The guests have arrived. Sandra Grace has been one of E’s teachers for years — in hypnotic language, energy management, subconscious reprogramming, and what it actually means to build a life that works from the inside out. She’s a two-time cancer survivor who did her brain surgeries under hypnosis. She just became the first person in multiple generations of her family to show zero genetic markers for Alzheimer’s dementia. And she’s spent decades helping entrepreneurs and CEOs stop doing hard things the hard way. In this episode: what’s actually running your life right now (it’s not what you think), why sleep is the real root of most high-performer breakdowns, how hypnosis works and why you’ve already been in it thousands of times, the two-word phrase that opens your brain to change, and what it looks like to build a life with grace and ease instead of grinding through everything. If you’ve ever said “I just do hard things” like it’s a badge — this episode is for you. Show notes: Sandra Grace is the founder of Integrative LifeWorks Inc. — an online school training integrative coaches, hypnotists, and energy workers — and the creator of the Grace Protocol. What we cover: • Why the physical-structural foundation comes before any mindset work • Sleep: the #1 thing high-performers think they’ve got handled (they don’t) • How subconscious programs get written — and how to rewrite or delete them • “Up until now” — the two-word language shift that creates space for change • What hypnosis actually is and why you’ve already been in it thousands of times • The LOVE Framework: Liberate, Optimize, Velocity, Elevate — applied live • Sandra’s health story: two cancers, five brain aneurysms, and clearing Alzheimer’s genetics Connect with Sandra: Integrative LifeWorks Inc. — integrativelifeworksinc@gmail.com \[WhatsApp/text 563-343-5344\] Join the CEO Mindset community: https://www.skool.com/theunlearningclub/about

You guys are in for a treat today. I I told you I was gonna bring your guest, I wasn't lying. the guests are starting. And the guests are starting today, and I invited one of my teachers, one of my mentors. her name is Sandra Grace. And as you hear in the interview, she has had a wide, wide life. She has taught me
Everything from language to understanding what hypnotic language is, understanding how to use hypnosis on myself, how to use hypnosis when speaking, how to understand my energy, how to understand energy centers. and so there is so much good in this show.
and overall just a lovely human and so I'm super grateful to welcome Sandra Grace to the show. Welcome to CEO Mindset, episode twenty. My name is Emanuele Pani. My friends call me E. Let's get into it.
Emanuele Pani (01:17)
Well, I am super excited to really start the journey of having guests on this show with somebody that's been a part of my journey for a very, very long time in so many waves, shapes and forms. I welcome Miss Sandra Grace to the show.
Sandra Grace (01:40)
Thank you, E. It's an honor to be here and and to meet your community and also to support what you're in surface of in the world. It's really an honor to be invited. And I just always learn and grow when we spend time together. So this this will be a wonderful period of time for both of us, I hope.
Emanuele Pani (01:58)
Likewise, absolutely. So mama, I know you as somebody that has helped me with energy management, somebody that has taught me about language, about speaking, about Reiki, about hypnosis. And the list goes on and on and on. But for somebody that doesn't
or has never heard of you, has never seen you. If you were to try to summarize who and what Sandra Grace is and does, what would we what would we share with them?
Sandra Grace (02:43)
Well, there's there I usually look at it as two-piece situation. Number one, I own and created Integrative Life Works Inc., which is an online school where we train integrative coaches, hypnotists, and energy workers. And as of January of 27, we'll have 30 additional courses that are non-certification courses that people can take that range in those categories, of course, of you know.
coaching and hypnosis and you know subconscious reprogramming as well as many modalities of energy work but we've added in a lot of what I call kind of fun ed classes too like we have three levels of hypnosis and golf and we have you know tuning fork work and all sorts of like fun and interesting little bits. there's a grief course coming up. I'm finally you know training in people in the grace protocol. So so we have lots of certifications and courses that we do at Integrative Lifeworks Inc. And then I'm still
working, even though all of my friends are retiring this year and next year, I'm still working through a subset of integrative life works, which is Sandra Grace coaching. And so I I support entrepreneurs in managing their energy to grow their business. And as part of that, I also am, you know,
an author and a keynote speaker and I do corporate training and things like that. So I still find a lot of passion in working one-on-one with people and working specifically with entrepreneurs and that's been my target marker for some time, which is why you and I are such a great fit. And people that you know truly believe in an integrative approach to life, that everything we look at, we look at our physical, structural, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. So so two pieces.
The online school, Integrative LifeWorks Inc., and Sandra Grace Coaching are what I the two things I do professionally. And my retirement plan is Grace Ministries, which has been slowly growing over the years as well.
