[0:02] a listener production.
[0:05] I'm Bec Judd.
[0:06] And I'm Jess Roberts.
[0:07] And we're done with the smoke and mirrors.
[0:09] Fainish shares honest stories about what it takes to look amazing because we did not wake up like this.
[0:15] And you should know the stuff that we chat about on this podcast is based on our personal experiences.
[0:21] We're sharing it for your entertainment.
[0:23] It's definitely not medical advice.
[0:26] And we'll always be clear with you when something is a paid endorsement.
[0:29] Please always chat with your qualified healthcare team before making any decisions about your health.
[0:50] Hey, everyone.
[0:50] Welcome to Bainish.
[0:51] I'm Jessie Roberts.
[0:53] And I'm Bec Judd.
[0:54] Hey, babe.
[0:55] How are you going?
[0:55] So good.
[0:56] So good.
[0:57] What's going on?
[0:57] Oh, another merch, another merch.
[0:59] Just, you know.
[1:01] Nothing much.
[1:03] Oh my God.
[1:04] No holidays.
[1:06] I need a holiday.
[1:07] Yeah.
[1:07] Where are you going?
[1:08] Everywhere.
[1:09] Yeah?
[1:09] Anywhere.
[1:10] Everywhere.
[1:10] Tell me.
[1:11] Going to Japan and Korea again.
[1:14] Oh.
[1:14] What are we trying?
[1:15] What are we doing?
[1:16] I don't know.
[1:17] Sorry.
[1:17] I've just been putting one foot in front of the other at the moment.
[1:20] Just taking it one day at a time?
[1:21] Yeah.
[1:22] So I haven't booked anything in.
[1:23] You've got your tickets, but nothing else.
[1:25] Yeah, I've got my accommodation booked and all that stuff.
[1:27] I just haven't booked any beauty stuffing yet.
[1:29] I'm still kind of like researching because things are constantly evolving and changing.
[1:33] I don't know if I want surgery or not.
[1:35] Like, I don't know.
[1:36] So I'm just kind of like... And then it's like cost.
[1:39] How much do things cost?
[1:40] Yeah.
[1:40] How much is a holiday going to cost?
[1:41] Yes, exactly.
[1:42] What's the exchange rate doing?
[1:43] Yeah.
[1:44] It's all of those things.
[1:45] And it's also, yeah, cost of living.
[1:48] Everything.
[1:49] Anyway, so.
[1:50] That's exciting though.
[1:51] Are you taking your kids this time?
[1:52] Yeah, I'm taking all the kids, which will be fun.
[1:55] I'm taking my husband.
[1:57] Oh, what's he going to do?
[1:58] Well, I'm going to make him go on all real estate.
[2:03] Are you going to buy a house there and move there?
[2:04] Yeah.
[2:05] I'm 100% manifesting in Korea.
[2:05] Hey, whereabouts?
[2:06] Are we moving to, oh, Korea, not Japan.
[2:08] Korea.
[2:08] Oh, you know what?
[2:09] Whereabouts?
[2:09] Where's the place you love there?
[2:10] Yeah.
[2:11] Oh, it's one.
[2:11] Yeah, and why do you love it?
[2:13] The Nightlife is amazing.
[2:14] I just kind of sleep.
[2:16] I love...
[2:17] when I know that people outside are awake like I am.
[2:20] Yeah.
[2:21] And I love that Korea doesn't sleep.
[2:22] It's literally like the 24-hour city.
[2:24] It's 24-hour city.
[2:25] Have you done Hong Kong?
[2:26] Hong Kong's like that.
[2:27] Yeah, I did Hong Kong.
[2:27] Like a Monday night.
[2:28] Yeah.
[2:28] Monday night is like full club night.
[2:31] Yeah, love that.
[2:31] Like everyone's out.
[2:32] You're out till three in the morning.
[2:34] Yeah.
[2:34] I lived there when I was 19 and Monday night was like a Friday or Saturday night.
[2:38] Monday night is when I met Val.
[2:39] Oh.
[2:39] Oh, no, it was a Sunday.
[2:41] Sorry.
[2:41] Sorry.
[2:42] On a podium.
[2:43] Yeah, on a podium.
[2:44] But anyway.
[2:45] I'm actually off to Hamilton Island.
[2:48] We always do Noosa in September, but like half of Melbourne's there.
[2:57] It's not a holiday.
[2:58] It's like trying to catch up with everyone.
[2:59] And I love all my friends and I love everybody.
[3:02] I'm a lover, not a hater, but sometimes I just want to go and...
[3:06] not have a million people there who I know.
[3:08] Yeah.
[3:09] And I just hate the cool cabanas everywhere.
[3:12] I'm just, I love Noosa, but I don't like it in school holidays.
[3:16] I know.
