[0:05] Speaker 1: The Bible says, narrow is the way that leads to life,
[0:08] Speaker 1: and there are few that follow thereof it says, broad
[0:11] Speaker 1: is the way ah, that leads to destruction.
[0:14] Speaker 2: And many. This is how society is doing it. Now.
[0:18] Speaker 2: When you want a job, this is how to do it. Ah.
[0:23] Speaker 1: Yes, when you want to do ministry, you want a crowd,
[0:27] Speaker 1: there is somebody who will give you something.
[0:29] Speaker 2: You eat it or rob it, or do whatever you do.
[0:31] Speaker 2: Eat it.
[0:32] Speaker 1: If you want money from people members, there is a
[0:35] Speaker 1: way you do it, Apple says in Daniel, Chapter one
[0:39] Speaker 1: and verse eight, it says, and Daniel posts in his
[0:43] Speaker 1: heart that he will not defile himself with the portion
[0:48] Speaker 1: of the king's meat. What was wrong with the portion
[0:51] Speaker 1: of the king's meat? Was it the animal that was
[0:53] Speaker 1: lot at? No, it was a sacrifice and the covenant
[0:56] Speaker 1: that was connected to it.
[0:58] Speaker 2: There was a particular.
[0:59] Speaker 1: Dedication that those animals, those rituals.
[1:02] Speaker 2: And he said, no, I have a covenant with God.
[1:05] Speaker 1: I know that it's a pleasure to come and eat
[1:07] Speaker 1: with the king, but I know what you've done with
[1:09] Speaker 1: that animal. I know that you have sacrificed it to
[1:12] Speaker 1: a god somewhere, and I will not do anything that
[1:15] Speaker 1: would defile my honor to the king, and he had
[1:18] Speaker 1: to eat leaves, vegetables and water. After ten days, when
[1:22] Speaker 1: they came and presented themselves.
[1:25] Speaker 2: They found that he was he was healthier, he was fresher.
[1:35] Speaker 1: Away together. The Lord's side is the side of joy
[1:39] Speaker 1: and pleasure. Can I tell you, do not generalize the
[1:42] Speaker 1: fact that there's economic hardship everywhere. Do not generalize the
[1:47] Speaker 1: fact that things are not working everywhere. While I respect
[1:51] Speaker 1: and sympathize with our world today and our society that
[1:53] Speaker 1: these things they're not on true statements. But there is
[1:58] Speaker 1: a place of immuniye, the Lord's side is a place
[2:02] Speaker 1: of exemption where people can be exempted and you can
[2:06] Speaker 1: enjoy pleasure. You can enjoy joy and abundance.
[2:10] Speaker 2: Even in the midst of scarcity.
[2:12] Speaker 1: Did the Bible not say when men say there is
[2:14] Speaker 1: a casting down for you, depending on whose side you are,
[2:19] Speaker 1: don't claim the scripture till you verify whose side you are.
[2:22] Speaker 1: There are many who keep confessing. I will say there
[2:25] Speaker 1: is a lifting up, But then you're speaking from a
[2:27] Speaker 1: side that is far from God's side.
[2:29] Speaker 2: It may not be your experience.
[2:32] Speaker 1: Number five, what is the fifth implication of being on
[2:38] Speaker 1: the lord side is a lord teaching someone tonight. The
[2:42] Speaker 1: lord's side is the side of rest. Round about the
[2:48] Speaker 1: lord's side, Oh, halley lujah, this is powerful, the side
[2:51] Speaker 1: of rest, round about, rest round about. In Math, chapter
[3:00] Speaker 1: eleven and verse twenty eight, please give it to us,
[3:03] Speaker 1: Matthew eleven twenty eight, Jesus said, come.
[3:07] Speaker 2: On to me, all ye that labor.
[3:11] Speaker 1: The word label dear does not mean diligence, profitless work,
[3:14] Speaker 1: toiling and a heavy leaden.
[3:18] Speaker 2: He says, and.
[3:19] Speaker 1: I will give you rest. He never said I will
[3:24] Speaker 1: give you a job. He never said I will give
[3:27] Speaker 1: you a child. He never said I will give you business.
[3:31] Speaker 1: He said I will give you rest. You know what
[3:32] Speaker 1: that means, whatever it is that will put you in
[3:35] Speaker 1: a state of rest, including the things that you do
[3:39] Speaker 1: not even know you need. When you come to me,
[3:41] Speaker 1: I will give you more than what you ask for.
[3:43] Speaker 1: The goal is to find rest. The Bible says there
[3:46] Speaker 1: remained a rest for the people of God.
[3:51] Speaker 2: Rest on all sides, Rest on all sides.
[3:56] Speaker 1: Genesis twenty four and verse one. Let me show you
[3:59] Speaker 1: what roundabout looks like. Genesis twenty four, verse one. Everybody
[4:04] Speaker 1: please read together. This is the Bible's definition of rest
[4:08] Speaker 1: ready one to read. And Abraham was old and well
[4:13] Speaker 1: stricken in agehah, and the Lord had blessed Abraham in
[4:18] Speaker 1: all things, Say all things one more time, say all
[4:22] Speaker 1: things rest. Show me a man who has chosen to
[4:28] Speaker 1: be on the Lord's side, forget about what you think
[4:30] Speaker 1: is not in place. Eventually that person's life will be
[4:34] Speaker 1: left a praise to the nations. Yes, sir, there were
[4:40] Speaker 1: people who as at the time they came to the
[4:43] Speaker 1: Lord's side, there were many things that were not working
[4:45] Speaker 1: in their lives, maybe their marriages, maybe their finances, maybe
[4:49] Speaker 1: their children. But they were determined to stay in the
[4:52] Speaker 1: Lord's side. And eventually Isaac for Sarah, sam Well for
[5:01] Speaker 1: Anna away together.
[5:03] Speaker 2: Yes, Gideon became a warrior, Joseph became a king.
[5:08] Speaker 1: Daniel was exalted to become one of the precedents. When
[5:16] Speaker 1: you choose the Lord's side, it may have a momentary discomfort,
[5:20] Speaker 1: but I assure you, by the God of Heaven that
[5:23] Speaker 1: if you make up your mind that, no matter what happens.
[5:26] Speaker 2: I would choose the Lord's side.
[5:27] Speaker 1: In other words, you would have been married if only
[5:30] Speaker 1: you compromise your faith and followed the man just for money.
[5:34] Speaker 1: But you made up your mind and said I'm going
[5:36] Speaker 1: to do it God's way. It may cost me. They
[5:38] Speaker 1: may laugh at you and say you will sit down
[5:40] Speaker 1: there and grow old, or maybe some kind of mockery.
[5:42] Speaker 1: Or you've made up your mind.
[5:44] Speaker 2: That if it is not the Lord's side, I'm not going.
[5:46] Speaker 1: You would have given bribe, or you would have gone
[5:49] Speaker 1: to do some things, and you would have been walking
[5:51] Speaker 1: by now.
[5:52] Speaker 2: And people look at you. Those who did it that you.
[5:54] Speaker 1: Did not do well look at you and laugh at
[5:56] Speaker 1: you and say, you see me practicing all this, and
[5:59] Speaker 1: I am being promoted, I'm now a director. You are
[6:01] Speaker 1: still there unemployed. There are times that it looks toupid to.
[6:05] Speaker 2: Be on the Lord's side. What can I tell you?
[6:07] Speaker 1: The lord's side is a side of rest round about.
[6:10] Speaker 2: The Bible says Mark the wicked, Their end is destruction.
[6:14] Speaker 1: So don't you just rejoice when people continue to cut
[6:17] Speaker 1: corners and compromise and go forward. Sometimes they make believers
[6:22] Speaker 1: look stupid and wicked. They were sharing the money from
[6:25] Speaker 1: the bribe in the office, and you made up your
[6:27] Speaker 1: mind that I will stand with integrity. You would have
[6:30] Speaker 1: gotten ten million, one hundred million, and you would have
[6:32] Speaker 1: kept quiet nobody.