Emanuele Pani (04:40)
I am already battling myself as to where I want to take this conversation because as you were sharing, 17 ideas came to mind. But
Sandra Grace (04:44)
Well let's go. Let's go.
Emanuele Pani (04:50)
I think one of the most important things when it comes to our relationship and and what I've learned from you, it's really about that.
approach of wholeness to the human experience. And so I would love for you to help people,
understand how to
understand themselves energetically and what are some of the initial things? So if this was an initial consultation and I came to your mic, Sandra Grace, I feel like I'm about to create everything that I've ever wanted and also about to reach the burning point, the burnout point. my business is great, but my health is shit. My business is great, but my family is shit. And and
your reality can be one of those things that I just said or a combination of them.
What's the first thing this Sandra Grace does?
Sandra Grace (05:56)
Well, as you you've experienced more than once, we always start with the physical structural foundation because it's my truth that most of the work we do is in the fourth dimension. It's in the thought realm. So it's about, you know, thoughts and feelings and expression of those th of those those experiences. It's about the subconscious programs that have been running since birth, the ones that are in service of you and the ones that are not, and how do we write, rewrite, and delete those programs? But before
we can really dig into that piece, which is what most people are really looking for. first, I f we find it essential that you're grounded in the human form and connected to the divine. And when you are that, you are one with flow. And so the the work that people are looking for typically when they reach out to a coach, especially, you know, you and I, we do high end business coaching, And so we work with millionaires, multimillionaires and and that sort of thing. And so these folks already know how to function
In the third dimension, fairly well compared to the average person, The big challenges of the third dimension are time, money, and resources. And they're usually pretty good at those things in general compared to the average person. But if up until now their life does not look like their ideal life, then there's been a misunderstanding somewhere along the way. So the first things that we do, and sometimes this is quick with some of our top entrepreneurs, they've already figured this stuff out, but when we find the missing one,
And so we look at just foundational stuff. How's your hydration? How's your nutrition? How's your movement? How's your sleep? How's your what you know how is your home in the order or the design or the space that brings, you know, pleasure to you? Is your car a sh show to get in and out of, right? Do you is your, you know, just the physical structural, your office, you know, your your wardrobe, right? Are are your physical structural pieces in alignment with who you choose to be that align with who who you choose to be, how you choose to be, and what you choose to do?
here in our school. And so we actually spend more time than most people expect in that realm. And just cleaning up any sweeping out the corners and cleaning up any like just any tiny misalignments that can have a profound impact upon the grounding piece.
for for them. And then we move to the spiritual connection, whatever that spiritual truth may be. And as you know, we welcome all beliefs at Integrative Life Works Inc and in Santa Cruz Coaching. And also if you don't understand how it all works for you spiritually and you can't articulate it to me, then it's gonna make it very hard for you to be aligned with it. And you're clearly not living in it if you right. And so we start top and bottom, grounding and connecting, grounding and connecting. And then once all those things are in place, then we do all the stuff that people think that they've hired you for they think they're coming for.
Right? So that's where that's where I start, no matter who it is, no matter what it is, whether they're coming from high end business coaching or they're coming to take a a coaching certification card. It doesn't matter. Everything starts there.
Emanuele Pani (08:46)
Which one of those things do you find most often people are overestimating how good they're doing or how not important it is versus how bad they are at it? and then you're like, look, this is actually you think you're doing great, you're really not. This is gonna make a huge difference. And I tell you like, no, looks I do what comes to mind, I do hydration very well. And then you actually get them to actually track and they're like,
I was not doing hydration very well. Like I don't yeah. So what what is one of those usual
Sandra Grace (09:17)
Yeah. Yeah.
Emanuele Pani (09:22)
like low hanging fruit kind of culprits that you you find, especially with this age of protein shakes and and and you know, protein bars and and
Sandra Grace (09:31)
Yeah, like okay.
Emanuele Pani (09:36)
speedy food that people are like
Sandra Grace (09:38)
Right.
Emanuele Pani (09:38)
just not not doing well.
Sandra Grace (09:41)
Well, first of all, I have to say I in knowing you, I'm knowing especially when you're on the island, right? How you how you eat and how you choose all the time, I know. you've been an inspiration to me. So my first trip to Italy is coming up this year. I'm gonna do a retreat there, but but also, so really honestly though, the one that that that most people think they're doing really well in, and it's usually much worse than they realize, is sleep.
