Have you ever walked into an Adoration chapel and wondered what everyone was actually doing? Why do Catholics spend an hour kneeling before the Blessed Sacrament? Is Jesus really present in the Eucharist? What happens during Adoration and what are you supposed to do when you get there? In this video, we'll explore the history of Eucharistic Adoration, the Church's teaching on the Real Presence, what the saints said about spending time before the Blessed Sacrament and practical ways to make a Holy Hour, even if you've never been to Adoration before. We'll also discuss Saint Peter Julian Eymard, Saint John Vianney, Mother Teresa, Saint Thérèse of Lisieux and the connection between Eucharistic Adoration, the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Christ's request for a Holy Hour in Gethsemane. Whether you're brand new to Adoration or have been going for years, this video will help you understand what is actually happening when you kneel before Jesus in the Eucharist. #Catholic #EucharisticAdoration #CatholicTeaching #Eucharist #RealPresence #BlessedSacrament #HolyHour #SacredHeart #Jesus #CatholicFaith