[3:16] I feel like when we go to Noosa, we sit on the beach and it's just like one person, hey, hey, hey.
[3:20] And then I sit there like so zonked from obviously being on the beach.
[3:25] It's hot.
[3:25] You know, it's hot.
[3:26] You get, you're in the sun.
[3:27] You're tired anyway.
[3:28] Then your whole social battery is just gone by the end of the day because you've spoken to the whole of Melbourne.
[3:33] Yeah.
[3:33] On Hastings Street Beach.
[3:35] On Noosa, Maine Beach.
[3:36] So I get it.
[3:37] So Hamilton Island.
[3:38] Hamilton Island.
[3:39] I mean, still, I'm going with a lot of friends, but it's just a little bit different.
[3:44] Of course, the kids are like, we want to do Noosa.
[3:47] All of our friends are there from...
[3:49] All of the schools.
[3:50] Yeah.
[3:51] And I'm like, can we just like hold off on doing Noosa in September for a little while?
[3:56] And yeah, we'll go to Hamilton Island.
[3:57] I haven't taken the kids there.
[3:58] I've been there a couple of times before.
[4:00] But there's a golf course, which ticks the box for my oldest.
[4:03] There's go-karts, which my twins will love.
[4:06] And then we've got a couple of girlfriends coming for Billy.
[4:09] But I just want to sit on the beach.
[4:11] We've just booked a hotel that's cool.
[4:13] I've got room service, a daily clean and a buffet because a holiday to me is not having to cook or clean or feed my children.
[4:22] Yeah.
[4:23] So I will always choose the hotel.
[4:25] Holiday for me.
[4:25] They're all inclusive with a bloody buffet breakfast because, yeah, that's why I go to Broome for so long.
[4:32] Daily cleaning, food.
[4:34] The kids go and order their own bloody food, even though I did have to cap that because they went a bit crazy.
[4:37] They thought all the food was free.
[4:39] So did I when I was there.
[4:41] Yes.
[4:42] I rolled out of Britain, literally.
[4:44] Yeah, so I think it'll be nice.
[4:46] I love it at that time of year.
[4:48] I love Australia.
[4:50] We did overseas last year these holidays, so I'm just happy to hang at home for a little bit.
[4:55] I love that you like that.
[4:56] I've turned the opposite.
[4:57] I used to love being in Australia for holidays.
[4:59] Now I do not want to be here.
[5:00] Every single holiday I need to be out of the country.
[5:03] Like that's my...
[5:05] It's also, it's like, it's actually quite expensive holidaying in Australia.
[5:08] Oh, in Australia it is.
[5:09] Yeah.
[5:09] That's why like when I was going overseas.
[5:11] Yeah.
[5:12] It was cheaper for me to go overseas than gingerly holidays.
[5:14] This is a bit of a disclaimer.
[5:16] I did a job for Luxury Escapes a couple of months ago.
[5:19] These deals have all ended.
[5:21] But literally, the whole thing was like five star overwater bungalow, everything included and the flights for so much cheaper than anything else on offer here.
[5:31] So flying to no store.
[5:32] I paid $11,000 flights returned to Queensland once, to Noosa.
[5:37] What the fuck?
[5:38] It's too much.
[5:38] That was a couple of years ago.
[5:39] This was just after COVID.
[5:40] So they were obviously trying to, you know, all the losses of, you know, not being able to fly.
[5:46] Yeah, but it's so expensive.
[5:47] You can get that whole package, including your flights in a five-star hotel somewhere overseas on a good deal.
[5:52] And the only reason I paid it is because my accommodation's free because my family lives there.
[5:56] So that was the only way I... Would you drive?
[5:58] No, I did consider when I had my Kia Carnival, I'm like, do I just...
[6:02] drive.
[6:02] Can we talk about the Kia Carnival?
[6:04] Oh my gosh.
[6:05] Oh my gosh.
[6:07] Can't believe it.
[6:09] This is iconic.
[6:10] This was, it was a message.
[6:12] Okay, Jess, tell the story what happened.
[6:14] Okay.
[6:14] Okay.
[6:15] So,
[6:16] You could have drive your Key Carnival to Noosa.
[6:19] When my husband was a little kid, they used to drive up to Noosa every holidays, right?
[6:23] It brought back memories of the Key Carnival.
[6:25] And then I saw it last night on your Instagram.
[6:28] I found it.
[6:29] I found it.
[6:30] I was driving from a dance comp and it was like six o'clock at night.
[6:34] We took a wrong turn.
[6:35] We're at an Essendon.
[6:36] If you're not from Melbourne, Essendon's out near the airport and it's very far away from where Jess lives in Melbourne.
[6:42] Yeah.
[6:43] It's like a 45-an-hour drive kind of thing.
