[0:40] Speaker 1: Clash in Italy. This Sunday, we had Roman Reigns and
[0:45] Speaker 1: Jacob Fatu signing the contract for Tribal Combat tonight, their
[0:52] Speaker 1: second contract signing inside.
[0:54] Speaker 2: Of a month.
[0:55] Speaker 1: So if you were wondering, is this company devoid of
[0:58] Speaker 1: any new ideas, the answer is yes, yes they are.
[1:03] Speaker 1: Two contract signings in one month. Couldn't come up with
[1:07] Speaker 1: something different, so they signed the contract. They shook hands,
[1:13] Speaker 1: they pressed their foreheads against each other, basically bowed to
[1:16] Speaker 1: each other in a show of respect. A blood oath
[1:19] Speaker 1: is what Roman Reigns said. He told that appears, don't
[1:21] Speaker 1: worry about all you security people. You can leave no
[1:24] Speaker 1: physicality here. He made a blood oath by signing this contract,
[1:29] Speaker 1: So there was no physicality between the two of them
[1:31] Speaker 1: tonight outside of what I just mentioned there at the
[1:33] Speaker 1: very end. And as I look at this match coming
[1:37] Speaker 1: up on Sunday, Sunday afternoon next week, honestly, the only thing,
[1:43] Speaker 1: the only way that things change is if Jacob Fatu wins,
[1:50] Speaker 1: Because if Roman Reigns wins this match, nothing changes, right,
[1:54] Speaker 1: Jacob fa Twu has to acknowledge him, just like everybody
[1:58] Speaker 1: else has done, and the bloodline stuff sort of goes
[2:01] Speaker 1: on the way that it's always gone on. At least,
[2:04] Speaker 1: if Jacob fa Twu were to come out of that
[2:06] Speaker 1: match with a win, there is the chance that they
[2:09] Speaker 1: could kind of shake things up a little bit. Things
[2:11] Speaker 1: will be a little bit different. As Roman said tonight,
[2:14] Speaker 1: you become the leader. I have to take your lead.
[2:17] Speaker 1: I have to acknowledge you, you become the man. At
[2:22] Speaker 1: least that would be something different. So you kind of
[2:25] Speaker 1: hope to see a Jacob fa Tou win for two reasons.
[2:28] Speaker 1: Number one again. It would be something different. But also
[2:31] Speaker 1: I don't like the idea of Jacob Fatu going in
[2:33] Speaker 1: there and losing back to back matches. Do I believe
[2:36] Speaker 1: Jacob Fatu is going to win on Sunday? No, not really.
[2:41] Speaker 1: But it truly would be the only way to try
[2:43] Speaker 1: to shake things up here and do things a little
[2:45] Speaker 1: bit different with the bloodline stuff. Because the bloodline stuff
[2:48] Speaker 1: is not going to go away. The bloodline stuff, that's
[2:50] Speaker 1: their bread and butter. They're not going to let that go.
[2:53] Speaker 1: We'll be sitting here two three years from now still
[2:55] Speaker 1: talking about some variation of the blood line. But at
[2:58] Speaker 1: least it would give a a new perspective to things, right,
[3:02] Speaker 1: It would change things a little bit by putting Jacob
[3:05] Speaker 1: in the driver's seat and not having Roman in that spot,
[3:07] Speaker 1: having Roman kind of take a step back. How does
[3:09] Speaker 1: he respond to that? How does you react to that?
[3:12] Speaker 1: Can he take second place, place, second fiddle to somebody
[3:15] Speaker 1: else in the family. That would really be the way
[3:19] Speaker 1: to go. Now that we've seen all of the raws now,
[3:22] Speaker 1: and here we are now the pay per view pl
[3:24] Speaker 1: is on Sunday. I can't say that I'm all that
[3:26] Speaker 1: convinced that things are going to be any different this
[3:28] Speaker 1: time than they were a backlash. I just thought, I
[3:31] Speaker 1: don't get that feeling. Obafemi against Brock Lesner is official
[3:36] Speaker 1: or clash in Italy. The contract has officially been signed
[3:39] Speaker 1: by both parties. Now, Brock was not on the show

