How to follow a resplendent Blackpool special? With more chaotic vibes than a 90s breakfast talk show when someone's spiked the coffee. Now firmly in the business end of the competition, our Strictly stars brought a heap of mayhem to the live show on Saturday night, taking on the Instant Dance challenge.
