[0:00] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord. Hallelujah. We
[0:12] Speaker 1: are in the days of His power. And that means
[0:17] Speaker 1: everything that attempts to mock God in your life, He
[0:20] Speaker 1: must give up this night. In the name of Jesus Christ.
[0:27] Speaker 1: Let me pray for someone already. Again I say everything
[0:32] Speaker 1: that represents shame and reproach. In the name of Jesus
[0:36] Speaker 1: the son of the living God. It lets you go now.
[0:46] Speaker 1: And anyone who has told you where is your God.
[0:49] Speaker 1: May your testimony be the answer.
[0:51] Speaker 2: May your testimony be the answer. May your testimony be
[0:57] Speaker 2: the answer. In the name of Jesus Christ.
[1:03] Speaker 1: The Bible says in Ephesians chapter 2 and verse 10.
[1:07] Speaker 1: It says we are his workmanship. You want to understand
[1:10] Speaker 1: that scripture? You have to look at someone who is
[1:14] Speaker 1: a professional, a craftsman. When the Bible says we are
[1:18] Speaker 1: his workmanship, that means the tool that he uses, whether
[1:23] Speaker 1: it's a carpenter's workmanship, it's his saw, and all the
[1:27] Speaker 1: things that he uses. So when the Bible says we
[1:29] Speaker 1: are his workmanship, it means every time God wants to
[1:33] Speaker 1: make a statement, he looks around until he finds you.
[1:37] Speaker 1: Then he does something to your life that lifts you
[1:39] Speaker 1: like a trophy. I declare that God is announcing someone.
[1:48] Speaker 1: It may look to you like I'm just making an
[1:49] Speaker 1: empty statement. But in the name of Jesus I declare.
[1:53] Speaker 1: My God. I don't know about your God. But my
[1:56] Speaker 1: God will announce you. In the name of Jesus Christ. And.
[2:07] Speaker 1: For those who are about giving up wondering, is God
[2:10] Speaker 1: really alive? Because it looks like I've prayed. It looks
[2:14] Speaker 1: like I've fasted. It looks like I've opened up my heart,
[2:18] Speaker 1: but I'm yet to see the manifestation of God. Let
[2:21] Speaker 1: me tell you the truth. When God begins with you,
[2:25] Speaker 1: when God begins to honor you, it will be non-stop
[2:29] Speaker 1: honor and victory. Non-stop honor and victory. Amen. In the
[2:36] Speaker 1: name of Jesus. For many years, Anna cried for a child.
[2:41] Speaker 1: But when Samuel came, Samuel was the one who anointed
[2:46] Speaker 1: the kings in Israel. I'm praying for you. While you
[2:49] Speaker 1: are crying for a child, may God give you a nation.
[2:57] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus. We are here, Lord, because
[3:01] Speaker 1: we believe you. You never call the seed of Jacob
[3:05] Speaker 1: to seek you in vain. We have come with our
[3:08] Speaker 1: hearts opened. We pray in the name of Jesus. Let
[3:12] Speaker 1: the devil be put to shame over our lives tonight.
[3:18] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus. Let us see once again
[3:22] Speaker 1: the manifestation of your victory in our lives. We open
[3:26] Speaker 1: up our hearts to receive tonight. In Jesus mighty name
[3:31] Speaker 1: we pray. God bless you. Please be seated. Week after week,
[3:40] Speaker 1: let me announce to you that something is happening in
[3:42] Speaker 1: your life. The Bible says, now are we the sons
[3:46] Speaker 1: of God and it does not yet appear. Hallelujah. You
[3:51] Speaker 1: must carry this consciousness that every time I come before
[3:55] Speaker 1: the Lord, something is happening to my spirit man, something
[3:59] Speaker 1: is happening to my mind, and that means something is
[4:03] Speaker 1: happening to everything around me. In the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.
[4:11] Speaker 1: As always, I will encourage you to be very attentive
[4:15] Speaker 1: to the word. This is the part of the service
[4:18] Speaker 1: that the devil does not like because the entrance of
[4:22] Speaker 1: his word gives light and the Bible declares that it
[4:24] Speaker 1: gives understanding to the simple. And so when the word
[4:29] Speaker 1: of God is about to come, all kinds of demonic
[4:32] Speaker 1: distractions begin. It is your responsibility to insist that I
[4:37] Speaker 1: will concentrate, I will open up my heart and my
[4:41] Speaker 1: spirit to hear. Hallelujah. It is always the hearing of
[4:45] Speaker 1: faith and the walking of miracles. The hearing that produces
[4:50] Speaker 1: faith is And the walking of miracles. The only channel.
[4:55] Speaker 1: The only platform for communicating Bible faith. Is the word
[4:59] Speaker 1: of God. It means outside of an encounter with the
[5:02] Speaker 1: word of God. The believer cannot have the faith that produces. Hallelujah.
[5:12] Speaker 1: More than the information you will be hearing. It's important
[5:16] Speaker 1: to realize that the word of God carries with it.
[5:20] Speaker 1: An impartation. The Holy Spirit is not moving. Around this
[5:25] Speaker 1: wonderful auditorium. And across everyone listening for nothing. When his
[5:31] Speaker 1: word comes. With his word is his spirit. Bringing performance.
[5:36] Speaker 1: And bringing confirmation to his word. The Bible says. And
[5:40] Speaker 1: the Lord walking with them. Confirming the word. With signs following.
[5:46] Speaker 1: May that be your testimony. In the name of Jesus.
[5:51] Speaker 1: I came tonight. With a very strong burden. A very
[5:55] Speaker 1: strong burden. That has become an assignment. From the Lord.
[6:00] Speaker 1: And often times. When God wants to. Plant compassion in me.
[6:07] Speaker 1: Or holy anger. If I would use that expression. Usually
[6:10] Speaker 1: he will make reference. To one of the many visions.
[6:13] Speaker 1: That he has given me. Something I don't know if it's.
[6:17] Speaker 1: If it's just a unique experience. But something happens to
[6:21] Speaker 1: me every time the Lord brings to memory any of
[6:25] Speaker 1: my visionary encounters. It seems to plant and refire faith
[6:30] Speaker 1: in me again. And it looks like it's a strategy
[6:33] Speaker 1: that he uses so that you can have a taste
[6:36] Speaker 1: of the burden that is on his heart. As far
[6:39] Speaker 1: as releasing God's people in whatever area of concern. You know.
[6:44] Speaker 1: And so... It started even before we went to Zaria.
[6:48] Speaker 1: And it was such a strong burden. And that burden
[6:51] Speaker 1: has translated to the teaching that you'll be hearing tonight.
[6:55] Speaker 1: And so let me request that you please lend me
[6:57] Speaker 1: your attention. Tonight is a very prophetic service. Hallelujah. Very
[7:03] Speaker 1: prophetic service. That means many things will be created in
[7:06] Speaker 1: your life. That means many things that were not there
[7:11] Speaker 1: are on their way coming. Amen. It means many unwanted
[7:15] Speaker 1: things in your life must be rooted out. In the
[7:19] Speaker 1: name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Freedom from financial captivity. Luke
[7:30] Speaker 1: chapter 4. Don't think this is a financial service at all.
