The name really says it all on this one, I'm 4 weeks post partum now but you'll hear me detail my emergency c-section and the moments that led up to it. A gentle trigger warning: today’s episode includes details of a birth experience that wasn’t straightforward or entirely positive. If you’re currently pregnant or sensitive to birth-related stories, please listen with care or come back to this when you feel ready. _____________________________________________________________________ My socials INSTAGRAM instagram.com/ellamayding instagram.com/ellaerapodcast TIKTOK tiktok.com/@emayding WEBSITE ellamayding.com.au See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
