[0:07] Speaker 1: From the Christian Research Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina. You
[0:11] Speaker 1: are listening to the best of the Bible answer Man
[0:13] Speaker 1: Broadcast with Hank Canagraph. We're on the air because life
[0:17] Speaker 1: and truth matter. The mission of the Christian Research Institute
[0:21] Speaker 1: is to equip believers to always be prepared to give
[0:24] Speaker 1: an answer to everyone who asks you, to give the
[0:27] Speaker 1: reason for the hope that you have with gentleness and respect.
[0:31] Speaker 1: For more information resources or to donate to CURI, call
[0:36] Speaker 1: eight eight eight seven thousand CRI, or go online to
[0:40] Speaker 1: equip dot org. That's equip dot org. The following program
[0:46] Speaker 1: was prerecorded and now here's Bible Answerman host Hank Canagraph.
[0:52] Speaker 2: Thank you very much forr Andy, and we'll go right
[0:53] Speaker 2: to our callers in just a moment. But I wanted
[0:55] Speaker 2: to mention how important it is for you to stand
[1:00] Speaker 2: with this ministry because truth matters. Of course, truth is
[1:03] Speaker 2: an aspect of the nature of God. Christianity is not
[1:07] Speaker 2: true because it works. That's pragmatism. It's not true because
[1:12] Speaker 2: it feels right. That's subjectivism. It's not true because it's
[1:18] Speaker 2: my truth. That's relativism. Christianity is true because it is
[1:24] Speaker 2: anchored in the person of Christ. Furthermore, it's important to
[1:31] Speaker 2: recognize that truth is anything that corresponds to reality. As such,
[1:39] Speaker 2: truth does not yield to the size and strength of
[1:45] Speaker 2: the latest lobby group, nor is truth merely a matter
[1:49] Speaker 2: of preference or opinion. Truth is true even if everyone
[1:55] Speaker 2: denies it, and a lie a lie even if everybody affirms.
[2:02] Speaker 2: And truth, of course, is essential to a realistic worldview.
[2:07] Speaker 2: When sophistry, sensationalism, when supersition, when they together sabotage truth,
[2:16] Speaker 2: our view of reality becomes seriously skewed. And that is
[2:21] Speaker 2: precisely what is happening today with prophecy pundits who are
[2:28] Speaker 2: seriously skewing the reality of truth in the minds of
[2:33] Speaker 2: so many because they pretend that their truth comes from
[2:40] Speaker 2: the truth the final court of arbitration, when in fact
[2:45] Speaker 2: it comes from their own subjective flights a fancy. And
[2:52] Speaker 2: in the end, while sensationalism prevails for a moment, the
[3:00] Speaker 2: Savior's name in the end will be dragged through the mud.
[3:07] Speaker 2: That is why it is so important for you to
[3:09] Speaker 2: take this opportunity to equip yourself to always be ready
[3:12] Speaker 2: to give an answer. Again. We do what we do
[3:17] Speaker 2: because truth matters. We don't do what we do because
[3:23] Speaker 2: it's politically correct. We don't do what we do because
[3:27] Speaker 2: it's popular. We don't do what we do to gain
[3:33] Speaker 2: a bigger platform. We do what we do because over
[3:38] Speaker 2: the years I have recognized that people are making life
[3:42] Speaker 2: decision on the basis of the skin of the truth
[3:47] Speaker 2: stuffed with a great big lie. Ideas have consequences. We'll
[3:54] Speaker 2: go right now to the phone calls. First up, I
[3:59] Speaker 2: want to talk to John listening in Calgary, Alverta, Canada. Hi.
[4:03] Speaker 3: John, Hey, Hank, how you doing.
[4:06] Speaker 2: I'm well, good talking to you, good.
[4:07] Speaker 3: Talking you too. Just want to let you know that
[4:10] Speaker 3: I've been listening to your program since nineteen eighty eight,
[4:15] Speaker 3: five days a week.
[4:16] Speaker 2: Well, thank you.
[4:18] Speaker 3: And my pleasure. And you spoke here one time at
[4:20] Speaker 3: the Curry Barracks and I was in attendance there and
[4:26] Speaker 3: I also bought your book Christianity and Crisis. That was
[4:32] Speaker 3: amazing that it was like I was being shot out
[4:35] Speaker 3: of a canon with my faith. Wow, And I really
[4:39] Speaker 3: you know that it's so foundational for a lot of
[4:41] Speaker 3: believers to have discernment to understand about the kingdom and
[4:47] Speaker 3: the cults and about these false preachers.