Which is fascinating to me because I used to do trainings at hospitals on sleep. And and so I come back to it and I'm always shocked because I and I think it's because a lot of our high achieving entrepreneurs, especially, or or corporate you know, gurus, what's what's happened is they they they were raised on Tony Robbins bragging about his four hour sleep schedule, right? And everyone's like, Yeah, me too. I'm good, four and I can I can do it, right? And that and that's true. Like we can't and everybody is different and also the
To really perform maximally in managing our mind, you know, and and and our thoughts fire the chemicals that create the feelings that then make it easy to live our life the way we choose to live our life, right? And when we have sleep deprivation, the impact that has on thought is amazing. And and you've heard the story before, but I learned it firsthand when I didn't know how sleep deprived I was. And I went to the doctor, I thought I had had a stroke. That's how they found my brain ineuros. And so I was like, I'm pretty sure I've had a stroke because I try and say words and like the words are not coming out. And as you can hear right here, I
I usually have a lot of words. And and it was and sh they said, Well, let's take a look at your sleep. And I I'm an excellent sleeper. I'm a hypnotist. I can put myself to sleep whenever I want. I can wake up whenever I want. Like, I don't have any problem with sleep.
But my quality of sleep was so poor. And then I went in for sleep tests, you know, and they're You don't have sleep apnea. I'm like, I know I don't, but you know. And so then I started wearing like the oar rings or the or the Apple Watch stuff, right? And so it was partly my own exploration back to sleep and just noticing how much higher I was able to achieve and the impact I was able to have and give to people when I wasn't sleep deprived. And I I think so the answer to that is I think that most very successful entrepreneurs and top corporate
CEOs, they don't they don't realize how sleep deprived they are. And they've just they've normalized that sleep deprivation.
And then they start overcompensating with things like coffees and teas and blah blah. And then there we run into a hydration problem because they think they're getting fluids and they really haven't. And then because they have so many of those, they're not really hungry and they're not giving themselves enough proper nutrition. And then because they're dah dah, then their workouts suffer and dah da and then But I I believe it's about sleep.
Emanuele Pani (12:17)
And it all starts and it all
starts from sleep.
Sandra Grace (12:19)
I I think so. I really do. I mean, like when a baby is born, what's the number one thing as a parent that you're like, if nothing else, this child will sleep? Because I know when they sleep they grow, right? And then every time they wake up, right, you attempt it's more hydration, more nutrition, move their body around in beautiful ways. But number one, sleeping babies. Everyone knows that's the key. So it doesn't change no matter how many years we've been here on nurse school, right? It's still true.
Emanuele Pani (12:42)
Yeah, we're just big sleeping babies or not sleeping babies in our case
most of the time. one of the things
Sandra Grace (12:49)
Okay.
Emanuele Pani (12:51)
that you said that I know has definitely piqued some people's interest, that you very nonchalantly kind of dropped in the air was that through some of the work that you do you help people identify, rewrite, delete certain programs.
Sandra Grace (13:12)
Mm.
As do you.
Emanuele Pani (13:13)
And
yes. But it's it's always lovely to hear it from I mean, I learned it from from you. You're being one of my my teachers when it comes to this.
Sandra Grace (13:23)
Yeah.
Emanuele Pani (13:23)
And what I can tell you from mentee to mentor is the truth is that there is a degree of understanding and then there's a degree of believing that gets deeper as you practice.
And as you help others. And so I first of all, super grateful for you as a teacher.
Sandra Grace (13:51)
Thank you.
Emanuele Pani (13:52)
And then now looking back, I'm like, shit, if I had believed as much as I believe now in it, it would work so much better. And it would have worked so much better. And then I think about it because I feel like so many people at my job and and and yours as well. It's I don't
I don't have the ambition to teach you anything. I think most of the time we just help each other remember.
But is
How do people work on belief and how do people work on changing beliefs?
Sandra Grace (14:32)
Well, my truth is that when it comes to beliefs, they begin with a thought. And a thought fires a chemical and the chemical creates the feeling. And then the feeling makes it easy to act. And so it all begins with the thought.