[7:36] Speaker 1: This is a prophetic. I told you already beforehand. We
[7:40] Speaker 1: have a series coming as we always do. And I'll
[7:45] Speaker 1: be doing a lot of extensive teaching. But tonight, the
[7:48] Speaker 1: Lord is coming with a rod. And coming with fire.
[7:52] Speaker 1: You will learn a lot of things. But there are
[7:55] Speaker 1: definite things. That the Lord wants to do. In our
[7:58] Speaker 1: lives tonight. And for someone. Your prayer and fasting is
[8:01] Speaker 1: about to be answered. Because you have said. God when
[8:05] Speaker 1: will you visit me. Not knowing that while you were
[8:07] Speaker 1: on your way to church. As you left home. You
[8:10] Speaker 1: also left shame. As you left home. You also left reproach.
[8:15] Speaker 1: As you left home. You left your yesterday. And may
[8:18] Speaker 1: it never come to your life again. In the name
[8:22] Speaker 1: of Jesus Christ. For some of you as you left home.
[8:26] Speaker 1: You left the generational curse. That has held everybody. Loving
[8:31] Speaker 1: the Lord but living in poverty. Loving the Lord but
[8:35] Speaker 1: living in all kinds of reproach.
[8:37] Speaker 3: No beauty and color in your life.
[8:40] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus I stand representing the King
[8:43] Speaker 1: of Kings. I declare that circle is broken once and
[8:46] Speaker 1: for all. That circle is broken once and for all.
[8:50] Speaker 1: That circle is broken once and for all. And for
[8:55] Speaker 1: someone here that you have carried upon your forehead, like Cain,
[9:00] Speaker 1: the statement written, that everywhere you go, it becomes clear
[9:05] Speaker 1: that it's like your lot is reproached. In the name
[9:08] Speaker 1: of Jesus, the son of the living God, we wipe
[9:11] Speaker 1: away that mark from of you. For a man of
[9:21] Speaker 1: God here, for a church, for a business, for a family,
[9:25] Speaker 1: it looks like everything has worked except these finances.
[9:29] Speaker 3: And you are wondering, what is the key? What have
[9:31] Speaker 3: we done wrong?
[9:32] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ, may my God surprise you.
[9:36] Speaker 4: Please be seated.
[9:42] Speaker 1: And now... Lend me your attention. Luke chapter 4 and
[9:47] Speaker 1: verse 16. By the way, let me take a minute
[9:49] Speaker 1: to celebrate a dear man of God, Venerable Ike, all
[9:54] Speaker 1: the way from Onitsha. Let's bless him with the Anglican communion.
[9:58] Speaker 1: Bless you, sir. It's an honor to have you around.
[10:00] Speaker 1: May God bless you. May God bless you. Please be seated.
[10:04] Speaker 1: Luke chapter 4 and verse 16. Luke 4 from verse 16.
[10:12] Speaker 1: The Bible says, And as he came to Nazareth, Jesus now,
[10:16] Speaker 1: where he had been brought up, And as his custom was,
[10:21] Speaker 1: he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day. And
[10:25] Speaker 1: the Bible says he stood up for to read, verse 17.
[10:29] Speaker 1: And there was delivered unto him, I'm.
[10:33] Speaker 3: Seeing the hands of people just catching fire.
[10:37] Speaker 1: This is what I'm seeing. The hands of people catching fire.
[10:41] Speaker 1: This is a manifestation of the spirit of poverty over
[10:45] Speaker 1: many families. It may not be for everybody, but everyone
[10:49] Speaker 1: who is represented in this vision, in the name of
[10:52] Speaker 1: Jesus Christ, whatever has tied your hand or that of
[10:56] Speaker 1: your loved ones. I hope you are not here just
[10:58] Speaker 1: for yourself. You are also here as for me and
[11:01] Speaker 1: my family. I declare, let that fire burn to ashes.
[11:05] Speaker 1: Let that fire burn to ashes. Let that fire burn
[11:09] Speaker 1: to ashes. Everything that is not the planting of God.
[11:14] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ. Please be seated. Let's continue.
[11:18] Speaker 1: The Bible says there was delivered unto him the book
[11:23] Speaker 1: of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the
[11:26] Speaker 1: book he found the place where it was written. 18.
[11:31] Speaker 1: The spirit of the Lord is upon me. Because he
[11:36] Speaker 1: hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor.
[11:40] Speaker 1: What did he send me to do to the poor?
[11:42] Speaker 1: To preach the gospel. The word poor there is also
[11:45] Speaker 1: translated meek when you read Isaiah's rendition of it. He
[11:50] Speaker 1: hath sent me to heal the broken hearted. I like
[11:53] Speaker 1: the next verse, the next sentence. To preach deliverance to
[11:59] Speaker 1: the captives. Deliverance is not only conducted, it is preached.
[12:04] Speaker 1: To preach deliverance, that means there is something the captive
[12:09] Speaker 1: needs to hear that releases the power of God and
[12:14] Speaker 1: translates to victory. And recovering of sight to the blind,
[12:19] Speaker 1: to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19. It
[12:24] Speaker 1: says to preach the acceptable year of the Lord. 20 now,
[12:29] Speaker 1: the Bible says he closed the book and he gave
[12:32] Speaker 1: it to the minister and he sat down and the
[12:35] Speaker 1: eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were
[12:39] Speaker 1: fastened upon him. In other words, if you claim... That
[12:42] Speaker 1: this is why you are here, then we are watching.
[12:45] Speaker 1: We are lending you our attention. The last verse, now
[12:48] Speaker 1: 21 says, and he began to say unto them, this day.
[12:53] Speaker 1: Someone prophesied, say this day. It will not be next week,
[12:56] Speaker 1: it will not be tomorrow. He said, this day is
[12:59] Speaker 1: this scripture. Now, you see, he said many things there.
[13:04] Speaker 1: It is the assignment of your faith to choose the
[13:06] Speaker 1: one that must manifest. It says this day is this scripture.
[13:11] Speaker 1: Whatever this scripture means for you. This scripture fulfilled in
[13:16] Speaker 1: your ears. Hallelujah. Two visions very quickly and then I'll
[13:21] Speaker 1: begin to teach. The first vision that the Lord brought
[13:25] Speaker 1: back to my mind. That inspired this teaching, this prophetic
[13:31] Speaker 1: service tonight. Was the vision that... would open me up
[13:36] Speaker 1: to his call upon my life. I have shared it
[13:40] Speaker 1: a thousand times, but I wanted to pay attention. I
[13:43] Speaker 1: would just cut straight to the point because we have
[13:46] Speaker 1: a lot to do. So I was standing up a building,
[13:50] Speaker 1: an elevated, like a story building, and I saw an
[13:54] Speaker 1: endless sea of people in that vision. It was a
[13:57] Speaker 1: whole generation in that vision. And the ones in front
[14:02] Speaker 1: of me, as the picture kept zooming, they began to cry.
[14:09] Speaker 1: And I remember very clearly they said, there's no food
[14:12] Speaker 1: and there's no water. And then I said, who is
[14:15] Speaker 1: the cause? And they all pointed in unison, unanimously. I said,
[14:18] Speaker 1: why would I do that? No food and no water.
[14:22] Speaker 1: And he says, who is the cause? And they pointed
[14:24] Speaker 1: to me. And I said, no, I would not do that.
[14:26] Speaker 1: Then I had an assignment today. To deliver those people.
