On today’s Bible Answer Man broadcast (06/29/26), Hank responds to a question he received: “How would you justify the doctrine of the Energy/Essence distinction?” Hank also answers the following questions: Since God is omniscient, how can He say in Genesis 18:20-21 that He will go to Sodom to see if the things reported to be occurring there are in fact true? Sally - Calgary, AB (15:11) Is there a technology that implants messages directly in the minds of specific people? Could it be used to imitate a word from the Lord? Loni - Port Angeles, WA (18:32)

[0:07] Speaker 1: Welcome to the Bible answer Man Broadcast with Christian Research
[0:11] Speaker 1: Institute President Hank Hanigraph. Our mission at CRII is not
[0:15] Speaker 1: only to equip you with Christian doctrine, apologetic accuracy, and discernment,
[0:20] Speaker 1: but to help you become a faithful apprentice of Jesus Christ,
[0:24] Speaker 1: because life and truth matter. If you'd like to know

[0:41] Speaker 1: That's equip dot org. The following program was pre recorded
[0:47] Speaker 1: and now here's Hank Canigraph.
[0:49] Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Randy, and as always, it is
[0:52] Speaker 2: a very distinct pleasure to be in studio, to have
[0:56] Speaker 2: this privilege of answering your questions and impacting the lives
[0:59] Speaker 2: of people all around the world. As I travel, I
[1:03] Speaker 2: recognize the impact of this ministry not only through the
[1:07] Speaker 2: Bible Incermen Broadcast, through the Hank Unplugged podcasts, and through
[1:12] Speaker 2: are many other twenty four to seven outreaches, but through
[1:17] Speaker 2: the way in which people who support this ministry are
[1:21] Speaker 2: touching those lives for time and for eternity. In other words,
[1:25] Speaker 2: it's not just what we are doing, it's what we're
[1:28] Speaker 2: doing collectively that really matters. And so I thank you
[1:33] Speaker 2: from the bottom of my heart if you are standing
[1:36] Speaker 2: with a shoulder to shoulder in the battle for life
[1:38] Speaker 2: and truth, and if you are not, I invite you
[1:40] Speaker 2: to do that step of faith that will make a
[1:45] Speaker 2: change in the lives of people for time and for eternity.
[1:49] Speaker 2: You can give in essay secure Fashion on the web
[1:52] Speaker 2: at equipped dot org. And this is the end of
[1:56] Speaker 2: our fiscal year and we're behind in giving quite frankly,
[2:00] Speaker 2: and so if you have some of the Lord's resources,
[2:03] Speaker 2: if you could invest those resources in this ministry, it
[2:07] Speaker 2: would make a quantum difference. Again, you've given a say
[2:10] Speaker 2: secure Fashion on the web at equipped dot orger by
[2:14] Speaker 2: simply writing me at box eighty five hundred, Charlotte, North Carolina,
[2:18] Speaker 2: zip code two eight two seven one. You can talk
[2:22] Speaker 2: to our resource consultants as well triple eight seven thousand
[2:25] Speaker 2: and the letters CRI. A lot of you are hanging
[2:28] Speaker 2: on and I do want to get to your questions.
[2:31] Speaker 2: I want to deal with something first. Elbert, in reading California,
[2:36] Speaker 2: was asking a very significant question which an essence was
[2:42] Speaker 2: how I would justify the doctrine of the energy essence distinction.