Right. And so what we know is from infancy when we imprint, right, and when we copy and we create language and meaning, it comes from those first experiences, and particularly what we like to call triple E's. So the extreme emotional events, right? So the those extreme emotional events create a story in our mind to keep us safe. And the subconscious mind has been designed to, no matter what, to keep us safe. So if it feels at any time that we're threatened or there's
Potential harm, it's going to do anything in its power to notice and it's gonna it's gonna search for pattern recognition, right? And it's gonna look for ways in which we get to adapt our behaviors for more safety. And so the the problem up until now is that sometimes those are based on misunderstandings. So an extreme emotional emotional event occurs and our brain links two things together that maybe aren't associated. For example, maybe we woke up in the morning, we had a really lovely morning, we were with our family, we had fresh green.
squeezed orange juice, everyone was getting along beautifully and we were having a wonderful thing
So our brain may make a connection between those two things that have nothing to do with one another. And so I just, you know, we get to then notice, right, from our sovereign adult space, right? We get to then notice those misunderstandings that occurred early, and those were early programming. Because once we make that association, the brain will continue to look for any proof that that's true. And it will make false assumptions on topics, if necessary, to create those.
Links.
And so when we find those programs, those incongruencies, then we get to go back and address those and reframe them in such a way that's more authentic and appropriate to the truth, right? And and so some of those are early written programs. Some of those were through repetition. Like people just told us all the time, my gosh, E, you're so handsome, you're so handsome. E, you're so handsome, you're so good looking, you're always so good looking, right? And then before you know it, when it Well, E, who are you? You go, Well, I'm a very good looking man, right? Like, and you're
Like I know who I am because I've been told that my whole life, right? But equally and opposite, some people might say things about people that seem less flattering. For example,
you know, my the story I I write about in my book is that like my dad, God bless them, best best father, love him. And he had this thing about me because I was always taking up something new. I love to learn new things. And we moved every year. So I'd move to a new town. Maybe everyone was skateboarding, maybe everyone was rollerblading, maybe they were flying kites. And so every time I was taking up something new. And my dad said about me at a very young age, you know, Sandra Grace, Jack of all trades, master of none, right? And so I sort of identified as that, like, yeah. And and and I I even said it about myself and I caught myself
myself a couple decades ago, I was saying it out loud, you know, Jack of all trades, master of none, because I had taken on a new area that I was interested in. And and bless one of my students who said, Well you're actually a master of many areas. And I I stopped and I went, I am.
I'm a master teacher in more than one modality. I've ma I mastery of last skill. And and but just that program had been running for so long to that then identify as master meant the rewriting of some old programs, you know? And so we have stories that we tell, and and some of them are super helpful to us, like growth mindset stories particularly, but we also have some that are very limiting. So we can rewrite those. And then some areas, we just haven't written a program at all.
And so
Emanuele Pani (18:18)
Absolutely.
Sandra Grace (18:20)
we just get to create a program about something, right?
Emanuele Pani (18:23)
And
my question then, Sandra Grace, is somebody's listening to this, and one, if you're listening to this and you're like, yes, yes, I believe it about this story, but not about this story,
please understand that sure you can have that if you so want to keep that limit on yourself. But this applies to all sides of you, all shades of you, all bits of you.
Where a decision's chosen, a meaning created, that created an an identity that then has wrapped itself around who you say you are. Am I that correct in saying that? And so
Sandra Grace (19:00)
Yes. A hundred percent. Yes. Yes. Every aspect.
Every part of you. Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (19:07)
How how do people and again this is obviously like a lot of repetition because again repetition of thought is how we're gonna rewrite it. And
Sandra Grace (19:20)
Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (19:20)
also, how do you help people understand or where do they start? If they're like, Okay, Miss Sandra, I understand this bit of me is an old story and I'm willing because it's another piece, right? You
Sandra Grace (19:33)
Okay.
Emanuele Pani (19:34)
they have to be willing to let it go.
actually genuinely fullheartedly happily let it go.
Sandra Grace (19:42)
Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (19:42)
They're like, Miss Sandra, I'm I'm ready. Where do they start and what is their typical first hurdle?
Sandra Grace (19:53)
Hmm. Well, I think the the first things that we do is we we change our language patterns. So when at Integrative Life Works Inc. when we're talking about something that's been a pattern that maybe no longer serves you, then we use the term up until now, you know? And so up until now.
I may have blah blah blah blah blah right and the minute the brain hears it, it creates a space for something else. Now you can continue choosing it. Like if I say up until now, every day I ran five miles at 5 a.m. Right. And then my brain might go, yeah, I'm gonna keep doing that, right? But if I say up until now, I've been grumpy every holiday when I spend time with my mother-in-law, I would be like, I might not choose that anymore.
Right? Like that may no longer serve me, right? So the first thing is identifying it as is who you've been up until now. And then once you identify that that, then the next thing is what gets to happen in order to love yourself enough to choose otherwise.
