[2:40] Speaker 2: spelling out the word doctor D O C T O
[2:43] Speaker 2: R Bob dot com. All right, so, folks, I want
[2:47] Speaker 2: you to stay close because Doctor Bob and I we're
[2:49] Speaker 2: just getting started day and we're here to help you
[2:52] Speaker 2: get off of that merry go round and back in
[2:54] Speaker 2: the driver's seat of your own health. And Doctor Bob
[2:57] Speaker 2: I want to I want to start today with a
[2:58] Speaker 2: clip from James earth Man. He was the farmer CIA
[3:03] Speaker 2: officer that turned whistle blower, and he's discussing what continues
[3:07] Speaker 2: to be in the news and talking about the disaster,
[3:11] Speaker 2: which is how COVID was handled. And it's important to
[3:15] Speaker 2: bring this up in the light of the hannavirus in
[3:19] Speaker 2: the media's fear mongering. So I want to go ahead
[3:22] Speaker 2: and play this clip, and I want your insight on this.
[3:27] Speaker 5: I am a career CIA operations officer and as you mentioned,
[3:30] Speaker 5: I was on joint duty assignment at the Office of
[3:33] Speaker 5: Director National Intelligence, Director's Initiatives Group, or the DIG. Between
[3:38] Speaker 5: March twenty twenty five and April twenty twenty six, I
[3:42] Speaker 5: was responsible for leading the DIGS investigation into COVID origins,
[3:46] Speaker 5: anomalist health incidents, and unidentified anomalist phenomenon. I'm here today
[3:51] Speaker 5: to discuss the COVID cover up, the national security implications
[3:55] Speaker 5: associated with the DIGS investigative findings, and CIA refusal to
[3:59] Speaker 5: comply with law oversight, as well as how we remedy
[4:02] Speaker 5: these problems. Intelligence community leaders and senior analysts downplayed the
[4:07] Speaker 5: possibility that the COVID pandemic.
[4:09] Speaker 3: Originated as a result of a lab incident.
[4:11] Speaker 5: Motives are difficult to define given the scope of the
[4:15] Speaker 5: DIGS review. Intentional or not, the IC's actions resulted in
[4:20] Speaker 5: cover up, wasted resources, and a failure to properly inform policymakers.
[4:25] Speaker 5: Public health policy would have been very different had the
[4:29] Speaker 5: American public been made aware that a virus from a
[4:32] Speaker 5: lab in China was going to serve as the foundation
[4:36] Speaker 5: for an Emergency Use Authorization mRNA products being mandated by
[4:41] Speaker 5: the former administration. Doctor Fauci's role in the cover up
[4:44] Speaker 5: was intentional. Doctor Fauci influenced the analytical process and findings
[4:48] Speaker 5: by leveraging his position to ensure the IC consulted with
[4:53] Speaker 5: a conflicted list of curated subject matter experts, public health
[4:58] Speaker 5: officials and scientists. This included some of the authors of
[5:01] Speaker 5: the paper the Proximal Origin of SARSKO two and other
[5:04] Speaker 5: public health experts who have been in his orbit for
[5:07] Speaker 5: the last twenty plus years.
[5:10] Speaker 2: Okay, and that was that was James Erdman. He was
[5:14] Speaker 2: a former CIA officer turned whistleblower and doctor Bob. There's
[5:20] Speaker 2: a lot to unpack there, especially with this news of
[5:23] Speaker 2: that the Hanna virus, and we got to be aware
[5:26] Speaker 2: of what we just went through just a few years ago.
[5:29] Speaker 2: So can give give some insight on that police.
[5:33] Speaker 4: Well, it was the very thing, the very topic and
[5:36] Speaker 4: the reason why I was deplatformed from my Facebook page
[5:42] Speaker 4: having tens of thousands of people on it, and I
[5:45] Speaker 4: spoke out about this very topic, and what I got
[5:49] Speaker 4: was all at your conspiracy thinker, You know it can't be.
[5:53] Speaker 4: You don't trust anybody. We tried warning our audience, at
[5:57] Speaker 4: least on Facebook and our audience here on the radio
[6:01] Speaker 4: back in twenty twenty. I had many guests on the program,
[6:05] Speaker 4: including doctor McCullough, doctor Peter McCullough, MD, PhD, epidemiologists. I
[6:12] Speaker 4: had Judy Michaelvich on. She's PhD, worked with Fauci, told me,
[6:17] Speaker 4: and she's an author of a book about masks, how
[6:20] Speaker 4: bogus wearing a mask is and how it doesn't work.
[6:23] Speaker 4: I mean, I had all these people on the show,
[6:25] Speaker 4: doctor Brockman explaining to our audience, Look, this whole thing
[6:29] Speaker 4: has been generated and it's not new. This has been
[6:32] Speaker 4: going on for you know, ten twenty, maybe thirty years
[6:35] Speaker 4: or more. And the reason that you get away with
[6:38] Speaker 4: this sort of thing is because the money driving it
[6:41] Speaker 4: is through big Pharma and their lobbying. I mean, if
[6:44] Speaker 4: you can influence the CIA and the National Institutes of Health,
[6:49] Speaker 4: which at the time was run by doctor Fauci, who
[6:51] Speaker 4: was a complete fraud and was bought and paid for
[6:55] Speaker 4: by big Pharma and conventional medicine, just nodded their head
[6:59] Speaker 4: and went along with all of it. Think about that,
[7:02] Speaker 4: they just went along with it. He said, oh, yeah,
[7:03] Speaker 4: everybody's got to get a vaccine or you're going to die.