[6:34] Speaker 2: Will know.
[6:41] Speaker 1: It is God speaking to someone. The Lord's side is
[6:45] Speaker 1: the side of rest. Rest roundabout that they will come.
[6:49] Speaker 1: They look at you, and your children are well behaved
[6:53] Speaker 1: because there is a covenant that keeps them in.
[6:55] Speaker 2: The way of the Lord. And they ask you, what
[6:57] Speaker 2: did you do?
[6:58] Speaker 1: Our own children are giving a headache, were almost losing sleep.
[7:01] Speaker 1: And your children are so obedient. You are so wealthy,
[7:04] Speaker 1: and yet your children are not lawless. And you will
[7:06] Speaker 1: tell them I had a ob shown to firstract my
[7:09] Speaker 1: life and destroy my life, but I made up my
[7:12] Speaker 1: mind that I would choose the Lord's side.
[7:16] Speaker 2: Are we together? Who is on the Lord's side?
[7:27] Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, please hear men, make up your mind
[7:31] Speaker 1: from today, and I'm going to ask you to lay
[7:34] Speaker 1: your hands on your head shortly and cry that, no
[7:37] Speaker 1: matter what it takes, I will remain on the Lord's side.
[7:42] Speaker 1: Lay your hands on your head and begin to pray.
[7:45] Speaker 1: Lay your hands on your head, begin to pray, Begin
[7:48] Speaker 1: to make declarations that in the name of Jesus, I
[7:51] Speaker 1: am on the Lord's side, and no matter what it
[7:54] Speaker 1: to cost me, I decree and declare that I.
[7:56] Speaker 2: Remain on the Lord's side. Go ahead, and pray.
[8:00] Speaker 1: No power, no enchantment, no charm will work over my life.
[8:05] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus, I declare that I am
[8:07] Speaker 1: on the Lord's side. Oh they shall gather, but that
[8:11] Speaker 1: the gathering is not of God.
[8:13] Speaker 2: There is a.
[8:13] Speaker 1: Mysterious force that will cutter them. Declare prayer covering over
[8:19] Speaker 1: your children, over your ministry.
[8:22] Speaker 2: I will not be the victim.
[8:23] Speaker 1: Of the conclusion of the wickedness of men, immune by
[8:28] Speaker 1: the jealousy and the preserving power of Elodeth. Someone pray
[8:35] Speaker 1: shall take back to Lacathos. I have no covenant with them.
[8:42] Speaker 1: I have no covenant with destruction. I have no covenant
[8:47] Speaker 1: with necro mensine and invocation of that power activities of
[8:52] Speaker 1: familiar spirits. Allelujah, Allelujah, Allelujah.
[9:07] Speaker 2: The higher you rise in life.
[9:09] Speaker 1: The more you must understand the mystery of preservation.
[9:13] Speaker 2: Please hear what I'm telling you.
[9:14] Speaker 1: I'm not scaring you, but I'm opening you to the
[9:17] Speaker 1: reality of the world that we live in.
[9:19] Speaker 2: Are we together?
[9:21] Speaker 1: What did Jesus do to command attacks?
[9:24] Speaker 2: All he needed to do was exploit. And a group of.
[9:28] Speaker 1: People gathered and said, this person is making news too much.
[9:33] Speaker 2: No, this is the whole city is turning towards him.
[9:37] Speaker 1: What do we do now? Who can we use? What
[9:39] Speaker 1: can we use? Let me prophesy to someone. Any gathering
[9:44] Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus, the Son of the Living God,
[9:46] Speaker 1: where your name is mentioned for evil may fire, consume
[9:50] Speaker 1: that gathering may fire. Consume that gathering may fire. Consume
[9:56] Speaker 1: that gathering in the name of Jesus. Trial hear me.
[10:02] Speaker 1: Let me speak over any man of God here. Any
[10:05] Speaker 1: attack to fight your mantle, every attack to fight your church,
[10:10] Speaker 1: every okay, strettion of darkness, to fight your relevance. It
[10:15] Speaker 1: goes down in the name of Jesus.
[10:22] Speaker 2: Please sit down.
[10:26] Speaker 1: This is the reason why it matters whose side you are.
[10:33] Speaker 1: Jesus told us that we have the liberty to save
[10:35] Speaker 1: many things, not just many gods. In fact, you can
[10:40] Speaker 1: choose god or mammon. You can choose the god of
[10:44] Speaker 1: heaven or bell. You can choose God of Heaven or whatever.
[10:49] Speaker 2: Kind of thing.
[10:50] Speaker 1: You can even serve yourself, be the god of yourself,
[10:53] Speaker 1: like the rich fool, said my soul. Fine rest number two.
[11:01] Speaker 1: What does it mean to be on the Lord's side?
[11:03] Speaker 1: What is the implication of being on the Lord's side
[11:07] Speaker 1: in this day and in this time. Are you ready now?
[11:10] Speaker 1: The Lord's side is the side of power. The Lord's
[11:15] Speaker 1: side is the side of power. It says, Our Lord God,
[11:21] Speaker 1: thou has made the heavens and the earth by thy
[11:25] Speaker 1: great power. Thou hast made the heavens and the earth by.
[11:30] Speaker 2: Thy great power.
[11:31] Speaker 1: Thou hast made the heavens and the earth by thy
[11:35] Speaker 1: great power. If God needed power to make the heavens
[11:39] Speaker 1: and the earth, it would take power to make anything
[11:42] Speaker 1: in your life, including the future that you desire. Our
[11:46] Speaker 1: Lord God, it says, thou hast made the heavens and
[11:49] Speaker 1: the earth by thy great power. My apologies, Jeremiah thirty two,
[11:53] Speaker 1: And you find sixteen seventeen seventeen. Our Lord God, behold,
[11:58] Speaker 1: you have made the heavens and the earth by die
[12:01] Speaker 1: great power. Please write this scripture down and don't forget it.
[12:06] Speaker 1: In this world you need power, yes, sir, Power, power
[12:13] Speaker 1: to subture, power against the Bible says, as many as
[12:17] Speaker 1: believed in him, he gave them power, not just an information.
[12:22] Speaker 1: The disciples had knowledge, but is a tarry. Knowledge alone
[12:27] Speaker 1: will fail you. Tarry until you are ended with power.
[12:34] Speaker 1: Man of God.
[12:35] Speaker 2: You do ministry in.
[12:36] Speaker 1: This end time without securing power business man. Without securing power,
[12:42] Speaker 1: you will be a casualty for nothing power Allelujah. The
[12:49] Speaker 1: Bible says that they found the nation of Israel gathered
[12:52] Speaker 1: together and they assume there's certain formation with the act
[12:56] Speaker 1: being in their center. And when they called them ballam
[12:59] Speaker 1: to cost them. He tried and it did not work.
[13:02] Speaker 1: He said, listen, a shout of the king is in
[13:04] Speaker 1: the midst of them. There is a formation that has
[13:07] Speaker 1: produced power that no matter what it is that has come,
[13:10] Speaker 1: it's been resisted. It takes power to be wealthy and
[13:17] Speaker 1: to retain wealth. It takes power to raise children with
[13:21] Speaker 1: the wicked options that.
[13:23] Speaker 2: Plague our world.
[13:24] Speaker 1: That your child will asks me a question that you
[13:26] Speaker 1: cannot sleep because of something he has learned somewhere.
[13:32] Speaker 2: Growing up.
[13:33] Speaker 1: If parents they don't want you to watch certain things,
[13:35] Speaker 1: all they needed to do was to off the television.
[13:38] Speaker 1: And everyone knows that it's over. But right now you're
[13:40] Speaker 1: off the TV. They own many other.