[2:49] Speaker 2: I oftentimes talk about the distinction between energies and essence,
[2:55] Speaker 2: the essence of God and the energies of God, and
[2:59] Speaker 2: I've used very ways of illustrating that. This obviously is
[3:04] Speaker 2: not original with me, but I've talked about it on
[3:07] Speaker 2: the broadcast. So I get this question from Elbert, and
[3:10] Speaker 2: Albert goes on to say that God's essence is distinct
[3:14] Speaker 2: from his energies, and that seems if you hold the
[3:18] Speaker 2: position to imply to gods, and if the essence is
[3:22] Speaker 2: beyond the categories of being and non being, it seems
[3:26] Speaker 2: to defy the logical law of excluded middle. So again,
[3:31] Speaker 2: a very complex question, and the conundrum Albert posits is
[3:37] Speaker 2: an old one. It was raised in the fourteenth century
[3:41] Speaker 2: by contemporaries of Saint Gregory Palamas. Palamas was criticized in
[3:46] Speaker 2: his generation and that for making a distinction between God's
[3:52] Speaker 2: essence and his activities. An other word for activities would
[3:56] Speaker 2: be energies, and thus the criticism is he was rerun
[4:00] Speaker 2: in God a composite being, or perhaps even worse, effectively
[4:06] Speaker 2: entailing a theology of to God's and Palamus, of course,
[4:10] Speaker 2: was not innovating here. He was simply clarifying what the
[4:14] Speaker 2: fathers long before him had been saying, and his defense
[4:18] Speaker 2: was to employ the concept of emanation by analogy. It's
[4:25] Speaker 2: like a ray emanating from the sun, as has been
[4:28] Speaker 2: well said, like a ray from the sun, divine life
[4:33] Speaker 2: may be imparted to creatures without being cut off from God,
[4:39] Speaker 2: and so the unity and simplicity of God are not
[4:43] Speaker 2: endangered by this view of a creature having a real
[4:48] Speaker 2: participation in God's activities or energies, because they are neither
[4:54] Speaker 2: self subsistent entities nor properties that admit of change in
[5:00] Speaker 2: the subject. It is not the essence energy distinction that
[5:05] Speaker 2: inevitably leads to belief in a divided God, but ironically,
[5:11] Speaker 2: it is the failure to distinguish between the divine essence
[5:16] Speaker 2: and the divine energies that would ultimately lead to the
[5:21] Speaker 2: belief in different gods or even into the worldview that
[5:26] Speaker 2: entails pantheism. Furthermore, it is because there is a real
[5:31] Speaker 2: distinction between God's essence and energies that are participation in
[5:36] Speaker 2: the divine nature is a genuine participation. In fact, Palamus
[5:42] Speaker 2: offers the vivid illustration of a pot in a kiln,
[5:47] Speaker 2: and Kirsten Andersen summarizes this illustration very very well in
[5:53] Speaker 2: saying that when a pot is in a kiln, it
[5:56] Speaker 2: shares the very life of the fire, take on its hot,
[6:02] Speaker 2: taking on its burning qualities, becoming capable of transferring that
[6:07] Speaker 2: very activity, that very energy to something else. And when
[6:12] Speaker 2: removed from the fire, the pot still participates in the
[6:17] Speaker 2: fire's effects, and that's thanks to the fire, which now
[6:21] Speaker 2: has caused the pot to be a particular color, a
[6:25] Speaker 2: particular hardness, a particular weight, et cetera. But it no
[6:29] Speaker 2: longer participates in the activity of the fire itself. Obviously,
[6:34] Speaker 2: if it is removed, the participation in the activity of
[6:38] Speaker 2: the fire is the truer participation than the participation in
[6:42] Speaker 2: the effects. And thus, while activities of creatures participate in
[6:48] Speaker 2: the effects of their creator, not all participate in God's
[6:52] Speaker 2: very life that is reserved for the saints, and of
[6:57] Speaker 2: course all Christians are called saints, saints who have have
[7:00] Speaker 2: God not only as maker, but God also as farther
[7:05] Speaker 2: through divine adoption. I also want to respond to the
[7:09] Speaker 2: issue that Albert raises with respect to the applicability of
[7:12] Speaker 2: the laws of logic to the nature of God. And
[7:15] Speaker 2: the short answer to that is that God in his
[7:19] Speaker 2: essence is truly incomprehensible. And yet the Orthodox distinction between
[7:25] Speaker 2: God's essence and his energies no more violates the laws
[7:30] Speaker 2: of logic than does to the distinction between essence and
[7:34] Speaker 2: subjects in the doctrine of the Trinity, which I've talked
[7:38] Speaker 2: about many many times on the Bible answer been broadcast.
[7:41] Speaker 2: The flat out reality is that God is trans categorial,
[7:47] Speaker 2: and as such, the Eastern Church is quite content to
[7:52] Speaker 2: dwell in what I like to refer to as the
[7:55] Speaker 2: land of antinomy. And I love what Saint Gregory Fessala
[8:00] Speaker 2: Nike says in this regard. He says that the divine
[8:03] Speaker 2: nature must be said to be at the same time
[8:07] Speaker 2: both exclusive of and in some sense open to participation.
[8:13] Speaker 2: We attain to participation in the divine nature, and yet
[8:17] Speaker 2: at the same time it remains totally inaccessible. We need
[8:22] Speaker 2: to affirm both at the same time and to preserve
[8:26] Speaker 2: the antinomy as a criterion of right devotion. Now, of course,
[8:33] Speaker 2: as I was saying at the opening, we're talking about
[8:35] Speaker 2: a very deep mystery, which isn't merely a puzzle that
[8:40] Speaker 2: has yet to be resolved. Indeed, it cannot be resolved.
