• You don’t need to be in power to discipline nations. You just need God. TOOLS FOR EFFECTIVE DISCIPLESHIP • The fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) • Death to self • Placing priority on Jesus Christ as the most important relationship in your life greater than your friends, spouse, children and parents. • Freedom from mammon- the ungodly and unhealthy attachment to money and other material things . Anything you cannot let go of is your God. FOR YOUR DISCIPLESHIP TO BE EFFECTIVE IT MUST CAPTURE: • A thorough understanding of salvation through the finished work of Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). • The responsibility of obedience and alignment of becoming like Christ. • How to walk in love (love for God and love for people) (Ephesians 5:1-2). • The value of living by the word. • How to live by faith and act upon the word, to commit God to perform (Ephesians 4:6-16). • Productivity as a key to impact and economic emancipation. • Responsibility as a lifestyle. • Selflessness. Take a moment to listen to this message again—faith grows through hearing the Word of God. I hope it encourages you, and feel free to share it to inspire others to seek God’s kingdom above all else.
