[0:29] Speaker 1: provider regarding health issues. You may have got a health
[0:32] Speaker 1: related problem or challenge, not feeling well, and you just
[0:35] Speaker 1: don't know where to turner what to do. Doctor Bob
[0:38] Speaker 1: Martin is here for you and will do his very
[0:40] Speaker 1: best to answer your health question. The tone free number
[0:43] Speaker 1: to ask Doctor Martin a health question or to make
[0:46] Speaker 1: a health related comment is eight hundred six oh six
[0:49] Speaker 1: eighty eight twenty two. Eight hundred six oh six eighty
[0:52] Speaker 1: eight twenty two. That's eight hundred six zero six eighty
[0:57] Speaker 1: eight twenty two. It's the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
[1:02] Speaker 2: Did you know that eighty seven percent of Americans are
[1:05] Speaker 2: walking around with chronic nutrient deficiencies? Yet we're spending billions
[1:10] Speaker 2: on food and supplements that barely make it past our
[1:13] Speaker 2: digestive track. Welcome to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm
[1:18] Speaker 2: Doctor Adam Brockman, and today we're going to dive deep
[1:21] Speaker 2: into a conversation that could question the way you think
[1:24] Speaker 2: about nutrition or health advocacy, and also taking control of
[1:28] Speaker 2: your wellness destiny, folks, your morning routine. It could be
[1:33] Speaker 2: the difference between thriving at eighty or merely surviving. Where
[1:37] Speaker 2: the greens on your plate they're not just vegetables, but
[1:41] Speaker 2: weapons of mass construction, rebuilding your cells, supercharging your immune system,
[1:48] Speaker 2: and adding decades to your life. This is the reality
[1:51] Speaker 2: that our guest today has been pioneering for years. We're
[1:55] Speaker 2: living what I want to call the great health Awakening
[1:59] Speaker 2: from RFK Juniors Make America Healthy Again movement to grassroots
[2:04] Speaker 2: advocates that are challenging big pharmast stranglehold on our medicine cabinets. Americans,
[2:10] Speaker 2: we're finally asking the right questions, why are we sicker
[2:15] Speaker 2: than ever despite spending more on healthcare? And what if
[2:19] Speaker 2: the solution isn't in a prescription bottle, but growing in
[2:22] Speaker 2: the soil beneath our feet. And today's guest represents the
[2:27] Speaker 2: perfect storm of scientific innovation and political awakening. It's doctor
[2:32] Speaker 2: Tony O'Donnell returning to the show and He's not just
[2:35] Speaker 2: another supplement guru. He's a holistic health warrior who's been
[2:39] Speaker 2: fighting in the trenches of nutritional medicine while also serving
[2:44] Speaker 2: as an ambassador to one of the most important health
[2:46] Speaker 2: movements of our time. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome doctor
[2:51] Speaker 2: Tony O'Donnell, founder of Radiant greens in a proud ambassador
[2:56] Speaker 2: to RFK Juniors MAHA Make America Healthy Again movement. Doctor
[3:01] Speaker 2: Tony O'Donnell has spent over two decades researching the connection
[3:05] Speaker 2: between soil health, nutrient density, and human longevity. His work
[3:10] Speaker 2: has taken him from organic farms in Vermont to research
[3:13] Speaker 2: labs in Switzerland, all in the pursuit of one goal
[3:17] Speaker 2: to help Americans reclaim their health through the power of
[3:20] Speaker 2: real bioavailable nutrition. And as a MAHA ambassador, Doctor Tony
[3:26] Speaker 2: has represented thousands of healthcare practitioners who believed the true
[3:30] Speaker 2: health reform starts not with more drugs, but with better
[3:34] Speaker 2: food in cleaner environments, and also empowering you as the
[3:38] Speaker 2: consumer who know how to spot the difference between marketing
[3:42] Speaker 2: hype and the medical breakthroughs in the food quality. So
[3:46] Speaker 2: with that, I want to welcome doctor Tony O'Donnell to
[3:48] Speaker 2: the Doctor Bob Martin Show. How you doing today, Doctor Tony.
[3:51] Speaker 3: I'm doing fantastic, Doctor Audham. It's nice to see you.
[3:53] Speaker 3: This is our first time meeting in face to face
[3:56] Speaker 3: that we've done lots of shows together on the radio.
[3:59] Speaker 3: Great to see you.
[4:00] Speaker 2: And I know you're busy. You're going to be on
[4:01] Speaker 2: the road here shortly with the MAHA movement. But I
[4:05] Speaker 2: want to go ahead and get into our conversation. And
[4:07] Speaker 2: doctor Tony, you've been vocal about what we'd like to
[4:11] Speaker 2: call maybe known as a nutritional theater, the idea that
[4:16] Speaker 2: most of our foods have not much nutritional value, but
[4:21] Speaker 2: yet they're still on the shelves in their market to
[4:24] Speaker 2: many of us, sometimes even using the words like healthy.
[4:29] Speaker 2: So I want you to walk us through your philosophy.
[4:32] Speaker 2: What's the difference between what's going on in our food
[4:35] Speaker 2: sources now and also what you're doing with Radiant Greens.
[4:40] Speaker 3: For sure, Adam, Great to share this moment with you.
[4:43] Speaker 3: I get to travel the length and breadth of this
[4:45] Speaker 3: country and I get to see I actually drive. I
[4:49] Speaker 3: don't fly that much. I get to drive and stop
[4:51] Speaker 3: off at convenience stores, gas stations along the way I
[4:55] Speaker 3: drive a Teslas, so I'm very eco friendly. I want
[4:57] Speaker 3: to know what's going on with our world. I want
[4:59] Speaker 3: to know what's going on with our health. And I
[5:01] Speaker 3: had a chance to meet the district manager of a
[5:03] Speaker 3: large chain of stores. They have about eight hundred stores
[5:06] Speaker 3: and the convenience stores, and a lot of truckers stopped there,
[5:08] Speaker 3: a lot of people, moms and dads and weekend warriors,
[5:11] Speaker 3: and people are at the river and things of that nature,
[5:14] Speaker 3: recreational activities at the weekend. And I asked the manager,
[5:19] Speaker 3: said would you consider potentially put in a salad bar
[5:22] Speaker 3: in here? And he said, well, well, yeah, possibly. And
[5:27] Speaker 3: I said, are you aware that a lot of the food,
[5:29] Speaker 3: without making him feel bad, that are on your shelf
[5:33] Speaker 3: is not very good? It's actually making people sick. Actually,
[5:36] Speaker 3: it's really poor quality. He says, we'll show me. He
[5:39] Speaker 3: wasn't even aware or didn't want to be aware, but
[5:42] Speaker 3: was somewhat open minded. He says, well, give me a card,
[5:45] Speaker 3: then I'll pass it on to the higher eye ups.
