. Is that what we need? Right.
[46:26] Speaker 1: Do I need to go into the subway and just
[46:29] Speaker 1: have a policeman bump into my shoulder? And then all
[46:31] Speaker 1: of a sudden Zoran could be like, I told y'all
[46:34] Speaker 1: we need to defund them. You was right, Zoran. And
[46:36] Speaker 1: then we make some changes. Is that what it takes?
[46:39] Speaker 1: I just have no idea how this became the thing
[46:41] Speaker 1: that made everybody not like. I saw people mad about this.
[46:46] Speaker 1: You ain't say nothing about George Floyd. And by the way,
[46:51] Speaker 1: that one was pretty bipartisan too. This, however, was unanimous.
[46:56] Speaker 1: And it is your friendly reminder. People don't actually like
[47:01] Speaker 1: the police. Unless they are doing something for you in
[47:07] Speaker 1: that moment. People don't really like the police. They just,
[47:15] Speaker 1: I don't even want to finish that sentence because it'll
[47:17] Speaker 1: be so sad.
[47:23] Speaker 3: All right, voicemail lines open. Got a couple good ones.
[47:26] Speaker 3: I think you'll like this first one. Hey, Bomani.
[47:32] Speaker 5: Just wanted to ask this quick, well, two questions, actually.
[47:37] Speaker 5: I'll make it pretty quick and easy here. First, after
[47:40] Speaker 5: watching the Atlanta Falcons once again give up yet another,
[47:46] Speaker 5: another crushing defeat at home, my question was, not necessarily
[47:55] Speaker 5: when you realize or was it was it just a
[47:58] Speaker 5: collage of uh events that happened that finally made you
[48:02] Speaker 5: get out that narcotic or was there one specific event
[48:05] Speaker 5: that you were just like look i can't do this
[48:07] Speaker 5: anymore that that's enough um and my second question was
[48:11] Speaker 5: have you ever considered like you know how for the
[48:14] Speaker 5: people that be on the uh you know these these
[48:18] Speaker 5: uh These websites where you gamble, right? And there's this hope.
[48:23] Speaker 5: And why have you ever considered opening up a line
[48:25] Speaker 5: for Atlanta Falcons fans to get off that narcotic, you know,
[48:30] Speaker 5: to be able to talk to somebody that, you know,
[48:32] Speaker 5: has been through the struggles and the ills and all
[48:35] Speaker 5: that jazz of being a devoted Falcons fan and deciding
[48:40] Speaker 5: that this should be enough? Have you ever considered that?
[48:44] Speaker 5: And is that something that you have thought about putting together?
[48:48] Speaker 5: I don't know why I'm taking shots at the Atlanta
[48:49] Speaker 5: Falcons fans. I'm a Bears fan, which is kind of funny.
[48:51] Speaker 5: But anyway, has that been something that you ever thought about? Thanks,
[48:56] Speaker 5: and always been a fan of the show.
[48:59] Speaker 2: Bye.
[49:02] Speaker 1: Was there a single event? The quarterback went to jail
[49:08] Speaker 1: for fighting dogs. They replaced him with Joey Harrington. Fighting dogs.
[49:22] Speaker 1: Was there an event fighting dogs? And you're like, would
[49:28] Speaker 1: you start up a helpline for the Atlanta Falcons fans? Son,
[49:33] Speaker 1: I don't hang out with losers. Like at this point,
[49:36] Speaker 1: that's a choice.
[49:38] Speaker 3: Call 877-L-O-S-E-R. Yeah. Yeah.
[49:41] Speaker 1: Like you keep doing that right there. That's a choice.
[49:46] Speaker 1: You know, I can't, I can't help you. You ain't
[49:48] Speaker 1: looking for help. You want to feel like a, you
[49:51] Speaker 1: just want to lose. You're going to do that without me.
[49:54] Speaker 2: All right.
[49:55] Speaker 3: Here's our next one. Hey, Bo.
[49:58] Speaker 5: It's E from the DMV. I've got a music question
[50:00] Speaker 5: for you.
[50:01] Speaker 3: So we've heard you say KRS is the best rapper ever.
[50:05] Speaker 3: OutKast is the best group.
[50:07] Speaker 5: And I believe your favorite group. And B.O.B.
[50:10] Speaker 3: Is the best single.
[50:12] Speaker 5: So what do you think the best rap.
[50:14] Speaker 3: Album ever is?
