Happy Monday, everyone 大家周一好 It's De-Graft here with your BBC Newsround bulletin 我是德格拉夫特，为大家带来 BBC 少儿新闻《Newsround》简报 now today 今天 the bulletin does look a little different 本次简报看起来略有不同 and that's because 原因是 we are having some technical difficulties 我们遇到了一些技术故障 however we still have today's news 但我们仍会播报今日新闻 and first 首先 today is a special day in the Jewish calendar 今天是犹太历的特殊日子 yom Kippur 赎罪日 will be marked by Jewish people all across the world 全球犹太人都会庆祝该节日 here's what you need to know 以下是相关要点 yom Kippur or the Day of Atonement 赎罪日又称悔罪日 is a very special day in the Jewish calendar 是犹太历中非常重要的日子 it takes place 10 days after Rosh Hashana 它在罗什哈沙纳节后10天 the Jewish New Year 也就是犹太新年 This period is called the Days of Awe 这段时期被称为“敬畏十日” the date of Yom Kippur changes every year because 赎罪日的日期每年都变，因为 like Rosh Hashana 和犹太新年一样 it follows the Jewish calendar 它依照犹太历计算 which is different from the calendar 这种历法不同于 used in lots of Western countries 多数西方国家使用的公历 yom Kippur 赎罪日 is the most solemn holiday in the Hebrew calendar 是希伯来历中最庄重的节日 which means it's taken very seriously 人们对其极为重视 and is a time for deep thought and reflection 也是深度反思的好时机 this is because it's when Jewish people believe God 因为犹太人相信此时上帝 takes a look at what people have done 会检视人们过去一年 over the past year 的所作所为 and decide what the next year will be like for them 并决定他们来年的运势 as a result 因此 Jewish people believe God 犹太人相信上帝 records His judgments in the Book of Life 会将审判结果记在生命册上 which is then closed and sealed up on Yom Kippur 并在赎罪日当天封存 yom Kippur is also called the Day of Atonement 赎罪日也叫悔罪日 because atonement is when you try to put right 因为赎罪意味着你要努力弥补 something that you might have done wrong 自己曾经犯下的过错 Jewish people commit to not doing those things 犹太人承诺不会再 again over the 犯这些错，在 the 10 Days of Awe leading up to Yom Kippur 赎罪日前的“敬畏十日” are also a chance to put things right with others 也是修补人际关系的好时机 for example if you have an argument with someone 比如你和别人起了争执 it's a good time to apologize and make amends 这时道歉弥补正合适 there are several ways that Jewish people Mark Yom 犹太人有多种方式纪念赎 Kippur 罪日 a special instrument called the shofar 一种叫肖法号的特殊乐器 is played right at the end of the synagogue service 会在会堂仪式结束时吹响 the synagogue is 会堂是 the name of the place 指 where Jewish people go to worship 犹太人做礼拜的场所 the chauffeur is also played a number of times 羊角号此前也多次奏响 during the previous festival of Rosh Hashana 就是在过去的犹太新年期间 Jewish people do not eat or drink for 25 hours 犹太人25小时不进食饮水 this is called fasting 这叫做斋戒 however children who are under the age of 13 但13岁以下的儿童 those who are pregnant 孕妇 or people who are ill do not have to fast 以及病人无需斋戒 another way of marking Yom Kippur 赎罪日的另一种习俗 is to wear white as a symbol of purity 是穿白衣象征纯洁 next if you are a fan of football and robots 接下来，如果你喜欢足球和机器人 this one might be for you 那你肯定会感兴趣 a football competition featuring humanoid 一场仿人机器人参与的足球赛 robots has taken place in Germany 刚刚在德国举办 the BBC's Andrew Rogers has sent us this report BBC记者安德鲁·罗杰斯发回报道 Hi Newsround 《Newsround》大家好 we're at RoboCup 2026, a big competition 我们现在在 2026 机器人世界杯现场 for robots playing football here in Germany 这是德国举办的大型机器人足球赛事 and as you can see how many frick are you going at 你看，你们这次有多少队伍参赛 RoboCup has been going on for quite a few years now 机器人世界杯已经举办很多年了 but it must be so different now 但现在肯定和以前大不一样了吧 what's changed over the years 这些年有什么变化？ even just compared to like 2 or 3 years ago 哪怕和两三年前比都不同吧？ for 2 years ago we walked behind the robots 两年前我们跟在机器人后面走 we were called robot handlers 我们被叫做机器人管理员 so if the robot was falling we catch them 机器人要摔倒的时候我们就扶住 we catch them 扶住它们 now we are not able to do this anymore 现在我们不能这么做了 the rules are different 规则改了 it's not allowed to follow him 不允许跟着机器人走 so 所以 we have to be sure that the locomotion is that stable 我们得确保机器人的移动足够稳定 that the robot 确保机器人 can walk autonomously and omni directional 能自主全向移动 if he is…