[5:47] Speaker 3: And I thought, okay, but I haven't heard back from them,
[5:49] Speaker 3: nor will I hear back from them. There's a lot
[5:51] Speaker 3: of money and sickness. Doctor Adam. You know that we
[5:55] Speaker 3: see our truckers driving across the country and they're not
[5:57] Speaker 3: in good shape, and they need to be in good shape.
[6:00] Speaker 3: They don't get a chance to exercise and do the
[6:01] Speaker 3: things that the normal people would like to do, and
[6:05] Speaker 3: they get to eat really poor quality and that's not fair,
[6:09] Speaker 3: and that's what we're doing at the MAHA movement. We're
[6:11] Speaker 3: not trying to put your arm behind your back and
[6:14] Speaker 3: force you to do anything that's not constitutional. We're just
[6:18] Speaker 3: merely asking corporations that provide food and food stuff, meaning
[6:24] Speaker 3: protein bars, energy drinks, these types of things ding dongs, donuts,
[6:28] Speaker 3: big gulps and French frizing pepsi prosi, we're asking them
[6:31] Speaker 3: to clean up what you're seeing on the aisles of
[6:35] Speaker 3: these convenience stores and health foot stores and indeed big
[6:39] Speaker 3: box stores all across the country and a lot of them.
[6:41] Speaker 3: Thank goodness, our beginning to get on board. It's going
[6:45] Speaker 3: to take some time. It's a long, hard trick, but
[6:48] Speaker 3: we're making huge, huge inroads. And of course we just
[6:52] Speaker 3: changed the dietary guidelines. We recommended big changes last week
[6:56] Speaker 3: with RFK meaning cutting out the salt, cutting out the fat,
[6:59] Speaker 3: getting more exercise, drinking more water, consuming more fresh fruits
[7:02] Speaker 3: and vegetables, and really eating really good wholesome meals at home.
[7:08] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[7:08] Speaker 2: And I know you've been involved with a nutrition for
[7:12] Speaker 2: for decades now, and one of one of the things
[7:15] Speaker 2: that that really, you know, we talk about often is
[7:18] Speaker 2: just the soil soil quality and what's what's going on
[7:22] Speaker 2: with our food system. And that's that's what prompted you
[7:26] Speaker 2: to create radiant greens, and I want to I want
[7:28] Speaker 2: to talk a little bit about more about that. What's
[7:30] Speaker 2: the the the whole food component of radiant greens and
[7:34] Speaker 2: how that's so important since we're not getting it in
[7:36] Speaker 2: our diet anymore.
[7:38] Speaker 3: Plus for sure, Well, I grew up a farm boy
[7:39] Speaker 3: in my net of Ireland. As you know, with this
[7:41] Speaker 3: accent you can probably tell found me of eleven. I
[7:45] Speaker 3: was always sick, doctor out him. I was always at
[7:47] Speaker 3: the doctor. I was a very sickly child, and my
[7:50] Speaker 3: family the same. And I lost father, my mother, my brother, law, uncle, cousin,
[7:54] Speaker 3: three brothers, my fiance to heart disease and cancer. And
[7:57] Speaker 3: so I have a huge mass and a huge legacy
[8:02] Speaker 3: to leave the world, and that is to create products
[8:05] Speaker 3: that impact human life. We have as a country a
[8:09] Speaker 3: constitutional obligation, as I mentioned many times on your broadcast,
[8:15] Speaker 3: we have a constitutional obligation to provide food for our parents,
[8:19] Speaker 3: our children and grandchildren that will not make them sick.
[8:22] Speaker 3: I know we have a love affair with fast food.
[8:25] Speaker 3: I know that, and people are entitled to do the
[8:27] Speaker 3: things that they wish to do and buy that which
[8:30] Speaker 3: they wish to buy. But unfortunately, I talked to many
[8:34] Speaker 3: of these people later. They have heart disease, they have cancer,
[8:37] Speaker 3: they have diabetes, they're suffering from diabesity. It's a huge
[8:41] Speaker 3: issue or metabolic syndrome, and they wish they would have
[8:44] Speaker 3: taken better care of themselves and it becomes a huge
[8:47] Speaker 3: issue later in life for them. So my job is
[8:50] Speaker 3: to wake people up to the possibility that you could
[8:52] Speaker 3: still have a magnificent life. There are better choices convenience
[8:56] Speaker 3: stores and health food stores and big box stores. I
[9:00] Speaker 3: have the unique responsibility now with MAHA going about doing
[9:05] Speaker 3: the rounds and creating awareness through magazines, newspapers, podcasts, social media,
[9:10] Speaker 3: television programs, people like myself going on television all the
[9:15] Speaker 3: time on the news networks just asking people, hey, can
[9:18] Speaker 3: you just make better choices? Our children need to be
[9:21] Speaker 3: healthy because the cost to keep our children healthy is
[9:27] Speaker 3: so significant, it's beyond even the gross national product of
[9:32] Speaker 3: some countries. It's just really sad where the fattest nation
[9:35] Speaker 3: in the world, where the sickest nation in the world.
[9:37] Speaker 3: We throw away about fifty plus million tons of foot
[9:40] Speaker 3: a year. We're the most overfed, under norwished, over medicated
[9:43] Speaker 3: nation in the world. We write a lot of prescription drugs,
[9:46] Speaker 3: We use a lot of vaccines that are not necessary,
[9:50] Speaker 3: that have not been proven to be dangerous and cause
[9:52] Speaker 3: a lot of harm. While there's a rule for vaccines
[9:55] Speaker 3: for sure, we don't live in a world where water
[9:57] Speaker 3: is really bad and our environs it is so sick
[10:01] Speaker 3: and so bad that we have to go rush and
[10:03] Speaker 3: get a vaccine, which makes us more sick. So we
[10:06] Speaker 3: have to wake up to the possibility that you only
[10:08] Speaker 3: have one life, and you've got to choose carefully what
[10:11] Speaker 3: you put in your body. And those of us who
[10:13] Speaker 3: are watching this podcast broadcast today, this video podcast, I
[10:17] Speaker 3: want you to ask yourself the question, what is it
[10:20] Speaker 3: that I want for my life? What is it that
[10:22] Speaker 3: I want for my children, my grandchildren? I want them
[10:25] Speaker 3: to have a whole generation of sickness and heart disease.
[10:28] Speaker 3: And I've seen that since I came to this country.
