On December 14, Bondi was shaken by a horrific attack that changed lives in an instant. In this episode, Karl brings together two men forever connected by that day. Elon, a father who nearly lost his life protecting his children — stepping in front of unimaginable violence to shield them. And Daniel 'Beardy', the lifeguard who refused to stand by — stepping in and helping save Elon’s life in those critical moments. And it wasn't just Daniel, the Bondi Lifeguard crew were all there - risking their lives to save everyone else. This is their first time sitting down together since the attack. They walk through what really happened, what goes through your mind in a moment like that, and what it means to survive something you were never meant to. A story of instinct, courage, and the split-second decisions that change everything. A BIG thanks to our wonderful sponsors AG1, a very easy part of my everyday making sure I never have a reason to call in sick.