[4:50] Speaker 2: Well, thank you for the encouragement. John. It means the
[4:52] Speaker 2: world to me.
[4:53] Speaker 3: The question I have for you, Hank is Joshua one
[4:58] Speaker 3: verse five. Now the Lord is speaking to Israel. Now
[5:04] Speaker 3: can we take that verse personally? I will never leave
[5:08] Speaker 3: you in nor forsake you. When he's speaking to Israel.
[5:10] Speaker 3: Can we take that personally or is it strictly to
[5:14] Speaker 3: the land of Israel.
[5:16] Speaker 2: Well, this is given within the context of a historical narrative,
[5:20] Speaker 2: so it is directed in a very poignant fashion to
[5:24] Speaker 2: a person as I was with Moses. So I too
[5:29] Speaker 2: will be with you. I will never leave you or
[5:31] Speaker 2: forsake you. So this has ramifications for Joshua, has ramifications
[5:36] Speaker 2: for Israel, but in principle it certainly has ramifications for
[5:40] Speaker 2: us as well. So imbued in this promise to a
[5:44] Speaker 2: pacific people and a specific person is a promise to
[5:49] Speaker 2: us as those who are heirs of the promise, those
[5:53] Speaker 2: of us who are in reality rightly called true Israel.
[5:58] Speaker 2: And remember, on the New Testament language that is used
[6:02] Speaker 2: for Old Testament Israel is recapitulated and used for us.
[6:07] Speaker 2: We are priests, We're a holy nation, We're a royal priesthood.
[6:12] Speaker 2: We're called out so in principle this does apply specifically
[6:19] Speaker 2: and directly to us, although this is given in a
[6:22] Speaker 2: historical perspective to a person and a people perfect.
[6:27] Speaker 3: That's why I thought, Hank, thank you very much.
[6:29] Speaker 2: You got it. Thank you so much for your call.
[6:31] Speaker 2: I want to go back to the phone lines now.
[6:32] Speaker 2: Talk to Linda. She's listening in Ohio.
[6:36] Speaker 3: Hi, Linda, Hi, how are you good?
[6:39] Speaker 2: How are you?
[6:40] Speaker 4: My sister and I were talking one day. We were
[6:43] Speaker 4: talking about the possibility of when Jesus said that he
[6:48] Speaker 4: would be dead for three days and they were not
[6:51] Speaker 4: allowed to do anything on the Sabbath. Is this a
[6:53] Speaker 4: possibility that God did raise Jesus prior to the three days,
[6:59] Speaker 4: and that he was walking the earth and by the
[7:03] Speaker 4: time they could get to the Sabbath or the day
[7:06] Speaker 4: after the Sabbath was the third day when they were
[7:09] Speaker 4: allowed to do things.
[7:11] Speaker 2: No, the text specifically tells us that Jesus rose on
[7:15] Speaker 2: the third day, not before the third day nor after
[7:18] Speaker 2: the third day, but rather Matthew six day and tells
[7:22] Speaker 2: us specifically that Jesus rose on the third day. And
[7:26] Speaker 2: I think it's important too to recognize the days have significance.
[7:31] Speaker 2: Jesus died on Passover day or Friday, to fulfill the
[7:36] Speaker 2: conditions of being our Pascal or our passover Lamb. Also
[7:41] Speaker 2: recognize that imbued in the whole chronology is a Jesus
[7:47] Speaker 2: who fulfills all the types in shadows, and therefore a
[7:51] Speaker 2: Jesus in whom we can have our Sabbath rest. The
[7:56] Speaker 2: text tells us the gospel specific Clay, they say that
[8:01] Speaker 2: he died and was buried the day before the Sabbath
[8:06] Speaker 2: or Friday, and rose on the day after the Sabbath
[8:12] Speaker 2: or on Sunday. So I think we have to take
[8:14] Speaker 2: the text at face value and then see the beauty
[8:18] Speaker 2: that is imbued in the text from a symbolic standpoint,
[8:21] Speaker 2: because Jesus is the passover Lamb, and from that point
[8:27] Speaker 2: on no longer is Passover meaningful except in a historical perspective.