[10:30] Speaker 3: I had that in my native Ireland. I wanted to
[10:33] Speaker 3: break that chain, and I think I've gone a long
[10:35] Speaker 3: way and doing so.
[10:37] Speaker 2: Yeah, and Doctor Tony, I want to get more into
[10:39] Speaker 2: this conversation, but we need to take quick break, so
[10:42] Speaker 2: we'll be right back. You're listening to the Doctor Bob
[10:44] Speaker 2: Martin Show.
[11:00] Speaker 5: Now more than ever, it is important to have a
[11:02] Speaker 5: healthy immune system. Many health professionals agree that probiotics are
[11:06] Speaker 5: a leading natural therapy for boosting immune health. Why because
[11:10] Speaker 5: seventy percent of your body's immune cells reside in the
[11:13] Speaker 5: GI tract. By taking a superior probiotic daily, like doctor
[11:17] Speaker 5: Oheres probiotics, you can enhance your overall immune system and
[11:21] Speaker 5: immune response. The key to doctor ohero success is the
[11:25] Speaker 5: five hundred plus post biotic metabolites that are in each capsule.
[11:29] Speaker 5: Post Biotic metabolites are important to the regulation of most
[11:32] Speaker 5: systems in our body. For a short term immune boost,
[11:35] Speaker 5: try doctor Oheres propolis plus. Merging nature and science. Doctor
[11:40] Speaker 5: o'heres propolis plus combines Brazilian green propolis, vitamin e, astesanthon,
[11:46] Speaker 5: and tocotrianols for additional and powerful immune support. Be proactive
[11:50] Speaker 5: about your immune health. Ask your retailer today about Doctor
[11:54] Speaker 5: Oheres Probiotics and Doctor Oheres Propolis Plus today also available online.
[12:00] Speaker 6: H Yes, welcome back.
[12:12] Speaker 2: You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm doctor
[12:15] Speaker 2: Adam Brockman, and today we got a very special guest.
[12:17] Speaker 2: It is doctor Tony O'Donnell. He is the ambassador to
[12:21] Speaker 2: the MAHA movement, a great friend of RFK Junior. He's
[12:24] Speaker 2: here to talk about the nutritional defension deficiencies that we
[12:27] Speaker 2: have in our diet, and also I want to discuss
[12:30] Speaker 2: a little bit more about what he has created and
[12:32] Speaker 2: Radiant Green. So doctor Tony, again, welcome to the show.
[12:35] Speaker 2: And uh and I'm glad to have you. It's always
[12:38] Speaker 2: an honor to have you on here and give you
[12:39] Speaker 2: the insights that only you can. And so we were
[12:42] Speaker 2: talking about some of those nutritional deficiencies, and I want
[12:46] Speaker 2: to touch a little bit more on on a little
[12:48] Speaker 2: bit with with what's what we're going to see this year,
[12:51] Speaker 2: with what RFK Junior has and plans, what you what
[12:54] Speaker 2: you're doing. As a matter of fact, as you told
[12:55] Speaker 2: me next week you're you're we move this interview up
[12:57] Speaker 2: a week because you're traveling. You're on the road next week,
[13:01] Speaker 2: so I want to I want to get a little
[13:02] Speaker 2: bit more insight of what you got going on in
[13:04] Speaker 2: the coming in twenty twenty six.
[13:07] Speaker 3: Thank you, Thank you for this opportunity to be on
[13:09] Speaker 3: the podcast here radio with you. My job is to
[13:12] Speaker 3: go on the road as a mahambassador. I talked to
[13:15] Speaker 3: mister Kennedy pretty much, text each other a couple times
[13:18] Speaker 3: a week. I think the other day we texted each
[13:20] Speaker 3: other about ten times. So we're very close and really
[13:23] Speaker 3: great friends. He's a good man. He cares about our children,
[13:25] Speaker 3: he cares about the welfare of humanity. He cares about
[13:29] Speaker 3: our parents and grandparents, and that's his legacy. He wants
[13:32] Speaker 3: to leave a healthier world, and he shows and leads
[13:35] Speaker 3: by example. He's very fit himself, as you know. You
[13:38] Speaker 3: see him doing push ups all the time. You don't
[13:40] Speaker 3: have to do push ups. You could just walk walk
[13:42] Speaker 3: in as good. I did seven times around the parking
[13:45] Speaker 3: lot the other night while I was charging my car.
[13:48] Speaker 3: I don't let one minute go by without utilizing my time.
[13:51] Speaker 3: And we want to strive for fitness and health and
[13:54] Speaker 3: well being, and get a partner and get a friend,
[13:56] Speaker 3: go for a walk, drink your water, have your smooth
[13:59] Speaker 3: as you talked about in Greens earlier. That's a remarkable
[14:02] Speaker 3: superfood that I brought from Ireland that have sold I
[14:05] Speaker 3: think maybe now maybe twenty five to thirty million dollars
[14:09] Speaker 3: for the product over the last ten twelve years. It's
[14:12] Speaker 3: quite remarkable that people have bought that product. So I'm
[14:15] Speaker 3: on the road next week traveling to Austin and Houston
[14:18] Speaker 3: and various other places into El Paso, Phoenix, Palm Springs,
[14:22] Speaker 3: places like that. Basically, what I'm doing is any opportunity
[14:26] Speaker 3: that I get to talk to people on radio and
[14:28] Speaker 3: or social media and or programs or platforms such as
[14:31] Speaker 3: we're doing right now, is to just wake people up
[14:34] Speaker 3: and say there's hope. You don't have to live this way,
[14:37] Speaker 3: and it's all about our choices. I tell people that
[14:39] Speaker 3: all the time, it's all about your choices. We've lost
[14:42] Speaker 3: so many people over the last couple of years, when
[14:45] Speaker 3: we had the lockdowns, when we had force vaccinations, when
[14:49] Speaker 3: we had people telling you to wear your mask and
[14:52] Speaker 3: stand six feet apart, which was wrong, that was egregious
[14:55] Speaker 3: that was unconstitutional, that was on America and it was
[14:57] Speaker 3: not the right thing. What we should have been telling
[14:59] Speaker 3: them is eat healthy superfoods. Have some mechinaesia, have some
[15:03] Speaker 3: golden seal, Eat some odorless garlic. Go back to the
[15:07] Speaker 3: roots of who we are as a human being. Pray more,
[15:10] Speaker 3: get on our knees and ask forgiveness, ask for the
[15:15] Speaker 3: blessings that God bestows upon us, and be thankful for
[15:18] Speaker 3: the opportunities that we get to embrace every single day
[15:22] Speaker 3: because we live in America where we're free and we're
[15:24] Speaker 3: allowed to do the things that we need to do.