[50:17] Speaker 5: And who is your favorite solo rapper and your favorite
[50:20] Speaker 5: album ever?
[50:22] Speaker 3: Thanks, man.
[50:22] Speaker 5: Appreciate it.
[50:24] Speaker 1: Goddamn, did he say and an album cover too?
[50:26] Speaker 3: I think it was single and album. Okay.
[50:30] Speaker 1: All right, so it's a single, solo MC.
[50:33] Speaker 3: Solo MC and then album.
[50:37] Speaker 1: Okay so the greatest album is the one i don't
[50:40] Speaker 1: have a great answer for that's harder than anything.
[50:42] Speaker 3: Else for me yeah where do you where do you
[50:44] Speaker 3: even start i.
[50:45] Speaker 1: Mean if you go like i can give you a
[50:49] Speaker 1: handful like we're kind of ballparking in it so public
[50:54] Speaker 1: enemy it takes a nation of millions to hold us
[50:55] Speaker 1: back like that's on the list the chronic that's on
[51:00] Speaker 1: the list um I actually don't put like Illmatic, Ready
[51:05] Speaker 1: to Die, that run. That's not on my greatest of
[51:08] Speaker 1: all time, like perhaps list. Scarface, The Fix, that for
[51:12] Speaker 1: me is on the list. It has potential. Outkast, Equemini,
[51:17] Speaker 1: it's on the list, right? It can be there. There's
[51:20] Speaker 1: so many, like we're working on a series right now
[51:23] Speaker 1: on Great Year in Rap 1996. It's so many albums
[51:27] Speaker 1: to go through just off of that list to try
[51:29] Speaker 1: to come up with number, to just come up with
[51:31] Speaker 1: one is like borderline impossible it's so hard to do
[51:37] Speaker 1: now let's just say he did say album cover i
[51:40] Speaker 1: don't know if it's the greatest but i know the
[51:42] Speaker 1: most unforgettable one uh that's old dirty bastard returned to
[51:46] Speaker 1: the 36 chambers with the picture of him on the
[51:47] Speaker 1: food stamp card it's uh it's tough to beat that
[51:51] Speaker 1: one there's also um shout out to mercedes i don't
[51:56] Speaker 1: know if it's the greatest but We'll always remember it,
[51:59] Speaker 1: even if we never listen to that record. And so
[52:02] Speaker 1: for those of you who don't know, I'm going to
[52:03] Speaker 1: tell the story for you youngsters.
[52:04] Speaker 3: OK.
[52:06] Speaker 1: So when No Limit was popping, the thing about No
[52:08] Speaker 1: Limit was they advertised crazy heavy. And so there would
[52:11] Speaker 1: always be a bunch of ads in the source and
[52:15] Speaker 1: in the album covers of No Limit. They would always
[52:17] Speaker 1: have album covers of like albums that was coming soon.
[52:20] Speaker 1: But it was clear that those albums had not been conceptualized.
[52:25] Speaker 1: They just had a cover and a title. That's all
[52:28] Speaker 1: they had come up with. And so they had this
[52:31] Speaker 1: woman named Mercedes. And Mercedes had an album cover standing
[52:38] Speaker 1: in front of a Mercedes with some very, very short shorts.
[52:42] Speaker 1: And she was bent over and the title was Rear End.
[52:47] Speaker 1: And they teased that Mercedes album for years and years
[52:53] Speaker 1: and years. Now let's see, did that album ever, it
[52:58] Speaker 1: actually did come out. But I feel like they kept
[53:02] Speaker 1: promoting it well after it actually came out.
[53:07] Speaker 3: Some movies you gotta sell off the poster, you know?
[53:09] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all it was. That's all it was. That
[53:11] Speaker 1: was the whole thing. So that is, that's the most
[53:14] Speaker 1: memorable album cover of all time. That I will tell you.
[53:17] Speaker 1: And I am looking at the titles of these songs
[53:19] Speaker 1: and it is very clear what time it was for
[53:22] Speaker 1: Mercedes rear end. Um, yeah.
[53:28] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[53:30] Speaker 1: Okay.
[53:30] Speaker 3: My bad. All right. Here's our last one.
[53:34] Speaker 2: Hey, what's going on? This is Matt from OKC. So
[53:37] Speaker 2: I wanted to leave a message about the time you
[53:40] Speaker 2: tried to.
[53:40] Speaker 1: Test your dad.