[7:07] Speaker 4: And they scared people and they locked people up the
[7:10] Speaker 4: whole thing was a complete contrived scenario that was planned.
[7:16] Speaker 4: That's why they called it a plandemic. And unfortunately the
[7:20] Speaker 4: big problem is that, of course we're learning that this
[7:23] Speaker 4: thing was generated on the East Coast in some university
[7:27] Speaker 4: and they shipped over to China to cover it up.
[7:29] Speaker 4: So it's been a complete disaster from the beginning. And
[7:33] Speaker 4: a lot of people, you know, they they believe doctor
[7:37] Speaker 4: Fauci because of his arrogance, you know, typical conventional I'm
[7:41] Speaker 4: better than God arrogance that conventional medicine tends to run.
[7:46] Speaker 4: You may remember doctor Faugi says, well, it's it's I'm science.
[7:50] Speaker 4: It's science, So I'm science, you know, trying to hoodwink
[7:54] Speaker 4: to everybody. And now here we are again, and of
[7:59] Speaker 4: course everybody's on pins and needles today because they're thinking, oh,
[8:04] Speaker 4: the haunt of virus, now here's our COVID two point
[8:06] Speaker 4: zero or COVID two point three. No, no, no, And
[8:10] Speaker 4: I wonder if they have you know, weaponized the haunt
[8:14] Speaker 4: of virus by the mRNA platform. Did somebody manipulate that
[8:18] Speaker 4: over in South Carolina or North Carolina or ship it
[8:21] Speaker 4: out to China or Russia to then come back and
[8:24] Speaker 4: cause this another epidemic situation. I don't know, let's hope not.
[8:28] Speaker 4: But hantavirus is not transmitted typically through human to human contact.
[8:33] Speaker 4: It's extremely hard for that to happen. It's usually the
[8:38] Speaker 4: dust of rat droppings that gets in ventilation vect My
[8:43] Speaker 4: daughter's husband's grandparents recently contracted hantavirus. They were up in
[8:49] Speaker 4: their attic cleaning out their attic and there must have
[8:51] Speaker 4: been some rat dodoo up there and some dust and
[8:54] Speaker 4: they inhaled it there in their eighties, and you know,
[8:57] Speaker 4: they got sick. They survived, which again comes back to
[9:01] Speaker 4: what you always point out, doctor Brockmann, and that it's
[9:04] Speaker 4: about the terrain. If your terrain, if your body is healthy,
[9:07] Speaker 4: if you're doing the healthy things to your body, when
[9:09] Speaker 4: something comes at you, whether it's the common cold or
[9:12] Speaker 4: the big sea or handa virus or covid, you're more
[9:15] Speaker 4: likely to survive it and come out the other side.
[9:18] Speaker 3: But if you're.
[9:19] Speaker 4: Smoking cigarettes, you're overweight, you don't exercise, you're under a
[9:22] Speaker 4: lot of stress, you're eating poorly, not taking vitamins, not
[9:26] Speaker 4: listening to the doctor Bob Martin, shall, your terrain is
[9:29] Speaker 4: already compromised and you're more likely to get sick and
[9:33] Speaker 4: die if something comes your way.
[9:37] Speaker 2: And doctor Bob, the Haunted virus, that this outbreak, it
[9:41] Speaker 2: may ultimately prove to be exactly what we all think
[9:45] Speaker 2: it is. It's you know it, Yes, it's serious, but
[9:48] Speaker 2: it's what you said, naturally sourced, rodent born, you know.
[9:53] Speaker 3: Event.
[9:53] Speaker 2: So we need to keep raising these bigger questions that
[9:57] Speaker 2: sometimes it takes such a long time to tangle in
[10:00] Speaker 2: this In this case with COVID, we're talking about several
[10:03] Speaker 2: years later, Doctor.
[10:05] Speaker 4: Rockman, you know, excuse me for interrupting. I practiced in
[10:08] Speaker 4: the state of Arizona for over ten years and and
[10:12] Speaker 4: and saw tens of thousands of patients. There not one
[10:15] Speaker 4: case of haunt a virus and we and it was prevalent,
[10:19] Speaker 4: it was supposed to be prevalent. We heard about cases
[10:22] Speaker 4: in the news, but nobody ever came down with it
[10:25] Speaker 4: that I knew in a very busy practice.
[10:27] Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree with that too.
[10:29] Speaker 2: I have yet to see one case the case of that,
[10:31] Speaker 2: and I've treated tens of thousands of patients as well.
[10:35] Speaker 2: But doctor Bob, we got to take a take a short,
[10:37] Speaker 2: short break, and I do want to We're going to
[10:39] Speaker 2: continue this conversation over the next next few weeks. So
[10:41] Speaker 2: I do want to get into some caller questions today, say,
[10:44] Speaker 2: when we come back from break, we'll.
[10:45] Speaker 3: Get into those.