[6:46] So anyway, we were out in that area and we were driving home and we literally took a wrong turn.
[6:52] And as we're driving, Val goes, oh, my God, there's our old Kia Carnival, like our number plate and everything.
[6:59] And I literally looked over.
[7:00] I was like, oh, my God, that we actually turned around.
[7:03] And you filmed it.
[7:04] I filmed it.
[7:05] And I just sat there just like, oh.
[7:07] Our biggest regret was selling you because we needed you so many times.
[7:10] I've needed you, Kia Carnival.
[7:12] I've needed you.
[7:13] Yes.
[7:13] We've had so many cool adventures with the Kia Carnival.
[7:16] The car that we had, when everyone wanted to pile in together, it was just the car that we took down.
[7:22] Yeah, babies and car seats and boosters.
[7:23] Yes, I'd pick up everyone's kids.
[7:25] You'd borrow it.
[7:25] You'd go to school roundabout and you'd get like 100 kids in the Kia Carnival.
[7:29] That's a lie.
[7:29] But you know what I mean?
[7:30] Yeah.
[7:30] It was so good.
[7:32] So good.
[7:33] They are such good cars.
[7:34] I know.
[7:34] I'm going to get one again.
[7:34] Yeah, they are sick and the design's really cool.
[7:37] Really cool.
[7:38] But yeah, you posted that and I thought, oh, I miss that car so much.
[7:42] Do you know what's really funny?
[7:43] Do you actually know?
[7:44] I sat there going like, hey, Val, I've actually got the spare key at home.
[7:46] Shall we just go steal it?
[7:49] And Val goes, what?
[7:52] Did you not give the two keys?
[7:52] I'm like, no, I lost the spare key when they came and picked it up.
[7:55] So I've got the spare key in my drawer.
[7:57] Let's just go get the key and steal it back off them.
[8:00] And then Val's like, are you kidding?
[8:02] I'm like, no, I'm joking.
[8:03] I'm joking.
[8:03] I gave both keys.
[8:04] But it is Melbourne.
[8:05] It's like a free-for-all with cars.
[8:06] You can steal cars here and you don't even get in trouble.
[8:08] The police don't even investigate it because they're so understaffed.
[8:11] Exactly.
[8:11] Like...
[8:13] It's so true.
[8:14] Don't steal cars, guys.
[8:15] It's a really shitty thing to do.
[8:16] It is, but I don't have the spec here, guys.
[8:18] They've got it.
[8:18] They've got it.
[8:19] But I did trick Val for a second.
[8:20] Do you know what's funny?
[8:21] Because I am sponsored by Land Rover, so I get to drive these amazing cars.
[8:25] I've been with them for like 15 years.
[8:27] So like the Range Rovers or the Discoveries or the Defenders, and...
[8:32] In that time, so they'll give me a demo and swap it over like every six months.
[8:36] I've had like 30 cars before and so many of them, so many of them.
[8:41] I've seen your car.
[8:42] In Bayside.
[8:43] Yeah.
[8:43] And like every day I would see my old cars, right?
[8:45] And the kids, sometimes we've been out on a street and we'll go to get in the car and my keys aren't working because it's my old car.
[8:52] Yeah, yeah.
[8:53] Right?
[8:53] Like we see it all the time.
[8:54] Oh, that one was mine.
[8:55] That one was mine.
[8:55] That was mine.
[8:56] Yeah.
[8:56] Anyway, someone's listening to my DMs one day and she's like, oh, hey, I just need to let you know, like, your WhatsApp messages and everything's still set up and I'm, like, getting all your – Stop.
[9:07] I'm getting pinged, like, some of your messages.
[9:09] Oh, my God.
[9:11] Yeah.
[9:12] What?
[9:13] I was going to say something really on his own right side.
[9:14] And I was like, shit, I am going to jail.
[9:17] Yeah, yeah.
[9:19] Don't send any nudes to Chris.
[9:21] You know, I've never, ever sent a nude.
[9:22] No, I know.
[9:23] I don't take nudes and I don't.
[9:24] I don't.
[9:24] It's like, no.
[9:25] I know.
[9:26] I know.
[9:26] Because imagine your phone getting stolen.
[9:28] Yeah, I've just never done it because I feel like one day I probably will get hacked.
[9:31] So there's nothing incriminating on there.
[9:32] Do you know what another thing is?
[9:33] Actually, this is another like side quest topic thing.
[9:36] So I've just found it.
[9:37] So you know how AI is just so scary these days?
[9:40] And speaking of nudes and all that, and you know how they can AI your face into... Oh, and your voice and everything.
[9:45] Yeah, into some pornographic material.
[9:47] I found out if you get tattoos, it's really, really hard to... AI you.
[9:52] AI you.
[9:52] So I'm going to Korea.
[9:53] I'm coming back as Peggy Goo.