And when you identify what gets to happen, to love yourself enough to choose otherwise, then that's where we get to start taking the steps from here to there. And it it doesn't you know, we don't necessarily encourage like a full shift, like okay, every day I now put you know yoga on my schedule twice a day or something, right? Instead what we say is let's let's work through like what what's what sort of smart goals do we want to set around this, right? What sort of structures are in service of us, what systems, what schedules. And so that you know, we work within the
four system the four S's, right? And and we use those to help set someone up for success in moving forward. So I feel like coming back to the question at hand, the biggest thing is to first recognize
what your li life has been up until now. And maybe it's about taking a good hard look at the the details, the minutia the schedule. Like what are you really spending time on? You know, I I one of the new courses we're teaching is a digital detox, right? And so I'm running the course on myself right now. I went from eight hours of social media a week to two hours of social media a week. And and that I think will also be decreasing here soon. So what I notice is that like n recognizing it first was the first step.
And then getting some clarity. Like, do I never choose to be on social media? No, because that's where I know what's coming up in E's world if I haven't seen him in a while, right? And so, no, I don't want I don't choose to totally eliminate it, right? But I choose, I choose intention and attention. So, what is my intention surrounding this subject? And what do I choose to give my attention to? And I just encourage people to invest wisely.
in all aspects of your life, but particularly in what do I choose to give my intention, you know, what is my intention and invest wisely and what do I give my attention to and invest wisely in those choices. And I think that's where the real impact comes and that's where, you know, the coaching support comes in.
Emanuele Pani (22:50)
So now you guys know where my up until now comes. Yeah. That
Sandra Grace (22:54)
Ha ha ha.
Emanuele Pani (22:55)
was definitely one of the things that Sandra Grace taught me. And again, I have become very adamant about language. And it's funny because now I have this resistance almost. Even when I listen to YouTube videos that people say, you have to. And I always like no matter if I'm talking to somebody or if it's thing, I'm just always I get to.
Sandra Grace (23:18)
Yeah.
Yeah.
Emanuele Pani (23:18)
'Cause that is was one of my language
interrupts. so Ms. Sandergrace,
Sandra Grace (23:24)
Yeah.
Emanuele Pani (23:25)
we've talked about the basic foundation of what holds a human being. So those those fundamental pillars that then control the cognitive, the mood, the energy. we talked about a little bit of language patterns. One of the things that I
most recently learned from you was hypnosis. And I one what's funny is once you know hypnosis and hypnotic language, you almost get to look behind the curtain. And then you see the curtain everywhere. And you notice it watching the watching the greats. You watch Tony, you watch Jim Rohn, you watch Bob Proctor,
just hypnotic language everywhere and so what after all these years of doing hypnosis what are some things that you would like people to know like if no if you got to it establish the meaning of hypnosis
Sandra Grace (24:37)
it. Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (24:39)
in somebody's mind what would you tell them and who is it for and who can I help?
Sandra Grace (24:48)
So hypnosis, you know, has been defined a million ways over the years. And as a hypnosis instructor, the one the simple definition that we use as a foundation in our self-hypnosis course, even in our hypnosis certifications, all the way through all the levels, is that it's it's a highly focused state.
And so what it is is when we create a highly focused state, then we are entranced. And therefore our our brain waves shift, right? Alpha, delta, theta, brainwave states create a shift. And in that state, it's really easy to speak in to directly to the subconscious mind. And the truth is so every child before they fall asleep is naturally goes through this state before they fall asleep. When they very first wake up before they're in full consciousness, they're in this state. So it can be as is as simple as the
last words they hear and the first words they hear pre and post sleep and and all the way through adulthood this is true. when we're driving down the highway, there's something called highway hypnosis where we have a highly focused state. And you know, if someone called and said, hey, where are you? Be I don't know.
Right? Like you're just you're just so present. it could be it could be something as simple as playing a video game or watching you know, when when the next Netflix series just pops up one after the other or whatever, right? YouTube videos, whatever. we become very entranced in that. So so the real important piece that I I would like to share with people regarding hypnosis is that you've all been in hypnosis many times in your life, and you've been in trance state many times in your life. But what I offer to you is to
Bring intention and attention to the states you're in and who you allow that circle of influence to be. So to me, one of the scariest things on the planet is people falling asleep listening to the television or you know, some sort of recording where then it just moves on to the next recording and you don't know what that person is putting into your mind and state, right? And so, or even just who you allow to speak to you and how you allow them to speak to you. So if you haven't taught people how to treat you and you just like in your family,
You always get descrip described as well, you know, he was class clown, right? Whatever, right? And you just allow people to say that.