[13:42] Speaker 2: Things, many other things.
[13:44] Speaker 1: The Bible says, there is, as it where, many voices,
[13:47] Speaker 1: and that none of them is without signification. Who is
[13:51] Speaker 1: on the Lord's side means who is interested in accessing
[13:55] Speaker 1: power to remain power to continue power to subdue.
[14:00] Speaker 2: Number three.
[14:03] Speaker 1: What is the implication of being on the Lord's side?
[14:05] Speaker 1: Are you ready for Number three? The Lord's side is
[14:09] Speaker 1: a side of victory.
[14:11] Speaker 2: The Lord's side is the side of victory.
[14:14] Speaker 1: The Bible says, the shouts of joy and victory shall
[14:18] Speaker 1: not depart from the tent of the righteous. The shout
[14:22] Speaker 1: of joy and victory shall not depart.
[14:25] Speaker 2: Listen the tent of the righteous victory. Now, thanks be.
[14:31] Speaker 1: To God, which causes us always to triumph. Listen, look
[14:37] Speaker 1: or please for the believer in Christ, challenges are not unusual.
[14:42] Speaker 2: No, it is defeat that is unusual.
[14:46] Speaker 1: It is not unusual to be challenged, whether in your health,
[14:50] Speaker 1: whether and your finances, whether and your marriage, whether with
[14:52] Speaker 1: your children.
[14:53] Speaker 2: It's not unusual.
[14:54] Speaker 1: Did your Bible not say many are the afflictions of
[14:57] Speaker 1: the But it does not stop there. It says the
[15:01] Speaker 1: Lord delivered him from them?
[15:03] Speaker 2: How many?
[15:06] Speaker 1: So the moment you find yourself in a disturbing situation,
[15:11] Speaker 1: before you try to manage it, verifive.
[15:13] Speaker 2: Whose side you are standing on.
[15:18] Speaker 1: Who is on the Lord's side, meaning who is on
[15:20] Speaker 1: the side of victory as.
[15:22] Speaker 2: A man of God.
[15:23] Speaker 1: If you are not on the Lord's side, respectfully speaking,
[15:26] Speaker 1: you can choose the side of manipulation. You can choose
[15:29] Speaker 1: the side of outsourcing negative demonic powers.
[15:32] Speaker 2: In the end, it to fail, and fail woefully.
[15:36] Speaker 1: Who is on the Lord's side? The Lord's side is
[15:39] Speaker 1: the side of victory. Can I give us two more?
[15:42] Speaker 1: Number four? The Lord's side is the side of joy
[15:46] Speaker 1: and pleasure. Joy and pleasure, Yes, sir, joy and pleasure.
[15:52] Speaker 2: Psalm sixteen and verse eleven.
[15:55] Speaker 1: The Lord's side is the side of joy and pleasure.
[15:59] Speaker 1: Let's readly together. If you're a child of God, ready
[16:01] Speaker 1: want to read? Thou will show me the path of life.
[16:05] Speaker 3: Uh huh.
[16:06] Speaker 2: In thy presence is fullness of joy at thy right hand.
[16:13] Speaker 1: So if you are not in his presence, you are
[16:16] Speaker 1: not at his right hand, you will not see joy
[16:18] Speaker 1: and you will not see pleasure.
[16:22] Speaker 2: Allelujah. There are people in this season that in the.
[16:26] Speaker 1: Midst of luck, in the midst of want, in the
[16:29] Speaker 1: midst of economic turmoil, God will place garments of honor
[16:33] Speaker 1: upon them, that you look at their lives and you
[16:35] Speaker 1: marvel and wonder and say, look, it looks like there
[16:39] Speaker 1: is farming in Samaria. How come these people are enjoying
[16:42] Speaker 1: a bond dance? Like this, because when you come to
[16:45] Speaker 1: the Lord's side, you have come to the side of joy.
[16:49] Speaker 1: You have come to the side of pleasure. He said,
[16:51] Speaker 1: hitherto you have asked for nothing. He says, to ask,
[16:54] Speaker 1: and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
[17:02] Speaker 1: Which of you, the Bible says, whose father give us?
[17:05] Speaker 1: Matthew Chapter seven. Now from verse seven, as can you
[17:08] Speaker 1: shall receive? It says say, can you shall find knock on?
[17:12] Speaker 1: The doors shall be open onto you? Is that true?
[17:15] Speaker 1: Verse eight he says for everyone that asket received, everyone
[17:19] Speaker 1: that asket.
[17:20] Speaker 2: Received, Watch this.
[17:22] Speaker 1: If you believe that I have something to help you,
[17:24] Speaker 1: and you want to ask me, you are not going
[17:26] Speaker 1: to stand from a distance to ask me. You have
[17:28] Speaker 1: to draw close to my direction. Is that true? Coming
[17:33] Speaker 1: on the Lord's side, meaning you are coming to the
[17:36] Speaker 1: side of the one who you believe has all things
[17:39] Speaker 1: to give you. And he said, everyone who comes close
[17:42] Speaker 1: enough to ask, to seek to knock there is there
[17:45] Speaker 1: is a guarantee that it shall be opened, that you
[17:49] Speaker 1: shall find.
[17:53] Speaker 2: Allelujah.
[17:54] Speaker 1: That which of you will your sons ask for bread
[17:58] Speaker 1: and you give me a stone or answer for fish,
[18:01] Speaker 1: and you're giving a serpent. That if you've been evil
[18:04] Speaker 1: know how to give good gifts to your children.
[18:07] Speaker 2: How much more will your heavenly father give.
[18:10] Speaker 1: The only goals to them that ask him.
[18:14] Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, please hear me.
[18:18] Speaker 1: You will live a very sad life, a very defeated
[18:20] Speaker 1: life by every standard and every definition, if you reject
[18:26] Speaker 1: the Lord's side, and technology, respectfully speaking, has his side,
[18:32] Speaker 1: culture has his side. Away together the devil directly has
[18:36] Speaker 1: his side. Experience also has his side. But those who
[18:40] Speaker 1: will will in this time are those who choose the
[18:43] Speaker 1: Lord's side. From Exodus chapter thirty two. Exodus chapter thirty two,
[18:52] Speaker 1: or begin a reading from verse one, Who.
[18:57] Speaker 2: Is on the Lord's side? Thirty two?
[19:01] Speaker 1: From verse one, we're teaching tonight on the topic who
[19:05] Speaker 1: is on the Lord's side? And when the people saw
[19:08] Speaker 1: that Moses delayed? This was when Moses went up the
[19:12] Speaker 1: mountain for ninety days, spending time to receive the commandment
[19:16] Speaker 1: from God. The Bible says, the people gathered themselves together
[19:21] Speaker 1: onto Aaron and said, onto him up, make us gods
[19:27] Speaker 1: which shall go before.
[19:29] Speaker 2: Us for us.
[19:31] Speaker 1: From this Moses, the man that brought us out from
[19:34] Speaker 1: the land of Egypt, will what not what is become
[19:37] Speaker 1: of him in other words, we don't know what has
[19:39] Speaker 1: happened to him. He's taken so long. Maybe he's died
[19:42] Speaker 1: in the presence of God there, and we're not ready
[19:45] Speaker 1: to keep trusting for nothing. And Aaron said to them,
[19:48] Speaker 1: break off the golden ear rings which are in the
[19:51] Speaker 1: ears of your wives, and of your sons and of
[19:54] Speaker 1: your daughters, and bring them onto me. And all the
[19:59] Speaker 1: people break the golden earrings which were in their ears
[20:02] Speaker 1: and brought them onto Aaron's four And the Bible says,
[20:06] Speaker 1: and he received them at their hand and fashioned it
[20:10] Speaker 1: with a graven toll, and after he had made it
[20:15] Speaker 1: a molten calf, and they said, these be thy God,
[20:20] Speaker 1: o Israel, which brought thee up out of the land
[20:23] Speaker 1: of Egypt.
