[0:00] Speaker 1: From the range to the field. CZ firearms are built
[0:03] Speaker 1: to perform when it counts. Known for accuracy, durability, and reliability,
[0:08] Speaker 1: CZ stands apart. CZ built for those who demand more.
[0:13] Speaker 1: Czfirearms dot Com.
[0:17] Speaker 2: So much to cover, so many guns to talk about.
[0:21] Speaker 2: I'm Tom Gresham. This is gun Talk. You can follow
[0:23] Speaker 2: me over on x where I am at gun Talk
[0:26] Speaker 2: because I continue talking all week long over there, and
[0:28] Speaker 2: you can participate. You could argue with me, you can
[0:31] Speaker 2: call me out, do whatever you want to don Okay,
[0:33] Speaker 2: it's pretty hard to hurt my feelings. Well, sometimes sometimes
[0:36] Speaker 2: I get a little bit upset about stuff. So I'm
[0:40] Speaker 2: better now, It's okay. At the Inner Ratio a couple
[0:44] Speaker 2: of weeks ago, I grab some good interviews and one
[0:47] Speaker 2: of them with har Meat Dylon. She's the Assistant US
[0:49] Speaker 2: Attorney General at the Department of Justice, and she is
[0:54] Speaker 2: I don't know, somewhere between a crocheting bulldog because you
[0:58] Speaker 2: post pictures of all the crocheting he does there and knitting.
[1:01] Speaker 2: But she is tough as nails. It was a fun interview.
[1:05] Speaker 2: Here you go. Hey, we the NRA annual meetings in Houston,
[1:09] Speaker 2: and unbelievably we have well It's easy to say rock star,
[1:13] Speaker 2: but you are Harmy. Dillon is the Assistant Attorney General
[1:16] Speaker 2: in charge of Civil Rights Division, and within that you
[1:19] Speaker 2: have the Second Amendment Section. Now we talked at Shot Show.
[1:22] Speaker 2: Things have been happening since Shot Show. The big thing
[1:25] Speaker 2: everybody wants to know about is what's going on in Virginia.
[1:29] Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, you know, Virginia used to be a place.
[1:31] Speaker 4: I mean, of course it changes hands with the governor
[1:34] Speaker 4: every four years, but it used to be a place
[1:37] Speaker 4: where hunting was respected. You know, I have colleagues in
[1:42] Speaker 4: my office who have a you know, AR fifteen's and
[1:45] Speaker 4: their homes and and you know, you know, enjoy hunting
[1:48] Speaker 4: and enjoy self defense. And suddenly we have this new
[1:52] Speaker 4: governor who is in the mode of a California or
[1:56] Speaker 4: a New York style crackdown on fire arms, and so
[2:01] Speaker 4: she has encouraged legislature to send her this package of
[2:05] Speaker 4: radical bills that really strip not just gun owners of
[2:10] Speaker 4: their freedoms, but also take square at gun manufacturers, require
[2:16] Speaker 4: gun owners to render their firearms inoperable, you know, imposed
[2:21] Speaker 4: liability that is at odds with federal law regarding manufacture,
[2:25] Speaker 4: and even a law that impacts so called ghost guns
[2:29] Speaker 4: and gun manufacture of parts. And so this package of
[2:32] Speaker 4: bills is very radical, and you know when I learned
[2:35] Speaker 4: about it, I sent after the legislature passed their package,
[2:40] Speaker 4: I sent a letter to the governor on just like
[2:44] Speaker 4: last week of less than two weeks ago, warning her
[2:47] Speaker 4: that if she signed some of these bills, we would
[2:49] Speaker 4: file suit. And so she has signed two of these
[2:53] Speaker 4: bills that I think are concerning. She sent the so
[2:57] Speaker 4: called assault weapons ban back to the legislature with some
[3:00] Speaker 4: technical admits, right, make it worse it worse.
[3:03] Speaker 3: Makes it worse.
[3:04] Speaker 4: Since she hasn't gotten that back yet, and even if
[3:07] Speaker 4: it gets past the other sneaky thing about the legislature
[3:11] Speaker 4: and the governor's scheme is that they have a referendum
[3:14] Speaker 4: going on right now regarding redistricting. So they've literally set
[3:18] Speaker 4: the effective date out of these bad bills to be
[3:21] Speaker 4: just beyond.
[3:21] Speaker 2: That because they don't want to be judged on the
[3:24] Speaker 2: gun ban. They don't want people to say, oh, you
[3:27] Speaker 2: did of a gun band, so we're going to vote against
[3:29] Speaker 2: you on that. Right. I want to set this up
[3:31] Speaker 2: make sure that people understand because I was there thirty
[3:33] Speaker 2: years ago when the gun control group I call them the
[3:36] Speaker 2: gun band Lobby, instituted a number of lawsuits against manufacturers,
[3:41] Speaker 2: and they were very clear at the time. They said
[3:43] Speaker 2: was our plan is to put them out of business.
[3:45] Speaker 2: We want to bankrupt entire industry. And that's how we
[3:48] Speaker 2: got the Protection Lawful Commerce and Arms Act, a federal law,
[3:52] Speaker 2: which goes to you're saying, what they're trying to do
[3:55] Speaker 2: at the state level actually is in conflict with federal
[3:58] Speaker 2: law now well.
[3:59] Speaker 4: On the liability protections for gun manufacturers. So you know,
[4:04] Speaker 4: what this does is basically eviscerate.
[4:06] Speaker 3: That federal law.
[4:07] Speaker 4: And I think that's a real problem because federal law
[4:10] Speaker 4: is obviously supreme in our system of government visa the
[4:14] Speaker 4: state law, and so I think that's a very easy
[4:16] Speaker 4: knockout for that particular law. But I mean, imagine if
[4:20] Speaker 4: you have the right to bear arms, but they're criminalizing
[4:23] Speaker 4: magazines that are widely in use. California has effectively rendered
[4:29] Speaker 4: blocks a firearm. I have two blocks. I bought them
[4:33] Speaker 4: in California. Now I can't go back to California with them,
[4:35] Speaker 4: you know. So, I mean, these are real problems for
[4:38] Speaker 4: gun owners. And the Supreme Court has recognized that the
[4:42] Speaker 4: right to any particular right. Is it nugatory if you
[4:46] Speaker 4: can't buy it, or acquire it or enjoy it. I mean,
[4:49] Speaker 4: what if you have a right to, you know, drink alcohol,
[4:52] Speaker 4: but no one's allowed to manufacture it in the United States.