Yeah, yeah.
Emanuele Pani (27:01)
would you tell somebody because again, right, I think there's a lot of people that unfortunately do fall asleep with a TV on. And
Sandra Grace (27:06)
Yeah.
Emanuele Pani (27:08)
one of the things that I've been coaching a lot on lately is that you cannot choose your f first thought of the day, but you can choose your your next five.
And so it's something similar to what you said just now, the fact that like people can just choose their first because you're kind of coming out of the hypnotic
Sandra Grace (27:24)
Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (27:25)
brainwave state when you wake up and when you go to sleep.
Sandra Grace (27:28)
Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (27:29)
So should people have a recording that they play to themselves before going to bed and and upon waking up? And if so, what what do they say? What do they say on there? Like what what do they
Sandra Grace (27:42)
Hmm? Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (27:45)
speak to themselves about themselves?
Sandra Grace (27:47)
Yeah. Well, first of all, I probably wouldn't should on anyone, so I wouldn't tell them they should or shouldn't. But I do I believe it would be in service
Emanuele Pani (27:52)
That's true.
Sandra Grace (27:52)
to them? A hundred percent. Yes. And so, so yeah, your first and last thoughts. And they could be, it could be something that you record of yourself to listen to yourself if you choose. But if you choose to be further from technology at the end of the day, you could simply take yourself through a protocol yourself, right? It could be something as simple as doing a little box breathing, right? Just breathe in for four, hold for four, exhale for four.
Hold for four, breathe in for four, hold.
Hold for four, you know, right? We just do some box breathing to induce state, right? Brings you very present physically, structurally, and mentally, emotionally, spiritually when you're concentrating and counting. And so you can bring yourself to some box breathing and then you could just set an intention of the thought that you choose. And it could be something as simple as I am ready for rest, or I am grateful for all the opportunities of this day, or I trust and know. I learned all the lessons afforded me today, right? You could set yourself with a particular intention as you.
You're going to sleep that brings closure, closes the loop, and allows quick, you know, like short latency, quick and deep sleep would be be a great thing. And or you maybe you set an intention for the morning. I I wake up with boundless energy as I put on my shoes and run to the gym, right? or I I I awaken full of love and gratitude, right? And so you could use that as your going to sleep thoughts as well. you could so that you know that would be like a post-hypnotic suggestion you'd be giving yourself that like you're gonna use this.
trans state and then you're going to use it to activate something later. You could give yourself a post-apnight suggestion or you could give yourself a direct suggestion in that moment to you know enhance the quality or the latency of your sleep or something right or maybe just close the loops for the day. A lot of people say my mind just keeps running and so you could use that trance state just to close the loops.
You know, to trust and know that all those things are on the schedule for the next day and that you could get to be fully present in your rest. Right? So yeah, last thing, first thing is self-hypnosis all day long. All day long. Mm-hmm.
Emanuele Pani (29:50)
So
Miss Sandra, I wanna be respectful of your time again. I can just go in so many
Sandra Grace (29:56)
Yeah.
Emanuele Pani (29:57)
incredible directions. But what I would love to ask you is after all your years of coaching and supporting entrepreneurs, founders,
What is something that you wish more people asked you about? That maybe you've never been asked?
Sandra Grace (30:18)
That's interesting. that I wish someone asked that they've never asked.
Hmm. I suppose one of the things that that people tend to overlook, especially because my clients are successful entrepreneurs, they take a lot of they take a lot of pride in being gritty, you know, overcoming obstacles and big feats and, you know, breaking records and things. And so not often does anyone talk to me about what it looks like to let it be easy.
Like what would it look like to allow this ideal life with grace and ease? So that it doesn't feel like hard and that they don't have to tell themselves, well, I just do hard things and I'm good at doing hard things and you know, so they don't have to push themselves through this, but but but it would be lovely if more of them would ask the question of what does it look like to allow my ideal life with grace and ease?
Emanuele Pani (31:25)
Why do you think that's so hard for people to do?
Sandra Grace (31:28)
Well, I think that because of my target market, right? These successful CEOs and entrepreneurs, that they they have taken a lot of reward and pride and a lot of a lot of been complimented and and highly praised because they're so gritty. Because if you know, well gosh, if if this has got to be done, I give it to E. Or if this is really something hard, I'm gonna I'm gonna ask for E's help. Like they take a lot of pride in you're you're the go to person. People send it to you when they don't know how to do it, right? You're the you're the one.
that can do the thing that no one can do. And so they've they've created an identity around doing hard things and being committed to doing hard things or being gritty. When in fact the clients that I work with when I ask at you know the end of our time together, I use that loosely because like you we've
As they circle back, right? And so when when we're done, one of the biggest things they say is it's the energy management, like what you taught me about being an efficiency an expert, an energy efficiency expert. Like that's the thing that changed everything. Like once I was able to do less and create more impact.