[20:24] Speaker 2: The next verse, And when.
[20:26] Speaker 1: Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it. And
[20:30] Speaker 1: Aaron made proclamation and said, tomorrow is a feast of
[20:34] Speaker 1: the Lord.
[20:34] Speaker 2: Next verse.
[20:36] Speaker 1: And they rose up early on the morrow and offered
[20:38] Speaker 1: burnt offerings and brought peace offerings. And the people sat
[20:42] Speaker 1: down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.
[20:47] Speaker 1: And the Lord said onto Moses, Moses is with the Lord.
[20:50] Speaker 1: Now go get thee down for thy people, which thou
[20:54] Speaker 1: brought us out of the land of Egypt have corrupted themselves.
[20:58] Speaker 2: Take notes.
[20:58] Speaker 1: Now they have turned aside quickly out of the way
[21:02] Speaker 1: which I commanded them, and they have made them a
[21:06] Speaker 1: molten calf. They have worshiped it. They have sacrificed there.
[21:10] Speaker 1: Unto and said, these be the God o Israel, which
[21:14] Speaker 1: have brought thee out.
[21:15] Speaker 2: Of the land of Egypt. Verse nine.
[21:19] Speaker 1: And the Lord said, unto Moses, I have seen these people,
[21:21] Speaker 1: and behold, it is a stiff necked people. Now therefore
[21:26] Speaker 1: let me alone, that my wrath may work hot against them,
[21:31] Speaker 1: and that I may consume them, and that I will
[21:34] Speaker 1: make of dear great nation. And Moses besought the Lord
[21:39] Speaker 1: is God, and said, Lord, why not thy wrath works
[21:42] Speaker 1: hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out
[21:46] Speaker 1: of the land of Egypt with great power and with
[21:50] Speaker 1: a mighty hand.
[21:51] Speaker 2: And we stay here Verse twelve.
[21:53] Speaker 1: Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, Moses is talking with the
[21:57] Speaker 1: Lord now, and say, for mischief did he bring them
[22:02] Speaker 1: out to slay them in the mountain and to consume
[22:04] Speaker 1: them from the face of the earth. Turn from thy
[22:09] Speaker 1: fierce wrath and repent of this evil against thy people
[22:13] Speaker 1: that team. He says, remember Abraham, Isaac and Israel, we
[22:19] Speaker 1: can stop here and discuss how a man is negotiating
[22:22] Speaker 1: with God. You see that Moses is attempting to, in
[22:27] Speaker 1: a way, just convince the Lord not to destroy these people.
[22:31] Speaker 1: And he's not just speaking blindly. He's using a lot
[22:35] Speaker 1: of spiritual intelligence. Remember Abraham, Isaac and Israel, thy servants,
[22:40] Speaker 1: to whom thou swearest by thy own self, and said
[22:44] Speaker 1: unto them, I will multiply your seed as the stars
[22:47] Speaker 1: of heaven. And all this land that I have spoken of,
[22:51] Speaker 1: I will give on to thee and thy seed, and
[22:53] Speaker 1: they shall inherit it forever. Fourteen And the Lord repented
[22:58] Speaker 1: of the evil which he taught to onto his people.
[23:01] Speaker 1: Fifteen And Moses turned and went down from the mound,
[23:05] Speaker 1: and the two tablets of the testimony were in his hands.
[23:08] Speaker 1: The tables were written of both their sides, on one
[23:13] Speaker 1: side and on the other they were written sixteen.
[23:16] Speaker 2: And there were tables, and the tables were the work
[23:19] Speaker 2: of God. That means he wrote them himself.
[23:22] Speaker 1: And the writing was the writing of God graven upon
[23:25] Speaker 1: the tablets. Seventeen And when Joshua heard the noise of
[23:29] Speaker 1: the people. As they shouted, he said on to Moses,
[23:32] Speaker 1: there is noise of war. In other words, Joshua taught
[23:36] Speaker 1: that you know their enemies had come to subdue them
[23:39] Speaker 1: verse eighteen. And he said, it is not the voice
[23:44] Speaker 1: of them, Moses is.
[23:45] Speaker 2: Replying now that shout for mastery.
[23:48] Speaker 1: Neither is it the voice of them that cry for
[23:51] Speaker 1: being overcome, but the noise of them that sing, do
[23:55] Speaker 1: I hear?
[23:56] Speaker 2: Nineteen, it says, And it came.
[23:58] Speaker 1: To pass as soon as he came nigh onto the calf, Moses,
[24:03] Speaker 1: now that he saw the calf and the dancing, and
[24:07] Speaker 1: Moses' is anger.
[24:09] Speaker 2: This was the same man who was telling the Lord
[24:10] Speaker 2: not to be angry.
[24:12] Speaker 1: Moses' anger works hot, and he cast the tables out
[24:16] Speaker 1: of his hand. Watch the punishment, and break them beneath
[24:20] Speaker 1: the mouth twenty. And he took the calf which they
[24:24] Speaker 1: had made, and burnt it in the fire.
[24:28] Speaker 2: He grounded into powder.
[24:30] Speaker 1: He strode it upon the water, and he made the
[24:33] Speaker 1: children of Israel drink of it. Allelujah. It's easy to
[24:40] Speaker 1: talk when you are not the one wearing the shoes.
[24:44] Speaker 1: And Moses said, on to Aaron, what did what did
[24:48] Speaker 1: these people onto thee that thou hast brought so great
[24:52] Speaker 1: a scene upon them five more verses twenty two, And
[24:55] Speaker 1: Aaron said, let not the anger of my lord works
[24:59] Speaker 1: hot knows the people that they are set on mischief
[25:03] Speaker 1: twenty three. For they said, onto me, make us gods
[25:08] Speaker 1: which shall go before us. Four And as for this, Moses,
[25:12] Speaker 1: the man who brought us up from out of the
[25:14] Speaker 1: land of Egypt, will what not what has become of him?
[25:19] Speaker 2: Twenty four.
[25:21] Speaker 1: And I said, unto them, whosoever had any gold, let
[25:25] Speaker 1: them break it off. So they gave it to me,
[25:28] Speaker 1: and I cast it in the fire, and there came
[25:30] Speaker 1: out the scalf twenty five. And when Moses saw that
[25:34] Speaker 1: the people were naked, for Aaron had made them naked,
[25:38] Speaker 1: onto their shame among their enemies. Twenty six, Moses said
[25:44] Speaker 1: he stood at the gate of the camp and said,
[25:47] Speaker 1: who is on the Lord's side, Let him come onto me.
[25:53] Speaker 1: And the Bible says, and all the sons of Levi
[25:56] Speaker 1: gathered themselves together onto him.
[26:00] Speaker 2: May the Lord bless the reading of his word.
[26:02] Speaker 1: In Jesus' name, Allelujah, will read one more scripture, and
[26:14] Speaker 1: then I'll begin to teach Joshua. Chapter twenty four Joshua
[26:19] Speaker 1: twenty four will begin a reading from verse fourteen. I
[26:22] Speaker 1: always like scripture to begin speaking for itself. And then
[26:27] Speaker 1: we'll take it from there now. And therefore Joshua is
[26:30] Speaker 1: wrapping up his time. Now, he's about to die, and
[26:34] Speaker 1: he's giving his final charge to the people.
[26:36] Speaker 2: Now, Therefore, fear the Lord.
[26:39] Speaker 1: And serve him in sincerity and in truth, and put
[26:43] Speaker 1: away the gods which your father served on the other
[26:45] Speaker 1: side of the flood and in Egypt, and serve the Lord.
[26:49] Speaker 2: Next verse. And if it seems evil unto you.