[14:31] Speaker 1: But I was afraid because in that vision it looked
[14:33] Speaker 1: like some people had chased me into that closet. But
[14:38] Speaker 1: I made up my mind that I was going to
[14:39] Speaker 1: go out all the same. I said if I perish
[14:42] Speaker 1: like Esther, I perish. As soon as I opened the door,
[14:46] Speaker 1: I met this giant gray bearded man that I know
[14:51] Speaker 1: now is a representation of the Holy Spirit. And he
[14:56] Speaker 1: stretched his hands. And I stretched back my tiny hands.
[14:59] Speaker 1: And placed it on him. And he said, I will
[15:02] Speaker 1: walk with you. And then we began to move. Moving
[15:05] Speaker 1: from one building to the other on our way down.
[15:08] Speaker 1: That's the vision number one. And you know for a
[15:11] Speaker 1: long time when you see that you would think it's
[15:13] Speaker 1: just spiritual food and spiritual water alone. But I believe
[15:18] Speaker 1: that it is all encompassing. Whatever food represents, food represents
[15:22] Speaker 1: the basis for nourishment and sufficiency. Hallelujah. So when I
[15:27] Speaker 1: teach topics like this, I'm not teaching as an advisor.
[15:31] Speaker 1: There is an anointing and a mantle that came. Are
[15:34] Speaker 1: we together to teach what I am teaching? Number two,
[15:42] Speaker 1: in that vision, I was standing ready to serve God's
[15:47] Speaker 1: people and there was a machine. You know, very strangely,
[15:52] Speaker 1: the machine was mixing bread with honey. And my assignment
[15:56] Speaker 1: was to just cut a piece and serve the people. Automatically,
[16:01] Speaker 1: it was not me mixing it. The machine, you know
[16:04] Speaker 1: how you put jam or blue band in between the bread?
[16:07] Speaker 1: It was doing it on its own. And that machine,
[16:10] Speaker 1: you could not even see the end of it. My
[16:12] Speaker 1: assignment was just to stand, it would churn out bread
[16:15] Speaker 1: mixed with honey, dripping honey from the bread. It was
[16:19] Speaker 1: dripping to the ground. And people would taste of it
[16:22] Speaker 1: and run and join the queue again. I know I
[16:25] Speaker 1: saw that happen many times. And there was no.
[16:27] Speaker 3: Such thing like, you've been here before, don't come again.
[16:30] Speaker 1: People would eat and run, and they were calling their
[16:32] Speaker 1: loved ones and saying, come. And the queue started elongating, elongating,
[16:37] Speaker 1: and people were taking the bread and honey. Some would
[16:40] Speaker 1: run back and stand on the queue.
[16:42] Speaker 3: Others would have their loved ones come to join.
[16:45] Speaker 1: Bread and honey. Listen, ladies and gentlemen, there are people
[16:51] Speaker 1: who teach finances because of their passion for To release
[16:55] Speaker 1: people from lack and want and poverty. And that is wonderful.
[16:59] Speaker 1: There are people who teach finances because they had an
[17:02] Speaker 1: opportunity to study along the lines of finances. And they
[17:06] Speaker 1: are bringing their value and serving the body of Christ.
[17:09] Speaker 1: Or serving society generally. And that is profitable. There are
[17:14] Speaker 1: others who have become professionals by reason of their exposure
[17:19] Speaker 1: to financial institutions. And they feel that they have something
[17:24] Speaker 1: to say. But there are people who have been mandated
[17:27] Speaker 1: with a mantle upon their head. Are we together now?
[17:30] Speaker 1: And God has given them an assignment among the many
[17:34] Speaker 1: other things. Is to open the eyes of people so
[17:38] Speaker 1: that they will see. When you sit under this anointing
[17:42] Speaker 1: and under those kinds of people, I guarantee you, regardless
[17:46] Speaker 1: your experience, if your heart is opened, you will watch
[17:49] Speaker 1: the wonder-walking God lift you out of financial shame and reproach.
[17:55] Speaker 1: And may this be that night for you. In the
[17:59] Speaker 1: name of Jesus, I have watched with sadness the limiting effect...
[18:05] Speaker 1: Of being poor. Or financially incapacitated. I know it like
[18:11] Speaker 1: you know. That it has affected preachers. It has affected families.
[18:17] Speaker 1: Listen carefully. It has affected ministries. It has affected nations.
[18:22] Speaker 1: It has affected government. Finance is one of the number
[18:26] Speaker 1: one sponsors for compromise of character. Many people today who
[18:31] Speaker 1: otherwise would have been worthy representations, models for generations, they
[18:37] Speaker 1: survived every other temptation, but they could not stand finances.
[18:42] Speaker 1: Are we together now? Judas Iscariot survived every other thing,
[18:47] Speaker 1: but when it came to the money issue, he fell
[18:49] Speaker 1: like a pack of cards. In fact, one of the
[18:52] Speaker 1: principal areas that would have brought embarrassment to the ministry
[18:56] Speaker 1: of Jesus was the issue of finances. He was teaching,
[18:59] Speaker 1: doing the things that he was doing, and the tribute
[19:03] Speaker 1: collectors came and they began to embarrass him. You claim
[19:06] Speaker 1: to be a teacher of righteousness, but you are owing
[19:08] Speaker 1: the government.
[19:09] Speaker 3: You have not been able to pay your tax. And
[19:12] Speaker 3: that was a statement.
[19:13] Speaker 1: That would indict and embarrass him and put a stain
[19:16] Speaker 1: upon his ministry. And Jesus did something immediately to remedy
[19:21] Speaker 1: that situation. Hallelujah. Among the many things that we were
[19:27] Speaker 1: given as far as redemption is concerned, is access to
[19:32] Speaker 1: the blessing. And the blessing of the Lord translates to
[19:36] Speaker 1: all kinds of good things, including peace. freedom and deliverance
[19:42] Speaker 1: from poverty. This poverty thing is a very serious thing
[19:46] Speaker 1: because while we have those who talk about it like
[19:49] Speaker 1: an obsession. Very few have been able to profess solution
[19:54] Speaker 1: and we have those who have avoided it and done
[19:58] Speaker 1: so to their detriment. So we always have two groups
[20:02] Speaker 1: of people when it has to do with the subject
[20:04] Speaker 1: of poverty and finance. We have those who are overly obsessed.
[20:09] Speaker 1: It looks like everything in their lives, everything as far
[20:13] Speaker 1: as the communication of teachings and sermons is centered around money. Money, money,
[20:18] Speaker 1: money and that's the end of it. Then we have
[20:21] Speaker 1: those who shy away from it using all kinds of
[20:23] Speaker 1: religious guise and just say it does not matter.
[20:26] Speaker 3: God will find a way of sorting you. You just
[20:28] Speaker 3: love God.
[20:29] Speaker 1: And many have done that for many years and now
[20:33] Speaker 1: are only left with tears and shame. Let God be
[20:38] Speaker 1: true and all men liars. I'm saying it again. I
[20:42] Speaker 1: made a covenant with God that I will never raise
[20:45] Speaker 1: a people who are just spiritually vibrant. Your spiritual vibrancy
[20:49] Speaker 1: is my number one assignment but not my only assignment.