[15:25] Speaker 3: But unfortunately our food has been tainted for many years.
[15:29] Speaker 3: That is stopping. That is ending because here's what happens.
[15:33] Speaker 3: Adam as a farm boy from Ireland. My late father
[15:36] Speaker 3: and my neighbors were all farmers, and I grew up
[15:38] Speaker 3: as a young boy in the farm. I was fascinated
[15:40] Speaker 3: by tractors. Which young kid is not fascinated by tractors
[15:43] Speaker 3: growing up with my native or anybody for that matter,
[15:46] Speaker 3: growing up here in the United States, in your cornfields
[15:48] Speaker 3: all across the country. Kids love those big combine harvesters,
[15:52] Speaker 3: love those big JCB diggers. They love those diesel tractors.
[15:55] Speaker 3: They love them. They just want to do that. And
[15:57] Speaker 3: I wanted to participate in all of that. As a
[15:59] Speaker 3: young man, was drawn very significantly to the land. And
[16:03] Speaker 3: I understood that if you planted a potato and the soil,
[16:07] Speaker 3: and you gave it the nitrogen and the phosphorus, it
[16:10] Speaker 3: would grow and we could harvest that, and we could
[16:13] Speaker 3: eat that. And I was fascinated as a young man,
[16:16] Speaker 3: and I would listen to the elders, meaning my parents
[16:18] Speaker 3: and other neighbors and farmers, and they would all say,
[16:21] Speaker 3: it's really important that we till the land and we
[16:24] Speaker 3: cultivate it properly, and that we don't grow the same
[16:27] Speaker 3: crop doctor Adam over and over and over on the
[16:30] Speaker 3: same plot of land, expecting to get a different result
[16:34] Speaker 3: and indeed a more positive result. That doesn't happen unless,
[16:37] Speaker 3: of course, you fertilize the land. It's really important. So
[16:40] Speaker 3: I grew up learning about farming as a young man,
[16:43] Speaker 3: and I really wanted to put that into practice here
[16:46] Speaker 3: in the United States and even on Ireland. I had
[16:48] Speaker 3: my own plot of land. I used to grow my
[16:50] Speaker 3: own carrots and lettuce and potatoes and various other onions
[16:55] Speaker 3: and various other things. When I was a young man
[16:57] Speaker 3: go to school, I was just fascinated by farming. And
[16:59] Speaker 3: it's here I am owning an herbal company that has
[17:04] Speaker 3: a huge operation right now where we have millions of
[17:08] Speaker 3: customers all over the world now that buy Radiant Green.
[17:12] Speaker 3: So I created that product to impact human life. My
[17:15] Speaker 3: fiance unfortunately, before I met her, she had six years
[17:18] Speaker 3: of chemo and radiation, which is mustard gas during the
[17:21] Speaker 3: Vietnam War. That was really bad that we would do
[17:23] Speaker 3: that to humanity, would give that to another human being
[17:27] Speaker 3: instead of giving them healthy herbal remedies. So there you go,
[17:30] Speaker 3: doctor Adam. We have a unique responsibility to wake up.
[17:34] Speaker 3: We have a unique responsibility to teach corporations. That's what
[17:37] Speaker 3: I do when I'm on the road school principles. I
[17:40] Speaker 3: know that I believe the Surgeon General, the current or
[17:44] Speaker 3: the former Surgeon General, doctor Joseph Ladappo in Florida has
[17:48] Speaker 3: a pilot program going with a school where they're usually
[17:52] Speaker 3: only plant based herbal remedies and herbal based foods and
[17:55] Speaker 3: plant veggies and plant burgers and a gluten free, wheat
[17:59] Speaker 3: free or food. And it's a pilot program that may
[18:03] Speaker 3: launch all across the United States, and I hope that
[18:06] Speaker 3: that happens. And that's what I'm trying to do, is
[18:08] Speaker 3: I'm trying to get each school principle, each superintendent, each
[18:12] Speaker 3: teacher to encourage their kids to eat healthy. But if
[18:14] Speaker 3: they're not eating healthy themselves, it's very difficult to get
[18:17] Speaker 3: our kids to eat healthy because our educational system is broken,
[18:20] Speaker 3: our food system has tainted and broken. We're the most overweight,
[18:25] Speaker 3: as I mentioned earlier, most overweight, under nourished nation, and
[18:29] Speaker 3: over medicated nation in the world. Or kids are fatterer
[18:31] Speaker 3: than ever before. We need to stave that off. We
[18:35] Speaker 3: can fix that very quickly by educating the parents and
[18:38] Speaker 3: once the parents understand that the quality of food is
[18:41] Speaker 3: very important. And I also understand from an economic standpoint,
[18:44] Speaker 3: we have associoeconomic disparity as well. In this country. A
[18:47] Speaker 3: lot of people simply cannot afford good food. But when
[18:50] Speaker 3: in doubt, eat your fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure
[18:53] Speaker 3: they're free of pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides. And as a family,
[18:58] Speaker 3: I encourage all of you to make sure that you
[19:00] Speaker 3: go for walks at least a couple times a week.
[19:03] Speaker 2: Yeah, and doctor Tony, I want to back up to
[19:06] Speaker 2: what you were talking about with the soil. In your research,
[19:09] Speaker 2: it connects soil depletion to human disease. Can you break
[19:14] Speaker 2: down this connection for our listeners? How does the health
[19:18] Speaker 2: of farmland directly impact the health of ourselves.
[19:21] Speaker 3: Or our bodies? That's really good. Well, first of all,
[19:24] Speaker 3: let's understand that if the nutrients are not in the soil.
[19:28] Speaker 3: I learned that as a young man. I really didn't
[19:30] Speaker 3: know what I was doing, doctor Adam, but I listened
[19:32] Speaker 3: to my parents and I heard them talking. I heard
[19:35] Speaker 3: the farmers talking. I heard them say, we're going to
[19:37] Speaker 3: have a good crop this year because we harvested the
[19:40] Speaker 3: land and we fertilized the land. And I thought wow,
[19:42] Speaker 3: And I used to ask my father. I said, are
[19:44] Speaker 3: we fertilizing the land this year? Father? That can we
[19:47] Speaker 3: afford it? And they said, well, let's see what we
[19:49] Speaker 3: can do. So fertilizing the land is crucial. You have
[19:52] Speaker 3: to water a plant in order for it to grow.
[19:54] Speaker 3: You have to give a child nutrients in order for
[19:56] Speaker 3: the child to grow. We need the same for our body.