[26:52] Speaker 1: To serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye
[26:56] Speaker 1: will serve, whether the god's which your father save that
[27:00] Speaker 1: we're on the other side of the flood, all the
[27:03] Speaker 1: gods of the amorits in whose land ye dwell. But
[27:07] Speaker 1: as for me and my house, someone received it for yourself.
[27:10] Speaker 1: As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
[27:14] Speaker 1: Say it one more time. But as for me and
[27:17] Speaker 1: my house, we will serve the Lord.
[27:20] Speaker 2: Amen. Verse sixteen.
[27:22] Speaker 1: And the people answered and said, God forbid that we
[27:25] Speaker 1: should forsake the Lord to serve other gods. For the Lord,
[27:30] Speaker 1: our god, he it is that brought us up, and
[27:34] Speaker 1: our fathers out of the land of Egypt from the
[27:37] Speaker 1: house of Bondage, and which did those great signs in
[27:41] Speaker 1: our sight, and preserved us in all the way therein
[27:46] Speaker 1: wherein we went, and among all the people through whom
[27:49] Speaker 1: we passed.
[27:49] Speaker 2: Eighteen.
[27:51] Speaker 1: And the Lord drave out before us all the people,
[27:55] Speaker 1: even the amorits which dwelt in the land. Therefore we
[27:58] Speaker 1: will also serve the Lord for his our God. They
[28:01] Speaker 1: are making their declarations now nineteen And Joshua said, unto
[28:06] Speaker 1: the people, ye cannot serve.
[28:08] Speaker 2: The Lord for his holy God. In other words, you
[28:10] Speaker 2: cannot save him in this state. He is a jealous god.
[28:13] Speaker 1: He will not forgive your transgressions nor your sin. Twenty
[28:18] Speaker 1: If ye forsake the Lord and serve strange gods, then
[28:23] Speaker 1: he will turn and do you hurt and consume you
[28:26] Speaker 1: after that he had done you good twenty one. And
[28:31] Speaker 1: the people said, unto Joshua, nay, but we will serve
[28:34] Speaker 1: the Lord.
[28:35] Speaker 2: Next verse. And Joshua said, unto the.
[28:38] Speaker 1: People, ye are witnesses against yourselves, that ye have chosen
[28:42] Speaker 1: you the Lord to serve him.
[28:43] Speaker 2: And they said, we are witnesses.
[28:46] Speaker 1: Now therefore put away, said he the strange gods which
[28:50] Speaker 1: are among you, and incline your heart onto the God
[28:54] Speaker 1: of Israel twenty four. And the people said, unto Joshua,
[28:57] Speaker 1: the Lord, our God, will we serve?
[29:01] Speaker 2: And his voice will we obey? Were almost there twenty five.
[29:06] Speaker 1: So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day
[29:10] Speaker 1: and set them a startled an ordinance in Sheekehev, and
[29:15] Speaker 1: Joshua wrote these words in the book of the Law
[29:18] Speaker 1: of God, and took a great stone and set it
[29:22] Speaker 1: up under an oak that was by the sanctuary of
[29:26] Speaker 1: the Lord.
[29:28] Speaker 2: Twenty seven. And Joshua said, unto.
[29:30] Speaker 1: All the people, behold, this stone shall be a witness
[29:34] Speaker 1: unto us, for it had heard all the words which
[29:38] Speaker 1: the Lord spake unto us, and it shall be therefore
[29:41] Speaker 1: a witness unto you. Let ye deny your God the
[29:45] Speaker 1: final verse twenty eight. So Joshua let the people depart, every.
[29:50] Speaker 2: Man to his inheritance. A man now look up.
[29:54] Speaker 1: Very interesting in the first scripture we read how that
[29:59] Speaker 1: the people had left, you know, Egypt, the land of captivity,
[30:03] Speaker 1: and there were somewhere in the you know, the wilderness,
[30:06] Speaker 1: and Moses was.
[30:07] Speaker 2: Someononed by God to go and receive commandments.
[30:10] Speaker 1: To guide them because they were Bible history would tell
[30:13] Speaker 1: us they were over two million people, and you couldn't
[30:17] Speaker 1: lead people like that without laws that would guide them.
[30:20] Speaker 1: And so the Lord was giving Moses, you know, the laws,
[30:23] Speaker 1: and Moses spent some time with God and the people
[30:26] Speaker 1: who became so impatient, and they said, look, we're tired
[30:30] Speaker 1: of this thing. Maybe Moses has lost his place and
[30:33] Speaker 1: has died.
[30:34] Speaker 2: Aaron, make us God.
[30:35] Speaker 1: We remember in Egypt, every time they would worship these gods,
[30:40] Speaker 1: you know, Rah and all these other gods.
[30:43] Speaker 2: Let's make us this God.
[30:44] Speaker 1: We would donate our goal the same gold God gave them.
[30:47] Speaker 1: I hope you know they were slaves and if you remember,
[30:51] Speaker 1: they spoiled the Egyptians by the favor of God. Now
[30:55] Speaker 1: they had used those the same gold. They built a cave.
[31:00] Speaker 1: So while the Lord was with Moses, Moses noticed that
[31:03] Speaker 1: the Lord began to be angry, and he said, something
[31:05] Speaker 1: is happening in the camp.
[31:07] Speaker 2: These people have forsaken me.
[31:09] Speaker 1: They've left you thinking you were dead, and now they
[31:11] Speaker 1: are beginning to worship other gods. And Moses supposedly pacified God.
[31:16] Speaker 2: And when he came to the camp himself, he was angry.
[31:19] Speaker 1: He broke the commandments grounded into powder and gave the
[31:22] Speaker 1: people to drink.
[31:23] Speaker 2: Then he made a statement.
[31:25] Speaker 1: He said, listen, before I allowed the Lord vent vengeance
[31:29] Speaker 1: upon you, let me know now who is on the
[31:32] Speaker 1: Lord's side.
[31:33] Speaker 2: In other words, I will give you room to choose.
[31:36] Speaker 1: And the Bible says only the sons of Levi moved
[31:39] Speaker 1: and said, we're on the Lord's side. When you continue
[31:42] Speaker 1: the reading, you will see that an earthquake happened, and
[31:45] Speaker 1: it opened up the earth and swallowed over three thousand
[31:48] Speaker 1: of them.
[31:50] Speaker 2: Allelujah. Then we come to Joshua twenty four.
[31:53] Speaker 1: Remember that when you read Joshua from verse one, Joshua
[31:57] Speaker 1: was the successor of Moses, the same Moses read about.
[32:01] Speaker 1: So what we're reading is a continuation. Are we together now?
[32:05] Speaker 2: Yes?
[32:06] Speaker 1: He charged Joshua, and Joshua led.
[32:08] Speaker 2: The people excellently.
[32:09] Speaker 1: They threw down Jericho, you know, the whole event that
[32:12] Speaker 1: happened at Ai. And then now finally they'd gotten access
[32:20] Speaker 1: to their possessions. It's shared the land, and he was
[32:23] Speaker 1: giving them his final charge. As an old man, he
[32:26] Speaker 1: was about to depart, and he began to charge them.
[32:29] Speaker 1: He said, listen, something happens to men when they have results.
[32:35] Speaker 1: Something happens to men when they come to a place
[32:38] Speaker 1: of inheritance. So let me give you my final charge
[32:42] Speaker 1: that it is within your power to choose either to
[32:45] Speaker 1: serve the God of Heaven or to serve these other
[32:51] Speaker 1: gods that you have seen. And they made up their
[32:54] Speaker 1: minds unanimously that they would serve the Lord God. So
[32:57] Speaker 1: he made a covenant and the catered them afresh onto
[33:01] Speaker 1: the Lord. I'm teaching on who is on the Lord's side.
[33:05] Speaker 1: We live in a world today that is very complex.