[20:53] Speaker 1: According to Genesis 17 and verse 6. This is the
[20:56] Speaker 1: word that I have received in my spirit for you.
[20:59] Speaker 1: It says, and I will make thee exceeding fruitful. And
[21:03] Speaker 1: I will make nations of thee. It says, and kings
[21:07] Speaker 1: shall come out of thee. There is no room for
[21:10] Speaker 1: weakness and mediocrity. By the way, let me tell you,
[21:12] Speaker 1: you can prosper and serve God with the dignity of
[21:16] Speaker 1: kingdom integrity. If you fall by the wayside in serving God,
[21:20] Speaker 1: it is not the presence or absence of money. It
[21:23] Speaker 1: is something about the condition of your heart. Are we
[21:26] Speaker 1: learning already? Now, let's start very quickly. It's a prophetic service.
[21:31] Speaker 1: We have a proper series that I'm going to be
[21:33] Speaker 1: taking and we'll have the time. It's a three-part series.
[21:37] Speaker 1: We'll deal with it extensively across boards. But tonight, I
[21:42] Speaker 1: just want to open us up to a few things
[21:44] Speaker 1: and respond to that burden that God has put in
[21:48] Speaker 1: my heart. Let's define a few things because you will
[21:51] Speaker 1: be surprised. How many believers are failing financially simply because
[21:56] Speaker 1: they do not even understand what they are dealing with?
[22:00] Speaker 1: The average believer has not paid attention to this subject.
[22:04] Speaker 1: Are we together now? I want to define five terminologies
[22:09] Speaker 1: very quickly. And please, I want you to write both
[22:12] Speaker 1: in your heart and then on your notes. Number one,
[22:15] Speaker 1: let's define prosperity. What exactly is prosperity? It's a word that...
[22:22] Speaker 1: seems to carry pungency for many in the body of Christ.
[22:25] Speaker 1: Once they hear the word prosperity, they say, don't bring
[22:29] Speaker 1: me as part of that word. And for others, that
[22:32] Speaker 1: looks like the only thing they see in the Bible. Prosperity.
[22:37] Speaker 1: What exactly is prosperity? The word prosper means to do well. Simple.
[22:42] Speaker 1: In the simplest expression, the word prosper, please write it down,
[22:48] Speaker 1: it means to do well. The word prosper means to excel.
[22:53] Speaker 1: So prosperity in its purest definition has nothing to do
[22:59] Speaker 1: with money. Hallelujah. When I was teaching on the power
[23:04] Speaker 1: to get wealth, you can get the teaching and listen
[23:06] Speaker 1: to it. I taught you, if you recall, that in
[23:09] Speaker 1: the kingdom there are five levels of prosperity. Are we
[23:12] Speaker 1: still together? And that when the believer approaches the subject
[23:16] Speaker 1: of prosperity, you do not approach it like one who
[23:19] Speaker 1: is an unbeliever. There are five levels of prosperity. And
[23:24] Speaker 1: God expects and insists that you prosper in all five areas.
[23:29] Speaker 1: For you to truly be prosperous the kingdom's way. Number one,
[23:32] Speaker 1: very quickly, in order of priority, is your spiritual prosperity.
[23:36] Speaker 1: I'm just doing a recap to guide our understanding again.
[23:40] Speaker 1: Number two, mental prosperity. Number three, bodily prosperity, your health
[23:48] Speaker 1: and vitality. Number four, financial prosperity. Now, your financial resources.
[23:54] Speaker 1: And then number five, relational prosperity. These are the five
[23:59] Speaker 1: areas that the believer must prosper in. If you do
[24:03] Speaker 1: not prosper in all five areas, based on the kingdom's
[24:07] Speaker 1: definition of prosperity, you are not prosperous. Let me repeat again.
[24:13] Speaker 1: Spiritual prosperity, the health of your spirit man, your passion
[24:18] Speaker 1: and your drive towards God, the health of your prayer life,
[24:21] Speaker 1: your word study life, your passion for the things of God.
[24:25] Speaker 1: Number two, mental prosperity. Your mind properly developed and deployed.
[24:33] Speaker 1: Are we together now? Number three, your health and wellness.
[24:39] Speaker 1: I don't need to tell you again that no matter
[24:42] Speaker 1: how wealthy you are in terms of finance, if something
[24:46] Speaker 1: happens to your body, all of that will remain like ashes.
[24:50] Speaker 1: If you die, your money does not go with you.
[24:53] Speaker 1: You are buried naked. And if they cloth you, all
[24:57] Speaker 1: those cloths would turn to ashes and dust eventually. And
[25:01] Speaker 1: all that will be left are the bones of whoever.
[25:04] Speaker 1: No name. Doesn't matter. Are we together now? Then financial prosperity.
[25:12] Speaker 1: Then finally, relational prosperity. So in the kingdom, you are
[25:19] Speaker 1: only said to be prosperous if we can see captured
[25:22] Speaker 1: in your life these five dimensions of prosperity. Let's define
[25:27] Speaker 1: the next terminology very quickly. Riches. Please write that word down.
[25:34] Speaker 1: What does the Bible refer to as riches? Riches. Hallelujah.
[25:38] Speaker 1: Please write. Riches simply means abundant financial resources. Riches. Abundant
[25:47] Speaker 1: financial resources. Abundant financial resources. Now in ancient times, they
[25:57] Speaker 1: didn't use money like we use. So whatever it is
[26:01] Speaker 1: that represented money for them in those days, if you
[26:04] Speaker 1: had abundance of it, you were believed to be rich.
[26:09] Speaker 1: Whether it was cattle, whether it was gold, whether it
[26:13] Speaker 1: was whatever it is. Riches in our world now would
[26:16] Speaker 1: be defined as abundant financial resources. Number three, wealth. This
[26:22] Speaker 1: is a very key definition. There is a big difference
[26:25] Speaker 1: between wealth and riches. While riches is concerned with abundant resources,
[26:33] Speaker 1: wealth has to do with the systems that guarantee the
[26:36] Speaker 1: continuity of those resources. There is a big difference between
[26:41] Speaker 1: riches and wealth. Let me define wealth for you now.
[26:44] Speaker 1: Please write. Wealth is abundant financial resources plus... The systems
[26:52] Speaker 1: that guarantee replenishing. The difference between a rich person and
[26:58] Speaker 1: a wealthy person is one person has abundant financial resources
[27:03] Speaker 1: that can come through whatever means, including inheritance. But a
[27:07] Speaker 1: wealthy person has financial abundant resources and has in place
[27:13] Speaker 1: systems that guarantee replenishing. So for a wealthy person, there
[27:18] Speaker 1: is a way to perpetuate wealth. Are we learning now?
[27:22] Speaker 1: So when we say you are rich, it means whether
[27:25] Speaker 1: by inheritance or by whatever means, godly of course, we
[27:29] Speaker 1: are speaking as believers, you have access, even if it's
[27:33] Speaker 1: for a short time, to financial resources. But when we
[27:37] Speaker 1: talk about a wealthy person, don't forget, you have abundance
[27:42] Speaker 1: of financial resources alongside systems that are put in place.