[19:59] Speaker 3: We need protein, we need vegetables, we need sustenance, We
[20:02] Speaker 3: need the right food. We need limited amount of dairy,
[20:04] Speaker 3: we need limited amount of meat. Though there's a huge
[20:07] Speaker 3: craze at Hollywood now eat raw meat, eat raw meat.
[20:09] Speaker 3: So there's a lot of discussion, a lot of disparity
[20:11] Speaker 3: over how much dairy should one have an ice, how
[20:14] Speaker 3: much meat should one have. But let's get back to
[20:16] Speaker 3: the soil. If you till the land and you cultivate
[20:20] Speaker 3: the land over and over and over, which you don't
[20:23] Speaker 3: replenish it with any minerals, particularly nitrate, nitrogen, sorry, phosphorus
[20:31] Speaker 3: and potassium, you're gonna have a terrible crop. It's just
[20:35] Speaker 3: not going to happen for you. So we knew that
[20:36] Speaker 3: back in Ireland that you had to have the nitrogen,
[20:39] Speaker 3: you had to have the phosphorus, and you had to
[20:41] Speaker 3: have the potassium. And you put those minerals into the
[20:44] Speaker 3: soil almost guarantee you that you're going to have a
[20:47] Speaker 3: good crop, and without it you did not. So the
[20:49] Speaker 3: animals did not get their feed and the family did
[20:53] Speaker 3: not get their feed. I grew up in a family
[20:54] Speaker 3: of eleventh It was basically bacon, eggs and sausages, fried bread,
[20:59] Speaker 3: never hungry, never starved. Great family. They did magnificent for us.
[21:03] Speaker 3: Considered not come from as I mentioned, momentarily a family
[21:07] Speaker 3: of eleven which turned out pretty good. So there's a
[21:09] Speaker 3: significant correlation between the nutrients and the land, the crop
[21:15] Speaker 3: that's grown. And then, of course, as you mentioned, doctor Redham,
[21:18] Speaker 3: the cells of our body, our cells of our body
[21:20] Speaker 3: need life force, that need energy, and that's why green
[21:23] Speaker 3: foods are the highest on the DNA chain, and green
[21:26] Speaker 3: foods are loaded with chlorophyll and chlorophyl is the blood
[21:28] Speaker 3: of plants with almost an identical molecular structure. Is hemoglobin,
[21:32] Speaker 3: the blood of human beings. What does that mean?
[21:35] Speaker 2: That means that's Tony, I'm gonna take a quick I'm
[21:37] Speaker 2: gonna take a break, and we're gonna come back.
[21:39] Speaker 6: Is it?
[21:39] Speaker 2: Because this is a great conversation, we get all right
[21:41] Speaker 2: back into the corpill. We're talking with doctor Tony o'donald
[21:44] Speaker 2: ambassad to the RFK Junior movement, the MAHA movement will
[21:48] Speaker 2: be right back. You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
[22:00] Speaker 7: Are you waiting on a line stake area on the
[22:05] Speaker 7: perfect night?
[22:07] Speaker 3: How are you waiting till the time is right?
[22:10] Speaker 6: Right? Welcome back?
[22:11] Speaker 2: You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm doctor
[22:14] Speaker 2: Adam Brockman and doctor Bob and I were all about
[22:17] Speaker 2: helping you live smarter and thrive naturally and also to
[22:20] Speaker 2: become your own best doctor most of the time. And
[22:23] Speaker 2: if you've got questions about your health, you can call
[22:25] Speaker 2: us any time at our toll free hotline. That's eight
[22:28] Speaker 2: hundred six zero six eight A two two. Again, that's
[22:30] Speaker 2: eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two.
[22:33] Speaker 2: As we're gonna find doctor Bob and I to licensed physicians,
[22:36] Speaker 2: and we're standing by to help you unlock your best self.
[22:38] Speaker 2: All right, let's get back in today's conversation with doctor
[22:41] Speaker 2: Tony O'Donnell. He is the founder of Radiant Greens and
[22:45] Speaker 2: also an ambassador to the RFK Junior Maha movement and
[22:49] Speaker 2: Doctor Tony. Before the break, we were talking about the
[22:52] Speaker 2: importance of what is in radiant greens because we don't
[22:55] Speaker 2: get in our diet the chlorophyll, the all the extra
[23:00] Speaker 2: things about how can we get this in our diet
[23:03] Speaker 2: and how easy is it is to use radiant greens.
[23:07] Speaker 3: Very good question. So, as we said just before the break,
[23:09] Speaker 3: if it's not in the food, doctor Adam, it's not
[23:12] Speaker 3: in the soil, it's not on the soil, it's not
[23:13] Speaker 3: in the food, is not in your body. So unfortunately
[23:17] Speaker 3: or fortunately in this situation, we have to supplement. It's
[23:20] Speaker 3: the same with all our breads and our food stuff.
[23:23] Speaker 3: We just don't have the nutrients because it's mass produced.
[23:26] Speaker 3: So radiant greens is loaded with chlorophyl and chlorophyl is
[23:30] Speaker 3: when the sunshine hits the plants and it turns them
[23:33] Speaker 3: green and it creates this photosynthesis. So this is a
[23:37] Speaker 3: life force. This is energy. So you're getting thirty two herbs,
[23:40] Speaker 3: ninety minerals, twenty two min oasis and sixty five percent protein.
[23:43] Speaker 3: It's in a powder form, so the the when you
[23:46] Speaker 3: take it, you could put it in a glass like
[23:48] Speaker 3: this right here. You could put it in a glass.
[23:50] Speaker 3: You can put it in a blender. You put it
[23:52] Speaker 3: in a shaker, shake it up. I take it with
[23:54] Speaker 3: me everywhere on the road. I got my portable blender
[23:55] Speaker 3: just sitting here to my left. You're right, and it's
[23:59] Speaker 3: it's just remarkable. So it's all your herbs in one bottle,
[24:02] Speaker 3: and it's designed to complement your existing dietary program or
[24:07] Speaker 3: lack of proper nutrients, because let's face it, as you know,
[24:10] Speaker 3: doctor out a mere chiropractic physician. Most health challenges are
[24:15] Speaker 3: a lack of vital nutrients. Why wait until it's too late.
[24:19] Speaker 3: This is why when I was growing up on Ireland,
[24:20] Speaker 3: I was so sick. I was always at the doctor.
[24:23] Speaker 3: I was on copious amounts of medication, so much so
[24:26] Speaker 3: that it gave me nightmares where I ran out the door,
[24:29] Speaker 3: the back door of my house or family home, and
[24:32] Speaker 3: ran through the forestry that was the back of the
[24:33] Speaker 3: fell into water because I was in a state of
[24:37] Speaker 3: shock and unconscious state and dreaming thought the Boogeyman was
[24:40] Speaker 3: after me. My late mother spent two days taking thorns
[24:43] Speaker 3: out of my legs. I was bleeding really badly. She
[24:46] Speaker 3: just couldn't understand that the side effects of those drugs.
