RHL:STP Book Club #170 - I’m Not The Only Murderer In My Retirement Home - Richard is back at the Podcast Room with former Fringe flat mate Fergus Craig to discuss his new comedy novel about a serial killer ending up in an Old Folks’ Home where a murder takes place. They discuss why Fergus is now writing books by himself rather than alter ego Martin Fishback, his relationship to a real life murderer, how the book whilst including parodic elements is not really a parody of another series of books set in a retirement home, whether serial killers ever really retire, the pre-launch buzz and bidding war for this very funny book, how it’s very hard to make a living as a writer and what research was required for the very realistic portrayal of geriatric sex, Buy the book here - https://uk.bookshop.org/p/books/everyone-in-my-retirement-home-thinks-i-killed-someone-dead-fergus-craig/7762041 SUPPORT THE SHOW!