[27:47] Speaker 1: So you can see by this definition that there might
[27:50] Speaker 1: be many people who are rich, but truly very few
[27:54] Speaker 1: people who are wealthy. This explains the whole balloon success
[27:57] Speaker 1: where people are up today, down tomorrow, because most times
[28:01] Speaker 1: in our world, we interpret wealth wrongly. Once you have
[28:05] Speaker 1: abundance of financial resources, whether it came by corruption, whether
[28:10] Speaker 1: it came by stealing, whether it came by fraud, we
[28:12] Speaker 1: just believe that you are wealthy. No, wealth has to
[28:16] Speaker 1: do with the presence of abundant financial resources plus the
[28:20] Speaker 1: systems that guarantee continuity. Are we together? The fourth definition
[28:25] Speaker 1: very quickly, poverty. I know you don't want to write it,
[28:31] Speaker 1: but just write, poverty. Someone is already saying, God forbid,
[28:37] Speaker 1: it's not with my hand out. We are defining poverty.
[28:42] Speaker 1: What exactly is poverty? Are you ready? Poverty refers to
[28:50] Speaker 1: the absence of The absence of financial resources. The absence
[28:59] Speaker 1: of financial resources. And then the absence of the knowledge
[29:07] Speaker 1: and intelligence that guarantees productivity. The absence of financial resources,
[29:15] Speaker 1: number one, then the absence of the knowledge and the
[29:19] Speaker 1: intelligence that guarantees productivity. This is the definition of poverty.
[29:24] Speaker 1: So if your definition of poverty is only limited to
[29:28] Speaker 1: the absence of money or financial resources, you did not
[29:32] Speaker 1: define it well. It is both the absence of the substance, finance,
[29:37] Speaker 1: and the absence of the knowledge and the intelligence that
[29:41] Speaker 1: is required to be productive is someone learning already one
[29:47] Speaker 1: last time that poverty refers to the absence of financial
[29:52] Speaker 1: resources and then the absence of the knowledge and the
[29:56] Speaker 1: intelligence that guarantees productivity Let's define lack. You will be
[30:04] Speaker 1: surprised now to know that there is a difference between
[30:07] Speaker 1: lack and poverty. The same way there is a difference
[30:09] Speaker 1: between riches and wealth. Now, lack talks of insufficiency. Lack
[30:17] Speaker 1: talks of insufficiency. Inadequate resources to meet your needs. Especially
[30:24] Speaker 1: when required. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Someone in lack may not necessarily
[30:30] Speaker 1: be poor. The problem of someone in lack is not
[30:33] Speaker 1: the absence of financial resources. It is that when you
[30:38] Speaker 1: suffer from lack, you almost always do not have the
[30:42] Speaker 1: financial resources when needed. It may eventually come, but at
[30:47] Speaker 1: the point where it is needed, it is almost not there.
[30:51] Speaker 1: You see that many people are not poor, but many
[30:54] Speaker 1: people are in lack. And I taught you when I
[30:57] Speaker 1: was teaching the power to get wealth that one of
[31:00] Speaker 1: the advantages, listen carefully, one of the advantages of financial
[31:07] Speaker 1: prosperity or abundant resources is that it is available when needed.
[31:13] Speaker 1: If it is not available to solve the problem, then
[31:17] Speaker 1: it is of no use. Are we together? Say for instance,
[31:21] Speaker 1: you need X amount of naira or dollars to solve
[31:25] Speaker 1: a medical situation that is life-threatening. Say for instance, you
[31:30] Speaker 1: need just for, let's say a million naira, to solve
[31:35] Speaker 1: a medical situation that that person may die without it.
[31:39] Speaker 1: And now, you are not a poor person. At one
[31:42] Speaker 1: point or the other, money comes, but at the point
[31:45] Speaker 1: where it is needed, it is not there. No matter
[31:47] Speaker 1: how you convince yourself, you are in luck. Hallelujah. If
[31:53] Speaker 1: the person dies and 100 million comes in next week,
[31:57] Speaker 1: you are still in luck. You see that? The goal
[32:01] Speaker 1: is not to be in luck. The goal is to
[32:04] Speaker 1: have supplies that provide for sufficiency when needed.
[32:09] Speaker 3: When needed.
[32:10] Speaker 1: The person who has... 500 naira that always appears at
[32:15] Speaker 1: the point of the need will be more effective than
[32:19] Speaker 1: someone who is anticipating 100 million and may wait 10,
[32:23] Speaker 1: 20 years. You can see people who can beg and
[32:26] Speaker 1: suffer and cry and say, please someone help me. But
[32:29] Speaker 1: when you trace their overall financial system, there may be
[32:33] Speaker 1: some money hanging somewhere that they are still trying to
[32:36] Speaker 1: work around. I'm telling you that If at the point
[32:39] Speaker 1: of need The resources to meet that need is not
[32:42] Speaker 1: there It is called lack.
[32:47] Speaker 5: Hallelujah So prosperity To do well Riches To have abundant
[32:59] Speaker 5: financial resources Wealth To have riches plus the systems That
[33:05] Speaker 5: perpetuate it And allow for continuity.
[33:08] Speaker 1: Poverty, the absence of financial resources, and the absence of
[33:13] Speaker 1: the knowledge and intelligence that guarantees productivity. And then for lack,
[33:18] Speaker 1: we say it's insufficiency in one word. That means when
[33:22] Speaker 1: you suffer lack, you almost are never able to meet
[33:26] Speaker 1: your needs when required.
[33:28] Speaker 3: This is very, very powerful.
[33:30] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. But since my focus is on poverty tonight, I'd
[33:35] Speaker 1: like us to go straight to the point. What are
[33:38] Speaker 1: the factors responsible for poverty? Please write. Because the Bible
[33:42] Speaker 1: says to preach deliverance to the poor. What are the factors?
[33:50] Speaker 1: What are the factors responsible for poverty? For many people,
[33:54] Speaker 1: especially in the body of Christ, the moment the subject
[33:57] Speaker 1: of poverty comes, it is just to pray against it
[34:00] Speaker 1: or pray against spirits and so on and so forth.
[34:03] Speaker 1: And while that is important, it is important for us
[34:07] Speaker 1: or more important to really examine. And there are seven
[34:12] Speaker 1: factors that I wrote here. You will be surprised. Seven factors.
[34:16] Speaker 1: Anybody who lives with these factors at work in their
[34:20] Speaker 1: lives must be poor. No matter who you are. Hallelujah.
[34:25] Speaker 1: Are we blessed?
[34:26] Speaker 3: And anybody who gets free from.
[34:28] Speaker 1: These seven factors must be wealthy. There's no sentiment. Please
[34:35] Speaker 1: try to believe what I'm telling you. Hallelujah. So once
[34:39] Speaker 1: you are listening to this, some of you in your mind,
[34:42] Speaker 1: you will be looking at your life introspectively, you will
[34:45] Speaker 1: be looking at your families and wonder, so my sincere father,
[34:50] Speaker 1: my sincere mother, my sincere lineage, as sincere as they are,
[34:55] Speaker 1: this is what was responsible for the poverty.
[34:58] Speaker 3: Most times people.
[34:59] Speaker 1: Just desire to, you know, manifest the blessings to prosper.
[35:03] Speaker 1: And superstitiously, they just hope that one day, by a
[35:08] Speaker 1: way I cannot explain, I will.
[35:12] Speaker 3: Suddenly stumble into wealth.
