Before your words add to the noise, ask what they are really here to do. Today, Gerry shares a simple filter for criticism, gossip and difficult comments, guiding you to ask whether your words are informed, balanced, helpful, honest and kind before they leave your mouth. Follow @anewdaypod and send us any questions, suggestions or feedback to anewday@goloudnow.com. Tickets for Gerry's Soul Sunday event in Vienna Woods, Cork: gerryhussey.ie/soul-sundays