[4:54] Speaker 4: That's kind of an empty right. So I think it's
[4:56] Speaker 4: kind of a similar situation.
[4:58] Speaker 2: All right. So as they try to ban semi automatic firearms,
[5:01] Speaker 2: they'd like to call it your ars. But basically I'll
[5:03] Speaker 2: send me automatic firearms. And the Supreme Court and Heller
[5:07] Speaker 2: said you can't ban guns that are in common use
[5:09] Speaker 2: for lawful purposes.
[5:10] Speaker 3: Right.
[5:12] Speaker 2: Is this where doj steps in and says, wait a minute,
[5:15] Speaker 2: you can't do that.
[5:16] Speaker 3: We've already done that. Actually we aren't waiting on this issue.
[5:19] Speaker 2: Now.
[5:19] Speaker 4: The Court hasn't squarely ruled as a whole Supreme Court
[5:23] Speaker 4: on semi automatic rifles, but Justice Thomas has separately opined
[5:28] Speaker 4: in cases, and you know, including recent cases, that the
[5:32] Speaker 4: AR fifteen is the most widely used in popular rifle
[5:36] Speaker 4: in the United States, and by definition and the extension
[5:38] Speaker 4: of the holdings in Heller and Bruin, you.
[5:42] Speaker 3: Know, it's presumptively legal.
[5:44] Speaker 4: And that's exactly what I argued in the Seventh Circuit,
[5:47] Speaker 4: Seventh Circuit, there was the Illinois Assault Weapons Ban, so
[5:51] Speaker 4: called assault Weapons Band, similar to the law that Virginia
[5:54] Speaker 4: is about to pass, and it outlaws, you know, over
[5:59] Speaker 4: a thousand in different types of firearms and firearm parts, silencers,
[6:03] Speaker 4: et cetera. And you know, we argued in that case
[6:07] Speaker 4: more than six months ago. I personally argue Seventh Circuit.
[6:10] Speaker 4: I argued in the Seventh Circuit. I think we have
[6:12] Speaker 4: a very good argument. The judges didn't love it, but
[6:15] Speaker 4: you know, the judges understand that that's where the court
[6:17] Speaker 4: is going. The court is going. I think if that
[6:19] Speaker 4: case we're in front of the Supreme Court, a majority
[6:22] Speaker 4: of the court would have ruled that consistent with those
[6:24] Speaker 4: prior precedents, the AR fifteen meets that test or similar firearms, right,
[6:31] Speaker 4: So I think that's where the Court's going. And so
[6:33] Speaker 4: we just have to frankly pray that this court gets
[6:37] Speaker 4: that case and that these justices get the opportunity to
[6:41] Speaker 4: current make with its current makeup, or better to imagine it.
[6:45] Speaker 2: All right, let me switch to something that's a little
[6:47] Speaker 2: bit more fied. Okay, you're posting pictures of you out
[6:50] Speaker 2: there shooting. Yeah, you're having a good time shooting.
[6:52] Speaker 3: I am having a good time shooting.
[6:54] Speaker 4: I'm a firearms owner and I brought my firearms with
[6:57] Speaker 4: me from California, and I I have a CCW permit
[7:01] Speaker 4: for all of my you know, pistols in DC can't
[7:06] Speaker 4: carry them very far, but you know I can't carry them,
[7:09] Speaker 4: and you know, I just like to keep in good practice.
[7:12] Speaker 4: We can always improve. So I had an NRA female
[7:15] Speaker 4: firearms instructor meet me at the range out in Fairfax, Virginia,
[7:19] Speaker 4: which is a significant distance. So like my assistant and
[7:22] Speaker 4: I had to take them half a day off and
[7:25] Speaker 4: go drive out there and tried out. I tried out
[7:27] Speaker 4: to twenty two. I don't have a twenty two. I
[7:29] Speaker 4: have all nine millimeter firearms, but I took a couple
[7:32] Speaker 4: of mine and I tried a couple of hers, and
[7:34] Speaker 4: you know, we had a good time, and I was
[7:36] Speaker 4: just trying to get a sense of you know, what
[7:39] Speaker 4: range I'm accurate at. Obviously for self defense in the home,
[7:42] Speaker 4: it's a short range, but you know, for other purposes
[7:44] Speaker 4: you want to be good. So anyway, I got a
[7:47] Speaker 4: little bit of a flack from your online community on
[7:50] Speaker 4: the quality of my shooting and my aim and my
[7:53] Speaker 4: stance and so forth.
[7:54] Speaker 3: That's why we trained, That's why we train.
[7:56] Speaker 4: And I think, you know, I do think it's important
[7:59] Speaker 4: that the community encourage women in self defense. And you know,
[8:04] Speaker 4: women often field more comfortable training with other women, women instructors.
[8:08] Speaker 3: We need more women instructors. Yes, I have a good friend.
[8:10] Speaker 4: Who's a female instructor in California. And you know, we
[8:15] Speaker 4: have to enjoy these rights proudly. And so I encourage
[8:18] Speaker 4: all women who are watching this to not be deterred
[8:21] Speaker 4: by the male critics out there, and you know, go
[8:24] Speaker 4: out there and get it done. And you know, I
[8:29] Speaker 4: mean I got a lot of feedback.
[8:31] Speaker 2: Okay, and you can't say but I could say it,
[8:33] Speaker 2: and all you guys knock it off. You know, when
[8:37] Speaker 2: a new person is learning to shoot, we all started somewhere,
[8:41] Speaker 2: We all were not terribly good. But to somewhahow mock
[8:45] Speaker 2: or hold up to ridicule somebody who's trying to learn
[8:48] Speaker 2: doesn't make you look better. It just makes you look less.
[8:51] Speaker 4: That Yeah, I mean, look, I'm pretty, I'm not very
[8:54] Speaker 4: thin skinned, and you know, I let's just say it
[8:57] Speaker 4: had been a few years in California it's become increasingly
[9:00] Speaker 4: difficult to get to a range. So my husband and
[9:03] Speaker 4: I had the firearms at home, but to get to
[9:05] Speaker 4: a range you have to like drive three counties over
[9:07] Speaker 4: and so you get out.
[9:08] Speaker 3: Of practice a little bit.
[9:10] Speaker 4: So I've had the opportunity now since that went viral.
[9:14] Speaker 4: If my local US marshalls people were like, hey, there's
[9:17] Speaker 4: an FBI firearms range right across the street, this Dylan.