[8:47] Speaker 2: Why well, not because it is a principle that is
[8:50] Speaker 2: incoherent or false, but simply because it overwhelms our cognitive
[8:56] Speaker 2: capacities as creatures for a moment of Isaiah. Remember in
[9:03] Speaker 2: Isaiah chapter six, Isaiah gets one glimpse of the ineffable God,
[9:10] Speaker 2: and he is completely undone, the holiest man in Israel
[9:17] Speaker 2: has his circuits rewired, as it were. Look, Admittedly, all
[9:23] Speaker 2: that I've just said requires a tremendous amount of contemplation.
[9:27] Speaker 2: But here's the point that needs to be understood by
[9:30] Speaker 2: everybody that's listening into my voice right now. There is
[9:34] Speaker 2: a vast chasm between knowing about God and experiencing the
[9:41] Speaker 2: activities of God, or, to use the language of energy,
[9:45] Speaker 2: experiencing the energies of God. I think of Thomas Aquinas,
[9:51] Speaker 2: who applied his vast intellect to cognitively knowing God. That
[9:58] Speaker 2: was reading about his Suma Theologica, which was an attempt
[10:02] Speaker 2: on the part of a Quinnas to gather the whole
[10:05] Speaker 2: of God's truth into one coherent masterpiece, employing theology and
[10:10] Speaker 2: ethics and anthropology, and psychology and political theory, and what
[10:15] Speaker 2: have you. If anyone knew about God, Thomas Aquinas knew
[10:20] Speaker 2: about God. Assumement is one of the greatest intellectual achievements
[10:24] Speaker 2: of Western civilization. But on the morning of December sixth,
[10:30] Speaker 2: twelve seventy three, he had a eucharistic encounter with the
[10:36] Speaker 2: lion of the tribe of Judah, and that encounter caused
[10:41] Speaker 2: all his former musings to seem as so much straw.
[10:47] Speaker 2: Like Isaiah, he now knew God in a visceral, experiential sense,
[10:54] Speaker 2: not merely as a result of his vast intellectual prowess,
[10:58] Speaker 2: but as a result of encountering the living God who
[11:03] Speaker 2: knit him together in his mother's room. Coming up to the
[11:06] Speaker 2: station break and when I come back, I'm going directly
[11:09] Speaker 2: to your question. So please be patient.
[11:11] Speaker 1: We are down to the wire. Our fiscal year ends
[11:14] Speaker 1: in just days, and it is essential that we finish
[11:18] Speaker 1: the year strong in order to continue offering outreaches of
[11:21] Speaker 1: the Christian Research Institute like the Bible answer Man broadcast.

[11:49] Speaker 1: God bless you. The Bible answer man will return in
[11:53] Speaker 1: just a few moments breaking the Code. If the Book
[12:04] Speaker 1: of Revelation has become an international obsession, the result has
[12:08] Speaker 1: been rampant misreading of scripture, bad theology, and even bad
[12:12] Speaker 1: politics and foreign policy. In the Apocalypse Code, find out
[12:16] Speaker 1: what the Bible really says about the end times and
[12:19] Speaker 1: why it matters today. Hank Canagraph argues that the key
[12:22] Speaker 1: to understanding the Last Book of the Bible is the
[12:25] Speaker 1: other sixty five books of the Bible, not current events
[12:28] Speaker 1: or recent history. The Apocalypse Code offers sane answers to
[12:33] Speaker 1: some very controversial questions, such as what does it mean
[12:36] Speaker 1: to take the Book of Revelation literally? Who are the
[12:39] Speaker 1: Antichrist and the Great Horror of Babylon? And what is
[12:42] Speaker 1: the real meaning of six hundred and sixty six. Order

[13:06] Speaker 3: from his long defensive truth to his discovery that life
[13:09] Speaker 3: matters more. Essentially, two books in one. Part one equips
[13:13] Speaker 3: Christians to defend the essential truths of the historic Christian faith.
[13:17] Speaker 3: Part two explains why truth is necessary but hardly sufficient.
[13:21] Speaker 3: That the map is not the territory, the menu is
[13:24] Speaker 3: not the meal. We are created to experience life to
[13:28] Speaker 3: the full through union with God in Christ. Is there
[13:31] Speaker 3: more to the Christian life than what you are experiencing?