[53:42] Speaker 2: This is back in 1998. I was 16 years old
[53:48] Speaker 2: and my dad had retired from the military. So, you know,
[53:53] Speaker 2: he's got some gray hairs and stuff. starting to look
[53:55] Speaker 2: a little older. I'm taller than him at this point.
[53:58] Speaker 2: I'm like six foot. He's about 5'10. But he's 200
[54:02] Speaker 2: and I'm 130. So a little weight discrepancy. Anyhow, we
[54:10] Speaker 2: had gotten into an argument about something or other and I.
[54:15] Speaker 3: Was feeling froggy.
[54:17] Speaker 2: I was like, man, this is my time. So after
[54:20] Speaker 2: he retired from the military, he became a juvenile detention officer.
[54:24] Speaker 2: So he knew a bunch of holds and wrist locks
[54:27] Speaker 2: and all this stuff, which at 16, I didn't really
[54:33] Speaker 2: account for before I made this decision. But anyhow, we
[54:37] Speaker 2: had gotten to arguing about something. So I went to
[54:42] Speaker 2: push him, right? And I didn't even complete the push.
[54:50] Speaker 2: By the time I had made contact with his chest,
[54:54] Speaker 2: The next thing I knew I was facing the other
[54:56] Speaker 2: direction and my feet were off the ground. I remember
[55:01] Speaker 2: he's 5'10 and I'm six foot. Now we're about the
[55:04] Speaker 2: same age. I'm 44. So what had happened and I
[55:09] Speaker 2: didn't even realize it. He turned me around and put
[55:12] Speaker 2: me like in a rear naked choke.
[55:15] Speaker 1: Back then this was before UFC.
[55:18] Speaker 5: So there was no.
[55:19] Speaker 2: Protocol on what to do. I didn't know to fight
[55:21] Speaker 2: the hands. I didn't even know what a tap was.
[55:25] Speaker 2: So I'm just there and can't do nothing about it.
[55:29] Speaker 2: So I start to see stars.
[55:32] Speaker 3: And I go out.
[55:34] Speaker 2: The next thing I remember is being on the floor
[55:40] Speaker 2: curled up like fried shrimp trying to figure out what happened.
[55:45] Speaker 2: And I look up And my dad standing on top
[55:49] Speaker 2: of me. Now, keep in mind, he's black.
[55:54] Speaker 3: And I'm mixed.
[55:56] Speaker 2: And he said to me, if you ever try that
[56:00] Speaker 2: light skin shit again, you won't wake up.
[56:06] Speaker 3: Yeah, man.
[56:06] Speaker 2: So that's the time I tried to test my dad.
[56:09] Speaker 2: Special shout out to your mom out here in OKC.
[56:10] Speaker 2: She sounds like a real one. Glad that the city
[56:14] Speaker 2: was able to honor her.
[56:15] Speaker 3: All right, man.
[56:16] Speaker 2: Love the show.
[56:16] Speaker 1: Peace.
[56:20] Speaker 4: That man said there wasn't even UFC. There was no
[56:25] Speaker 4: protocol on what to do. That's a fair point.
[56:33] Speaker 3: You had to learn the hard way what the protocol was.
[56:36] Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Your pops even entered into it with
[56:38] Speaker 1: a dollop of that self-hate. You try that light-skinned shit
[56:41] Speaker 1: with me. Oh, man.
[56:43] Speaker 3: Can you imagine getting out of the military and deciding
[56:46] Speaker 3: I'm going to go Work at a juvenile detention center.
[56:51] Speaker 1: Hey, man, that is like I have nothing to that.
[56:54] Speaker 3: Yeah, that is.
[56:55] Speaker 1: So I think so. This is the thing about a
[56:57] Speaker 1: juvenile detention center. I think about it as a place
[56:59] Speaker 1: to work. I do kind of feel like as a
[57:01] Speaker 1: grown up. What do you have to fear? You know
[57:05] Speaker 1: what I'm saying? Like, like these are a bunch of kids.
[57:08] Speaker 1: I don't care how bad you think you are.
[57:10] Speaker 3: But that is a backtalk university though.
[57:13] Speaker 1: That is all that is. What are these kids going
[57:17] Speaker 1: to do? Talk back to me. Right?
[57:19] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[57:19] Speaker 1: You can push your mama around. All right. But you can't. Nah,
[57:24] Speaker 1: not me. But ladies and gentlemen, Thanks so much for