[9:21] Speaker 4: So they've taken me over to the FBI range and
[9:24] Speaker 4: so I've had the opportunity to train and get feedback
[9:27] Speaker 4: from some of our FBI experts. And you know, the
[9:31] Speaker 4: thing I'm debating now is to whether to put those
[9:34] Speaker 4: red dot sites on my leapons or.
[9:36] Speaker 2: That's a whole that's how we start bar fight.
[9:38] Speaker 4: I was actually more accurate with the manual site and
[9:44] Speaker 4: not the electronic one.
[9:45] Speaker 3: So I'm kind of debating.
[9:46] Speaker 2: That's a transition and when you start it's a little
[9:49] Speaker 2: bit more different. Let me ask you here before we
[9:50] Speaker 2: have to get out of here, what are you doing
[9:52] Speaker 2: at the NRA show? What are you doing here?
[9:54] Speaker 5: Well?
[9:55] Speaker 4: I actually am speaking in a little while at the
[9:57] Speaker 4: legal seminar that's happening on just you know, second Amendment
[10:01] Speaker 4: legal issues at the Department of Justice and what we're
[10:04] Speaker 4: doing and how we're ramping up.
[10:06] Speaker 3: Everybody has an opinion. But I was there in the
[10:08] Speaker 3: morning and my colleagues at ATF also spoke.
[10:11] Speaker 4: On a panel, and we're very committed at the Department
[10:14] Speaker 4: of Justice to standing up for Second Amendment rights.
[10:17] Speaker 3: And so I'm here.
[10:18] Speaker 4: The Acting Attorney General is here, Todd Blanchees here as well,
[10:22] Speaker 4: and a couple of his staff.
[10:23] Speaker 3: I just saw them walk by.
[10:25] Speaker 4: And you know, we were at SHATCHO, several of us
[10:28] Speaker 4: and one of my colleagues, my former law partners, is
[10:30] Speaker 4: a Deputy White House Counsel, Garylkowski.
[10:34] Speaker 3: He's here.
[10:35] Speaker 4: He and David Warrington, the White House Counsel, and I
[10:38] Speaker 4: all represented National Association or Gun Rights. So we are
[10:40] Speaker 4: longtime advocates for the Second Amendment community, and we're pretty
[10:45] Speaker 4: passionate about it.
[10:46] Speaker 2: So I have said several times, and I've done this
[10:49] Speaker 2: for a long, long long time. I mean, my dad
[10:51] Speaker 2: interviewed President Reagan in the Oval Office about guns. So
[10:54] Speaker 2: that's how far back this goes. This is the most
[10:59] Speaker 2: pro Second Amendment administration we have had period as far
[11:02] Speaker 2: back becaus you can look back at hoh Shtree.
[11:04] Speaker 4: I think that's right, and you know, the President's sons
[11:07] Speaker 4: are hunters, and there's just a lot of love for
[11:10] Speaker 4: the community. The President passed an executive order very early
[11:13] Speaker 4: on in his administration regarding the Second Amendment, and that's
[11:16] Speaker 4: why we have a Second Amendment section in the DOJ.
[11:19] Speaker 3: We and people are very impatient in the community. They're like,
[11:22] Speaker 3: why now do this? Now do that?
[11:24] Speaker 4: Now?
[11:24] Speaker 3: Do that? Nook.
[11:24] Speaker 4: We We're hiring up. We've hired some lawyers from the
[11:27] Speaker 4: Second Amendment community. Barry Errington from National Association of Gun
[11:31] Speaker 4: Rights just joined my department earlier this month, and so
[11:34] Speaker 4: we're drafting these lawsuits and filing them as fast as
[11:37] Speaker 4: we can. Even before we had the Second Amendment section,
[11:40] Speaker 4: I sued Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for taking three
[11:43] Speaker 4: years to issue permit permit that should be shall issue quickly.
[11:48] Speaker 4: We filed an amicus brief in the Wolford case in
[11:50] Speaker 4: the Supreme Court, where Hawaii has, you know, made it
[11:53] Speaker 4: virtually impossible to carry under its flipping of the presumption,
[11:58] Speaker 4: and I'm very confident of a good outcome there. I
[12:02] Speaker 4: believe the court was very skeptical of Hawaii's position, and
[12:06] Speaker 4: you know, other places we look for opportunities like the
[12:09] Speaker 4: Illinois case I mentioned, and like others. And so we
[12:11] Speaker 4: have some bad circuits, like Virginia is doing what it's
[12:13] Speaker 4: doing because the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has some
[12:16] Speaker 4: very bad precedents. But you know, Fourth Circuit can't ignore
[12:19] Speaker 4: it Supreme Court eventually, so we have to.
[12:21] Speaker 3: Bring these cases. Sometimes you lose them. Then we get
[12:23] Speaker 3: them up to the Supreme Court.
[12:24] Speaker 2: And it is a long fight.
[12:25] Speaker 4: It's a fight requiring a multi year and institutional commitment,
[12:31] Speaker 4: and that's what we have. We have three years left
[12:33] Speaker 4: to go.
[12:34] Speaker 2: But I want it all and I want it right now.
[12:36] Speaker 4: I know, I know, and you know nothing is permanent.
[12:39] Speaker 4: People also need the owners need to understand we have
[12:42] Speaker 4: a good Supreme Court right now because we have a
[12:44] Speaker 4: great president administration and if people sleep on those rights,
[12:49] Speaker 4: they will be taken from us, no questions ask.
[12:52] Speaker 2: Bard that end. The way you make them somewhat more
[12:55] Speaker 2: permanent is to win the elections and get things done legislatively.
[12:59] Speaker 4: That's right, that's right too. We get a lot of flack,
[13:02] Speaker 4: why are you doing this? Why are you doing that?
[13:04] Speaker 4: Like we can do certain things at the Department of
[13:06] Speaker 4: Justice to attack bad state laws. We can't change federal
[13:10] Speaker 4: law through our activity. That's for Congress to do in
[13:13] Speaker 4: the president.
[13:13] Speaker 2: So there you go. All right, Harmie Dillon, the Assistan
[13:16] Speaker 2: Attorney General in charge of civil Rights at the Apartment
[13:20] Speaker 2: of Justice, go and do some more good stuff.
[13:22] Speaker 3: I'm going to do that, all right, ranks a lot.
[13:24] Speaker 2: Thank you, take care, don't go far. We'll be right
[13:26] Speaker 2: back with more gun talk.