[8:33] Speaker 2: So we don't, as Christians celebrate Passover, we celebrate the
[8:38] Speaker 2: Lord's Supper. Do this in remembrance of Me, because the
[8:44] Speaker 2: types and shadows of temple, priests and sacrifice are fulfilled
[8:48] Speaker 2: in His sacrifice on the cross. Therefore, Jesus on the
[8:52] Speaker 2: cross could say it is finished, or to tell us
[8:55] Speaker 2: die secular coin a great the language of the day
[8:58] Speaker 2: saying is that the debt is paid in full.
[9:05] Speaker 4: Okay, thank you very much and gah blessure in your ministry.
[9:08] Speaker 2: Thank you, Linda, appreciate your call. I want to go
[9:11] Speaker 2: back to the phone lines. We'll talk next to Anna Marie.
[9:15] Speaker 2: She's listening in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. High Animary, thank you for.
[9:20] Speaker 5: Taking my call. I was reading in First Summul, chapter
[9:25] Speaker 5: twenty eight, and God did not answer Saal anymore. So
[9:30] Speaker 5: he consulted a medium, which brought up somewhere was this
[9:35] Speaker 5: really summer or what this a demon looking like summer?
[9:39] Speaker 5: Because God didn't want to answer some sult anymore.
[9:43] Speaker 2: Well, I don't think there's any question whatsoever that this
[9:47] Speaker 2: was Samuel. If you read the account, it is clearly
[9:53] Speaker 2: Samuel who was brought back. But this is not done
[9:59] Speaker 2: by the witch a vendor. This is done in spite
[10:04] Speaker 2: of the witch of vendor, and that is why she
[10:07] Speaker 2: is so amazed and also frightened when Samuel appears. So
[10:12] Speaker 2: this is not normative. This is a sovereign act of
[10:16] Speaker 2: God to judge the first king of Israel.
[10:22] Speaker 5: I'm glad you said that, because my friend said to me,
[10:25] Speaker 5: God doesn't cut people back out of paradise, and I said, well,
[10:30] Speaker 5: what about the transfiguration, you know when Elijah and Moses
[10:34] Speaker 5: came up, And he said, well, that's different, you know,
[10:36] Speaker 5: but I do believe that it was an act of
[10:39] Speaker 5: God in spite of that medium.
[10:42] Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's right. And remember I use the
[10:45] Speaker 2: word normative. Your friend is partially right in saying that
[10:49] Speaker 2: God does not do this on a regular basis. So
[10:53] Speaker 2: when it does happen, such as what you find in
[10:56] Speaker 2: for Samuel twenty eight or on the amount of trans configuration,
[11:01] Speaker 2: these are not normative experiences, right.
[11:05] Speaker 5: Thank you very much, you got it.
[11:07] Speaker 2: Thank you so much for your call. Take more of
[11:09] Speaker 2: your questions on the other side of the break. Please

[12:06] Speaker 6: from his long defensive truth to his discovery that life
[12:10] Speaker 6: matters more. Essentially, two books in one. Part one equips
[12:14] Speaker 6: Christians to defend the essential truth of the historic Christian faith.
[12:18] Speaker 6: Part two explains why truth is necessary but hardly sufficient.
[12:22] Speaker 6: That the map is not the territory, the menu is
[12:25] Speaker 6: not the meal. We are created to experience life to
[12:28] Speaker 6: the full through union with God in Christ. Is there
[12:31] Speaker 6: more to the Christian life than what you are experiencing?

[13:01] Speaker 1: Anyone who's been paying attention knows there's a war going
[13:04] Speaker 1: on not just on traditional morality, civility, and decency, but
[13:09] Speaker 1: even more fundamentally on historic notions of truth. And the
[13:12] Speaker 1: enemy isn't just the onslaught of fake news, facilitated by
[13:16] Speaker 1: a post truth culture and turbocharged by growing legions of
[13:19] Speaker 1: ideological spinductors. Note the real enemies of truth range from
[13:24] Speaker 1: postmodernist convictions that there is no objective truth to militant
[13:28] Speaker 1: scientism that claims that only science can determine truth and
[13:33] Speaker 1: religion is little more than primitive superstitions. But CRI Support

[14:16] Speaker 1: and based on two decades of research and reflection, Hank
[14:20] Speaker 1: Henagraph's monumental book, Has God Spoken answers what is surely
[14:25] Speaker 1: the most important question facing our world. In Has God Spoken?