[35:15] Speaker 1: No, it is deception. And unfortunately, even though respectfully so,
[35:20] Speaker 1: men of God, sometimes we are promoters of these kinds
[35:23] Speaker 1: of wrong ideologies. So people continue to hope on nothing,
[35:26] Speaker 1: holding shadows. And after many years of frustration, they succumb
[35:31] Speaker 1: to the temptations of compromise. And so on and so forth.
[35:35] Speaker 1: To preach deliverance to the captives. Are you ready for
[35:38] Speaker 1: this sermon? Please do not forget this for as long
[35:42] Speaker 1: as you are alive. In the name of Jesus Christ.
[35:45] Speaker 1: The factors responsible for poverty. This is true for Abuja.
[35:49] Speaker 1: This is true for Lagos. True for Nigeria. True for
[35:52] Speaker 1: any part of Africa. True for America, Europe, wherever. These
[35:57] Speaker 1: are universal factors. Number one. What is the first reason,
[36:03] Speaker 1: the first factor that is responsible for poverty? My emphasis
[36:07] Speaker 1: is the poverty of the saints, believers in Christ. In
[36:11] Speaker 1: as much as this message is relevant and cuts across religion, culture,
[36:16] Speaker 1: my emphasis in this service tonight is to help make
[36:21] Speaker 1: a contribution that brings believers for God's sake out of
[36:25] Speaker 1: this demon, this captivity called poverty. Number one. Ignorance or
[36:32] Speaker 1: incomplete knowledge of God's financial system. This is the first
[36:38] Speaker 1: reason for poverty in the body of Christ. Please write
[36:42] Speaker 1: it and pay attention. Ignorance or incomplete knowledge. Please if
[36:48] Speaker 1: you are writing underline ignorance and underline incomplete knowledge. Ignorance
[36:55] Speaker 1: or incomplete knowledge of God's financial system. Ignorance or incomplete
[37:03] Speaker 1: knowledge of God's financial system. This is the first reason
[37:08] Speaker 1: why believers, even though they have come into Christ, are
[37:13] Speaker 1: not able to manifest the blessing of the kingdom that
[37:17] Speaker 1: we claim to have. I have preached again and again
[37:21] Speaker 1: against ignorance. That ignorance is dangerous. And then... To my mind,
[37:28] Speaker 1: equally dangerous is incomplete knowledge. When people have incomplete knowledge,
[37:34] Speaker 1: the equations will always not add up. Because incomplete knowledge
[37:38] Speaker 1: is the sponsor of imbalance. Hallelujah.
[37:42] Speaker 3: When your knowledge is.
[37:43] Speaker 1: Not holistic as touching a subject, you will find yourself
[37:47] Speaker 1: doing the best you know with what you know. But
[37:51] Speaker 1: what you know may not be enough to give you
[37:53] Speaker 1: what you desire. Ignorance and incomplete knowledge. I give you
[37:58] Speaker 1: an instance. When you sample an average believer in the
[38:02] Speaker 1: body of Christ. And ask the person. What does it
[38:05] Speaker 1: take to be blessed? For someone he will say anointing.
[38:09] Speaker 1: For another person he will say seed. For another person
[38:12] Speaker 1: he will say tithe. For another person he will say
[38:14] Speaker 1: forget about that tithe. He will say scam.
[38:16] Speaker 3: For someone else he is going to say work hard.
[38:19] Speaker 1: That's the key. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. For someone else, you say,
[38:25] Speaker 1: do business. For someone else, you say, meet a financial counselor.
[38:31] Speaker 1: All of these seem to be pieces of the truth.
[38:35] Speaker 1: But having a piece of the truth may not be
[38:38] Speaker 1: enough to produce that result.
[38:41] Speaker 3: So, ignorance or incomplete knowledge.
[38:44] Speaker 1: As a man of God, respectfully speaking, Sir, how do
[38:47] Speaker 1: you raise money for ministry? And you hear all kinds
[38:50] Speaker 1: of things. The good, the bad and the ugly. Sincerely
[38:55] Speaker 1: come and ask members to give you money. Somebody will say,
[38:58] Speaker 1: bring in someone who will help you raise the money.
[39:00] Speaker 1: Another person will say, identify all the rich people and
[39:03] Speaker 1: wear them until. Preach that scripture. Cry yet saying. You know,
[39:08] Speaker 1: tosser the Lord through prosperity and so on and so forth.
[39:12] Speaker 1: And then of course, to the more extremes like manipulation
[39:17] Speaker 1: and witchcraft and all kinds of things. Ask an average
[39:20] Speaker 1: unbeliever in Nigeria, what is the easiest way to make money?
[39:24] Speaker 1: Money ritual. It's as simple as that. They will answer you,
[39:27] Speaker 1: no matter how dull they are. They will answer you immediately.
[39:30] Speaker 1: and say, listen, if all else fail, just find a
[39:34] Speaker 1: goat or a child or a human being, be on
[39:36] Speaker 1: your way to any place you know. Where they can
[39:39] Speaker 1: conjure all kinds of things. And if you think this
[39:41] Speaker 1: message is not important, wait until the gates of poverty
[39:45] Speaker 1: press at you. You will be surprised at the level
[39:48] Speaker 1: and the shades of compromises that you'll be involved with.
[39:53] Speaker 1: This is true for preachers, this is true for parents,
[39:55] Speaker 1: this is true for families, this is true for leaders,
[39:59] Speaker 1: true for organizations, especially churches. Right from COVID, because of
[40:04] Speaker 1: what happened globally, you know, there seems to have been
[40:07] Speaker 1: a decline. And I submit to you that many churches,
[40:10] Speaker 1: many individuals, many organizations have gone through seasons of financial strain.
[40:18] Speaker 1: And for many, they have not recovered till now. Ignorance
[40:25] Speaker 1: or incomplete knowledge of God's financial system. There are two
[40:29] Speaker 1: reasons why Jesus wept in the Bible. The first is
[40:32] Speaker 1: found in John 11, 35. When he stood at the
[40:36] Speaker 1: grave of Lazarus, the Bible says Jesus wept. And the
[40:41] Speaker 1: next verse will say that when they saw him weep,
[40:43] Speaker 1: they said, oh, how he loved him. So he wept
[40:46] Speaker 1: because of his compassion for John. The second reason why
[40:51] Speaker 1: Jesus wept in the Bible is found in Luke chapter
[40:54] Speaker 1: 19 from verse 41 and 42. He wept because of
[40:58] Speaker 1: the ignorance of the people. The Bible says when he
[41:00] Speaker 1: was come near, he beheld the city and wept over it, saying, 42.
[41:07] Speaker 1: If thou hast known, even thou at least in this
[41:11] Speaker 1: thy day, the things which belong to your peace. It says,
[41:16] Speaker 1: but now they are hid from your eyes. So Jesus
[41:19] Speaker 1: wept when he saw people like sheep without a shepherd.
[41:22] Speaker 1: And he knew that these people would continue to wallow
[41:25] Speaker 1: in darkness. Ignorance and incomplete knowledge of God's financial system.
[41:33] Speaker 1: Are we ready for the second? Number two. The second
[41:38] Speaker 1: reason why men and especially the saints are in financial
[41:46] Speaker 1: captivity is, I wrote here, the absence of value that
[41:51] Speaker 1: is needed and useful. Please write that down. The absence
[41:56] Speaker 1: of value that is needed and useful. Not just the
[42:00] Speaker 1: absence of value. The absence of value that is needed
[42:05] Speaker 1: and useful. There is a clamor for value in the body.