[9:54] Like I'm literally going to get covered in tattoos.
[9:56] I want 10 tattoos.
[9:57] I've actually got a full...
[9:59] thing of tattoo.
[10:00] And I literally am going to get a bunch.
[10:02] Don't do that.
[10:03] No, I am.
[10:03] Don't do that.
[10:04] I am.
[10:04] No, don't do that.
[10:04] I'm going to have it in tattoos.
[10:06] Don't do that.
[10:07] My first one's going to be in Korea.
[10:08] You're so like clean skinned and like natural.
[10:11] Dirty.
[10:11] I was going to say natural.
[10:12] I'm like, no, you're not that natural.
[10:13] But I mean like your skin.
[10:14] Like you don't want to do that.
[10:15] What's it called?
[10:15] That clean girl era?
[10:16] Yeah.
[10:17] Do you know who?
[10:18] Do you know what?
[10:19] Peggy Goo is so hot.
[10:21] I have the biggest crush on her.
[10:22] I love her.
[10:23] I love her handbags.
[10:24] Is she Korean?
[10:25] Yeah.
[10:26] But grew up in LA?
[10:27] No, I think she grew up in like Berlin or something.
[10:29] Or maybe not.
[10:30] She's so hot.
[10:30] I don't know.
[10:30] I haven't really.
[10:32] I literally go on her Instagram every day and I go on.
[10:35] You buy everything she buys.
[10:36] Everything.
[10:37] Except for her Chanel and her Maze bags, but whatever.
[10:39] But all her tattoos, I'm like, I've got screenshots.
[10:41] I'm like, I'm getting them all.
[10:42] Like I'm obsessed with her.
[10:44] Yeah.
[10:44] Like I actually want to be her.
[10:47] Let's manifest that we're going to be BFFs with Peggy Goo.
[10:49] Yes.
[10:50] When she's coming back to Australia, if you don't know who Peggy Goo is, guys, Google her.
[10:54] She's a DJ.
[10:56] She did that song.
[10:58] I can't explain.
[11:00] Na-na-na-na-na-na-na.
[11:00] Na-na-na-na-na.
[11:01] Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da
[11:07] La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
[11:10] It was our song.
[11:10] It was like the song of summer when we're in Ibiza in 2023.
[11:14] Oh, my God.
[11:14] It was so good.
[11:16] I love her.
[11:17] She's so good.
[11:17] Be our best friend.
[11:18] Peggy Goo, if you're listening, BFF.
[11:22] Yes.
[11:23] Yes.
[11:23] We'll get a tattoo, matching tattoos.
[11:25] I won't, but you can.
[11:26] I will.
[11:36] So, Jess, we had our male escort ep last week run with the companion Hudson, who was so great to talk to.
[11:47] That was like, wow.
[11:48] When we were driving home from that, I called my husband and I was like, oh, my God, we had a male escort in.
[11:54] And I was just like, rambling off all this stuff.
[11:57] Like, it is when you're not in that.
[12:00] It's so interesting.
[12:01] It's so, so interesting.
[12:02] But also having, also knowing there's people out there that try.
[12:06] Oh, the trialer.
[12:07] The trialer.
[12:08] Yeah.
[12:08] That was so interesting.
[12:10] Yeah.
[12:10] She was great, actually.
[12:11] Yeah, she was so good.
[12:12] But it was so funny because it reminded me of when he walked in and,
[12:18] Our producer, Liza, said, oh, Hudson and Anna are here from her confidant.
[12:23] I'm going to go and get them.
[12:24] You and I are waiting in the studio for a while.
[12:26] Liza are being gone for about five minutes, which is usually what it takes for Liza to go downstairs, get the guests, bring them up.
[12:32] Been about five minutes.
[12:32] Yeah.
[12:34] I was pissing myself off when this happened.
[12:36] And then this guy James walks in, who is our digital producer, James, and he walks in and my face is like, she died.
[12:45] She's thinking, are you also an escort on the side?
[12:49] Like she was like, are you our escort?
[12:52] I thought you were our escort.
[12:54] It was just this moment of, oh, my God, people are living these double lives.
[12:57] And it's been James all along.
[12:59] All this time.
[13:00] Yeah.
[13:02] But he's not.
[13:03] He's not.
[13:04] It's just James and his timing couldn't have been better.
[13:06] And he's now with a kid.
[13:06] And we got a really good lol out of it.
[13:08] We got a sweet little laughing.
[13:09] Have a look at our socials because, like, we recorded it all.
[13:12] It was pretty bloody funny.
[13:13] But it made me think, like, when have you in your life been mistaken for somebody else?
[13:19] Yes.
[13:19] Well, you've got a good one.
[13:20] I've got a good one.
[13:21] I've got a few, yeah, I've got a few good ones.