[14:29] Speaker 1: Memorable proofs of the Bible's divine inspiration, Hank counters the
[14:33] Speaker 1: contentions of the Bible attackers and clearly shows that belief
[14:37] Speaker 1: in the Holy Scriptures is not a guess or wishful thinking.

[15:10] Speaker 2: Thank you very much, Randy VAM. We'll get right back
[15:12] Speaker 2: to our phone callers. Next up is Gail. She's listening
[15:15] Speaker 2: in Tracy, California.
[15:16] Speaker 1: Hi, Gail, Hi, how are you?
[15:18] Speaker 2: I'm good and good talking to you.
[15:20] Speaker 7: Thanks for taking my call. I don't know question. I
[15:24] Speaker 7: don't currently have a church home, and I kind of,
[15:30] Speaker 7: let you know, family activities and things like that kind
[15:33] Speaker 7: of stop me from or prevent me from going to
[15:37] Speaker 7: church on a regular basis. But I still wanted to
[15:40] Speaker 7: pay my tithing, and I was wondering, if I don't
[15:43] Speaker 7: have a church home, how do you still fulfill that part?
[15:47] Speaker 7: If you know, how can you feel do that or
[15:50] Speaker 7: should I just find a church home.
[15:52] Speaker 2: Well, I think you should find a church home. I
[15:54] Speaker 2: do not neglect the gathering of yourselves together, as is
[15:57] Speaker 2: the custom of some. There's a a real necessity for this, Gail.
[16:03] Speaker 2: First of all, you want to make sure that you
[16:05] Speaker 2: recognize that when you become a believer, you weren't born
[16:08] Speaker 2: again as a lone ranger Christian. You were born into
[16:10] Speaker 2: a family. And that family, the Universal Church of God,
[16:14] Speaker 2: is expressed in local congregations. So you want to find
[16:18] Speaker 2: a congregation which you can worship God through prayer, praise,
[16:22] Speaker 2: and the proclamation of the Word. A congregation which you
[16:25] Speaker 2: can experience genuine oneness with other brothers and sisters who
[16:28] Speaker 2: need you as much as you need them. And then
[16:31] Speaker 2: a church in what you're being equipped to communicate what
[16:35] Speaker 2: you believe in why you believe. In other words, you
[16:38] Speaker 2: need to find a healthy, well balanced church. So, since
[16:41] Speaker 2: you're starting at square zero, I'd love to give you
[16:43] Speaker 2: some recommendations of churches in your area if you want
[16:46] Speaker 2: to hang on in the meantime. Yeah, I mean, you
[16:49] Speaker 2: want to make sure that you use your resources in
[16:52] Speaker 2: a prudent way, which is to say, you want to
[16:54] Speaker 2: look for ministries that are really making a difference. If
[16:58] Speaker 2: you're going to make an inventvestment in a company because
[17:02] Speaker 2: you wanted to make a wise stock purchase, you would
[17:07] Speaker 2: really do some due diligence or has someone do some
[17:09] Speaker 2: due diligence for you, so that there's a good return
[17:12] Speaker 2: on your investment. I think the same thing is true
[17:14] Speaker 2: from a spiritual standpoint. You want to invest in ministries
[17:18] Speaker 2: or organizations which are really making a difference for time
[17:22] Speaker 2: and for eternity, because we are at the end of
[17:25] Speaker 2: the day going to be called into account for what
[17:26] Speaker 2: we did with our time, our talent, and our treasure.
[17:32] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[17:33] Speaker 7: Well, I think I haven't really founded a church home
[17:35] Speaker 7: yet because I mean I've been around the church all
[17:38] Speaker 7: my life, but I've just in the past couple of years,
[17:42] Speaker 7: I've really been trying to figure out what it is
[17:46] Speaker 7: that I you know, where I stand, like what I
[17:49] Speaker 7: believe and you know, and I've been tending to gear
[17:54] Speaker 7: more toward like non denominational churches. And I listened to
[17:58] Speaker 7: a lot of of course, you know, top church on
[18:04] Speaker 7: the you know that's done that have a broadcast or
[18:07] Speaker 7: TV or on the radio. But I'm still kind of
[18:10] Speaker 7: trying to find my way basically, yeah.