[42:10] Speaker 3: Of Christ and that is wonderful.
[42:12] Speaker 1: Except that you need to understand that the value you
[42:16] Speaker 1: present must be needed and useful. If the value is
[42:20] Speaker 1: not needed and useful.
[42:23] Speaker 3: Most likely you will still remain poor, even though valuable.
[42:27] Speaker 1: So the narrative before now is that once you are valuable,
[42:31] Speaker 1: there seems to be a guarantee that you will prosper.
[42:34] Speaker 1: I submit to you by wisdom, honesty, and the word
[42:38] Speaker 1: that that is not accurate. There are many valuable people
[42:42] Speaker 1: who are poor and sadly may remain so. Do you
[42:45] Speaker 1: know why? Because the world around them does not need
[42:49] Speaker 1: the value that they are providing. Value must coincide with
[42:56] Speaker 1: the law of exchange for reward to happen. That means
[43:00] Speaker 1: no matter what you are carrying, if I do not
[43:03] Speaker 1: need what you are carrying, for instance, if you come
[43:09] Speaker 1: to me and you say, Apostle, I want to sell
[43:13] Speaker 1: for you baby Cerela for me.
[43:15] Speaker 3: Now it's valuable, but not valuable for me.
[43:18] Speaker 1: Are we together? And if I am your only client,
[43:21] Speaker 1: get ready to be poor. You get what I'm saying now. Now,
[43:26] Speaker 1: that does not mean that baby product is wrong. Simply
[43:30] Speaker 1: because you are now surrounded by an individual who does
[43:34] Speaker 1: not need what you're carrying. So there are many people
[43:37] Speaker 1: who just believe that.
[43:38] Speaker 3: I am valuable.
[43:40] Speaker 1: Unfortunately, their region, their clientele does not need the value
[43:46] Speaker 1: that they are providing. If you are a professional typist,
[43:50] Speaker 1: for instance, chances are excellent that by now, You may
[43:53] Speaker 1: be tending towards poverty If that is the only value
[43:56] Speaker 1: you have to offer Why? Because time has shifted people
[44:01] Speaker 1: And made your value not needed Hallelujah If your only
[44:07] Speaker 1: value is to teach people Basic computer appreciation Chances are
[44:11] Speaker 1: excellent you are going to be poor Because even people
[44:14] Speaker 1: in the village now With an android device They have
[44:16] Speaker 1: learned the things people used to queue In business centers
[44:19] Speaker 1: to learn Am I right on that? The second reason
[44:22] Speaker 1: why the saints are poor is that in bringing value
[44:27] Speaker 1: to the table and buttressing on point two, they do
[44:30] Speaker 1: not pay attention to those around them. That means there
[44:34] Speaker 1: is no intelligent problem analysis. They just come up with
[44:38] Speaker 1: any value and hope that people, whether they need it
[44:42] Speaker 1: or not, will patronize them. Are we together? That means
[44:51] Speaker 1: if your value is not solving any direct problem that
[44:55] Speaker 1: suits the context of your civilization, you are going to
[44:59] Speaker 1: be poor. It's as simple as that. Number three, is
[45:03] Speaker 1: someone learning? The third reason why God's people especially are
[45:10] Speaker 1: in financial captivity is lack of productivity and excellence. Please
[45:17] Speaker 1: write it down. I didn't give you a scripture reference
[45:21] Speaker 1: for number two. You may want to quickly write this down.
[45:24] Speaker 1: Matthew 25 from verse 24 to 27. There is the reference.
[45:30] Speaker 1: Remember the three people talents. He gave one five. He
[45:34] Speaker 1: gave one two. He gave one one. But the other
[45:40] Speaker 1: one was called wicked and unprofitable. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. So, number three,
[45:47] Speaker 1: lack of productivity and excellence. This is a very important one.
[45:52] Speaker 1: Because this even affects people who are valuable. Lack of productivity.
[45:58] Speaker 1: Do you know what productivity is? Please look up. Let
[46:00] Speaker 1: me define for you in simple terms what productivity is.
[46:03] Speaker 1: Productivity is the ability to translate your value into products
[46:10] Speaker 1: and services that Are we together? That are packaged and
[46:14] Speaker 1: served to a targeted consumer base with excellence. That is productivity.
[46:19] Speaker 1: You are not productive if you are valuable. You are
[46:22] Speaker 1: not productive if you have refined your value until your
[46:26] Speaker 1: value is packaged into products and services that are served
[46:32] Speaker 1: with excellence to a targeted consumer base. If that does
[46:36] Speaker 1: not happen, you are not productive.
[46:37] Speaker 3: You may be valuable, but not productive.
[46:41] Speaker 1: The third reason why believers are poor is lack of
[46:45] Speaker 1: productivity and excellence. In Daniel chapter 5, let's read 12
[46:50] Speaker 1: to 14. Daniel chapter 5, the Bible speaking about this
[46:55] Speaker 1: gentleman called Daniel, it says, as much as an excellent spirit...
[47:01] Speaker 1: And knowledge and understanding, interpreting of dreams, showing of hard sentences,
[47:07] Speaker 1: dissolving of doubts were found in the same Daniel. Whom
[47:11] Speaker 1: the king named Belshazzar. Now let Daniel be called and
[47:16] Speaker 1: he will show the interpretation. This is not just a man.
[47:19] Speaker 1: I hope you know that there were many dreamers. But
[47:21] Speaker 1: there was something about this gentleman called Daniel. He added
[47:26] Speaker 1: excellence to his value. The Bible says, and then was
[47:30] Speaker 1: Daniel brought up before the king. Follow carefully now. And
[47:34] Speaker 1: the king spake and said, Daniel, art thou that Daniel
[47:38] Speaker 1: which art of the children of captivity of Judah, whom
[47:42] Speaker 1: the king, my father, brought out of Jewry? 14. i
[47:47] Speaker 1: have even heard of thee that the spirit of the
[47:50] Speaker 1: gods is in thee and that light and understanding and
[47:55] Speaker 1: excellent wisdom is found in you now i don't have
[47:58] Speaker 1: the time to read.
[47:59] Speaker 3: Further i would have shown you.
[48:01] Speaker 1: That it took more than the ability to interpret the
[48:04] Speaker 1: dream for the king to hear daniel his composure his
[48:08] Speaker 1: understanding protocol he kept quiet and allowed the king to
[48:12] Speaker 1: speak And when it was time, he said, O king,
[48:14] Speaker 1: I respect you, but please let your gifts be kept.
[48:16] Speaker 1: He told the king, my value is greater than your gift.
[48:19] Speaker 1: Don't bait me with gifts. Have your reward to yourself. Nevertheless,
[48:23] Speaker 1: I will interpret it. I am more concerned with problems
[48:26] Speaker 1: than money. And the reward he later got was greater
[48:29] Speaker 1: than what the king gave him. Because if he had
[48:32] Speaker 1: collected this, that's what most people would do. So it
[48:35] Speaker 1: takes more than being valuable. You need to be excellent.