[17:16] Speaker 2: Often go out to the range more. Often find some
[17:18] Speaker 2: people to go. With if there's a some kind of
[17:21] Speaker 2: a shooting league at your local, range you might want
[17:25] Speaker 2: to get. Involved you, go, Well i'm not that. Good
[17:27] Speaker 2: you don't have to be that good to go shoot
[17:29] Speaker 2: in the. League they have people of all different, abilities, shotguns, rifles,
[17:33] Speaker 2: handguns didn't. Matter if you, think, Well i'd like to
[17:36] Speaker 2: shoot that fast, stuff But i'm not very good at,
[17:38] Speaker 2: that that's. Okay find where they're doing a steel. Challenge
[17:42] Speaker 2: it is the easiest thing in the. World you got
[17:44] Speaker 2: five steel targets and you can shoot a, pistol you
[17:48] Speaker 2: can shoot a twenty two, rifle you can shoot, drawing
[17:51] Speaker 2: you can shoot from low ready if you don't want to,
[17:53] Speaker 2: draw a lot of different ways you can go and
[17:57] Speaker 2: there will be people who are incredibly. Fast don't worry about.
[17:59] Speaker 2: It you don't have to be. Fast you can just
[18:01] Speaker 2: you're there to have. Fun at least that's the WAY
[18:03] Speaker 2: i approach. It the other Thing i'm with thinking that
[18:06] Speaker 2: you might want to try because there's a lot of
[18:10] Speaker 2: interest in long range, shooting and there's a lot involved.
[18:13] Speaker 2: There there's a lot to, learn and the learning part is,
[18:16] Speaker 2: fun and you just. Go you, KNOW i don't know
[18:20] Speaker 2: THAT i can hit something at five hundred or seven hundred.
[18:22] Speaker 2: Yards yeah you can with the right, gear and it
[18:26] Speaker 2: may not even be much more than what you already.
[18:28] Speaker 2: Have with the right gear and a little bit of,
[18:32] Speaker 2: instruction you can learn how to read the, wind you
[18:35] Speaker 2: can learn how to shoot better off a. Bench and
[18:39] Speaker 2: it is so. Much and let me tell, you the
[18:41] Speaker 2: first time you bang a steel target at a thousand,
[18:45] Speaker 2: yards it is something. ELSE i, mean you will projectally
[18:50] Speaker 2: break your face in half with your. Smile it is
[18:53] Speaker 2: something to. Behold it's like you pull the, trigger goes,
[18:57] Speaker 2: bang and then you have to. Wait you can see
[19:00] Speaker 2: the impact on the, steel and then you wait again
[19:03] Speaker 2: for the sound to come all the way back to.
[19:05] Speaker 2: YOU i just tell, YOU i love doing that. STUFF
[19:09] Speaker 2: i don't do it. ENOUGH i don't have a good
[19:11] Speaker 2: place to do it that's close, By but ANYTIME i
[19:14] Speaker 2: get a chance to do. IT i, do AND i
[19:16] Speaker 2: would just, say you, know you might want to look at.
[19:18] Speaker 2: That it is a fun thing to. DO i tell you.
[19:21] Speaker 2: What let's run on the phone line one breadth with
[19:23] Speaker 2: us out Of. Oklahoma, Hey, brett you made on the gun.
[19:26] Speaker 2: Talk what's on your? Mind?
[19:28] Speaker 11: HEY i got a great New celtich five to seven
[19:31] Speaker 11: and a unique. HOLSTER i got a bible. Holster it
[19:36] Speaker 11: zips up and locks and it looks like it's this
[19:40] Speaker 11: Holy bible on the front of. It, no and it
[19:45] Speaker 11: has a, perfect you, know.
[19:48] Speaker 12: A little lock on.
[19:49] Speaker 11: It and When i'm not in my, HAND i can lock.
[19:53] Speaker 11: It WHEN i have, it my hand is. Unlocked and
[19:56] Speaker 11: it looks.
[19:57] Speaker 2: Like you're carrying A. Bible that's for.
[20:00] Speaker 11: Sure got a kick out of. It he Ends ip
[20:02] Speaker 11: just looked in it and went.
[20:03] Speaker 2: Whoa let me guess he wanted one like.
[20:08] Speaker 11: It and the caw take five to seven at The
[20:12] Speaker 11: senate just, immaculate you, Know, okay tell me about that.
[20:17] Speaker 2: PISTOL i don't want to hear what it's like to
[20:20] Speaker 2: shoot that.
[20:21] Speaker 11: PISTOL i haven't got to shoot it. Yet WHAT i
[20:26] Speaker 11: haven't got to shoot it? YET i Got i'm restricted
[20:30] Speaker 11: to a wheelchair AND i just they're building a new

[20:41] Speaker 2: One was got uh, huh well you got something to
[20:46] Speaker 2: look forward to. There you're gonna enjoy shooting that. NOW
[20:49] Speaker 2: i will say you probably already know. This it's. Loud
[20:52] Speaker 2: five seven pistols are.
[20:53] Speaker 11: Loud Oh i've got six of, them SO i.
[20:57] Speaker 2: My, god you know all about?
[21:01] Speaker 11: It, Then, ruger you know the compact pulls up you,
[21:06] Speaker 11: Know oh.
[21:07] Speaker 2: Okay, yeah the little uh little, carbing, yeah the carb yeah, yeah,
[21:13] Speaker 2: yeah THE pdw kind of rig, yeah is.
[21:15] Speaker 11: THAT i got it in it forty five and they
[21:17] Speaker 11: came out with ten millimeters right AFTER i got the forty,
[21:20] Speaker 11: five AND i should have probably but a well ten
[21:25] Speaker 11: millimeter yet Because i'm waiting for the eleven eleven millimeters

[21:46] Speaker 2: Ports where have you been? Shooting what do you think about?
[21:48] Speaker 2: Buying when we come, back we're going to be talking
[21:50] Speaker 2: about this. MESS i want to talk really real world,
[21:53] Speaker 2: politics state, politics because we talk about national and sometimes
[21:57] Speaker 2: there's not a lot you could do on the national,
[21:59] Speaker 2: level but you can do a lot on the state.
[22:00] Speaker 2: Level but you need a state. Group but you also
[22:04] Speaker 2: be people who will show. Up what DO i? Say
[22:06] Speaker 2: you got to show, up speak, up and stand. Up
[22:08] Speaker 2: and if you don't do, that guess what the other side.
[22:12] Speaker 2: Wins and when they, win they get to do what they.
[22:14] Speaker 2: Want and boyl they ever doing it to us out In.