[6:30] Speaker 1: And we had Seth Rollins against montes Ford, which is
[6:32] Speaker 1: the match that I've been waiting to see. Remember I've
[6:34] Speaker 1: been saying this over the last few weeks. I go, hey,
[6:36] Speaker 1: sign me up for Rollins against montes Ford. I wasn't
[6:40] Speaker 1: expecting that we were going to get it unadvertised tonight,
[6:42] Speaker 1: but we did, and it actually was not even the
[6:45] Speaker 1: best match on the show. I have to give that
[6:47] Speaker 1: to Penta and Javon. They had the match of the night,
[6:49] Speaker 1: but we had a couple of good matches on the show.
[6:52] Speaker 1: We also found out that the qualifying matches for the
[6:56] Speaker 1: King and Queen of the Ring are kicking off next on,
[7:01] Speaker 1: so as we have the owen Hart Foundation tournaments underway
[7:04] Speaker 1: now in aaw King and Queen of the Ring.
[7:06] Speaker 2: Are about to commence.
[7:08] Speaker 1: Very interesting though that when Michael Cole was talking about
[7:11] Speaker 1: King and Queen of the Ring, he mentioned that the
[7:13] Speaker 1: winners of these tournaments will earn a championship opportunity, and
[7:18] Speaker 1: he stopped short of saying SummerSlam. There was no mention
[7:21] Speaker 1: of SummerSlam. Now it could be apropos of nothing. I mean,
[7:25] Speaker 1: if they're gonna get title shots at SummerSlam, I'm not
[7:27] Speaker 1: really sure why you wouldn't just say that it's possible
[7:30] Speaker 1: it will be Summer slim And for whatever reason, I
[7:32] Speaker 1: guess Summerslam's still a few months away. They don't want
[7:34] Speaker 1: to mention it. But there was no mention of exactly
[7:37] Speaker 1: when they would be getting those title opportunities. So we'll
[7:40] Speaker 1: see if it's going to stay the way it was
[7:42] Speaker 1: last year. On the whole look, I thought it was.

[10:26] Speaker 1: told the people to shut up, and then he pitched
[10:29] Speaker 1: it to a Brock Lesner video package, which included a
[10:32] Speaker 1: pre taped interview with Brock that I'm sure they filmed
[10:34] Speaker 1: last week. Lesner said that he didn't get a chance
[10:37] Speaker 1: to congratulate Oba last week on his Wrestle Media win.
[10:41] Speaker 1: He said that the wind would cost Oba more than
[10:43] Speaker 1: he could ever imagine.
[10:45] Speaker 2: He said that he's had.
[10:45] Speaker 1: His share of ass whoopings over the years, but nothing
[10:48] Speaker 1: like this one at wrestle Media. Lesner said that it
[10:51] Speaker 1: was humbling, and Oba beat his ass so badly that
[10:55] Speaker 1: he thought he was done. That was going to be it,
[10:58] Speaker 1: but he said he's not going out that way. He
[11:00] Speaker 1: said he can take an ass whooping, but Oba can you.
[11:04] Speaker 1: Lesner said Oba would get his ass kicked by a humbled,
[11:07] Speaker 1: retired beast, and he said that he would conquer Oba.
[11:11] Speaker 1: I am going to rule over Oba Femi. So then
[11:16] Speaker 1: back in the ring, Brock of course was not there,
[11:18] Speaker 1: but Hayman was, and he said, the good news is
[11:21] Speaker 1: that everybody would get to see history play out before
[11:23] Speaker 1: their very eyes on Sunday. He said, the bad news
[11:26] Speaker 1: is that Oba has awakened the beast, and he said
[11:30] Speaker 1: that can mean only one thing. And before he could
[11:33] Speaker 1: go on, he was interrupted by Oba's music, and so
[11:36] Speaker 1: he strutted down to the ring. You know, I noticed
[11:39] Speaker 1: during the show tonight, and I imagine this was during
[11:42] Speaker 1: one of the commercial breaks they now have what they
[11:44] Speaker 1: call the strut cam and they cut to people in
[11:48] Speaker 1: the crowd doing the Oba strut.
[11:51] Speaker 2: So that's like a new thing they just started.
[11:53] Speaker 1: Oba comes down to the ring, Hayman is just he's
[11:57] Speaker 1: cowering in the corner. Oba basically has got him cornered
[12:01] Speaker 1: and he's all up in his space and he remembers,
[12:06] Speaker 1: you know, Hayman's saying that he had awoken the beast.
[12:11] Speaker 1: Oba asked Hayman, what do you think four F fives
[12:14] Speaker 1: woke up in him? He told Hayman that he wouldn't
[12:17] Speaker 1: hurt him because he needed him alive and well to
[12:19] Speaker 1: tell the tale of Brock Lesner. Oba said that Hayman
[12:22] Speaker 1: would fast forward to the end when he retires Lesner
[12:25] Speaker 1: for the second time. And Oba said that he knew
[12:27] Speaker 1: Hayman would claim it was just business, but four F
[12:31] Speaker 1: fives was very personal to him. And Oba pulled out
[12:35] Speaker 1: a contract. It was the contract for their match on Sunday.
[12:38] Speaker 1: He signed the contract and said that it was the
[12:41] Speaker 1: final chapter. He signed it on Hayman. He said, deliver
[12:45] Speaker 1: this message to Brock. Tell him the last time I
[12:47] Speaker 1: was fighting to beat him. This time I'm fighting to
[12:52] Speaker 1: kill him. Which was a cold closing line here. And
[12:59] Speaker 1: so we have the remat it is all set up.
[13:01] Speaker 1: Part two is going to be taking place in Turin
[13:04] Speaker 1: this Sunday. I mean, you never know what you're going
[13:06] Speaker 1: to get in some of these international cities, but generally speaking,
[13:09] Speaker 1: and we saw this in France, we saw this in really,
[13:13] Speaker 1: I mean it's always in the UK, there are always
[13:15] Speaker 1: a hot crowd there. Puerto Rico's not international crowd. But
[13:19] Speaker 1: when they go to these places for these pls, and
[13:21] Speaker 1: they typically do not run plees, they have been rewarded
[13:25] Speaker 1: with some hot crowds. I would imagine it's funny too,
[13:28] Speaker 1: because there was a point in time, I want to say,
[13:31] Speaker 1: maybe it was I don't know, fifteen years ago or
[13:34] Speaker 1: so where for whatever reason, WWE was super hot in
[13:39] Speaker 1: Italy and then it kind of died off. I don't
[13:41] Speaker 1: know what it's like these days, but if they can
[13:44] Speaker 1: get a hot crowd there in Turin, it it just
[13:46] Speaker 1: makes things that much bigger. You put these two guys
[13:50] Speaker 1: in the ring, this match would probably get a big
[13:51] Speaker 1: reaction anywhere, but in that city, on this particular show,
[13:57] Speaker 1: this could be very special. Now, it seems pretty obvious
[14:01] Speaker 1: if you look at it. They brought Brock back. They're
[14:03] Speaker 1: probably gonna want to do a trilogy, and so of course,
[14:07] Speaker 1: you know, Brock's probably gonna get his win back, right,
[14:09] Speaker 1: and then Oba can win the Blowoff. I'm gonna take
[14:12] Speaker 1: a different approach here, and I'll have my full predictions
[14:17] Speaker 1: for the for the ple e tomorrow and the Uncrowned
[14:19] Speaker 1: Wrestling Show, But on this I will say this. I
[14:24] Speaker 1: tend to go in a different direction with this. I
[14:26] Speaker 1: don't think brock Lesner needs to win this match.