[13:23] So I was in New York when I was about 21 years old for our honeymoon.
[13:26] And...
[13:29] Sorry.
[13:29] That just sounds so bad.
[13:31] I was in New York for my honeymoon at 21.
[13:34] At 21.
[13:34] Most people were getting their first proper boyfriend or girlfriend at 21.
[13:37] You're like married.
[13:39] Yeah, with a kid.
[13:40] Ready to have your second kid.
[13:41] Yeah.
[13:42] Start making your second kid.
[13:43] Yeah, yeah.
[13:44] Oh, so funny.
[13:45] So we were at the memorial.
[13:47] 9-11 memorial.
[13:49] 9-11 memorial, yeah.
[13:49] And there's this huge line, like two-hour line, and it says, there's like two-hour line, and you have to go through all these like metal detectors and all that sort of stuff.
[13:56] So we're lining up and I was like right at the back of the line with Val.
[13:59] And then I was looking like, oh, we're going to be standing here for two hours.
[14:02] It's all right.
[14:03] I really wanted to go see this.
[14:05] Next thing, this guard comes up to me and he's like, oh, my God.
[14:09] Oh, my God.
[14:09] He's like, what are you doing standing in the line?
[14:11] Like, come through, come through.
[14:12] And I'm sitting there going like, okay.
[14:15] And this is winter, so I'm kind of like rugged up, beanie on, all that stuff.
[14:19] So we skipped through two hours of line.
[14:23] Wow.
[14:25] went through the metal detectors, but like literally was getting escorted through.
[14:28] I get to the very end and I'm going, I have no idea who these people think I am.
[14:33] The next thing, there's about 13 security guards and they're all looking at me.
[14:37] They all come over and Val's standing there, like holding my bag and stuff going, what is going on?
[14:42] And they're like, can we get a photo with you?
[14:44] Can we get a photo with you?
[14:45] And I was like, Australian accent.
[14:48] I'm like, yeah.
[14:49] I'm like, maybe they've just never seen a blonde person before.
[14:52] So anyway, I get into this photo of like,
[14:55] I reckon there would have been between 10 to 13 security guards.
[14:58] Like there was so many of them, all wanting a photo with me, all got into this group photo.
[15:03] And then I literally was like, I'm so sorry.
[15:06] I don't know who the hell you think I am.
[15:08] And he's like, you're Michelle Pfeiffer.
[15:10] What?
[15:11] Gets even worse.
[15:13] I go to Val, who the hell is Michelle Pfeiffer?
[15:16] No idea.
[15:17] And he go, and Val is piercing himself laughing.
[15:20] He goes, well, she's about 60.
[15:22] Yeah.
[15:22] And I'm going, what?
[15:24] I'm 21.
[15:24] She's gorgeous though.
[15:26] She's so hot.
[15:26] No idea who she was.
[15:27] But you're 21.
[15:29] Wow.
[15:29] How did you look on this day?
[15:30] I must still look 60.
[15:31] Do you have a photo of yourself on this day?
[15:33] So we can put a sidebar.
[15:35] You need to find it for us.
[15:36] I'll find my New York look.
[15:37] Like I know what I, yeah, what I would look like in New York.
[15:40] But yeah.
[15:41] Yeah, anyway, so then... That's wild.
[15:42] Well, there was Michelle Pfeiffer and then I said to Val, who is she?
[15:45] And he's like explaining like gangster's paradise.
[15:48] Yes.
[15:48] All this stuff and I'm going...
[15:49] Yes.
[15:50] And then I only go...
[15:51] So I Googled her and I was like...
[15:53] Oh my God, she's from Hairspray.
[15:54] I'm Googling her now.
[15:57] She's so hot.
[15:58] She's so hot.
[15:59] But like I don't look 60.
[16:02] She's like a grandmother.
[16:03] Like I was 21 and she was 60 and I got mistaken for a 60-year-old.
[16:07] But Val, that whole trip was getting... Yeah, it's like am I flattered or am I offended?
[16:10] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[16:12] And then Val, that whole trip kept getting mistaken for Joe Rogan.
[16:15] So we were skipping lines.
[16:17] Man, are people blind?
[16:18] Like your husband is like chocolate-coloured skin.
[16:21] No, no, but Joe...
[16:21] He's Lebanese.
[16:22] Joe Rogan is very white.
[16:24] No, but it's Joe Rogan when he was doing that show that was called like when you would daredevil.
[16:29] It was like a daredevil show that he did.
[16:31] Oh, no.
[16:31] So they mistaken him for young Joe Rogan, not... And you for old Michelle.
[16:36] Old Michelle Fafa.
[16:38] That was my thing.
[16:40] And then... That's crazy.
[16:41] Yeah.
[16:41] I've never had anyone mistaken me for anyone, I don't think.