[14:00] Speaker 1: The Soviet Red Army won the Battle of Stalingrad. It
[14:04] Speaker 1: appeared at first the Nazi war machine would secure the victory,
[14:07] Speaker 1: but the Soviets battled back from near certain defeat with
[14:11] Speaker 1: extraordinary courage and resoluteness to turn the tide of the
[14:15] Speaker 1: battle and ultimately the war. The lesson is that both
[14:18] Speaker 1: men and material people and provisions played a critical role.
[14:23] Speaker 1: Willingness to fight and munitions in the Arsenal were pivotal.
[14:27] Speaker 1: Our contemporary battle for truth against anti Christian secularists raises
[14:32] Speaker 1: the stakes above the significance of Stalingrad. CRI likewise needs
[14:37] Speaker 1: military partners willing to stand for truth, along with the

[15:08] Speaker 1: Hank canagraph.
[15:09] Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Randy. Let's go first to Sally
[15:12] Speaker 2: listening to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Hi Sally, Hi Hank. How
[15:16] Speaker 2: are you. I'm okay, how are you?
[15:19] Speaker 4: I'm good, glad to talk to you. My question is
[15:22] Speaker 4: about Genesis eighteen twenty and twenty one. There's a term
[15:27] Speaker 4: and we can't remember what it is, but it's talking
[15:30] Speaker 4: about when the verses then the Lord said, the outcry
[15:34] Speaker 4: against Sodom and Gomora is so great, and there's sin
[15:37] Speaker 4: is so grievous. But I will go down and see
[15:40] Speaker 4: if what has been said about it is true. If not,
[15:43] Speaker 4: I will know. And the point is that God is omniscient.
[15:47] Speaker 4: How is it that he could say in scripture? How
[15:51] Speaker 4: can he say, I don't know? There is that a term?
[15:54] Speaker 4: Is it like personification.
[15:56] Speaker 2: Or well, it's close. It's an anthropomorphism. It is God
[16:01] Speaker 2: speaking in the manner of a human being. And in
[16:04] Speaker 2: this particular case. What's interesting about the story is here
[16:08] Speaker 2: you have God and two angels meeting Abraham on the
[16:13] Speaker 2: planes of Mamra. Now God is spirit, and yet here
[16:19] Speaker 2: we have God taking on the form of a man.
[16:23] Speaker 2: And that is what is called a theophany, the appearance
[16:28] Speaker 2: of God in the form of a man. And then
[16:32] Speaker 2: you have two angels that appear in the form of
[16:36] Speaker 2: men as well. That's called an angel aphany. So here
[16:40] Speaker 2: you have God appearing. Now again you have the appearance
[16:45] Speaker 2: of Christ in the Old Testament a christophany, but it's temporary.
[16:50] Speaker 2: Christ is in the incarnation, permanently taking on flesh. But
[16:56] Speaker 2: in the Old Testament these are temporary appearances. So in
[17:00] Speaker 2: this particular case, you have a conversation between Abraham and
[17:05] Speaker 2: God and two angels, and they're talking about Sodom and Gomara,
[17:09] Speaker 2: and God is going to send the angels to see
[17:12] Speaker 2: what's going on in Sodom and Gomorrow. This is not
[17:15] Speaker 2: as though God does not know what is going on,
[17:19] Speaker 2: but he's actually pointing out something that's going to happen
[17:23] Speaker 2: in time and space. The angels are going to go
[17:27] Speaker 2: to Sodom and Gamorrow, They're going to have an encounter
[17:31] Speaker 2: with the wicked people there. So it's not as though
[17:34] Speaker 2: God does not know, but it's being explained to us
[17:38] Speaker 2: in a way that we can apprehend. This is why,
[17:41] Speaker 2: by the way, I was in Athens and I had
[17:43] Speaker 2: an opportunity to speak at a large church there, one
[17:47] Speaker 2: of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen in my life.
[17:50] Speaker 2: If you didn't know anything whatsoever about the Gospel, you
[17:54] Speaker 2: just look around the church and you can see the
[17:57] Speaker 2: entire Gospel as it unfolds in pictures, a beautiful thing.
[18:02] Speaker 2: And so you're learning in that way. And so God
[18:05] Speaker 2: teaches us using earthly perceptible realities like icons and pictures,
[18:11] Speaker 2: so that we might know his glories, and he does
[18:14] Speaker 2: the same thing in his word, he explains it to
[18:17] Speaker 2: us in ways that we can apprehend, ways that we
[18:20] Speaker 2: can relate to. And that's the language of anthropomorphism.