[14:31] Speaker 1: I don't think brock Lesnar needs to win this match
[14:35] Speaker 1: to still do a trilogy. They're absolutely going to want
[14:38] Speaker 1: to do a trilogy. That's fine. Brock Lesnar does not

[14:44] Speaker 1: match on Sunday. You know, we had brock Lesner in
[14:47] Speaker 1: this promo talking about how WrestleMania he was humbled, right
[14:52] Speaker 1: and he thought that's it, I'm done. Then he decided no, no, no,
[14:56] Speaker 1: I can't go out that way. I have to come back. Well,
[15:00] Speaker 1: this is a very easy story to tell here that
[15:02] Speaker 1: does not require Oba Femi to be beaten by brock Lesner.
[15:07] Speaker 1: Oba goes in there and beats him again. And I'm
[15:10] Speaker 1: not saying it has to be easy. It could be
[15:12] Speaker 1: more competitive this time. You could have a little bit
[15:14] Speaker 1: of a longer match if you want to have it.
[15:17] Speaker 1: But I would have him go in there and beat
[15:20] Speaker 1: brock again, which only drives brock Lesnar that much crazier.
[15:26] Speaker 1: And if the idea that he came back because I
[15:29] Speaker 1: can't go out like that, well then it stands to
[15:31] Speaker 1: reason if he loses again on Sunday, he's still gonna
[15:34] Speaker 1: feel the same way. I can't go out like that.
[15:37] Speaker 1: And that leads to one more match. They could do
[15:40] Speaker 1: the match in Minneapolis, they could do the match at
[15:42] Speaker 1: Summer Slim, And this time Brock makes it very clear,
[15:46] Speaker 1: for real, this time, legit, I'm putting my career on
[15:51] Speaker 1: the line. I want one more shot at it. I'm
[15:54] Speaker 1: willing to put my career on and this time I'll
[15:56] Speaker 1: put it in writing so you could hold me to it.

[16:03] Speaker 1: the point where everybody thought we were headed anyway at

[16:13] Speaker 1: run the table on him and win all three matches.

[16:19] Speaker 1: H and Batista. Batista is the one guy that triple
[16:24] Speaker 1: H more than any other one. I think back to
[16:26] Speaker 1: his career. Who did triple H put over in like
[16:28] Speaker 1: the biggest possible way, There's only one guy. It wasn't
[16:33] Speaker 1: Randy Orton, it wasn't John Seen, it was Dave Batista.
[16:37] Speaker 1: Because they went to WrestleMania right he beat him for
[16:41] Speaker 1: the World Heavyweight Championship. That was the crowning moment for
[16:44] Speaker 1: Big Dave. They had three pay per view matches that year.
[16:47] Speaker 1: They had three I think consecutive pay per view matches,
[16:50] Speaker 1: and Batista won every single.
[16:52] Speaker 2: One of them. Triple H lost all three.
[16:56] Speaker 1: He could not have put him over any stronger than
[16:58] Speaker 1: he did.

[17:02] Speaker 1: You can absolutely get a trilogy out of it without
[17:04] Speaker 1: ever having to beat Obafemi. If you do not want