[12:17] Speaker 2: and also teaching you to become your own best doctor
[12:19] Speaker 2: most of the time. And if you've got questions, we're
[12:21] Speaker 2: gonna try to get as many questions as we can today.
[12:24] Speaker 2: But if you've got a question about your health, natural health,
[12:27] Speaker 2: or nutrition, give us a call. Our toll free hotline
[12:31] Speaker 2: is eight hundred six zero six eighty two to two. Again,
[12:34] Speaker 2: that's eight hundred six zero six eight a two to two.
[12:37] Speaker 2: All right, doctor Bob, Let's get to the caller hotline
[12:41] Speaker 2: and uh and first up, we have Joyce in uh
[12:45] Speaker 2: upstate New York.
[12:49] Speaker 7: Yeah, signed Joyce from upstate New York. And I have
[12:53] Speaker 7: a question about nutrition and pregnant women. I learned yours
[13:00] Speaker 7: go in studying in the Boston area that aspin actually
[13:04] Speaker 7: can affect the fetus when a woman is pregnant, can
[13:08] Speaker 7: even cause things such as autism. And now they're saying, no, no,
[13:13] Speaker 7: that's not true. There would be one question. The other
[13:17] Speaker 7: question would be this morning after pill, what we used
[13:20] Speaker 7: to call the morning afterpill. I mean, I'm well beyond reproductive,
[13:25] Speaker 7: but I am an educator. And is that what they're
[13:28] Speaker 7: calling the abortion? Tell the day after pill in Louisiana.
[13:32] Speaker 7: I don't want to be political either, but we used
[13:35] Speaker 7: to call it the morning after pill. That if there
[13:38] Speaker 7: was an accident, which every religion, every major religion in
[13:42] Speaker 7: the world believes there can be accidents. So you know,
[13:46] Speaker 7: if there was, say a condom accident the night before,
[13:49] Speaker 7: you took the morning after pill the morning after it,
[13:52] Speaker 7: is that what they're calling an abortion till now? I
[13:54] Speaker 7: don't know, and I don't want to be political, but
[13:57] Speaker 7: you know you have to show up to get that
[13:59] Speaker 7: the morning after while they're nailing uh testerone to meant
[14:04] Speaker 7: to get their heart on.
[14:08] Speaker 2: Okay, well well doctor Bob uh, let me let me
[14:11] Speaker 2: go ahead and start this one. So Joyce, Joyce, thank
[14:13] Speaker 2: you for for this thoughtful and articulate call.
[14:16] Speaker 3: And I I really appreciate how you how you you.
[14:20] Speaker 2: Frame your question as an as an educator, Uh who
[14:23] Speaker 2: who you know?
[14:24] Speaker 3: Once?
[14:24] Speaker 2: Once clarity and not controversy and uh and that's the
[14:28] Speaker 2: kind of conversation that we that we need need here
[14:31] Speaker 2: And this is what we like on the show. We're
[14:32] Speaker 2: going to grounded in science and and empathy and and
[14:35] Speaker 2: respect for women's health. So so if we're looking at
[14:38] Speaker 2: this from your your first point with aspirin youse during pregnancy,
[14:44] Speaker 2: and this is this is one of those issues that
[14:46] Speaker 2: is it's evolved because our understanding of of dosage and
[14:50] Speaker 2: timing and risk has also evolved. So so back in
[14:54] Speaker 2: the in the day, we we thought that any aspirin
[14:58] Speaker 2: at all during pregnancy could could lead to dangerous complications
[15:02] Speaker 2: and that's ranging from poor fetal circulation to possible neurologic effects.
[15:08] Speaker 2: And in those high doses, especially in the in the
[15:12] Speaker 2: in the third trimester, I can still absolutely cause problems
[15:17] Speaker 2: such as as bleeding in the mother or baby, in
[15:20] Speaker 2: premature closure closure of a fetal heart vessel, And that
[15:25] Speaker 2: part hasn't changed. But what you're seeing is some type
[15:29] Speaker 2: of a shift in load dose aspirin. And we're talking
[15:34] Speaker 2: about anything under eighty milligrams daily, which which people call
[15:40] Speaker 2: baby aspirin. And so so we have some obg y
[15:44] Speaker 2: ns that are are carefully using this in selected cases,
[15:49] Speaker 2: like women at risk of pre eclampsia. You know that
[15:52] Speaker 2: high high blood pressure pregnancy and and this is idea
[15:57] Speaker 2: that aspirin has some mild blood thinning properties that that
[16:02] Speaker 2: might improve placental blood flow. So so again the high
[16:06] Speaker 2: doses especially risky.
[16:08] Speaker 7: Uh.
[16:09] Speaker 2: And if you're recommended supervised low doses by the O
[16:13] Speaker 2: b G I N under very specific situations, that has
[16:16] Speaker 2: to be a case by case UH type type of
[16:19] Speaker 2: deal that you really shouldn't take as a woman taken
[16:23] Speaker 2: to own hands as far as that goes. Now, regarding
[16:26] Speaker 2: the the older uh, the the assumption again linking aspirin
[16:31] Speaker 2: to autism, UH, The autism is again it's one of
[16:35] Speaker 2: those those multi factorial uh things. It involves genetics and
[16:40] Speaker 2: environmental exposures, oxidative stress, nutrient deficiencies like full late, and
[16:47] Speaker 2: possible immune influences. So so aspirin again isn't going to
[16:52] Speaker 2: be considered maybe an only determining factor in in autism.