[22:18] Speaker 2: Virginia all, right that puts you, Here Tom, grass if
[22:27] Speaker 2: you can call me at eight sixty Six Talk gun
[22:28] Speaker 2: Or Tom Talk, gun that'll get you. Here over ON
[22:31] Speaker 2: X i am At Gun Talk And i'm posting stuff
[22:34] Speaker 2: all the time over, there mostly just picking up stories
[22:37] Speaker 2: and sharing them so that you could be better informed
[22:39] Speaker 2: throughout the. Week another guy who does that where he
[22:42] Speaker 2: posts a lot of, stuff but he's got a website
[22:44] Speaker 2: where he basically keeps people informed over at bearing arms dot.
[22:48] Speaker 2: Com Is Cam. Edwards he joined us right. Now, cam
[22:51] Speaker 2: how are, you my?
[22:51] Speaker 11: Friend i'm, Good?
[22:53] Speaker 13: Tom how are, you?
[22:53] Speaker 2: Sir? WELL i am. Good i'm better off than you
[22:56] Speaker 2: are because you're In virginia and you're having to put
[22:58] Speaker 2: up with that mess that's going on for somebody who's
[23:01] Speaker 2: not paying. Attention does you already know haven't been living?
[23:03] Speaker 2: There how do you explain what's happened In?
[23:06] Speaker 13: Virginia probably the best way to explain it is That
[23:11] Speaker 13: democrats are trying to turn us Into california Or New.
[23:15] Speaker 13: York in the span of you, know one legislative. Session
[23:20] Speaker 13: so we had thirteen different gun control bills that were
[23:23] Speaker 13: passed by the legislature this.
[23:25] Speaker 2: Year.
[23:27] Speaker 13: And you, KNOW i suspect that all of them in
[23:30] Speaker 13: some shape or form going to become law as Of
[23:33] Speaker 13: july the. First and so this is everything from a
[23:35] Speaker 13: ban on In. Virginia they call them assault firearms and
[23:40] Speaker 13: large capacity, magazines where they've arbitrarily defined as anything over fifteen.
[23:43] Speaker 13: Rounds you've Got reciprocity is in danger now because The Attorney,
[23:50] Speaker 13: general it was extremely anti, gun is basically going to
[23:53] Speaker 13: be able to determine what statee spermits will. Recognize right
[23:57] Speaker 13: Now virginia's universal. Reciprocity we've got storage mandate's going to
[24:01] Speaker 13: effect gun, bands f eighteen to twenty year olds who
[24:04] Speaker 13: can no longer purchase handguns in private. Sales you've got
[24:10] Speaker 13: new carry. BANDS i, mean it's really you, know from
[24:14] Speaker 13: from top to, bottom they have just completely tried to
[24:17] Speaker 13: rewrite our gun.
[24:18] Speaker 2: Laws it sounds like the complete shopping list of the
[24:22] Speaker 2: gun band.
[24:22] Speaker 13: Lobby the amazing thing is that they didn't pass everything
[24:26] Speaker 13: that was. INTRODUCED i guess they're saving some stuff for next.
[24:29] Speaker 13: Year but you, know they also had things like an
[24:31] Speaker 13: eleven PERCENT xis ax on farms, ammunition a five hundred
[24:34] Speaker 13: dollars tax on the purchase of, suppressors a permit to,
[24:38] Speaker 13: purchase a requirement for, handguns perhaps even all. Firearms so
[24:45] Speaker 13: you know there's more to, come, unfortunately but this really
[24:49] Speaker 13: is bad. ENOUGH i, mean this is a sea. Change
[24:51] Speaker 13: we've gone from a state with you, know pretty decent gun,
[24:54] Speaker 13: laws not constitutional, carry but you get open carry without a.
[24:57] Speaker 13: Permit there were no gun, bands no magazine there or capacity.
[25:01] Speaker 13: Restrictions for a, while we had one gun a, month
[25:04] Speaker 13: but then that went away and then went. Back but
[25:06] Speaker 13: the conscuco carro holders were, exempt and then you, know
[25:10] Speaker 13: LIKE i, said they're they're essentially trying to turn us
[25:12] Speaker 13: Into New. Jersey the one thing That i'm really surprised
[25:15] Speaker 13: we didn't see more of are are the establishment of
[25:18] Speaker 13: gun free. Zones there is one bill that essentially bans
[25:21] Speaker 13: the open carry or the carrying of quote unquote are
[25:25] Speaker 13: sold firearms on streets and sidewalks in the public. Parks
[25:29] Speaker 13: BUT i really expected that we would see legislation you
[25:33] Speaker 13: know that looks very similar To, maryland looks very similar
[25:36] Speaker 13: To New jersey in terms of restricting where concealed carry
[25:40] Speaker 13: holders can exercise the right to bear arms In.
[25:42] Speaker 2: Virginia but they'll come back and do. That i'll.
[25:45] Speaker 13: Try, yeah that may be coming next, year, Right, Yeah.
[25:48] Speaker 2: So explain how this all came about with the election
[25:53] Speaker 2: of your new.
[25:53] Speaker 13: Governor, Yeah So virginia has off your, elections which means
[25:58] Speaker 13: that last no. Member we had an election for all
[26:03] Speaker 13: of our statewide offices, governor lieutenant, governor attorney, general and
[26:06] Speaker 13: then the entirety of the it's called The house Of
[26:10] Speaker 13: delegates as the lower chamber in the state, legislature And
[26:14] Speaker 13: democrats had a really good. Night they went FROM i
[26:17] Speaker 13: think a two seat majority in The house to essentially
[26:21] Speaker 13: a veto proof majority in The. HOUSE i think they
[26:24] Speaker 13: picked up fifteen. Seats Abigail, spenberger The democrat candidate for,
[26:28] Speaker 13: governor won by fifteen. Points the race that was the
[26:32] Speaker 13: one which is just. Massive it is ABSOLUTELY i, mean you,
[26:36] Speaker 13: know this was a state that Elected Glenn, Youngkin, republican you,
[26:39] Speaker 13: know four years. Earlier even J, jones the attorney general
[26:44] Speaker 13: for the candidate for The, democrats a guy who had
[26:46] Speaker 13: been you, know caught joking about the deaths of a colleague's,
[26:54] Speaker 13: kids basically saying, that you, know he wishes that they
[26:57] Speaker 13: would be killed so that maybe this lawmaker which changed
[27:00] Speaker 13: his mind about gun. Control he even. Won it was
[27:04] Speaker 13: a it was a you, know a somewhat close, RAISE
[27:06] Speaker 13: i think one, way like five. Points but, Yeah democrats
[27:09] Speaker 13: had a really good. Night and you, know for a
[27:11] Speaker 13: variety of, REASONS i happened to think that we had
[27:15] Speaker 13: a fairly weak slate of candidates win some series great
[27:19] Speaker 13: on our, issue but she.
