## Transcript

[0:05] Speaker 1: A Poche production. And action. I'm Chrissy Hearn.
[0:14] Speaker 2: And I am Steph D'Souza. And our podcast is Best
[0:18] Speaker 2: Life Fending. Do you want to be my wing woman?
[0:23] Speaker 1: Be nice to yourself.
[0:24] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[0:25] Speaker 1: Don't think so hard on yourself.
[0:26] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[0:27] Speaker 1: What is the one thing that you are loving right now?
[0:32] Speaker 2: I am going to say, and this could be a
[0:34] Speaker 2: little bit controversial, I'm loving AI.
[0:37] Speaker 1: Are you?
[0:38] Speaker 2: Yeah, loving it. It is making my life so much easier.
[0:42] Speaker 1: It's good, isn't it?
[0:43] Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so good.
[0:44] Speaker 1: So what's it doing that you were previously doing that
[0:47] Speaker 1: you found difficult and now it's easier?
[0:50] Speaker 2: Yeah. A lot of admin. It's doing a lot of
[0:53] Speaker 2: admin for me. It's actually saving me a lot of time.
[0:56] Speaker 1: Is that right?
[0:57] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[0:57] Speaker 1: What would one task be?
[0:59] Speaker 2: I have recently asked ChatGPT how I can revitalize my
[1:08] Speaker 2: social media. So one of my social media platforms, so Instagram,
[1:13] Speaker 2: all of a sudden my videos weren't getting into the algorithm.
[1:16] Speaker 2: So my views were right down. So people weren't seeing
[1:18] Speaker 2: the videos that I was making. I couldn't work out why.
[1:21] Speaker 2: Like the algorithm obviously just instantly changed and I was
[1:25] Speaker 2: on the receiving end of the change. So I... asked
[1:29] Speaker 2: it to help me analyze the situation and how I
[1:33] Speaker 2: can get back into the algorithm, what I needed to
[1:36] Speaker 2: do to change my content. Because obviously the algorithm is
[1:39] Speaker 2: based on what people are wanting to see. So obviously
[1:43] Speaker 2: what I was doing wasn't hitting the mark with my people.
[1:47] Speaker 2: And I want to hit the mark with my people
[1:48] Speaker 2: because I want to give them what they want, right?
[1:50] Speaker 2: And I'm back in the algorithm.
[1:52] Speaker 1: She's I'm back, baby. Back, people.
[1:55] Speaker 2: I am. And it gave me lots of ideas on
[1:58] Speaker 2: different types of content and different ways of doing things
[2:01] Speaker 2: and what I needed to do to get back in
[2:03] Speaker 2: the algorithm. And that is something that I would have
[2:06] Speaker 2: had to have found someone who was maybe a data
[2:10] Speaker 2: analyst in order to do that. And yet it did
[2:13] Speaker 2: it for me. I spent about a day going backwards
[2:16] Speaker 2: and forwards with my friend Chatty. Not everything that it
[2:19] Speaker 2: gave me worked, but I would say probably 70% of
[2:22] Speaker 2: it has. And I've been able to go back and
[2:25] Speaker 2: redefine and give it feedback and say, well, this worked
[2:29] Speaker 2: and this didn't. Why didn't it work? Why did it work?
[2:31] Speaker 2: We've worked together in order to make improvements. It's actually
[2:35] Speaker 2: been fabulous.
[2:36] Speaker 1: I love ChatGPT, but I use Claude, which I find
[2:39] Speaker 1: is just elite. I love it because I think for
[2:43] Speaker 1: my brain... I just will put everything that I'm thinking
[2:47] Speaker 1: into it.
[2:48] Speaker 2: Thoughts, feelings and emotions.
[2:49] Speaker 1: All of it. And I then go now create or
[2:52] Speaker 1: what's your strategy or become my social media manager. Yeah.
[2:57] Speaker 1: And it just has got some great things.
[2:59] Speaker 2: So you can be the creative person and it does
[3:02] Speaker 2: all that background stuff that I think as a creative person,
[3:06] Speaker 2: I'm just not very good at. Would you say you're
[3:08] Speaker 2: not very good at that? Oh, absolutely.
[3:09] Speaker 1: I find it very difficult.
[3:10] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. can do it i just don't like to
[3:13] Speaker 2: do it i find filling out.
[3:14] Speaker 1: A form difficult oh my god no thank you i
[3:18] Speaker 1: find it really good and i wonder what i would
[3:20] Speaker 1: have been like back in school if i had had
[3:23] Speaker 1: the claude then i would have been so good i
[3:26] Speaker 1: would have been so good brilliant because i put everything
[3:30] Speaker 1: in it that i'm thinking so everything i want i
[3:33] Speaker 1: then put in yeah and then i go do your
[3:36] Speaker 1: thing Yeah. Or I ask it what kind of approach
[3:40] Speaker 1: that I want to take, what can you do? And
[3:42] Speaker 1: it just is fantastic.
[3:43] Speaker 2: It is fabulous. I love it. One thing, we were
[3:45] Speaker 2: talking about this this morning, is that we are both
[3:48] Speaker 2: very polite to our AI. Because you just never know
[3:53] Speaker 2: when they're going to turn into a real human and
[3:54] Speaker 2: take over the world. And I want to make sure
[3:56] Speaker 2: that I'm on the right side of AI.
[3:57] Speaker 1: That my manners are in place.
[3:59] Speaker 2: Yes, I say please, I say thank you, I say
[4:02] Speaker 2: good morning, all the things.