[16:45] I don't think I look like anyone.
[16:46] No, there was a photo that came out of you.
[16:48] You wore a purple jeton dress and a mustard... To a brown low maybe.
[16:52] Must have been to a brown low and I remember it coming up on my feet and I thought it was Rose Byrne.
[16:59] Oh, actually.
[17:00] That was in this dress.
[17:01] And the photos, I clicked on it going, oh my God, Rose Byrne is wearing Jaton.
[17:04] Clicked on it and it was like in my For You.
[17:06] And then it was, I think Jaton had posted it or something.
[17:10] And I clicked on it thinking it was Rose.
[17:12] I was like, oh my God, Jaton's dress, Rose Byrne.
[17:15] And I clicked on it and it was you.
[17:16] But it's this one particular photo.
[17:18] Was this a pleated Jaton dress, not their scallop, not this floral scallop?
[17:23] Was it pleated?
[17:24] And did I have my hair in a pony?
[17:25] No.
[17:26] No, I don't.
[17:28] I've got to find it.
[17:29] You know what?
[17:29] I reckon you're on the money there because I reckon people, this particular photo.
[17:32] This one photo.
[17:33] Yeah, because you know what?
[17:34] She's got a little nose like me.
[17:36] And she's got an angular jaw.
[17:38] We've both got like tiny little noses.
[17:40] I'm going to go into your profile.
[17:42] I love Rose Byrne.
[17:42] She's great.
[17:43] She's great.
[17:43] And she's got a chicken pox scar on her cheek.
[17:46] Is that?
[17:47] But I don't, so I don't know why I said that.
[17:49] LAUGHTER
[17:50] But you do have a chicken pox scar.
[17:51] I've got a chicken pox scar on my forehead.
[17:54] I've got a chicken pox scar in my hairline that when it parts there, it looks like a massive bald spot.
[18:00] But it's actually a chicken pox scar.
[18:02] It's really annoying.
[18:03] I'm going to find this photo because it's just this one photo in particular and it just looks like rosebearing.
[18:07] I'm going to be deep diving into it.
[18:08] Well, you know who else you look like?
[18:11] You look like Elsa Hosk.
[18:13] She's such a babe.
[18:15] She's like one of my favorite.
[18:17] She, like, I saw her in the lift with...
[18:19] when I went to New York to cover the Victoria's Secret fashion parade, it was like before COVID 2019.
[18:27] It was the last of the kind of the OG run of Victoria's Secret parades.
[18:32] It was inside that.
[18:33] All the big ones were there.
[18:34] Kris Jenner sitting front row.
[18:35] Like Gigi, Bella, everyone.
[18:37] Like, whoa, whoa, whoa.
[18:38] Just dying.
[18:39] And Elsa was walking.
[18:41] She was staying at our hotel and I was in the lift with her and she is just as hot in real life, but she's like six foot or something.
[18:48] These women are Amazonian.
[18:50] Like it took my breath away.
[18:51] And you look like her.
[18:52] Do you reckon?
[18:53] Sometimes when she pops up on my page, I'm like, oh, it's Jess.
[18:55] Actually, one friend I did put up one time, I remember your sister wrote, as in Kate, wrote to me.
[19:00] She goes, oh my God, I thought it was Elsa Hock.
[19:03] Yeah, Elsa Hock.
[19:04] Yeah.
[19:04] Hock, and I was like, I wish, I wish.
[19:05] Yeah, no, babe, she's like, honestly.
[19:07] I got mistaken for Margot Robbie with you.
[19:09] Yeah.
[19:09] Yeah, so...
[19:10] In New York.
[19:10] Yeah.
[19:11] By the Nets.
[19:12] No, no, Brooklyn Nets.
[19:13] No.
[19:14] Oh, we were at the NBA and they thought you were Margot Robbie.
[19:16] Yeah, it was the Brooklyn Nets.
[19:18] It was the Brooklyn team.
[19:19] And they literally, after the game, all stopped me.
[19:21] And you guys were doing like promo work and stuff.
[19:23] These basketballers come in like, can we get a photo with you?
[19:26] And I'm sitting there like...
[19:27] Oh my God, they must think I'm the real housewives of Melbourne or something.
[19:31] And then they're like, thanks, Margot.
[19:32] They gave me like a thumbs up and I walked over.
[19:36] It was so funny.
[19:37] Like these NBA players literally think you're Margot probably.
[19:41] And they would have been in their change room after going, oh my God, did you see Margot?
[19:44] We got photos of her.
[19:45] And then they would have like looked and gone, no, mate, that is not Margot.
[19:48] They walked up, see you later, Margot.
[19:50] And I was like.
[19:50] So funny.
[19:52] And that was the next thing I was going to say is I went and watched the Barbie movie with my kids.