[18:12] Speaker 2: And part of that, Gail, I think it's important for
[18:14] Speaker 2: you to recognize what you're looking for. He who aims
[18:18] Speaker 2: at nothing invariably hits it right. So you don't want
[18:21] Speaker 2: to shoot the arrow and then draw the bullseye around
[18:24] Speaker 2: where it lands. You want to figure out where the
[18:26] Speaker 2: bullseye is to start with. And so it's important at
[18:29] Speaker 2: this stage of your life to know the very things
[18:32] Speaker 2: that you're seeking to know. But in doing that, do
[18:35] Speaker 2: remember that in essentials there has to be unity. Non
[18:40] Speaker 2: essentials liberty and all things charity. We can disagree on
[18:46] Speaker 2: some of the secondary issues, but in the essentials we
[18:49] Speaker 2: stand shoulder to shoulder. So even though we disagree on
[18:54] Speaker 2: some of the secondary issues, we recognize that this is
[18:57] Speaker 2: an area that we can have the experience of iron
[19:00] Speaker 2: sharpening iron and then the process together we're growing.
[19:04] Speaker 7: Right, And I think that's kind of where I am.
[19:06] Speaker 7: I mean, I feel that religion is more man made,
[19:12] Speaker 7: you know. I tend to kind of go towards you know,
[19:17] Speaker 7: as long as you're reading the Bible and I can understand,
[19:21] Speaker 7: you know, it's relatable to me, you know, and and
[19:24] Speaker 7: reading the Bible, you're reading from the same doctrine that
[19:27] Speaker 7: I'm reading from, and there there is some of course,
[19:31] Speaker 7: like you said, there's going to be some disagree agreement
[19:34] Speaker 7: in some of the I guess is the activities of
[19:37] Speaker 7: the church, you know, But as long as they're on
[19:41] Speaker 7: the whole, we agree.
[19:43] Speaker 2: You know, on the essentials of the historic Christian faith.
[19:45] Speaker 2: Remember that Jesus Christ is building a bride, and you
[19:49] Speaker 2: can think about this as a mosaic or a temple.
[19:53] Speaker 2: However you think about it. You're one of the stones.
[19:55] Speaker 2: You're one of those stones in the mosaic, You're one
[19:57] Speaker 2: of these stones in the temple. But He's built holding
[20:00] Speaker 2: a bride, and you're part of that process. So don't
[20:03] Speaker 2: try to go it alone. You want to be part
[20:05] Speaker 2: of a healthy, well balanced church.
[20:08] Speaker 7: And so just going back to so in the meantime,
[20:10] Speaker 7: far is that considered tithing if you're contributing to like
[20:16] Speaker 7: some of the top ministries are well, I.
[20:19] Speaker 2: Wouldn't look at it necessarily in a legalistic way. I mean,
[20:22] Speaker 2: the idea gale is to hold what you have with
[20:25] Speaker 2: an open hand so that God can take out and
[20:27] Speaker 2: put in as he sees fit. So you want to
[20:30] Speaker 2: invest in those ministries that are really making a difference,
[20:35] Speaker 2: really touching the lives of people for time and for eternity,
[20:39] Speaker 2: building the body of Christ, giving people an eternal perspective.
[20:44] Speaker 2: Look for ministries like that to invest in. And then
[20:47] Speaker 2: the thing that you do as you give is you
[20:49] Speaker 2: find out that you can never outgive the Lord. So
[20:52] Speaker 2: tithing becomes the training wheels forgiving.
[20:55] Speaker 7: Right right, all right, thank you very much, bless you, Gail.
[20:59] Speaker 2: I appreciate your called Back to the phone lines, we'll
[21:01] Speaker 2: talk to Louise Say on Summer Hill, Illinois. Hi Louise, Well.
[21:06] Speaker 8: Hi Hank. I've got a question. And my husband and
[21:10] Speaker 8: I have brought over for several weeks, so we've been
[21:14] Speaker 8: trying to get a hold of you. We've got some
[21:17] Speaker 8: commentaries even with cliffs and all that, but we live
[21:21] Speaker 8: in a small country towns and stuff. Not much what
[21:26] Speaker 8: we want to know, and we understand. I don't understand persecution,
[21:30] Speaker 8: but I understand the word when he says, I am
[21:33] Speaker 8: Jesus whom you are persecuting, it is hard for you
[21:37] Speaker 8: to kick against the goads. How is Jesus saying that
[21:42] Speaker 8: to him? It is hard for you to kick against
[21:46] Speaker 8: the goads? He was like a terrorist and he reveled
[21:52] Speaker 8: in persecuting children and men and women and killing people.