And that comes through the grace and ease. That that comes through flow, right? That we talked about earlier, where you're grounded in the human form, connected with the oneness. You're living in your spiritual truth. You're aligned with your value system. And from that space, it everything just seems like it's just, you know, rapid fire exponentially increases the result. And it's so efficient. It's so fast. Right. And so they get to
they're living in that flow and you know what used to take a day to do is now done in a couple of minutes or hours, right? And and thanks to the growth in AI and things that in supporting that, that that's you know just exponentially, you know, shifted, right? And so just allowing for that grace and need so that they can live and you know you've talked you talked earlier about like the P3 system, the peacefully
powerfully present system where we talk about that target of caring for self and then you know partner and then family and then and then extended family and then the business, right? And so they get to do that because they're so efficient that they know that there's more than enough time in their life for themselves. They know that there's plenty of time in their life for their divine connection. There's plenty of time to grow and develop relationship with partners and family and right friends and yeah.
Emanuele Pani (33:50)
Yeah.
Sandra Grace, it's always a pleasure to spend spend time with you. It's always a reminder of what time on task looks like. what passion for
serving looks like and very honored to call you a mentor, a friend.
My last question for you is it's and you're the first person that gets asked the four-part question, last question. So let's let's let's play around with it.
Sandra Grace (34:30)
All right.
Emanuele Pani (34:31)
and I know you'll appreciate this. One of the concepts that I've one of the frameworks that I've created is called the love framework, because what I've realized for myself, a lot of my journey was through self-love. And that's what has allowed me to
Be who I am today, feeling as good as I do. And so love stands for liberate, optimize, velocity, and elevate. And so the question for you is on the liberate, what was something that you got to liberate yourself from in terms of a story and identity that has helped you be where you are today?
Sandra Grace (35:10)
Yeah.
I think one of the biggest things is for me is when I first learned about this concept of what they called like epigenetics, right? So there's this idea that that we have this idea that we have these genes and so we have a predisposition to particular dis-ease in the body, right? And and so that once someone identifies that, the research is very clear that they often will attract that into their lives, whether or not they had the gene with even the perception of it, right? And so we make lifestyle choices and
And we we create mutations through our thoughts. We also talk about this idea that we need not pass them on. And so I think that one of the things that is so powerful is that when we learn to program, rewrite programs, delete programs that are in service or not in service of us, when we recreate that story in the in the subconscious mind, we're working with the superconscious, right? The divinity within us in our conscious mind, right? For all of our knowledge.
and experience when we when we pull these minds together it creates an opportunity for returning to health and it's my truth that the body heals itself and that the mind will heal itself when we release the lies right and so you know at Grace Ministries we really talk about like just standing in our truth the truth that we know that we know and that we've known since you know
first entrance to Earth School, right? These truths were known to us. And that we it's it's not about it's not but about forgetting all the lies we were told so much, it's remembering the truths.
And coming back to those. And so in in my journey in my health, I have had you know some pretty crazy health stories, right? Two-time cancer survivor, I had five congenital brain aneurysms, I did, you know, all my brain surgeries through hypnosis, right? I've had all sorts of digestive issues over the years, right? And and the biggest one is I just got my results back last week that I am literally the first person in t I don't know even how many generations to not continue this.
genes of Alzheimer dementia, which my mother and my grandmother and her mother have all suffered from. And I was committed to the release of that. And so I did the work and I just got my test results last week and I show no signs of the genetic trains or
Emanuele Pani (37:37)
Ways it.
Sandra Grace (37:38)
Alzheimer's dementia. And so I have to say at my late age, that's pretty amazing. And I'm I'm I I feel like that is just a great example of what we get to do with our minds and some of my predecessors and the you know, the
the my my master teachers have had amazing stories in that you know they were working on cures for type one diabetes when one of my mentors passed right like we know we can have profound impact on physical structural body as well as the mental emotional and spiritual bodies and so i just encourage people to release those old stories of well
Everyone in my family has this, or we all have that, or this is just part of it, right? Because that physical foundation allows us to build the mental, emotional, and the spiritual growth.