[19:58] And all three boys, Oscar, Tom and Darcy, all said to me in the movie, is that Jess?
[20:05] And I said, that is not Jess.
[20:07] And around the same time, you had the Barbie party.
[20:10] So it was just like, they were so thrown by it.
[20:12] They literally thought...
[20:15] you were Margot Robbie, and especially because you can dance and you can act and you like love stage and theatre and everything.
[20:21] Yeah.
[20:21] And my boys have literally grown up watching you putting on a show every time you have a margarita.
[20:26] Yeah.
[20:27] They literally thought, like it wasn't like, oh, she looks like Margot Robbie.
[20:30] I think it was one of the mannerisms.
[20:31] It was like,
[20:32] This is what Oscar said, the way she talks, the way she moves, her face.
[20:36] They genuinely thought you were playing Margot Robbie.
[20:40] You were playing Barbie in the Barbie movie.
[20:43] Is that not their greatest compliment ever?
[20:45] That is actually.
[20:46] I don't look like that anymore.
[20:47] I feel like I've just aged.
[20:48] No, you do.
[20:49] No, I've aged a thousand years in the last 12 months.
[20:52] No, you haven't.
[20:53] No, just teenagers.
[20:55] Oh, far out.
[20:56] Give me a newborn any day.
[20:57] Gosh.
[20:58] I miss my newborns.
[21:00] I'm still deep diving.
[21:01] I'm still, I'm right now, like, I'm like probably 2017 of Bec right now on her Instagram.
[21:06] I'm like a real creep diving in trying to find this photo of you looking like Rose Van.
[21:10] Why don't you just Google Rebecca Judd, her purple jeton.
[21:14] I just got it.
[21:15] It's this one.
[21:16] It was this dress.
[21:17] Oh, yeah.
[21:17] I love that dress.
[21:18] God, what a banger.
[21:20] All right, show me.
[21:20] It must be not, it's not that photo though.
[21:22] There was another photo.
[21:23] Another photo of that.
[21:24] That dress, I'm sorry.
[21:26] That dress is a work of bloody art.
[21:29] That dress needs to go in a statue.
[21:31] It does.
[21:31] I feel like we need a statue.
[21:33] Go in a museum.
[21:34] I reckon all your stuff needs to be in a museum.
[21:36] Like, look at the corset.
[21:37] Zoom in on that.
[21:38] Oh, my God.
[21:39] Okay, I'll find the Rose Byrne photo.
[21:40] Can we after this go see the boys and we can play dress up?
[21:43] I just want to.
[21:44] They just actually text me.
[21:45] They want to move to, they sent me a castle that they want to buy in Italy for us to move into.
[21:49] Oh my God, great.
[21:50] I'll move in with them.
[21:51] I'm really good at washing and cleaning.
[21:53] Have a look at this.
[21:54] Okay.
[21:55] Juton Couture.
[21:56] Slid into my DMs.
[21:57] Okay.
[21:58] Why is this so cheap?
[22:00] The James Bond Lake Como Villa is on sale for 1.5 million euros.
[22:06] Look at this.
[22:07] Look at this.
[22:08] Oh my God.
[22:08] We could all buy it.
[22:09] We'll chuck it up on our page, guys.
[22:11] No, no, no, no, no, because we're going to buy it.
[22:14] 1.45 million euros.
[22:16] It is literally James Bond's iconic Lake Como Villa.
[22:19] It's back in the spotlight.
[22:21] It, like, what is going on?
[22:24] No, that actually is fake.
[22:26] It's not fake.
[22:27] Can we all put...
[22:28] It's not fake.
[22:29] Do they have afterpay?
[22:30] The Tomboys, do you think this is just for, like, one bedroom in the house?
[22:33] Like, I don't get it.
[22:34] But do you know what else?
[22:35] Do you know what else has been blowing my mind?
[22:37] Hmm.
[22:38] and I think it's because of all the inheritance taxes and death taxes that are happening in the UK right now, the most insane saltburn-esque mansions, estates, castles are coming up in the UK, not just like out in Woop Woop.
[22:55] I'm talking like in the Cotswolds.
[22:56] Right.
[22:57] A French's got one.
[22:58] Yeah.
[22:59] For like cheaper than...
[23:01] a shit one bedroom falling down house in Sydney, you can get a castle in the Cotswolds where Kimmy K and Lewis Hamilton go and have their holidays for like cheaper than a house in Sydney.
[23:14] Should we move?
[23:15] So it's like, what is going on?
[23:17] Yeah.
[23:18] It's flooded the market.
[23:19] So go and have a look, guys.
[23:21] If you want to like dream about living in a castle, now is the time.
[23:25] And if you do buy it and you found it through our page, can you... Spotters fee.
[23:28] Thank you.