[16:57] Speaker 2: So but still that golden rule stands, which is, the
[17:00] Speaker 2: fewer unnecessary medications during pregnancy, the better. Now, the second
[17:05] Speaker 2: part of your question about the terminology of a couple
[17:10] Speaker 2: of pills like the Morning After pill brand names thinking
[17:14] Speaker 2: of like Plan B that's an emergency contraception, so it
[17:20] Speaker 2: works mainly by preventing ovulation or fertilization, so it doesn't
[17:25] Speaker 2: affect a fertilized egg that's already been implanted. In contrast,
[17:30] Speaker 2: the abortion pill is used used after pregnancy has been confirmed,
[17:35] Speaker 2: acting to end and establish pregnancy by blocking progesteron. Unfortunately,
[17:42] Speaker 2: the public messaging often blurs these two completely different pharmaceuticals
[17:48] Speaker 2: and leaves it leaves most well informed adults confused. So
[17:53] Speaker 2: in medical terms, emergency contraception prevents pregnancy. Abortion medication terminates one.
[18:01] Speaker 2: So that's important to note that these decisions they carry
[18:06] Speaker 2: biological butt emotional weight. In clear information that's free from
[18:11] Speaker 2: judgment is essential for women making health choices. So lastly, Joyce,
[18:17] Speaker 2: your observation about these disparities between access to women's reproductive
[18:22] Speaker 2: medications versus how easily men access to stosterone therapies opens
[18:27] Speaker 2: a broader conversation about that balance and healthcare. So transparency
[18:32] Speaker 2: and equal access it just should be applied to both genders.
[18:36] Speaker 2: So again, thank you for your question, and doctor Bob,
[18:38] Speaker 2: I know you got some comments on this.
[18:40] Speaker 4: I do, and you know Joyce's last little comment was
[18:42] Speaker 4: a little stinger there. You know, we sort of chuckled,
[18:45] Speaker 4: not because we don't take this seriously. But she kind
[18:49] Speaker 4: of laid that out there and it sort of set
[18:51] Speaker 4: us off. And you answered the question about the morning
[18:55] Speaker 4: after versus the abortion pill really well, doctor Bruckman, But
[18:59] Speaker 4: I just want wanted to address that of late, we've
[19:02] Speaker 4: seen some change in the attitude towards accedam menaphin. She
[19:07] Speaker 4: may be thinking about a ceeda menaphin, because that's been
[19:10] Speaker 4: all over the news with respect to the potential relationship
[19:14] Speaker 4: between a ceeda menaphin and autism, which I believe any drug,
[19:18] Speaker 4: any petrochemical, going into a pregnant woman has the potential
[19:24] Speaker 4: to derange her body chemistry, her biochemistry and may create
[19:30] Speaker 4: a problem that is something that may impact the child,
[19:34] Speaker 4: because I mean, if the if the dosage, like you said,
[19:38] Speaker 4: it's all dose dependent of course, but nonetheless that possibility
[19:43] Speaker 4: does exist. So that's that's the one thing that I
[19:46] Speaker 4: would I would say there And of course, you know
[19:49] Speaker 4: you're kind of preaching to the choir, Joyce when we're
[19:52] Speaker 4: talking about family reproduction.
[19:54] Speaker 3: Doctor brock and I both have.
[19:56] Speaker 4: Six children, so we would we would direct you to
[19:59] Speaker 4: an adoption sent if all things failed over there. There again,
[20:04] Speaker 4: our it's our bias in that area. We're a little
[20:07] Speaker 4: biased in that area rather than going for, you know,
[20:09] Speaker 4: something that's more radical, whether it be a chemicalized abortion
[20:14] Speaker 4: or a physical abortion, so anything. I mean, I was
[20:19] Speaker 4: even when I was treating patients, I was even very
[20:21] Speaker 4: very careful with women taking herbs. We didn't want them
[20:24] Speaker 4: taking any of the herbs because we didn't know herbs
[20:27] Speaker 4: like Echinasia, golden seal, you know, Penny Royal oil, whatever
[20:30] Speaker 4: it may be, jensing that can even create a potential issue.
[20:36] Speaker 4: So the key is being careful in pregnancy, super careful,
[20:41] Speaker 4: because if a woman is at a risk that we're
[20:44] Speaker 4: unaware of, especially with the first pregnancy itself, that could
[20:48] Speaker 4: be the triggering point for something to go wrong. And
[20:53] Speaker 4: then you know, you see these other women who are
[20:55] Speaker 4: drug addicts, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, and for some reason
[20:59] Speaker 4: they're able to make it to the finish line at
[21:02] Speaker 4: nine months and have a seemingly healthy child, and every
[21:06] Speaker 4: woman's looking at the going well, she did it, why
[21:09] Speaker 4: can't I. Well, it all has to do with this
[21:11] Speaker 4: detoxification enzyme in the liver. It's like the reason why
[21:16] Speaker 4: some people can drink you know, six beers and not
[21:19] Speaker 4: even be phased by it, whereas if I drink maybe
[21:22] Speaker 4: occasionally like one beer, I'm already feeling it. I know
[21:25] Speaker 4: I'm a lightweight, but nonetheless I just don't have those
[21:28] Speaker 4: kinds of detoxification which kind of protects me from ever
[21:32] Speaker 4: becoming an alcoholic. So there you go.