[24:49] Speaker 3: That's what turned the tide for me. That's when I
[24:51] Speaker 3: decided I wanted to become a nachipileth that herbalist nutrition
[24:54] Speaker 3: is doctorate in political psychology and PhD in addiction and
[24:58] Speaker 3: write all those books written over fifteen sixteen books. Now,
[25:01] Speaker 3: this is why I do what I do, and do
[25:02] Speaker 3: the radio and do the television and help people understand
[25:05] Speaker 3: what it is that they put into their body. I'll
[25:08] Speaker 3: be sixty seven. By the way, in a month, I
[25:10] Speaker 3: feel like a kid. I get carted a lot of places,
[25:13] Speaker 3: and I've been traveling extensively over the holidays, so my
[25:16] Speaker 3: phone rings like yours do. I'm sure Doctor Adam every
[25:20] Speaker 3: day NonStop with someone who has a health challengeror crisis.
[25:24] Speaker 3: Our job is to help them get back on track.
[25:26] Speaker 3: It's a great feeling, it's a good honor to do so.
[25:30] Speaker 2: And if our folks are interested in learning more about
[25:33] Speaker 2: Radiant Greens, I encourage them to head over to Radiantgreens
[25:36] Speaker 2: dot com. You can also Doctor Tony's got a great
[25:39] Speaker 2: staff that's willing to help answer some questions for you
[25:42] Speaker 2: if you'd like to call them at their office at
[25:45] Speaker 2: eight one eight five seven five seven one eight five.
[25:49] Speaker 2: Again that's eight one eight five seven five seven one
[25:53] Speaker 2: eight five. And for the you that folks that are
[25:56] Speaker 2: writing it down again, that's eight one eight five seven
[25:59] Speaker 2: five seven one eight five. We're talking about Radiant Greens.
[26:03] Speaker 2: And Doctor Tony has extended a special to our listeners
[26:07] Speaker 2: that he did a couple months ago when we got
[26:08] Speaker 2: a lot of color questions that we're going to get
[26:10] Speaker 2: you in just a minute, doctor Tony, and that special again,
[26:14] Speaker 2: what is what is that for our listeners.
[26:16] Speaker 3: We're going to give you twenty five percent off. The
[26:18] Speaker 3: product is quite remarkable. Notice the difference in your hair,
[26:21] Speaker 3: your skin, and your nails will just grow like crazy,
[26:25] Speaker 3: really crazy. Eyebrows as well, grow really really strongly. I
[26:29] Speaker 3: get people lose weight. There's ninety minerals twenty two mini
[26:32] Speaker 3: oasis only like thirty calories per servant. You can make
[26:35] Speaker 3: a smoothie with it. You can actually blend that together
[26:38] Speaker 3: with our sister product, which is actually Pomegranate plus. So
[26:42] Speaker 3: the website is Radiant Our A d I A n T,
[26:46] Speaker 3: Radiant Greens with an S g r EE and s
[26:50] Speaker 3: ridian Greens dot com. Doctor Adams said the numbers eight
[26:53] Speaker 3: one eight five seven five seven one eight five eight
[26:57] Speaker 3: one eight five seven five seven one eight five. Basically
[27:01] Speaker 3: eighty six percent of the US population, doctor Adam don't eat,
[27:05] Speaker 3: or don't get enough, or hardly eat any fresh fruits
[27:07] Speaker 3: and vegetables. So the nice little Institute of Healthy United
[27:10] Speaker 3: States Department of Agriculture tells us we should be consuming
[27:13] Speaker 3: at least thirteen servants of fresh fruits and vegetables every
[27:16] Speaker 3: single day, but most of us just don't do that,
[27:18] Speaker 3: but we do that when we get sick. I know
[27:20] Speaker 3: people that mortgage their home to go to cancer treatment centers.
[27:23] Speaker 3: I know people that sell their cars. I know people
[27:25] Speaker 3: that canceled student loans for their kids to go and
[27:28] Speaker 3: get healthy and get rid of their cancer or try
[27:30] Speaker 3: and at least fix their body. I know people in
[27:33] Speaker 3: both families that have cancer or heart disease, our diabetes
[27:37] Speaker 3: or obesity who are taking copious amounts of medication. That's
[27:40] Speaker 3: not living, my friends, that's not living. That's not who
[27:43] Speaker 3: you are. You deserve better. You deserve easy movement. You
[27:46] Speaker 3: deserve to wake up in the morning feeling alive and
[27:48] Speaker 3: energetic and healthy. You deserve better health corporations and I'm
[27:52] Speaker 3: holding them accountable, deserve and RFK and I. We say
[27:55] Speaker 3: this all the time. We say this respectfully. Corporations that
[27:58] Speaker 3: provide food to us when we go out to eat
[28:01] Speaker 3: for dinner with our wives and girlfriends or family, you
[28:04] Speaker 3: deserve good quality food. They deserve to be serving you
[28:07] Speaker 3: food free of pesticides, herbicides and these exticides, process spots
[28:11] Speaker 3: and all the GMO garbage that goes into our food
[28:14] Speaker 3: that has really tinted the healthcare system. In America. It's broken.
[28:18] Speaker 3: I'm reading a new book about that called Broken Medicine.
[28:21] Speaker 3: We need to fix it, and the time is rife
[28:24] Speaker 3: right now to do so. That's why I travel extensively
[28:27] Speaker 3: and do shows like this, and I'm thankful and grateful.
[28:30] Speaker 2: Well, Doctor Tony. Every time that you're on the show,
[28:33] Speaker 2: we get lots of questions. So I want to go
[28:34] Speaker 2: ahead and get to a couple of them that came in,
[28:37] Speaker 2: and I'm just gonna let you answer them. So first,
[28:39] Speaker 2: first up, we have Robert from Seattle. He asked, I've
[28:43] Speaker 2: been researching green powders for months and I'm overwhelmed by
[28:46] Speaker 2: all the options. What specific ingredients should I absolutely look for?
[28:51] Speaker 2: And we've answered this a little bit in the show,
[28:53] Speaker 2: but let's go ahead and answer Robert's question directly.
[28:55] Speaker 3: Hey, Robert, thanks so much. Happy New Year, bless you.
[28:58] Speaker 3: It is overwhelming. There's a lot of stuff out there.