[27:20] Speaker 2: Did not run a good.
[27:21] Speaker 13: Campaign. Uh but you, know regardless of the, Reasons, Uh
[27:27] Speaker 13: democrats are taking full advantage of you, know the season
[27:31] Speaker 13: they picked up and they're they're not at.
[27:36] Speaker 2: All, yeah all, Right so listening to the, past, Now
[27:39] Speaker 2: Harvey dillon has said that once they go into, effect
[27:43] Speaker 2: when the law is going to, effect that she plans
[27:45] Speaker 2: to come back and Sue, virginia and the, THINKING i,
[27:49] Speaker 2: Mean i'm thinking probably at that, point maybe they get,
[27:52] Speaker 2: injunction maybe they stopped enforcement of it while it's going.
[27:54] Speaker 2: THROUGH i, mean do you have any thoughts on what's
[27:56] Speaker 2: going on?
[27:56] Speaker 12: There?
[27:57] Speaker 13: YEAH i, mean so, again you, know we've got thirteen different.
[28:00] Speaker 13: BILLS i don't expect THE dj is going to sue
[28:02] Speaker 13: on all of. Them but the problem with is suing
[28:07] Speaker 13: over the gun of magazine ban is That virginia is
[28:09] Speaker 13: located in The Fourth Circuit court Of, appeals which is
[28:12] Speaker 13: already upheld the state Of maryland's ban on assault. Weapons
[28:16] Speaker 13: it's already Upheld maryland's restrictions on magazines over ten. Rounds
[28:21] Speaker 13: so the challenge there is, that you, know any JUDGE i,
[28:26] Speaker 13: think is going to, say regardless of how good a
[28:30] Speaker 13: case THE dj, Makes i'm bound by, precedent you, know
[28:35] Speaker 13: to to uphold this. Law and SO i, think you,
[28:39] Speaker 13: know The i'm glad to see that that THE dj
[28:42] Speaker 13: is stepping in AND i hope that it's not just
[28:45] Speaker 13: on that particular. Bill i'd love to see them go
[28:47] Speaker 13: after the storage, requirements the kerry, restrictions and some of
[28:52] Speaker 13: the other you, know infringements that are. Coming but we're
[28:57] Speaker 13: also going to, SEE i, think a strategy of Second
[28:59] Speaker 13: ammic group suing in both federal court and in state.
[29:02] Speaker 13: Court virginia does have a section of a state constitution
[29:05] Speaker 13: protecting the right to keep in bear. Arms we have
[29:08] Speaker 13: seen several gun control, laws including universal background, checks overturned
[29:15] Speaker 13: because of the language and The virginia state. Constitutions, okay so,
[29:20] Speaker 13: yeah SO i think you're going to see sort of
[29:22] Speaker 13: a two track strategy, where you, know some cases they're
[29:24] Speaker 13: going to be followed in federal. Court some of this
[29:25] Speaker 13: is going to be located in circuit.
[29:27] Speaker 2: Court of, course you're covering all of that over at
[29:30] Speaker 2: baring arms Dot. Com, look you've been doing this a long.
[29:34] Speaker 2: Time you've watched this left and. Right are you seeing
[29:37] Speaker 2: What i'm, seeing which is when they can't get things
[29:40] Speaker 2: done for gun control on the federal, level they're really
[29:44] Speaker 2: ramping up their efforts in the.
[29:45] Speaker 13: States oh, Absolutely, yeah and not just even at the.
[29:49] Speaker 13: STATES i, mean you, know they're trying to undo fire
[29:51] Speaker 13: and preimption laws around the. Country so they they're willing
[29:55] Speaker 13: to go down to the local. Level, right if they
[29:57] Speaker 13: can't pass the gun control law in a red, state
[30:00] Speaker 13: well then get re at of farms preemision they can
[30:01] Speaker 13: get thrown. Out then you can have you, know all
[30:05] Speaker 13: the gun control in the world in these blue cities
[30:07] Speaker 13: located in the red. States so, yes this is this
[30:12] Speaker 13: is a, strategy, right and they know that they can't
[30:14] Speaker 13: get anything Through congress right. Now they don't have a
[30:16] Speaker 13: Friendly White house like they did during The biden, administration
[30:19] Speaker 13: and so they are redoubling their. Efforts and when they
[30:21] Speaker 13: get that toe hold like they did In virginia where
[30:23] Speaker 13: all of a, Sudden democrats had complete control the state. Government,
[30:26] Speaker 13: yeah they're not running one or two, bills, Right they're
[30:30] Speaker 13: going as hard as they. Can, colorado, absolutely you, Know
[30:35] Speaker 13: colorado had multiple bills this. Year the only reason Why
[30:37] Speaker 13: california hasn't seen more gun control of the, session well
[30:41] Speaker 13: it's two. Reasons, one they already got so much on the.
[30:42] Speaker 13: Books but then, two the budget deficit is just playing
[30:47] Speaker 13: havoc with the letter deflated priorities For, democrats they're kind
[30:52] Speaker 13: of constrained in that. Regard but, YEAH i mean when
[30:55] Speaker 13: you look at Other blue, states you, Know, Illinois New,
[30:57] Speaker 13: york there are Ben Rhode. Island they've passed a ban
[31:02] Speaker 13: on the sale and manufacturer of so called the sulbans last,
[31:06] Speaker 13: year and now they've got a bill that would ban the,
[31:07] Speaker 13: possession so everybody who legally owns one today could not
[31:11] Speaker 13: legally own one if this you, know bill takes, effect.
[31:15] Speaker 2: Which is a chance for us to remind people anytime
[31:18] Speaker 2: they said well you'll be grandfathered, in they're. Lying they
[31:21] Speaker 2: have no intention whatsoever of letting you keep, it because
[31:25] Speaker 2: they'll come back and, say, well you, know, clearly if
[31:27] Speaker 2: it's too dangerous for you to, buy it's too dangerous
[31:30] Speaker 2: for you to, have so you can't keep. IT i
[31:32] Speaker 2: mean they will tell you it's grandfather to get people
[31:35] Speaker 2: to relax a little, bit and then they'll come right
[31:37] Speaker 2: back after it's pass to, say, well now we got
[31:39] Speaker 2: to go pick them all. Up you, know got a band.
[31:41] Speaker 2: Possession that's, right that's.