[21:35] Speaker 2: Well, Joyce said, thank you very much for your for
[21:38] Speaker 2: your very thoughtful question. That's a great, great topic to
[21:42] Speaker 2: bring up. And again, keep those questions coming. We do
[21:46] Speaker 2: got to take a short break. Doctor Bob will come
[21:48] Speaker 2: back and get into into an email question. So again,
[21:51] Speaker 2: you're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
[22:00] Speaker 3: Are you waiting on a line?
[22:02] Speaker 2: Next, Jake? Are you waiting for the perfect night? Are
[22:07] Speaker 2: you waiting till the time is right?
[22:09] Speaker 1: Bye?
[22:10] Speaker 7: Wait, learn to do it.
[22:16] Speaker 2: Welcome back Doctor Adam Brockman here and your tune into
[22:19] Speaker 2: the Doctor Bob Martin Show. As we're continuing today's conversation,
[22:23] Speaker 2: I want to remind you about some of our incredible
[22:26] Speaker 2: listener resources, one being our email health question form. If
[22:30] Speaker 2: you've got a health question or a topic that you

[22:36] Speaker 2: and submit your question through are easy to use form
[22:38] Speaker 2: that's doctor Bob dot com spelling out the word doctor
[22:41] Speaker 2: d O C t O R Bob dot com. Okay,
[22:45] Speaker 2: doctor Bob, let's get uh. Let's get to some email questions.
[22:49] Speaker 2: First up, we have a question from Chad and he asked,
[22:54] Speaker 2: how do I detox high cortisol levels? And I'll let
[22:59] Speaker 2: you go ahead and start this one.
[23:01] Speaker 4: All right, Chad, thanks for the call. Well, the first
[23:04] Speaker 4: thing you've got to understand is why people run high
[23:06] Speaker 4: cortisol levels, and that's usually because they're under too much
[23:09] Speaker 4: stress or they're doing really really bad things for their body.
[23:15] Speaker 4: So cortisol levels, you know, the ability to have cortisol levels.
[23:20] Speaker 4: Cortisol is an important mechanism of hormone in your body.
[23:24] Speaker 4: It helps you run if you're being chased by somebody
[23:27] Speaker 4: who's trying to harm you. It also has other functions
[23:32] Speaker 4: as well, but it's sort of like the fight or
[23:34] Speaker 4: flight mechanism in the human body. And in the case
[23:37] Speaker 4: of this, what he's most likely talking about with high
[23:40] Speaker 4: cortisol levels is the stress component, and usually that's the
[23:44] Speaker 4: stress that's going on between his ears. In other words,
[23:47] Speaker 4: it's perceived stress rather than real stress. What do I
[23:50] Speaker 4: mean by that? I mean stress maybe that's financial. He's
[23:54] Speaker 4: worried about the future and contemplating the path, you know,
[23:58] Speaker 4: instead of living on a daily basis. He may have problems,
[24:03] Speaker 4: you know, with a relationship. There may be issues with
[24:07] Speaker 4: his clock, meaning he you know, just doesn't like to
[24:10] Speaker 4: get up in the morning and go to work and
[24:12] Speaker 4: be on time. There's so many reasons why stress is triggered.
[24:16] Speaker 4: Knowing it though, you're kind of halfway home to fixing it.
[24:19] Speaker 4: And the good thing is is that he somehow recognizes
[24:22] Speaker 4: it or somebody has pointed out that he's running these
[24:25] Speaker 4: high cortisol levels. That's not good over time. It's good
[24:29] Speaker 4: that we have it, good that we must use it
[24:31] Speaker 4: at certain times when we're you know, possibly being harmed
[24:34] Speaker 4: and need to get up and go, but not when
[24:36] Speaker 4: it's chronic. And so when you have that, you have
[24:38] Speaker 4: to just sit back from thirty thousand feet and go,
[24:41] Speaker 4: what is it that's provoking this? Could it have to
[24:44] Speaker 4: do with something that I'm doing. Maybe I'm using too
[24:47] Speaker 4: much caffeine these energy drinks. Maybe I'm eating too much
[24:51] Speaker 4: sugar in my diet. Maybe I need to learn how
[24:54] Speaker 4: to chill a little bit, maybe learn some biofeedback or
[24:58] Speaker 4: meditate or exercise, so that would be good. And then
[25:01] Speaker 4: there's a whole host of other things you can be
[25:03] Speaker 4: doing to tamp down cortisol levels in the bloodstream, including
[25:07] Speaker 4: herbs like holy basil and Ashwa gwanda, the mineral magnesium.
[25:13] Speaker 4: There's homeopathic remedies that will help immediately reduce stress and
[25:19] Speaker 4: cortisol levels so a person can function again. But I
[25:23] Speaker 4: think the great news is that Chad knows something's wrong.
[25:27] Speaker 4: He is interested in getting it fixed. Now he just
[25:30] Speaker 4: has to execute on it.