[18:25] Speaker 4: Okay, thank you anthropromortions. Yeah, that's great, Thank you very much.
[18:30] Speaker 5: You got it.
[18:30] Speaker 2: Sally, thank you so much. Back to the phone lines.
[18:33] Speaker 2: We'll talk to Lonnie next. Listening in Port Angelus, Washington.
[18:37] Speaker 5: Hi, Lonnie, thank you for taking my call. You were
[18:41] Speaker 5: talking about something like the importance of knowing God rather
[18:45] Speaker 5: than knowing about him, and you were talking then about
[18:49] Speaker 5: the importance of putting on the whole armor of God. Yes,
[18:53] Speaker 5: my question to my mind as to whether you have
[18:56] Speaker 5: addressed the problem that neuroscience has been. Let's indications are
[19:02] Speaker 5: it's even been married to the occult and they call it.
[19:07] Speaker 5: The Department of Defense called it the voice of God
[19:10] Speaker 5: weapons where it can be remotely, covertly transmitted to some
[19:17] Speaker 5: one person's hearing, a one person's head. It were in
[19:21] Speaker 5: a cloud, you know, only one person will hear it.
[19:24] Speaker 5: And it was demonstrated apparently in the First Gulf War
[19:29] Speaker 5: when just dozens of the Racky soldiers began to surrender
[19:35] Speaker 5: and they said it was because all I had commanded
[19:39] Speaker 5: them to do so.
[19:41] Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think that that's true, Lonny. I don't
[19:43] Speaker 2: think that the capability is for a message sending microwave
[19:50] Speaker 2: technology that ends up communicating within your cranium thought information.
[19:57] Speaker 2: I don't think that's true. I do think, however, that
[19:59] Speaker 2: that technology is available whereby you can disrupt the cranium
[20:04] Speaker 2: in a physiological way, and that has been proven in
[20:08] Speaker 2: cases where this kind of microwave technology is used in
[20:12] Speaker 2: a weapon nize sense against Americans and others in other
[20:17] Speaker 2: countries in the Far East. So this is a technology
[20:21] Speaker 2: and is a technology that's advancing, but it hasn't advanced
[20:25] Speaker 2: to the point of becoming a thought conveying medium. But
[20:29] Speaker 2: if it does, the antidote is still exactly the same,
[20:33] Speaker 2: whether it's the devil or it's a microwave technology, or
[20:35] Speaker 2: whatever it is. Our responsibility is to be strong in
[20:39] Speaker 2: the Lord and in his mighty power, and to put
[20:42] Speaker 2: on the whole armor of God so that we can
[20:45] Speaker 2: take our stand against principalities and powers of darkness. It
[20:50] Speaker 2: could be the world, it could be the flesh, could
[20:51] Speaker 2: be the devil, but principalities of darkness, and after we've
[20:54] Speaker 2: done everything to stand. So the antidote is still the same,
[20:57] Speaker 2: it is to put on the full arm of God.
[21:01] Speaker 5: Okay, I don't believe the devil's very, very active today,
[21:05] Speaker 5: a lot more than in my seventies. I didn't expect
[21:08] Speaker 5: him to be as active as he is in all our.
[21:11] Speaker 1: Time, did you, well?
[21:13] Speaker 2: I you know, I think we ought to always expect that, Lonnie.
[21:18] Speaker 2: I mean, I think the reality is is that we
[21:20] Speaker 2: have a foe that has often caricatured, much to his delight,
[21:26] Speaker 2: And what we forget is that he is a sophisticated
[21:31] Speaker 2: angel of enlightenment who has watched us, who is crafty,
[21:36] Speaker 2: who knows where our vulnerabilities are and is always ready
[21:41] Speaker 2: to take advantage of those vulnerabilities. And that's why, again
[21:45] Speaker 2: there's an urgency to the biblical injunction to put on
[21:50] Speaker 2: the full armor of God.
[21:52] Speaker 5: I agree he gave us the way to do it,
[21:55] Speaker 5: didn't he?
[21:56] Speaker 2: He absolutely did, yes, And so God has not left
[22:00] Speaker 2: us in such a way that we're vulnerable. Again, the
[22:04] Speaker 2: emphasis in spiritual warfare is on God's power to protect
[22:08] Speaker 2: as opposed to Satan's power to pillage.
[22:13] Speaker 5: Yes, okay, thank you so much, and God bless you, God.