[31:44] Speaker 13: Right AND i mean, AGAIN i guess you know from
[31:46] Speaker 13: the gun control have active a standpoint that makes. Sense,
[31:49] Speaker 13: right as you, said if it's too dangerous for you
[31:52] Speaker 13: to buy, well it's too dangerous for you to. Own
[31:54] Speaker 13: so doesn't matter if we're talking, about you, know the
[31:55] Speaker 13: most popular rifles in the world or the some of
[31:57] Speaker 13: the most popular rifles and pistols in The United. States
[32:02] Speaker 13: you know they. Are this is not about just eradicating
[32:07] Speaker 13: these sales and stopping the sales of these. Firemers this
[32:10] Speaker 13: is about getting rid of the guns that are currently
[32:13] Speaker 13: the hands of lavul gun. Owners that has been their
[32:15] Speaker 13: mission for decades and it continues to be their mission.
[32:18] Speaker 2: Today All, right you just sat through watching this whole thing,
[32:21] Speaker 2: there from the election to what's going on in the
[32:24] Speaker 2: legislature there In. Virginia so what is your? Take what
[32:28] Speaker 2: is your advice to people around the country who are
[32:30] Speaker 2: thinking that that can come, here and by the, way
[32:33] Speaker 2: they would be, right because it is planned to go.
[32:35] Speaker 2: Everywhere what can individuals do our gun owner groups?
[32:38] Speaker 13: Do you, know it's a great, question and you know
[32:43] Speaker 13: sometimes the answer is not, much, RIGHT i, mean at
[32:46] Speaker 13: least to stop legislation from. Passing we kind of saw
[32:48] Speaker 13: that In. Virginia so the first thing you got to
[32:50] Speaker 13: do is to build that. Firewall don't let them have
[32:54] Speaker 13: an anti gun. Majority and that means that you go
[32:57] Speaker 13: in your, vote you support candidates that are going to
[33:00] Speaker 13: support The Second. Amendment you do what you can beyond,
[33:03] Speaker 13: voting whether it's cut and, check whether it's volunteering for
[33:07] Speaker 13: a campaign somebody that you believe. In but you are
[33:10] Speaker 13: involved in the political, process, right that's the first. Step
[33:15] Speaker 13: and then, again get. Organized we are lucky to have
[33:20] Speaker 13: tireless advocates around the country who have put together really
[33:24] Speaker 13: some first rate organizations of the state. Level and you,
[33:28] Speaker 13: know if you're not a member of a, group like In,
[33:30] Speaker 13: virginia we've got The Virginia Citizens Defense, League you've got
[33:33] Speaker 13: The Virginia Shooting Sports. Association if you're not a member
[33:37] Speaker 13: of the state level group in the state where you,
[33:39] Speaker 13: live then you need to get involved because they need.
[33:44] Speaker 2: YOUR i was going to say a little bit more
[33:46] Speaker 2: for sweet something on the order of shame on you

[34:19] Speaker 13: i think is the best way to respond to this.
[34:23] Speaker 13: Threat and then if you live in a state where
[34:26] Speaker 13: unfortunately the electoral forces are against you and these bad
[34:30] Speaker 13: bills become terrible, laws all the more reason again to
[34:34] Speaker 13: support your local, organizations to support the national organizations your,
[34:37] Speaker 13: choice because that's when the fight goes to the court,
[34:41] Speaker 13: room and you know those cases, absolutely those cases cost.
[34:45] Speaker 13: Money and you know when we, again we're REALLY i
[34:49] Speaker 13: think lucky right now to Have Armie dillon in charge
[34:53] Speaker 13: of The Civil Rights division of THE, doj because it
[34:56] Speaker 13: is it is a huge help when THE dj comes
[34:59] Speaker 13: in until the, court, hey we think you at least
[35:01] Speaker 13: need to consider this. Case you know that that that
[35:05] Speaker 13: that that carries weight with judges and so that's a huge.
[35:10] Speaker 13: Help but, again you, know it can cost you, know
[35:14] Speaker 13: a million dollars or more to litigate a case up
[35:17] Speaker 13: to The Supreme. Court and the gun control, activists, unfortunately
[35:22] Speaker 13: they have deeper pockets than we.
[35:23] Speaker 2: Do, well they've sveral.
[35:25] Speaker 13: Millionaires, Right i'm Still i'm still. Waiting i'm still waiting

[37:05] Speaker 5: put about two hundred and fifty rounds through. It i'm
[37:08] Speaker 5: super impressed with that, pistol super. Impressed the lock up
[37:12] Speaker 5: is super. TIGHT i carried a gold Combat kimber on
[37:15] Speaker 5: duty for ten, years and that was back when their
[37:17] Speaker 5: custom shop was putting out really good guns and it's
[37:21] Speaker 5: on par with. That it's not as you, know good
[37:23] Speaker 5: as My wilson COMBATS. Qub but, Man.
[37:27] Speaker 11: I'm telling you the trigger is.
[37:28] Speaker 5: Awesome, great go.
[37:32] Speaker 2: Ahead it's half the price of the of The wilson combat.
[37:37] Speaker 5: You, Know I'M i, Mean i've read stuff. Online you,
[37:39] Speaker 5: know you've got to take everything with a grain of.
[37:40] Speaker 5: Salt BUT i am super impressed for one thousand. Dollars
[37:43] Speaker 5: that gun's. Fantastic but it dies for a red dot
[37:47] Speaker 5: an Optic and so what your folks might want to
[37:51] Speaker 5: know is taking the optics played out can be a
[37:54] Speaker 5: pain in the you know. What AND i found out
[37:57] Speaker 5: from a C Nh precision that makes the optics plates for.
[38:01] Speaker 5: That When kimber did the early version of the, gun
[38:04] Speaker 5: they didn't cover the screw mounts for the optic, plate
[38:08] Speaker 5: and they put the coding in. There and when they
[38:11] Speaker 5: ran there and they're like putting the Red luck site in.
[38:15] Speaker 11: There.
[38:17] Speaker 5: Off, yeah people are breaking off the screws to Where kimber,
[38:21] Speaker 5: says ship us back the. Slide we'll get the screws
[38:24] Speaker 5: out and we'll run to chase the threads and send
[38:27] Speaker 5: it back so that they fix.