[25:32] Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think this is a great question by
[25:35] Speaker 2: Chad doctor Bob, because he's not really looking for that
[25:39] Speaker 2: quick chemical fix. I think he's looking to understand it
[25:43] Speaker 2: and restore that balance. And that's really the answer, the
[25:49] Speaker 2: right answer to avoiding burnout. And so I want to
[25:53] Speaker 2: start with a truth bomb, and that's cortisol isn't necessarily
[25:57] Speaker 2: your enemy. It's that body's natural alarm clock that helps
[26:02] Speaker 2: us to wake up and mobilize blood sugar for energy
[26:07] Speaker 2: into to stay alert during challenges. The trouble starts when
[26:12] Speaker 2: cortisol stays stuck in that on position. And we're talking
[26:16] Speaker 2: about what doctor Bob mentioned, the chronic stress, the poor sleep,
[26:20] Speaker 2: a high caffeine or even an emotional overload that keeps
[26:25] Speaker 2: that biochemical gas pedal that's just pressed down all the time.
[26:30] Speaker 2: That's when the blood sugar starts to climb and inflammation
[26:34] Speaker 2: throughout the body rises. At that mental calmness disappears, and
[26:38] Speaker 2: then and even body fat starts to settle around that
[26:42] Speaker 2: mid section. And people that have had had cortisol on
[26:46] Speaker 2: in that on position for years and years or months
[26:49] Speaker 2: and months. So so step one is to stop thinking
[26:53] Speaker 2: of it as a toxin that you necessarily detox and
[26:57] Speaker 2: start viewing it as as almost like a rhythm that
[27:00] Speaker 2: that needs to be reset. So if I'm coming up
[27:03] Speaker 2: with a roadmap for my patients, I'm looking at that
[27:08] Speaker 2: to start an evening shutdown mode. And uh and again
[27:12] Speaker 2: like doctor Bob said here, you cant cannot out supplement
[27:17] Speaker 2: or sleep. So every hour of quality sleep, and I
[27:21] Speaker 2: even think before midnight counts double for a dreanal recovery.
[27:26] Speaker 2: So if you if you start to dim your lights
[27:28] Speaker 2: maybe up to two hours before bed, cut out screen time,
[27:32] Speaker 2: and activate also a blue light blocker on your phone,
[27:37] Speaker 2: and then and then start taking magnesium glyconate probably about
[27:42] Speaker 2: three to four hundred milligrams about about thirty minutes before bedtime. Magnesium,
[27:47] Speaker 2: it literally tells your nervous system to shift gears. We're
[27:51] Speaker 2: done fighting lions for the day. And and doctor Bob
[27:56] Speaker 2: mentioned that the caffeine. Uh So if you're if you're
[28:00] Speaker 2: drinking coffee or other energy drinks past noon, you're basically
[28:04] Speaker 2: hijacking your circadian rhythm, and caffeine's telling your adrenals that
[28:10] Speaker 2: that the game is still on even when that game
[28:13] Speaker 2: might be over with. So if you switch your afternoon
[28:17] Speaker 2: coffee to green tea or better yet, even just hydrate
[28:22] Speaker 2: with water, dehydration itself is one of those hidden cortisol triggers.
[28:28] Speaker 2: And another thing I would recommend is using a lot
[28:33] Speaker 2: of protein protein for breakfast. Even that's a cordisol buffer.
[28:37] Speaker 2: So when you're when you're skipping breakfast or you start
[28:40] Speaker 2: your day with just the carbohydrates or sugar, that spikes
[28:44] Speaker 2: your cortisol levels and also your blood sugar levels.
[28:47] Speaker 3: So I like to.
[28:49] Speaker 2: Begin my day with about twenty to twenty five grams
[28:52] Speaker 2: of protein, and that can be in eggs or a
[28:56] Speaker 2: plant protein shake or even organic greek yogurt. If you
[29:02] Speaker 2: do that just for five days, you'll notice how your
[29:05] Speaker 2: mid day energy starts to stabilize.
[29:08] Speaker 3: You know, we can talk about.
[29:09] Speaker 2: Movement and uh as as well, but we only got
[29:13] Speaker 2: a minute or so left, so I want to hit
[29:14] Speaker 2: some of these other other things, like the adaptagen herbs.
[29:17] Speaker 2: Doctor Bob mentioned oswagonda.
[29:20] Speaker 4: UH.
[29:20] Speaker 2: That's a that's a great one that helps to your
[29:22] Speaker 2: body to adapt to stress stress rather than to to
[29:26] Speaker 2: sync from it. And UH and it also helps to
[29:29] Speaker 2: retrain UH this access in in your in your master
[29:34] Speaker 2: stress messaging system. That really helps. And another really important
[29:39] Speaker 2: point that I want to make is UH to mental
[29:43] Speaker 2: declutter your mind. Doctor Bob mentioned it cortisol. It's an
[29:48] Speaker 2: emotional currency. So your mindset detox, if you will, is
[29:54] Speaker 2: as important as a liver detox. You in this circumstance,
[29:58] Speaker 2: maybe right down three things that are causing you stress
[30:02] Speaker 2: this week, then decide which one of them you're going
[30:05] Speaker 2: to take action on for the week, and then release
[30:08] Speaker 2: the other ones by literally saying I don't need to
[30:11] Speaker 2: solve everything today. It might sound silly, but your brain's
[30:17] Speaker 2: emotional alarm center actually listens when you narrate some of
[30:21] Speaker 2: those things out loud. So with that, and don't forget
[30:25] Speaker 2: some joy five minutes a laughter or gratitude practice. It
[30:28] Speaker 2: has a huge effect on cortisol lowering effects throughout the body.