Emanuele Pani (38:27)
Love that. first of all, love it. Congrats. I just been to a Joe Dispenser thing, which is a recent thing in my mind. so I am absolutely on the same page as you on that. And it's one as what I was hinting to earlier in the show, the more you learn, the more you study, the more you see, experience and believe, and then you actually practice what you learn.
you have a chance to really make yourself believe. And and there's this very real thing that happens where you start really understanding how limitless we are. The the O, Miss Sandra Grace stands for optimize and there is tons of optimization by your hacko and all the different things. What has been one thing that has really made a difference in your life that has really helped you optimize that
foundation, right? The helped foundation for you.
Sandra Grace (39:25)
Well, in my in my specific case, I think it's about allowing my students to be my teachers. And so, you know, it's been said about me in other interviews and in in other areas of my life that, you know, my shoulders are here for my students to stand on. And if they're not reaching further or doing more than what I've done, then I I haven't done it right. And so I have been blessed to attract very successful
people into my life. They're it brilliant and masterful and so many different fields. And so I allow my students to be my teacher. And so every time a student is drawn to me, I know that there's things I get to share with them and support them, whether I'm coaching them or they're they're doing a formal training. but I also know I get to learn from them and I have attracted in so many brilliant
humans that have all sorts of breadth and depth of knowledge that have been exposed to all sorts of, you know, modalities of health and wellness and healing and personal and professional development. And so by allowing myself to be their student, as I've been yours, right? As I watch you and I and I learn from you, I I think that's that's been the optimization is the allowing the teacher to be the student. The master is the student as well as the teacher.
Emanuele Pani (40:37)
that. And I think that could it very easily be your answer to the next question, which is what has added velocity to your life? Because it is my belief that typically we overcomplicate things and at the moment that we ask ourselves what is the pattern least resistance, we pick up some velocity towards what we can create. And so what has Sandra Grace or how has Sandra Grace experienced velocity?
In in her life.
Sandra Grace (41:09)
Yeah, I think it's coming back to that, once we identify the up until now, right? The limiting idea that we had or belief we had written, it's that what gets to happen to love yourself enough. And so for me it's coming back to this I am love, I am loved, I am loving. And when I stand in that truth, then I know that all things are possible. And
Emanuele Pani (41:29)
Hmm.
Sandra Grace (41:29)
so
Emanuele Pani (41:30)
I love that. And the last question, just because I know that it's my truth and all of my teachers and all the people that I admire seem to be on the same bus as well. Where is Sandra Grace elevating right now? Like where in her journey is Sandra Grace getting to do all this work on Sandra Grace?
Sandra Grace (41:58)
Well,
I think the best part is that when I really leaned into legacy in this last year, you know, so my son's last year, he was gonna graduate early and I talked him out of it. So he's in his senior year this year and and leaving soon. And so as I look about what next for him and my mother likely making transitions soon and I look at what next for her when she leaves or school, I also get to ask myself the question, What's what's next for me? And and the elevate piece is really about when I made some clear decisions about
Legacy, and so there is a there's a brilliant woman by the name of Destiny Patton who intends to be the future of Integrative Lifeworks Inc. And together we are systematizing and growing the offerings for people because we've had a very elite price point up until now, right? And so we get to provide new levels of courses at new price points, and so she's teaching me all sorts of wonderful ways to create courses for strangers that find us, you know, on social media or something, and they get to come in and just take.
a basic course it's not even maybe a certification course it's just an intro too and so I'm learning and growing as we're creating these new courses and these new opportunities and and I
I'm really excited about what it means to stay in alignment with all of our curriculum. So as we r we're reviewing and rewriting every piece of curriculum that we've ever written at Integrative Lifeworks with the new higher frequency language understandings and with the new integration processes and the P3 models. And and as we're rewriting and creating all of it, I get to every step of the way check for congruence. And as I do, I just get to keep elevating and elevating and finding more congruence. And it's so
Fun. It's so fun.
Emanuele Pani (43:43)
Love that. Miss Sandra Grace, for people that have felt your energy, have felt a connection to how you speak, how you share. because again, guys, I operate from a place of abundance, and so I believe that I will bring on people to this show that have been teachers for me and they're still teachers. And so if you resonate with Sandra Grace.
She's an incredible teacher and you will be fortunate to work with her. Which doesn't mean you're not fortunate to work with me or anybody else that does this. It's just there are certain times that you need that your soul feels the calling to a certain person. And so anybody you hear on the show, first of all, if I brought them to you, they are verified as humans.
And so feel free to reach out to Sandra Grace. And so if they do want to reach out to you, Sandra, where where can they do so?