[33:08] Speaker 1: People vacillate their convictions. Today they are for God, tomorrow
[33:14] Speaker 1: they are for something else.
[33:15] Speaker 2: At the slightest.
[33:17] Speaker 1: Communication of pain or disappointment or set back, people seem
[33:22] Speaker 1: to have a new orientation as to how they want
[33:26] Speaker 1: to live their lives. Spiritually speaking, many people have caused
[33:30] Speaker 1: God to his face simply because of one sad event
[33:34] Speaker 1: or the other that has happened. Right now, there's a
[33:37] Speaker 1: lot of economic hardship across the nation's, even our nation,
[33:42] Speaker 1: and so many people are beginning to doubt their convictions.
[33:46] Speaker 1: People who once were on fire for God seem to
[33:50] Speaker 1: be cold and not care and not mind. In fact,
[33:53] Speaker 1: it's so sad that those who used to work in
[33:55] Speaker 1: the vineyard. People who were once past us laboring metionaries
[34:00] Speaker 1: and now hanging their boots and saying this God thing
[34:03] Speaker 1: does not it doesn't seem to work. I've served God
[34:06] Speaker 1: ten years, twenty years. Sadly, some of them are our parents,
[34:10] Speaker 1: our loved ones, our relatives, and they will tell you,
[34:13] Speaker 1: don't talk to me about this God. In nineteen seventy DS,
[34:16] Speaker 1: in nineteen eighty DS, I gave my all. I served
[34:20] Speaker 1: the Lord, and it doesn't look like there is any
[34:22] Speaker 1: profit in serving the Lord. And so this message comes
[34:26] Speaker 1: as a wake up call. This message comes as a
[34:28] Speaker 1: very strong call, bringing us to a point where we
[34:32] Speaker 1: have to re examine by the spirit where we stand,
[34:36] Speaker 1: especially in light of the days that are now before
[34:39] Speaker 1: us and as soon to be upon us.
[34:43] Speaker 2: Allelujah. Let me start.
[34:47] Speaker 1: By discussing the implications of being on the Lord's side.
[34:51] Speaker 1: What are the implications of being on the Lord's side?
[34:54] Speaker 1: When the Bible says that a man can and should
[34:57] Speaker 1: be on the Lord's side. Now, you I want to
[35:00] Speaker 1: understand this statement, You will need to have a little
[35:03] Speaker 1: appreciation for sports. Many of you here, I believe watch football.
[35:07] Speaker 1: And this is not to create any controversy. But some
[35:11] Speaker 1: of you are already smiling because I mentioned soccer or football,
[35:14] Speaker 1: because you are now thinking of your team. And there
[35:17] Speaker 1: is such a disturbing in fact loyalty for teams and sports,
[35:23] Speaker 1: whether it's in soccer, basketball, but football, especially all soccer.
[35:27] Speaker 1: As we know, there's so many teams, popular teams that
[35:32] Speaker 1: we have, you know, and they have what they call
[35:36] Speaker 1: a fan base. Am I right on that? And some
[35:41] Speaker 1: of you are dedicated fans of certain clubs, very dedicated.
[35:46] Speaker 1: You can fight for them, you can die for them.
[35:49] Speaker 1: You can argue as to who want who should be
[35:53] Speaker 1: bought over as a player, or who should be thrown out.
[35:58] Speaker 1: And there are people who begin to argue over clubs
[36:01] Speaker 1: and they say, if you've not started watching football from
[36:04] Speaker 1: two thousand and one, don't.
[36:05] Speaker 2: Join this argument.
[36:07] Speaker 1: You know, And I've had quite an experience watching people's
[36:11] Speaker 1: zeal and it's very instructive.
[36:13] Speaker 2: You see people.
[36:14] Speaker 1: Remove their sheds, they endear the heat, standing close to
[36:18] Speaker 1: cinema houses, crying, wheeping, expressions of emotions, arguing, husbands fighting
[36:25] Speaker 1: with wives because they are, you know, two teams apart. Now,
[36:29] Speaker 1: the point I'm trying to communicate is that in this
[36:32] Speaker 1: scenario when two teams are about to play, usually even
[36:36] Speaker 1: the best of friends. The moment they are ready to
[36:40] Speaker 1: watch the football match, they now diverge themselves to different sides.
[36:45] Speaker 1: For instance, someone can say I'm for Arsenal, then another
[36:49] Speaker 1: person says I'm for Menu, that's what you call it,
[36:53] Speaker 1: and then every other team that you know that I
[36:55] Speaker 1: don't know Alan Loujah away together. And sometimes you can
[37:03] Speaker 1: find the best of friends. I mean this where people
[37:05] Speaker 1: who end together, they woke up together, rejoicing together, and
[37:09] Speaker 1: simply because there is a match playing, they can look
[37:12] Speaker 1: at themselves who such this day and argue and insult themselves.
[37:16] Speaker 1: And you see players rejoice when they have an opportunity,
[37:19] Speaker 1: or fans rejoice when they have the opportunity to buy
[37:22] Speaker 1: the original use sheds of some of the players. They rejoice.
[37:27] Speaker 2: You know.
[37:27] Speaker 1: People subscribe to different platforms that seem to promote a
[37:33] Speaker 1: strong fan base, and there are people who would tell
[37:37] Speaker 1: you some have even tattooed it on themselves.
[37:40] Speaker 2: I mean a die hard.
[37:43] Speaker 1: Arsenal fan or a die hard man You fan, or
[37:46] Speaker 1: a die hard whatever it.
[37:48] Speaker 2: Is you know.
[37:48] Speaker 1: So that is the concept of identity. They have chosen
[37:53] Speaker 1: to identify with a team.
[37:56] Speaker 2: And even in the face of defeat.
[38:00] Speaker 1: There are times that you see that when a match
[38:02] Speaker 1: is over, you see a group of people rejoicing, laughing
[38:05] Speaker 1: at others, and you see others disappointed.
[38:08] Speaker 2: But still determined to remain There.
[38:11] Speaker 1: Have you seen that happen, Disappointed but determined. They will
[38:18] Speaker 1: patiently wait for another season when they hope that their
[38:22] Speaker 1: teams will win again.
[38:24] Speaker 2: So it's in that similitude.
[38:26] Speaker 1: That Moses is charging the people, and this is what
[38:30] Speaker 1: he's saying. You spent four hundred and thirty years in Egypt.
[38:34] Speaker 1: You saw the Egyptians, and you saw their gods. You
[38:37] Speaker 1: had an opportunity to see their gods walk and act.
[38:41] Speaker 1: You had an opportunity to see them use divination and spiritism,
[38:45] Speaker 1: and you saw whatever merits and demerits that came from
[38:48] Speaker 1: that practice. And you also had an opportunity to see
[38:51] Speaker 1: the true God Yahweh. When I came to advocate your exodus.
[38:56] Speaker 2: You saw the plagues you were witnesses. Now that you have.
[39:01] Speaker 1: Deviated simply because I was away for maybe some weeks,
[39:05] Speaker 1: he says, I'm giving you one last chance before the
[39:08] Speaker 1: Lord VENs is anger. You have to make a very
[39:12] Speaker 1: strong and a very firm decision. Who is on the
[39:17] Speaker 1: lord's side? Who is on the Lord's side? Who is
[39:23] Speaker 1: on the lord's side? Write this down, please, What is
[39:28] Speaker 1: the implication of being on the lord side? Number one,
[39:33] Speaker 1: The Lord's side is the side of protection and preservation.
[39:39] Speaker 2: Please write it down.
[39:45] Speaker 1: The Lord's side is the side of protection and preservation.
[39:51] Speaker 1: Psalm sixty three and verse eight. P. Sixty three and
[39:55] Speaker 1: verse eight. Is set my soul follow where had after
[40:01] Speaker 1: thee thy right hand up holded me.
[40:06] Speaker 2: The Lord's side.