[30:34] Speaker 2: So sometimes if you look at this, maybe it's not
[30:36] Speaker 2: a cortisol detox, you need a cortisol retraining. So again, Chad,
[30:40] Speaker 2: great question to ask. I really appreciate you. You're right into
[30:44] Speaker 2: the show to ask that question. It's going to help
[30:46] Speaker 2: a lot of people. Folks will got to take a
[30:48] Speaker 2: quick break. When we come back, we'll get more of
[30:50] Speaker 2: your questions. You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.

[33:49] Speaker 2: word doctor D O C T O R Bob dot com.
[33:53] Speaker 2: All right, doctor Bob, let's get back to the to
[33:56] Speaker 2: the collar hotline with a question from Francis in Plano, Texas.
[34:03] Speaker 9: Francis, Plano, Texas. I'm calling up about organ transplant. I
[34:10] Speaker 9: know someone who needs a kidney, and I am seventy
[34:17] Speaker 9: six years old, but when I was twenty to high
[34:21] Speaker 9: head hepatitis be they told me to never give blood.
[34:26] Speaker 9: So can I donate organ or no? Thank you?
[34:38] Speaker 4: Okay, Francis, thank you for your call. Your question is admirable.
[34:44] Speaker 4: But I would never recommend anybody who's had a history
[34:48] Speaker 4: of any form of hepatitis to pass any of that
[34:52] Speaker 4: on to the next person. And I know that these
[34:55] Speaker 4: organ transplant patients often are desperate in their question to
[35:01] Speaker 4: extend their lifespan, but you certainly wouldn't want to complicate that,
[35:04] Speaker 4: and they probably wouldn't qualify you in the first place,
[35:08] Speaker 4: same way with anybody who's had any kind of a
[35:11] Speaker 4: blood disease. So no, the answer is no. On you.
[35:15] Speaker 4: Awfully nice for you to consider that on behalf of
[35:17] Speaker 4: somebody else, but they'll have to go to the transplant
[35:21] Speaker 4: with somebody else in my opinion.
[35:24] Speaker 2: Okay, doctor Bob, thank you good job by answering that question.
[35:27] Speaker 2: So let's go ahead and get to another one. This
[35:29] Speaker 2: one is an email question. From Jeff, and he asks,
[35:34] Speaker 2: can I reduce ear raining tonight and increase my GFR?
[35:40] Speaker 4: Okay, let's start with the GFR. The GFR stands for
[35:43] Speaker 4: glomerial lol filtration rate. It's at the point in which
[35:47] Speaker 4: time the blood shows how your kidney is functioning. That
[35:51] Speaker 4: test is kind of a generic test that a lot
[35:54] Speaker 4: of labs run. It's not the best test to check
[35:57] Speaker 4: for kidney function. The best kidney funk test is systaaten
[36:02] Speaker 4: C sitstaaten C C y st A T I n
[36:07] Speaker 4: C much better. That should be done in order to
[36:10] Speaker 4: measure kidney function, and I think that's a better way
[36:15] Speaker 4: to go about it.
[36:16] Speaker 2: What was the rest of the question that doctor was
[36:18] Speaker 2: asking about ringing tonitis.
[36:21] Speaker 4: Meaning the ear All right, Well, one thing you need
[36:26] Speaker 4: to do immediately is if you're taking any form of
[36:29] Speaker 4: medical drugs, whether it be over the counter drugs like
[36:32] Speaker 4: aspirin or ibuprofen or no proxin or one hundred no,
[36:37] Speaker 4: actually two hundred and forty seven, other drugs could potentially
[36:43] Speaker 4: increase ringing in the airs of tonitis or cause it.
[36:47] Speaker 4: So there's a lot of pharmaceutical drugs that actually caused this.
