“Citizen journalists” — are they exposing the truth… or doing serious damage? Adrian and Jeremy call out a viral clip shared by Daz News claiming “guns” were being taken from a boot outside a mosque in Tallaght. Problem is: it wasn’t a mosque, and they weren’t real guns. Hamza, the Dublin businessman in the video, joins the show to explain they were airsoft rifles on private property — and says the misinformation has put his family, staff and businesses at risk. With live callers divided, the debate turns to verification, defamation, anti-Muslim hysteria, and whether social media pages should be held to the same standards as mainstream media.