[40:07] Speaker 1: I'm discussing the implications of being on the lord's side.
[40:11] Speaker 1: What are the merits? Is there any benefit of being
[40:15] Speaker 1: on the Lord's side? That number one, the Lord's side
[40:19] Speaker 1: is the side of protection and preservation? John seventeen and
[40:23] Speaker 1: verse twelve. Jesus is praying now John seventeen and verse
[40:28] Speaker 1: twelve one two John seventeen twelve. It says, while I
[40:33] Speaker 1: was with them in the world, I kept them in
[40:36] Speaker 1: thy name, those that thou gavest me. I have kept,
[40:42] Speaker 1: those that you gave me, those that came to me,
[40:46] Speaker 1: I have kept, it says, and none of them is
[40:49] Speaker 1: lost except the son of Partition. That the scripture might
[40:54] Speaker 1: be fulfilled. Second Timote, chapter one and verse two.
[40:59] Speaker 2: Is God speaking to us already?
[41:01] Speaker 1: Second Timoti one twelve, My apologies one, verse twelve. Second
[41:05] Speaker 1: Timoti one and verse twelve. It says, for which things
[41:11] Speaker 1: cause I also suffer these things. Nevertheless, I am not ashamed,
[41:16] Speaker 1: for I know whom I have believed powerful scripture, and
[41:20] Speaker 1: I am persuaded that he is able to keep that
[41:25] Speaker 1: which I have commited onto him against that day, that
[41:29] Speaker 1: when you come to his side and commit things or
[41:32] Speaker 1: commit your life, he is able to keep even against
[41:36] Speaker 1: that day. So when Moses is asking who is on
[41:42] Speaker 1: the Lord's side, he's asking who desires to be on
[41:45] Speaker 1: the side of protection and preservation. Please look at me.
[41:50] Speaker 1: There is no in the world that we live in
[41:52] Speaker 1: right now.
[41:53] Speaker 2: There is no.
[41:54] Speaker 1: Amount of physical security that is enough to protect and
[41:59] Speaker 1: individual from the spiritual, emotional, and even physical harm and mayhem.
[42:07] Speaker 2: That plagues our society.
[42:08] Speaker 1: We have seen people attacked with the most sophisticated security architecture.
[42:14] Speaker 1: We've seen people become victims of something. The same is
[42:18] Speaker 1: caused the arrows that fly by day, the noisome pestilenceis
[42:23] Speaker 1: by night.
[42:24] Speaker 2: Is that true?
[42:25] Speaker 1: The destruction that wastes in non day We've seen people
[42:30] Speaker 1: healthy and strong, yet they died. We've seen people attempting
[42:35] Speaker 1: to manage mysterious sicknesses that doctors and you know, medics
[42:40] Speaker 1: are not able to diagnose.
[42:45] Speaker 2: The Lord's side.
[42:48] Speaker 1: Means immunity against the wickedness.
[42:52] Speaker 2: And the mayhem that plagues our world.
[42:55] Speaker 1: In fact, the Bible says, the name of the Lord
[42:57] Speaker 1: is a strong tower.
[42:58] Speaker 2: You believe that is he.
[43:00] Speaker 1: Says, the right trust run net to eat and they
[43:02] Speaker 1: are safe.
[43:03] Speaker 2: That some trusting horses and chariots.
[43:06] Speaker 1: Now you must understand that horses and chariots.
[43:08] Speaker 2: Are very important.
[43:11] Speaker 1: The armies in ancient times will climb on horses and
[43:14] Speaker 1: chariots to fight.
[43:16] Speaker 2: So he says, some trusting horses.
[43:18] Speaker 1: And chariots, but we will trust in the name of
[43:22] Speaker 1: the Lord, our God.
[43:25] Speaker 4: Welcome back against Leverest media, and thank you for watching
[43:28] Speaker 4: the future to the very end. And I could always
[43:31] Speaker 4: do will have to pray for our minister, a prostitutional
[43:34] Speaker 4: sermon who true is Minishia. Our lives has been transformed.
[43:38] Speaker 4: Here has been a blessing to so many of us.
[43:40] Speaker 4: So I would like you, wherever you are right now,
[43:42] Speaker 4: to begin to pray for a prostitutional sermon, that the
[43:46] Speaker 4: hand of the Lord be felt heavily upon his life.
[43:49] Speaker 4: That the Lord shall bless him and increases ministries. That
[43:53] Speaker 4: whatever he say, that he leases his hands to prosper
[43:55] Speaker 4: the Lord share increasing just as he has viewldered himself
[43:59] Speaker 4: as best in this generation.
[44:01] Speaker 3: That the Lord shall continue to bless him, just as
[44:04] Speaker 3: it's blessing.
[44:05] Speaker 4: The lives of many believers our day, that the Lord
[44:08] Speaker 4: shall increase him prosifer him. Come and claim pray for
[44:12] Speaker 4: my Lord, Thank you for your servant to thank you
[44:14] Speaker 4: for our post, for being a father in mental and
[44:17] Speaker 4: teacher to everyone of us. We pray Lord, that you
[44:20] Speaker 4: come and blessing Jesus, come and blessing Jesus, come and
[44:23] Speaker 4: blessing Jesus, that you shall increase his ministry.
[44:26] Speaker 3: You shall give him fresh.
[44:27] Speaker 4: Annoying and more oil upon his head. The oil on
[44:31] Speaker 4: his head shall never run To wright Jesus, we thank
[44:33] Speaker 4: you for our post to wherever you are beginning to
[44:36] Speaker 4: pray for our post to Josua Settleman.
[44:38] Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus Christ. We have prayed. Amen.
[44:43] Speaker 3: So thank you.
[44:44] Speaker 4: Very much for watching the videow to the very end.
[44:47] Speaker 4: And like we always do, we have to go straight
[44:49] Speaker 4: into the commentary. We will discuss what if lance from the.
[44:52] Speaker 3: Same, I will take aways for the message.
[44:54] Speaker 4: Actually, I would like you to drop your own commentaries
[44:58] Speaker 4: in a comment section.
[44:58] Speaker 3: What a lance from this from this message?
[45:01] Speaker 4: Or like to read every one of them, and as
[45:03] Speaker 4: you'll share your testimonies of what God has done for you, Amen,
[45:08] Speaker 4: go His strength into it. The topic for today was
[45:11] Speaker 4: stop complaining and starts praying. Literally, most times, as believers,
[45:15] Speaker 4: we are always complaining, complaining, complaining, God did this, God
[45:19] Speaker 4: they did that. God did not do this, He did
[45:21] Speaker 4: not do that. We don't see the good things that
[45:23] Speaker 4: God has done for us. We don't see how for
[45:25] Speaker 4: He has brought us. We don't see what You's do
[45:27] Speaker 4: in our lives. All we keep doing is complaining, complaining,
[45:30] Speaker 4: complaining about freevolity, the nons even matter. We forget about
[45:34] Speaker 4: the things that God has done for us, and we
[45:36] Speaker 4: keep looking at for the things that are not yet
[45:38] Speaker 4: to come. We tend to forget that God is God
[45:41] Speaker 4: on his own. He doesn't lead the permission to do
[45:43] Speaker 4: certain things. He doesn't really need your permissions to certain things.
[45:48] Speaker 3: So we tend to forget all distance.
[45:50] Speaker 4: We tend to lose track of who we are and
[45:52] Speaker 4: while we are believers. But then this harmon has opened
[45:55] Speaker 4: my eyes with a whole lot of things. It's not
[45:58] Speaker 4: always about us complaining. Things are not going out to
[46:01] Speaker 4: find the first thing how to start complaining, start lamenting.