[21:59] Speaker 8: And think, what's Jesus, it is hard for you to
[22:04] Speaker 8: kick against the goats. We understand what goats are because
[22:09] Speaker 8: we've grown up here around you know, you heard cattle,
[22:12] Speaker 8: and we've got hobs and stuff and everything. But there's
[22:16] Speaker 8: something there. It's hard for you to kick against the goats.
[22:21] Speaker 8: What does they mean? It is hard? And how's he's
[22:25] Speaker 8: saying it? It's I don't think it's sarcasm or anything.
[22:29] Speaker 2: But well, remember, metaphors do not walk on all fours.
[22:35] Speaker 2: Metaphors are figures of speech, and they have sharp teeth.
[22:39] Speaker 2: They're pointing to a reality. So if I say it's
[22:42] Speaker 2: running cats and dogs, you don't say, you know, I
[22:45] Speaker 2: work on a farm and I know about cats and
[22:47] Speaker 2: dogs and Cali running cats and dogs, cats and dogs
[22:50] Speaker 2: flying on the sky. I mean, you don't think that way.
[22:51] Speaker 2: You say. This is a metaphor which is intending to
[22:54] Speaker 2: communicate that it's raining hard and the same thing is
[22:58] Speaker 2: going on in this particular con text. The idea of
[23:02] Speaker 2: the metaphor is to say, to a human being who
[23:07] Speaker 2: is breathing wrathful insults and vile persecution is being exacted
[23:13] Speaker 2: upon people at his hand. It is saying to that person,
[23:17] Speaker 2: you are fighting against God. It's hard for you to
[23:21] Speaker 2: fight against God. So he's using a metaphor that would
[23:26] Speaker 2: be a familiar metaphor for someone who is educated in
[23:32] Speaker 2: the Greek language. So there are metaphors that don't translate
[23:35] Speaker 2: from one culture to another culture, or from one discipline
[23:39] Speaker 2: to another discipline. But Paul is using metaphorical language with
[23:44] Speaker 2: King Agrippa, and course Christ here who is being quoted,
[23:49] Speaker 2: is in essence being quoted using a metaphor that very
[23:54] Speaker 2: clearly is letting Paul know that this is not the
[23:57] Speaker 2: arm of flesh he's fighting. Ultimately, he's fighting the arm
[24:01] Speaker 2: of God.
[24:03] Speaker 8: So can we come to some understanding of Paul's character
[24:08] Speaker 8: with this? Is this something we should understand that was
[24:13] Speaker 8: in Paul that Jesus Christ was addressing.
[24:18] Speaker 2: Well, you don't remember that Paul is reiterating something in
[24:21] Speaker 2: this particular context. He's recommunicating something that happened before. He's
[24:26] Speaker 2: talking to King Agrippa about an experience that he had.
[24:29] Speaker 2: Because this Jesus.
[24:31] Speaker 8: Says, it's hard for you to kick against the goads.
[24:35] Speaker 2: Right, Well, remember what's going on here, Louise, is that
[24:38] Speaker 2: Paul is before King Agrippa, and Paul is now communicating
[24:44] Speaker 2: the experience of meeting Jesus Christ on the road to Damascus.
[24:50] Speaker 8: Well, I'm looking at when Paul slayd and it says
[24:54] Speaker 8: who are you Lord? And he says, I'm Jesus. You
[24:58] Speaker 8: persecute me. It's hard for you to kick against the goads.
[25:04] Speaker 8: And I'm trying to figure out what I feel like
[25:08] Speaker 8: there's something there that I'm missing, Like, I know it's
[25:12] Speaker 8: not sarcasm, but you know, is there a character in
[25:18] Speaker 8: Paul that I should get from Jesus addressing him and
[25:22] Speaker 8: saying it's hard for you. Is there something revealed there?
[25:27] Speaker 2: Well? Yeah, I mean what's going on here is not
[25:29] Speaker 2: difficult to understand. What's going on here ultimately, is Paul
[25:34] Speaker 2: is explaining to King Agrippa what happened on the road
[25:39] Speaker 2: to Damascus and how Jesus Christ confronted him and let
[25:43] Speaker 2: him know that he was not fighting against mere men,
[25:48] Speaker 2: but he was fighting against God. So he's communicating a
[25:51] Speaker 2: gospel to King Agrippa in language that King Agrippa could
[25:56] Speaker 2: relate to. We're at a time for this edition of