[22:16] Speaker 2: Bless you. I appreciate your call so much. And you
[22:19] Speaker 2: know I wrote a book on this subject. It's called
[22:22] Speaker 2: The Covering God's Plan to Protect You from Evil. That
[22:26] Speaker 2: book available as you know. Our gift to you as
[22:30] Speaker 2: you support this ministry financially and for those who join
[22:34] Speaker 2: Serious Support Team, be pleased to personalize a copy to you,
[22:38] Speaker 2: a family member or a friend. Let me say a
[22:42] Speaker 2: little more about Satan, because there's a fascination with demons
[22:47] Speaker 2: in the culture that has led to a robust spiritual
[22:53] Speaker 2: warfare movement even within the Evangelical Church, and having lost
[22:59] Speaker 2: the ability to think biblically, what modern believers are doing
[23:04] Speaker 2: is being quickly transformed from cultural change agents and initiators
[23:10] Speaker 2: into cultural conformists and imitators. In other words, pop culture
[23:16] Speaker 2: beckons and postmodern Christians all too often are taking debait,
[23:21] Speaker 2: and as a result, the discipleship model is spiritual warfare
[23:25] Speaker 2: that was once championed by Puritans in pre modern America
[23:31] Speaker 2: has given way to a deliverance motif. To put it
[23:35] Speaker 2: another way, the passion for exercising the spiritual disciplines in
[23:40] Speaker 2: order to become like Christ is given way to the
[23:43] Speaker 2: quick fix of exercising demons. So how that works is
[23:48] Speaker 2: that you have a deliverance minister and he is pointing
[23:52] Speaker 2: out the demons that you have. So this person comes
[23:55] Speaker 2: up to him and he says, you have the demon
[23:56] Speaker 2: of lust, and then he exercises the demon of lust.
[24:00] Speaker 2: Person now has two value propositions given to them. The
[24:05] Speaker 2: first is the lust wasn't their problem in the first place.
[24:08] Speaker 2: It was a demon, as Flip Wilson used to say,
[24:11] Speaker 2: the devil made me do it. The second attendant benefit
[24:16] Speaker 2: is that you no longer have that problem. Well, turns
[24:19] Speaker 2: out you still have that problem because this exorcism motif
[24:24] Speaker 2: that you see within evangelicalism is a ruse. If you
[24:29] Speaker 2: are genuinely a follower of Christ, your temple is the
[24:35] Speaker 2: temple of the Holy Spirit and will not be inhabited
[24:39] Speaker 2: by a demon. Now, demons can bug you, they can
[24:43] Speaker 2: harass you, they can as it or sit on your
[24:47] Speaker 2: shoulder and whisper into your ear. And so you have
[24:50] Speaker 2: to put on the full armor of cut. But you
[24:52] Speaker 2: shouldn't fall for the prostitution of this whole demonology, fad, craze,
[24:58] Speaker 2: whatever you want to call it, that is causing people
[25:02] Speaker 2: to look in all the wrong directions for solutions to
[25:05] Speaker 2: their problems. Far better to find the biblical solution. And
[25:09] Speaker 2: that's again why I wrote the covering God's plan to
[25:12] Speaker 2: protect you from evil. If you put on the form
[25:14] Speaker 2: of God, you are invincible and spiritual warfare. If you
[25:18] Speaker 2: do not, well, then you're a guaranteed casualty. Do you
[25:22] Speaker 2: remember this is the end of our fiscal year. We're
[25:25] Speaker 2: asking people to step into the plate give generously. If
[25:28] Speaker 2: you have some of the Lord's resources, please consider investing
[25:32] Speaker 2: those resources in the ministry. You can't take them with you,
[25:35] Speaker 2: but you can send them ahead, and we're asking you
[25:38] Speaker 2: to prayer fully consider doing that to invest those resources

[27:05] Speaker 1: has become an international obsession, the result has been rampant
[27:09] Speaker 1: misreading of scripture, bad theology, and even bad politics and
[27:13] Speaker 1: foreign policy. In The Apocalypse Code, find out what the
[27:16] Speaker 1: Bible really says about the end times and why it
[27:19] Speaker 1: matters today. Hank Canagraph argues that the key to understanding
[27:23] Speaker 1: the Last Book of the Bible is the other sixty
[27:26] Speaker 1: five books of the Bible, not current events or recent history.
[27:30] Speaker 1: The Apocalypse Code offers sane answers to some very controversial questions,
[27:35] Speaker 1: such as what does it mean to take the Book
[27:37] Speaker 1: of Revelation literally? Who are the Antichrist and the Great
[27:40] Speaker 1: Horror of Babylon? And what is the real meaning of