[29:01] Speaker 3: When you're looking at a green food. First of all,
[29:03] Speaker 3: you've got to look at the guy that actually created
[29:05] Speaker 3: the product and formulated the product. There's a lot of
[29:07] Speaker 3: knockoffs in the marketplace. There's a lot of companies, and
[29:10] Speaker 3: I say this respectfully, they call themselves a green food
[29:12] Speaker 3: company when in fact they're not. There's a lot of
[29:14] Speaker 3: companies that advertise on television and say they're a green
[29:17] Speaker 3: food company, when in fact they're not. They usually have
[29:19] Speaker 3: one or two greens and the rest are just a
[29:21] Speaker 3: plethora of minerals which will do you some good. You've
[29:23] Speaker 3: got to look for core things like dandelion, my taki, shititaki, cordyeseps, spurina,
[29:28] Speaker 3: green tea, apple, pectin, apple, fiber, digestive enzymes, COQ ten.
[29:33] Speaker 3: All of these things are really important. Of course, you
[29:36] Speaker 3: should get on the website and try a bottle of
[29:38] Speaker 3: Radiant Greens. It's got thirty two different nerves. I am,
[29:41] Speaker 3: without being boastful, I'm considered the father of green superfoods
[29:45] Speaker 3: from Ireland. I brought it to this country and made
[29:48] Speaker 3: it popular. I've done countless infomercials that have generated literally
[29:53] Speaker 3: one hundreds of millions of dollars. I have licensed my
[29:56] Speaker 3: products to a billion dollar corporation for the last thirteen years.
[29:59] Speaker 3: That's sold sixty million a year of the last ten years.
[30:02] Speaker 3: So you can imagine how much product that I have
[30:04] Speaker 3: sold to people and how many lives I've impacted. And
[30:07] Speaker 3: here's the best part. I have never got a bottle
[30:11] Speaker 3: returned ever that I can recall, never, out of all
[30:15] Speaker 3: those sales. It's quite remarkable. So green foods are uniquely different.
[30:20] Speaker 3: Radiant greens tastes very different because I've perfected the taste.
[30:23] Speaker 3: I've been doing this for a long time, and when
[30:25] Speaker 3: you're doing this for a long time, you get to understand.
[30:27] Speaker 3: I could pretty much go into a health food store
[30:29] Speaker 3: or go to a health show and pick up a bottle.
[30:31] Speaker 3: I can tell if this has been formulated by someone
[30:33] Speaker 3: who really knows what they're doing, or someone who does not,
[30:36] Speaker 3: or someone just copied somebody else. We have a lot
[30:38] Speaker 3: of that in the marketplace, and it's it's not so
[30:41] Speaker 3: comfortable watching people do that.
[30:43] Speaker 2: Well, Doctor Tony, let's take a quick break and you
[30:46] Speaker 2: can get right back into this. You're listening to the
[30:48] Speaker 2: Doctor Bob Martin show.
[31:03] Speaker 7: Kids don't just bring home homework. They bring home germs,

[33:54] Speaker 2: get back into today's conversation.
[33:57] Speaker 3: Uh.
[33:57] Speaker 2: And let's see if we can answer another another color question.
[34:01] Speaker 2: This is an email question. It's from Mike in Detroit.
[34:04] Speaker 2: He asked, I keep hearing about the MAHA movement, but
[34:08] Speaker 2: I'm skeptical of anything political touching my healthcare decisions. Can
[34:12] Speaker 2: you explain how this is different from typical political promises,
[34:17] Speaker 2: Doctor Tony.
[34:19] Speaker 3: Yeah, you're you're right. I don't have a vote in
[34:21] Speaker 3: this country. I'm an Irish citizen living in the United States,
[34:25] Speaker 3: and I'm thankful and grateful. Here's the bottom line, Mike
[34:29] Speaker 3: in Detroit. The healthcare system, as you know, is broken
[34:32] Speaker 3: in America. It has huge cracks in it, so badly
[34:37] Speaker 3: so that they went ahead unlicensed, unlicensed a vaccine that
[34:43] Speaker 3: they showered the American people with in the world, and
[34:46] Speaker 3: look at the consequences, look at the fallout. Fiser made
[34:50] Speaker 3: about ninety billion from the sale of a vaccine that
[34:53] Speaker 3: was unlicensed of his experimental and did tremendous damage. And
[34:58] Speaker 3: so I would rather put my trust and something that's
[35:01] Speaker 3: non toxic, affordable, effective, that's natural, that actually does really good,
[35:06] Speaker 3: rather than put a medication in my body that I'm
[35:10] Speaker 3: not sure of that doctors are not sure of. The
[35:13] Speaker 3: sad effects can be disastrous. I have several friends whose
[35:19] Speaker 3: names I will admit, but one of my friends is
[35:23] Speaker 3: a lawyer. She had two vaccines and she has a
[35:26] Speaker 3: pacemaker and she's collapsed twice. My best friend here in
[35:30] Speaker 3: Los Angeles has had two vaccines. He hasn't eaten a
[35:34] Speaker 3: solid meal in a year, it hasn't walked in a year,
[35:37] Speaker 3: and he's in a wheelchair and has care twenty four
[35:40] Speaker 3: to seven. So those are things I have a lot
[35:43] Speaker 3: of family members in Ireland who are also very sick.
[35:46] Speaker 3: Not everybody reacted the same way to the vaccines that
[35:49] Speaker 3: were supposedly good for us, but they were not. And
[35:52] Speaker 3: if you look at the FDA website doctor Adam, and
[35:55] Speaker 3: this is always controversial, the FDA says that COVID, for example,
[35:59] Speaker 3: was nothing more than the common cold quote unquote. So
[36:02] Speaker 3: the healthcare system is broken. What could be wrong with
[36:05] Speaker 3: a cleanse or a detox or a juice or a
[36:10] Speaker 3: fast something that's been around for thousands of years. What
[36:14] Speaker 3: would be wrong with you drinking a glass of carrots
[36:17] Speaker 3: use every single day. What would be wrong with you
[36:19] Speaker 3: taking an odorless garlic pill every single day to ward
[36:22] Speaker 3: off the common cold? What would be wrong with you
[36:24] Speaker 3: actually getting a good pair of walking shoes or running
[36:27] Speaker 3: shoes and going out for a nice brisk walk. What
[36:30] Speaker 3: would be wrong with that? Why would you put medication
[36:33] Speaker 3: into your body when you don't really need it? Or
[36:35] Speaker 3: maybe you do, and medication plays a significant role in
[36:39] Speaker 3: people's health. We need it. The problem is we just
[36:43] Speaker 3: prescribed too much. We write more prescriptions in America than
[36:46] Speaker 3: the entire world combined. Most doctors will tell you that
[36:49] Speaker 3: if they're really conscious and really aware our system is broken.