[46:04] Speaker 4: You look for the nearest person to complain about. That's
[46:07] Speaker 4: not as opposed to be. That's all dismissing time. And
[46:10] Speaker 4: I pray that God, the pless a possi for this message,
[46:13] Speaker 4: stop complaining and starts praying. So the very person I
[46:17] Speaker 4: have there is there is a difference between hell delamentation
[46:21] Speaker 4: and chrony complaining. Most of us we're now accustomed to complaint.
[46:25] Speaker 4: There is no single time that's somewhere around you that
[46:28] Speaker 4: they're not finally complaining. You always have something to complain about.
[46:32] Speaker 4: But then, as believers, we should get ready the habit
[46:35] Speaker 4: of complaining.
[46:36] Speaker 3: It's not ways abouts complaining.
[46:38] Speaker 4: We should know that there's a difference between hell delamentation
[46:42] Speaker 4: and complaints. In the Book of Lamentation, it was just
[46:45] Speaker 4: readings and grievings onto God forgot to hear that.
[46:48] Speaker 3: Plea and that is completely different from complaining.
[46:51] Speaker 4: Yes, so as believers we can lament the birds otain
[46:55] Speaker 4: things limited litter.
[46:56] Speaker 3: God, this is not going well. What do I do?
[46:59] Speaker 3: How do I go about? Please? Hope you're seeing this.
[47:01] Speaker 3: What is the line of action.
[47:03] Speaker 4: And not always saying God, you're faileding your God. My
[47:06] Speaker 4: work is not getting fine. God, I'd not pass this
[47:09] Speaker 4: cause God, I used to God. You keep cristing the
[47:11] Speaker 4: choices of God in your life. You keep crastoning God
[47:14] Speaker 4: in your life. But it's the high time we begin
[47:16] Speaker 4: to we begin to act as believers. Know the difference
[47:20] Speaker 4: between health deplementation and complaining. So the next one is
[47:28] Speaker 4: it's nearly impossible to complain and play effectively at the
[47:32] Speaker 4: same time.
[47:33] Speaker 3: Yes, if your prayer included thanksgiving.
[47:36] Speaker 4: Some of us we are all used to complaining that
[47:38] Speaker 4: we don't even pray anymore.
[47:40] Speaker 3: But when you want to pray.
[47:42] Speaker 4: It's more like a norm for you to always thank
[47:44] Speaker 4: God for it as long for you. So in the
[47:47] Speaker 4: course of giving thanksgiving, you're thinking God, I think.
[47:49] Speaker 3: I for my life, I think for my family.
[47:52] Speaker 4: I think for my colleagues, I think if my custumates,
[47:54] Speaker 4: I think you for my co workers, I think for
[47:57] Speaker 4: my children, I think of my business who want to
[48:00] Speaker 4: complain going to coming. But some of us we don't
[48:03] Speaker 4: even praying the first place. We don't have that intercourse
[48:06] Speaker 4: with God, so we don't even have thanksgiving. That's we
[48:08] Speaker 4: always keep complaining and complaining and complaining. But then as believers,
[48:12] Speaker 4: we should always ensure that we are restarting with God,
[48:15] Speaker 4: that we are praying to God. You're always giving thanks
[48:18] Speaker 4: to God, and met deal with complaints. The third one
[48:23] Speaker 4: is the feed ookay, complain, increase the negative feedback. The
[48:28] Speaker 4: more you speak the problem into your head, the more
[48:31] Speaker 4: you're giving your brain every day and support frustration. Let's
[48:35] Speaker 4: say every day you wake up and say, God, I'm
[48:40] Speaker 4: tired of this house. I'm dividing and for a fact
[48:44] Speaker 4: living like you're living in a very beautiful apartment. But
[48:47] Speaker 4: then you're just like, I'm tired of this house I'm
[48:49] Speaker 4: living every day he keeps saying, God, where is this?
[48:52] Speaker 3: What not roushing? God? This house is when the house
[48:54] Speaker 3: is more ugly?
[48:55] Speaker 4: My friend was brought their new house. He's really the
[48:58] Speaker 4: new house? Am I going to You keep complaining? Then
[49:01] Speaker 4: your brain is not giving more reasons. Yes, your friend,
[49:04] Speaker 4: you put them together.
[49:06] Speaker 3: You together.
[49:07] Speaker 4: Now you're as you can now he's building his second
[49:09] Speaker 4: house and you're three here in rented apartments. Your brain
[49:12] Speaker 4: will keep giving you more evidence to continue, and that
[49:15] Speaker 4: way you're only going to end up frustrated. You keep
[49:18] Speaker 4: frustrating yourself. We like, let's go of all these things
[49:21] Speaker 4: and see God in the midst of all the setbacks,
[49:24] Speaker 4: and see God the midst of what is to complain about.
[49:27] Speaker 4: That way you will give you directions. That way you
[49:29] Speaker 4: will guide you on what and what not to do.
[49:31] Speaker 4: You said, your life about a whole lot easier without
[49:34] Speaker 4: end of distress.
[49:35] Speaker 3: Your hearts a lot of bodies lifted from your hats.
[49:38] Speaker 4: When you're complaining, you're packing them up in your hats.
[49:41] Speaker 4: You're storing them up somewhere, your hats. They are does
[49:44] Speaker 4: they're piling up. You're holding crowds against God. Yes, complaints,
[49:48] Speaker 4: you're just like holding croad is against God, against your
[49:52] Speaker 4: own maker. But you're always thanks for land and wet
[49:57] Speaker 4: things work out. You feel like, yes, so prayer is
[50:07] Speaker 4: prayer is participatory. You're observing a situation in this life
[50:11] Speaker 4: without engaging the power of prayer or is it something
[50:15] Speaker 4: that you don't like in your life? Instead of you
[50:16] Speaker 4: to complain and start looking for who is the reason
[50:19] Speaker 4: and who is at fault? And why things they're particularly
[50:22] Speaker 4: why not engage the powers walking you as a believer
[50:25] Speaker 4: that the power inside of you will not engage their power,
[50:28] Speaker 4: engage their power in your life. Engage the power of
[50:32] Speaker 4: God in your life. Instead of complaining, stand up and pray.
[50:35] Speaker 4: There is the power inside of you that everything everything
[50:39] Speaker 4: will bouw once cert in the place of prayer.
[50:42] Speaker 3: So invoke the power of God in your life.
[50:45] Speaker 4: And I have no room for complaints, amen. Okay, Now
[50:50] Speaker 4: the last one is we often complain because we feel hairpless.
[50:58] Speaker 4: Prayer converts their helplessness to a sense of spirituality. So
[51:02] Speaker 4: instead of you to feel help pleasant things are not
[51:04] Speaker 4: going out. So are you feel vulnerable? Why not take
[51:07] Speaker 4: child spiritually? Why not see prayer as your spiritual did
[51:10] Speaker 4: to make things work out?
[51:11] Speaker 3: Fine?
[51:12] Speaker 4: If things are going the way that you don't want
[51:14] Speaker 4: them to go to this all of you to complain,
[51:16] Speaker 4: just pray about it.
[51:18] Speaker 3: Take authority and the cit thing's working out for you.
[51:21] Speaker 4: So we've come to the head of this section of
[51:23] Speaker 4: the commentary, and I hope you got a word of
[51:26] Speaker 4: a word or two from here that was a blessing
[51:28] Speaker 4: to you, irrespective or likely to drop your thoughts in
[51:31] Speaker 4: the comment section how this races has blessed you like
[51:34] Speaker 4: and the testimony is coming from dismissage. I also wanted
[51:38] Speaker 4: to type what to expecting God to do for you
[51:40] Speaker 4: and the type I'm going to take child right now,
[51:43] Speaker 4: no more complaints, It's time to arise and pray.
[51:46] Speaker 3: In the comment section, don't forget to share.
[51:48] Speaker 4: To your friends so that will be blessed as well,
[51:50] Speaker 4: and as well I'll see you on the next one.
[51:53] Speaker 1: Bye for now.