[23:29] Yes, please.
[23:29] Or just let us stay in it for like a week.
[23:31] Yeah.
[23:31] But have a look.
[23:32] The castle's up for sale right now.
[23:34] I'm talking medieval, amazing castles that in the past would have been like $50 million.
[23:39] Am I moving?
[23:39] They're like a million dollars.
[23:41] Can listener come with us?
[23:42] Can we sponsor one and just have a new studio in the James Bond Bella?
[23:46] Yeah, I feel like listener needs to have a studio over there in the James Bond Bella.
[23:48] James Bond.
[23:49] That was a side quest from lookalikes to jeton.
[23:53] Jeton just slid into my DMs for us to buy the...
[23:55] The castle.
[23:57] Yeah.
[23:57] Welcome to your Neuro Spicy duo.
[23:59] This is your favourite Neuro Spicy duo where we can cover off all the big topics in the space of... One break.
[24:08] Sorry, Liza, our producer.
[24:09] We'll chuck it on our Instagram so you can have a perv at this villa.
[24:12] It's insane.
[24:13] Yes.
[24:14] And then slide into our DMs if you buy it.
[24:19] So before we go, guys, I thought we would do our affordable beauty buys that we are loving this month.
[24:26] Bec, what's yours?
[24:27] We've spoken about it on here before, but I'm going to give you the exact name.
[24:32] I'm actually going to pull it up from my Amazon account.
[24:37] You guys always keep asking for this.
[24:40] They are the pre-glued lashes that I wear all the time.
[24:43] And I've tried so many different brands.
[24:45] I bought the Korean ones.
[24:46] I bought the Australian ones that are really expensive.
[24:49] But I have found like the best ones from Amazon that are the right amount of length, volume, and stiffness.
[24:56] Because sometimes if they're not stiff enough...
[24:59] they kind of got one in a weird shape.
[25:02] But then if they're too stiff, there's no flexibility to them and they look weird.
[25:06] So this, guys, and I've tried them all, this is the perfect eyelash.
[25:11] Now, they are pre-glued and they're in a cluster.
[25:14] So they're about...
[25:16] maybe five millimeters to seven millimeters long.
[25:19] And I just use them and I stick them on the ends for a little wing, right?
[25:24] They're pre-glued.
[25:25] You pop them on under your lashes, not on top like normal individual lashes.
[25:30] So you put them under and then you kind of press them together with tweezers.
[25:34] You actually get a set in the box of lashes and they are an absolute game changer because anyone can apply them.
[25:41] A lot of people get intimidated with lashes and they're like, oh, I've tried and they're wonky and they're hard.
[25:45] These ones are perfect.
[25:47] So just one on each end.
[25:48] They are called LZM, Pre-Glued Cluster Lashes.
[25:54] So the brand is L, like the letters LZM.
[25:57] L-Z-M.
[25:58] They're on Amazon.
[26:00] We're going to pop the link in highlights on our Bainish podcast of buys and they will change your life.
[26:08] I feel like we need to open up an Amazon account where we can get paid from it.
[26:11] Yeah, we need to do an affiliate link for this.
[26:15] Yeah, so they're the best ones.
[26:16] When you go on there, there's hundreds of options.
[26:19] But for me, like don't bother with the others.
[26:21] I've done the hard work for you.
[26:22] I've trialed them over the last 18 months.
[26:25] These are the winners.
[26:26] What about you, Jess?
[26:27] Mine is actually I always get, it's actually on eyes as well and lashes.
[26:31] I constantly get comments in my DMs.
[26:34] of my lashes, if they're fake or what I'm using and whatnot.
[26:38] So I have reverted back to, when I was a teenager, I wasn't allowed to wear makeup to school.
[26:43] So I would wear brown mascara.
[26:45] So it was kind of like not as sharp on my face because I've got such light features.
[26:51] I have gone back to brown mascara.
[26:53] You have.
[26:54] And I'm loving it because it makes my eyes bluer.
[26:57] I've noticed.
[26:59] Yeah, it's just more subtle on my face.
[27:01] I feel like less is more these days as you get older.
[27:04] And I use the L'Oreal Paris and it's the brown mascara and it's called the Panorama.
[27:09] So that's the one I use and I love it.
[27:10] I feel like it just extensions.
[27:12] It does like...
[27:13] It's like soft and sexy without being over the top.
[27:15] Yeah.
[27:16] Yeah.
[27:16] Love it.
[27:17] What else do you guys want to know?
[27:19] Slide into our DMs.
[27:20] We'll answer all your questions.
[27:22] Hit us up at Fainish Podcast.
[27:24] We love a voice note too.
[27:26] Then we can play it on air.
[27:27] All right.
[27:27] Bye for now.
[27:28] Bye.
[27:30] Bye.