[36:53] Speaker 3: You need to ask questions of your doctor. And here's
[36:55] Speaker 3: the sad thing is there are significant side effects with
[36:59] Speaker 3: all medicaid. You watch that on television. We're the only
[37:02] Speaker 3: country in the world that can advertise medications on TV
[37:05] Speaker 3: and get away with it. We're not allowed to do
[37:06] Speaker 3: that in Europe. We're not allowed to do that in
[37:08] Speaker 3: New Zealand. We're not allowed to do that in Australia.
[37:11] Speaker 3: So we have a huge issue in Mister Kennedy is
[37:13] Speaker 3: trying to stop that, because every medication has a significant
[37:17] Speaker 3: side effect, not just me saying that. Just read the
[37:21] Speaker 3: side effects of any drug that you can when you
[37:23] Speaker 3: get an opportunity on the internet, or just watch the
[37:26] Speaker 3: disclaimers after ad plays on your national television set. It's
[37:30] Speaker 3: pretty bad. I don't want those side effects and you
[37:34] Speaker 3: should either. There are natural, alternative, alternative herbal remedies that
[37:40] Speaker 3: do pretty much the same thing without causing contraindications and
[37:44] Speaker 3: or a reactions.

[42:24] Speaker 2: Welcome, Welcome back to the doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm
[42:27] Speaker 2: doctor Adam Brockman, and as we're wrapping up this powerful
[42:29] Speaker 2: hour with doctor Tony o'donald, I want to want you
[42:32] Speaker 2: to remember something that's very critical. Every health revolution and
[42:35] Speaker 2: history started with individuals who decided to ask better questions
[42:39] Speaker 2: and demand better answers, and folks, thanks for asking those
[42:44] Speaker 2: questions today, doctor Tony for answering those And Doctor Tony,
[42:46] Speaker 2: we just got a couple of minutes left. I want
[42:49] Speaker 2: you just to again sum up what we've been talking
[42:51] Speaker 2: about with Radiant Greens, the Maha movement, and what we
[42:54] Speaker 2: can expect this year.
[42:56] Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure. Well, we changed the directory guidelines. We
[42:59] Speaker 3: put him in place just a couple of days ago
[43:02] Speaker 3: through the Baja Movement. RFK is dedicated to helping people
[43:07] Speaker 3: get well and get healthy, and not everybody agrees with him.
[43:09] Speaker 3: I get that, I understand that. Just so you know,
[43:11] Speaker 3: he's vaccinated himself and his children are vaccinated. So that's
[43:14] Speaker 3: the end of the story right there. That's a choice
[43:16] Speaker 3: he made. But he's a very healthy guy. He doesn't drink,
[43:19] Speaker 3: he doesn't smoke, doesn't any of those things anymore. He's
[43:21] Speaker 3: had his life filled with all of that stuff. He's had,
[43:24] Speaker 3: his party's over. He's just now party to help all
[43:26] Speaker 3: of you. I don't drink or smoke. I don't do drugs.
[43:29] Speaker 3: I work out all the time. I walk, I exercise,
[43:32] Speaker 3: I do pilates, I do yoga, I eat healthy, I juice,
[43:35] Speaker 3: I do my chlorophl rich foods. I'm on television, I'm
[43:38] Speaker 3: on radio, thankful for the opportunity to spread the word.
[43:41] Speaker 3: You know, who wants to be sick, who wants to
[43:43] Speaker 3: be in the hospital. You know, it's so sad for me.
[43:45] Speaker 3: It's hard for me to go to go see my
[43:47] Speaker 3: best friend lying in bed, unable to go to the
[43:51] Speaker 3: bathroom on his own, and not able to eat on
[43:54] Speaker 3: his own and have it a tube in his stomach
[43:56] Speaker 3: feeding him, and not been able to walk for a year.
[44:00] Speaker 3: He felt four times because he got some vaccines and
[44:05] Speaker 3: he had an aver reaction. I see so many people
[44:08] Speaker 3: that are sick, and to each their own. I'm not
[44:11] Speaker 3: against anybody. I'm not four or against anything that goes
[44:16] Speaker 3: on in your body. It's your decision what you decide
[44:18] Speaker 3: to do. You only have one life, and you got
[44:20] Speaker 3: to be careful what you put in your body. I
[44:22] Speaker 3: just said that after having so much sickness in my
[44:25] Speaker 3: family and my native Ireland, watching family members die, watching
[44:28] Speaker 3: my fiance weighs seventy eighty five pounds when she died.
[44:31] Speaker 3: She died of a varian cancer, Watching all these people
[44:34] Speaker 3: get so sick, I realized there's a better way, in
[44:37] Speaker 3: a natural, non toxic, affordable, effective way for me personally.
[44:40] Speaker 3: For me I'm talking about me personally, is justice in
[44:42] Speaker 3: inclensing and detoxification and prayer. Connection. That's what I do,
[44:46] Speaker 3: and I encourage you to look at that as well.
[44:49] Speaker 3: Read connect with your family, say hello. Family is very important.
[44:53] Speaker 3: Go for walks together, pray together, hug each other, love
[44:58] Speaker 3: each other, eat healthy together, dance together, play music together.
[45:02] Speaker 3: So when we look at the longest loaf of people
[45:04] Speaker 3: in the world, the Hunters and the Volcaby Indians, the
[45:06] Speaker 3: Azerbijanis and the title conference, they are all about connection.
[45:09] Speaker 3: They're all about family, They're all about loved ones. There's
[45:13] Speaker 3: a significant amount of research that suggests that the more
[45:15] Speaker 3: we're connected as a family, the healthy weed, the more
[45:18] Speaker 3: laughter and fun that we have, the longer we live.
[45:21] Speaker 2: Well, Doctor Tony, great words to live by, and thank
[45:24] Speaker 2: you as always for joining the show. Today, and folks,
[45:27] Speaker 2: the question isn't whether when you should take control of
[45:31] Speaker 2: your health, it's how and can you do it now?
[45:34] Speaker 2: How many more mornings would you wake up feeling like
[45:36] Speaker 2: you're running on empty? How many more years will you
[45:39] Speaker 2: accept good enough when extraordinary is within your reach? So, folks,
[45:44] Speaker 2: this is doctor Adam Brockman for the Doctor Bob Martin
[45:46] Speaker 2: Show and reminded you that your body is your most
[45:49] Speaker 2: important investment. Treat it well, thank you, and have a
[45:53] Speaker 2: great day.
[46:00] Speaker 6: By that, than by, by than