[36:49] Speaker 4: And you can put caffeine in there too, in nicotine,
[36:52] Speaker 4: so you want to look at that. The other thing,
[36:55] Speaker 4: which with tanitis and ringing the ear is the most
[36:58] Speaker 4: common cause is loud noise. If you're in some type
[37:01] Speaker 4: of a job where you are being exposed to excessive
[37:05] Speaker 4: decibels past eighty seven, and there's machines, little tiny machines
[37:10] Speaker 4: that you can buy, purchase in expensively to measure your
[37:13] Speaker 4: environment to see if the decibels in and around you
[37:16] Speaker 4: on a daily basis is higher than eighty seven decibels,
[37:19] Speaker 4: then that level higher, and the higher goes, the more
[37:22] Speaker 4: damage that's going on to the cochlear hairs, which are
[37:25] Speaker 4: the real nerve cells that communicate with the auditory center
[37:29] Speaker 4: of your brain. So you want to make sure your
[37:31] Speaker 4: environment is good there. And then of course just general
[37:34] Speaker 4: health considerations, people who drink alcohol more susceptibility, People who
[37:39] Speaker 4: are overweight and don't exercise have more ringing in the
[37:42] Speaker 4: ears and ten itis. People who have deficiencies of certain
[37:46] Speaker 4: nutrients in their body, particularly the B vitamin nutrients which
[37:50] Speaker 4: are very very important to the way nerves function in
[37:53] Speaker 4: the body. We're talking about B one ben potiamin which
[37:57] Speaker 4: there's different forms of thiamin you've got to get the
[38:00] Speaker 4: the fat soluble one to make sure it works. Vitamin
[38:03] Speaker 4: B six, vitamin B twelve methyl coboaluman form of B
[38:07] Speaker 4: twelve alphallepollic acid. There's a nerd called Perrywinkle which works
[38:13] Speaker 4: very well on ringing in the ears, and a host
[38:16] Speaker 4: of homeopathic remedies. Make sure you check with your chiropractor
[38:21] Speaker 4: because people who have problems with distortion in their neck
[38:24] Speaker 4: or their jaw can also have ringing in the ears
[38:27] Speaker 4: as a result of misaligned vertebrae in the next So
[38:29] Speaker 4: see your chiropractic physician for that. Have them check your
[38:32] Speaker 4: jaw if they're unable to check your jaw because they
[38:34] Speaker 4: don't have training and apply kinesiology. Find a dentist who
[38:38] Speaker 4: specializes in TMJ to make sure it's not the jaw
[38:40] Speaker 4: joint because it's right there in front of the ear
[38:43] Speaker 4: and if that's off, it could create stress.
[38:46] Speaker 2: All right, great, great job on answering those questions, doctor Bob.
[38:49] Speaker 2: But we do have to hit a short break and
[38:51] Speaker 2: when we come back, we'll hit our final home stretch. Folks,
[38:53] Speaker 2: you're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin show.

[41:01] Speaker 2: on this hour of the Doctor Bob Martin Show and
[41:05] Speaker 2: Doctor Bob. We covered everything from COVID and the haunt
[41:08] Speaker 2: of virus to common questions from our community of health
[41:14] Speaker 2: minded individuals. So do you have any final words of
[41:18] Speaker 2: wisdom as we close out the show today?
[41:20] Speaker 4: I do. I just hope our show continues after thirty
[41:24] Speaker 4: years on the air, to continue to give empowerment to
[41:27] Speaker 4: people to know that they need to take back their power,
[41:32] Speaker 4: meaning that they can really become their own best doctors
[41:35] Speaker 4: most of the time, but they need to do that
[41:37] Speaker 4: by learning about how to do that. It just doesn't
[41:40] Speaker 4: happen through osmosis. You have to participate with your health.
[41:46] Speaker 4: Most of us know the rules, the basic rules of
[41:49] Speaker 4: eating well and sleeping well and thinking well and exercising well.
[41:52] Speaker 4: But sometimes we get sidetracked and we get distracted from that,
[41:56] Speaker 4: and we think sometimes that we're indestructible when we're not.
[42:00] Speaker 4: And just when you don't expect it, bam, your body
[42:03] Speaker 4: punishes you by giving you symptoms. But remember, the symptoms
[42:07] Speaker 4: are the very last thing to show up in any condition,
[42:10] Speaker 4: whether it's a tooth ache or the common cold. So remember,
[42:14] Speaker 4: by the time the symptoms are there, you're well into
[42:16] Speaker 4: whatever it was that generated those symptoms, and that can
[42:20] Speaker 4: be of course helped backed out and hopefully we learn
[42:23] Speaker 4: lessons from how we got there and to try to
[42:26] Speaker 4: remove that cause so it doesn't happen again and we
[42:30] Speaker 4: repeat it at two point zero.
[42:32] Speaker 2: And yeah, doctor Bob, I think today was a perfect
[42:35] Speaker 2: snapshot of what this community of listeners is all about.
[42:40] Speaker 2: We have real people asking those real questions, and they're
[42:45] Speaker 2: not just chasing these health headlines and they're looking for answers,
[42:50] Speaker 2: demanding that clarity. And as we age and as we
[42:56] Speaker 2: think about the terms like longevity and what really ties
[43:00] Speaker 2: every one of these questions together that we answered day
[43:03] Speaker 2: is what you just said there, and it's ownership. Each caller,
[43:07] Speaker 2: each email, decide not to wait passively for change, but
[43:12] Speaker 2: to seek that understanding. And that's what I think this
[43:15] Speaker 2: the program is about that, that curiosity into what you said.
[43:18] Speaker 3: Empowerment.
[43:19] Speaker 2: I love that word, a word when it comes to
[43:21] Speaker 2: how you can take control of your health destiny.
[43:25] Speaker 3: So, folks, from.
[43:26] Speaker 2: Doctor Bob Martin, our entire health crew, in myself, I'm
[43:30] Speaker 2: doctor Adam Brockman, reminding you that your your health is
[43:33] Speaker 2: your greatest asset and with that you can pay dividends daily.
[43:37] Speaker 2: You got to stay informed, stay kind to yourself, and
[43:39] Speaker 2: keep questioning because of the conversation never ends. Just here,
[43:44] Speaker 2: but until next next time, I want you to stay strong,
[43:48] Speaker 2: stay smart, and stay vital,