[38:30] Speaker 2: That from What i've, heard, right, well that's good that
[38:33] Speaker 2: they're taking care of. It BUT i mean it's a
[38:35] Speaker 2: lot of pistol for the. Money and, YEAH i think,
[38:37] Speaker 2: YEAH i Think kember was really good early. On they
[38:40] Speaker 2: had some bad years where they weren't producing the, quality
[38:44] Speaker 2: BUT i think they're very much. Back it turned out
[38:46] Speaker 2: some really good quality stuff that's a great range of for.
[38:49] Speaker 2: IT i appreciate, that. Sir and, uh, YEAH i said
[38:52] Speaker 2: half the, price it's the third of the. Price are
[38:54] Speaker 2: core the price on some of Those. WILSON'S i, mean
[38:56] Speaker 2: The wilsons are really, good but it's that ordeal doing
[39:00] Speaker 2: as he returns, that you, know but another one hundred
[39:03] Speaker 2: percent of? Cost do you really get one hundred percent?
[39:05] Speaker 2: More kind of most, things but often it's worth, it all, right,
[39:15] Speaker 2: said you got a problem with your, gun it's not
[39:17] Speaker 2: shooting the way you want. TO i can take care
[39:19] Speaker 2: of that one for. You rich just called in with
[39:21] Speaker 2: exactly that out Of, Westminster. Colorado, Hey, rich what's going?
[39:24] Speaker 2: On we got a? Gun you got?
[39:25] Speaker 12: Here So i've got a five Inch Springfield, prodigy still
[39:31] Speaker 12: have iron sights on, it AND i was shooting it
[39:35] Speaker 12: at an indoor range the other day on the rest
[39:40] Speaker 12: at five yards it was pretty much right on the.
[39:43] Speaker 12: Money but AS i worked out, seven, ten, fifteen twenty,
[39:47] Speaker 12: yards by the TIME i got to twenty, yards it
[39:50] Speaker 12: was like four inches high and about an inch and
[39:52] Speaker 12: a half. Left AND i don't know what's going on with.
[39:57] Speaker 12: It so if you got any it's ideas that'd, be
[40:02] Speaker 12: but appreciate.
[40:03] Speaker 5: It.
[40:04] Speaker 2: Okay how much left is it, at, say twenty yards.
[40:10] Speaker 12: Twenty? Yards about an inch and a half.
[40:12] Speaker 2: Left, Okay so there's not a lot at this, point
[40:15] Speaker 2: a little, bit and you're pretty you feel good about the,
[40:19] Speaker 2: rest and you're you're not yanking the trigger or doing anything.
[40:24] Speaker 12: Right.
[40:26] Speaker 2: Okay so let's say we're. Shooting do you say it
[40:31] Speaker 2: is going high and left as we get further? Out
[40:36] Speaker 2: here's the. Question first question is you can't have it
[40:39] Speaker 2: shooting to point of aim at all, places because that's the.
[40:42] Speaker 2: Impossibility so where do you want it to be? Shooting
[40:45] Speaker 2: what range do you want it to be? Hitting exactly
[40:47] Speaker 2: where you, Go?
[40:49] Speaker 12: Raymond about ten? Yards, yeah somewhere between seven and ten.
[40:53] Speaker 12: Yards if it was dead on right seven to ten,
[40:57] Speaker 12: yards That i'd be happy.
[40:58] Speaker 2: About we're almost there because if it's on it FIVE
[41:03] Speaker 2: i can't. Remember does that have adjustable sites or is
[41:05] Speaker 2: that just a drift rear?
[41:06] Speaker 12: Sight so the the way the rear site, works it's
[41:11] Speaker 12: actually part of the optic. Platform so you take two
[41:16] Speaker 12: screws out and hold rear site comes off with that
[41:21] Speaker 12: plate so that you can put a red dot on
[41:23] Speaker 12: it because most people run On.
[41:28] Speaker 2: So there's well are you are you going to eventually
[41:31] Speaker 2: go to a red? Dot?
[41:33] Speaker 13: YEAH i don't.
[41:35] Speaker 12: KNOW i mean it's it's a range. Toy so it's
[41:38] Speaker 12: not Like i'm carrying it for any for duty or
[41:43] Speaker 12: come competing with. It it's just SOMETHING i enjoyed, shooting
[41:47] Speaker 12: But i'd like it to shoot a little bit better
[41:50] Speaker 12: than what it's.
[41:51] Speaker 2: Doing all, Right so when you need what happens is
[41:54] Speaker 2: you need to move the rear site to the right
[41:56] Speaker 2: ever so, slightly and the rear site needs to go
[41:59] Speaker 2: down ever so slightly because you always want to move
[42:02] Speaker 2: the rear sight in the direction you want the bullets
[42:04] Speaker 2: to go on the, Target so you want the rear
[42:08] Speaker 2: sight to go down into the. Right and if, that
[42:10] Speaker 2: if you don't have those adjustments in, It i'm going
[42:12] Speaker 2: to tell you the quick and easy way to, go
[42:14] Speaker 2: and it's going to be easy for you it's just
[42:16] Speaker 2: put a red dot on. It now you can adjust,
[42:19] Speaker 2: it do whatever you want to do with, it.
[42:22] Speaker 13: All, RIGHT.
[42:24] Speaker 2: I, mean does that make? SENSE i mean that way
[42:25] Speaker 2: you get you can adjust it and get it right
[42:27] Speaker 2: where you want and fine tune. IT i think because
[42:31] Speaker 2: it's arranged, hole you're going to end up putting a
[42:33] Speaker 2: dot on it.
[42:33] Speaker 12: Anyway this is probably, YEAH.
[42:39] Speaker 2: I thought. SO i think that's going to solve your.
[42:40] Speaker 2: PROBLEM i, mean you're pretty close as it is that
[42:43] Speaker 2: if you want it to be like where it needs
[42:45] Speaker 2: to be at seven to, ten if you're on at,
[42:47] Speaker 2: five you're just practically there. Anyway but, YEAH i would
[42:50] Speaker 2: say put a dot on, it and then you can
[42:52] Speaker 2: play with that whole. Deal you can crank it out
[42:54] Speaker 2: to twenty five and side it in and then it's
[42:57] Speaker 2: kind of fun if you get it on the money
[42:58] Speaker 2: at twenty five and then bring the target back up
[43:00] Speaker 2: to five and see how much it. Moves it probably
[43:03] Speaker 2: will be as much as you. Think so there you.
[43:05] Speaker 2: Go not we'll take care of. That, okay now's a good.
[43:07] Speaker 2: Time give me a. Call you can be part of
[43:10] Speaker 2: the crazy after show that we were around. Here that's
[43:12] Speaker 2: the part that doesn't make it to the radio stations