[48:40] Speaker 1: And excellence would demand rejecting certain temporary rewards to get
[48:44] Speaker 1: other nobler and superior rewards. Are we together? For instance,
[48:52] Speaker 1: when someone is valuable and decides to steal from his master,
[48:59] Speaker 1: let's say $ 1, 000, $ 5, 000 and run away, whereas that man
[49:03] Speaker 1: planned to give him an estate or to make him
[49:05] Speaker 1: a shareholder of his company. You see the kind of
[49:08] Speaker 1: foolishness that many people do. And he will run away
[49:10] Speaker 1: and someone else will steal what he stole. So you
[49:13] Speaker 1: see it's 2-0 now. He's back to square zero. And
[49:18] Speaker 1: he will be angry that they stole what he stole.
[49:24] Speaker 1: lack of productivity and excellence i submit to you that
[49:28] Speaker 1: church people need to be mentored to understand the value
[49:31] Speaker 1: of excellence Are we together now? Compromise on quality is prevalent,
[49:37] Speaker 1: especially among believers. You give believers projects to handle and
[49:41] Speaker 1: you will see all shades of compromises. And we will
[49:45] Speaker 1: cover everything in the name of Jesus and using the
[49:48] Speaker 1: guise of similarity of faith. Whether you give them jobs,
[49:52] Speaker 1: you give them contracts, most believers do not want to
[49:55] Speaker 1: bend over backward to deliver with excellence. And then those
[50:01] Speaker 1: who are in positions of authority and influence, who are believers,
[50:06] Speaker 1: go through all kinds of pressure. Why would you not
[50:08] Speaker 1: give your fellow believer this road? Why would you not
[50:11] Speaker 1: give him this contract? Why would you not give him
[50:13] Speaker 1: this one? And at the end of it, you will
[50:15] Speaker 1: find out that it's the same believers that keep causing
[50:19] Speaker 1: pain for so many people because of their lack of
[50:22] Speaker 1: this thing. I've had that kind of experience myself, where
[50:27] Speaker 1: you can trust people in the name of believers and say, okay,
[50:30] Speaker 1: let me support you with this, handle this project, and
[50:33] Speaker 1: it's a total mess that comes back. Mess with an
[50:37] Speaker 1: entitlement mentality on top. Are we together now? And then
[50:43] Speaker 1: sometimes you are pushed to have to make do with unbelievers.
[50:46] Speaker 1: Because their basis for relating with you is purely contractual.
[50:52] Speaker 1: And they know that if they compromise, they have themselves
[50:55] Speaker 1: to blame. So they will give the highest level of
[50:57] Speaker 1: excellence there. Is someone learning? The absence... You see believers
[51:05] Speaker 1: produce something and they cannot go and package it well.
[51:09] Speaker 1: They will wrap it in one polythene and just write
[51:11] Speaker 1: maybe Jesus is Lord on it. Now I'm not saying
[51:13] Speaker 1: that is wrong. And I'm not saying the statement but
[51:16] Speaker 1: it's a mockery. The name you are putting there should
[51:19] Speaker 1: not carry that kind of packaging. And sometimes it costs
[51:23] Speaker 1: next to nothing. It's just ignorance. Because most times we
[51:27] Speaker 1: are very proud, we cannot bend over backwards to ask,
[51:30] Speaker 1: how can I make this happen? We fall in the
[51:33] Speaker 1: guise of, I have the Holy Spirit, the unbelievers don't
[51:35] Speaker 1: have the Holy Spirit.
[51:36] Speaker 3: But they have a mind that is working.
[51:38] Speaker 1: And when it was time for Moses to have knowledge,
[51:41] Speaker 1: God sent him to Egypt for knowledge. Even though Moses
[51:45] Speaker 1: had a covenant with God, when it had to do
[51:47] Speaker 1: with power and results and anointing, he didn't need Egypt.
[51:50] Speaker 1: But when it had to do with the wisdom to
[51:53] Speaker 1: understand the cosmos, the same thing happened to Joseph. Do
[51:56] Speaker 1: you notice that when God wants to give his people
[51:59] Speaker 1: secular enlightenment, he will always send them to Egypt. Are
[52:05] Speaker 1: you learning now? Many believers are not excellent. Someone, for instance,
[52:11] Speaker 1: will have a store or a shop and sit down
[52:14] Speaker 1: and be claiming, in the name of Jesus, I.
[52:16] Speaker 3: Will be the leading store. You wake up by 10 o'clock.
[52:19] Speaker 1: And someone will be kind enough to call you and say,
[52:21] Speaker 1: our fellowship needs 30 cans of malt. And you say, look,
[52:25] Speaker 1: I'm tired. You drag yourself as a man as if
[52:28] Speaker 1: you are pregnant and open the shop and then now
[52:31] Speaker 1: argue and say, I don't have change. Come back later on.
[52:33] Speaker 1: And by 5 o'clock you change and say, I am
[52:36] Speaker 1: going to church. It's a flimsy reason. Flimsy excuse. You
[52:40] Speaker 1: cannot hire an apprentice because you want all the profit
[52:43] Speaker 1: to yourself. And yet there is somebody all around He
[52:46] Speaker 1: has designed a system 24 hours is available He put Christian, Muslims,
[52:54] Speaker 1: atheists all together So when it's time for prayer The
[52:56] Speaker 1: other one is there Making sure it happens If it's
[53:00] Speaker 1: time for Say productivity Please shout it Say excellence We
[53:14] Speaker 1: are very small minded as believers. And we think it
[53:17] Speaker 1: does not matter. Because we compare ourselves from our little backgrounds.
[53:22] Speaker 1: And we just say, oh I am making this. I
[53:24] Speaker 1: am making that. Oh I want to go into fishery.
[53:27] Speaker 1: I want to go into fish business. And you just
[53:30] Speaker 1: leave your fish in the bucket and keep calling people
[53:32] Speaker 1: to come and buy it. How many will kings, will
[53:36] Speaker 1: I come and reach out into a bucket? You know.
[53:47] Speaker 1: Are we learning? Number four. What is the fourth key?
[54:01] Speaker 1: The absence of strategic relationships. Please start that one. That
[54:06] Speaker 1: is the major reason for the poverty of many. I
[54:10] Speaker 1: submit to you. If I am to draw a pie
[54:14] Speaker 1: chart and represent all these points, this one will take
[54:18] Speaker 1: over 65%. This one, the reason why people are poor. Listen,
[54:25] Speaker 1: there are three things if you don't have, you will
[54:27] Speaker 1: remain perpetually poor. Number one, value. If you don't have value,
[54:32] Speaker 1: have relationships. If you don't have relationships, have character. If
[54:36] Speaker 1: you don't have these three things, you have signed a
[54:38] Speaker 1: contract with poverty forever. Yes, sir. If you lack value.
[54:47] Speaker 1: You lack strategic relationships. You lack character. Then you forget
[54:53] Speaker 1: about the blessing of the Lord. Being made manifest in
[54:56] Speaker 1: your life. So number four. Write please very quickly. The
[54:59] Speaker 1: absence of strategic relationships. In John chapter 5 popular scripture.
[55:05] Speaker 1: Reading from verse 1 to 7. Let's look at 7
[55:08] Speaker 1: for emphasis. The man at Bethesda. Jesus asked the man,
[55:15] Speaker 1: how come you have been so long here? Do you
[55:17] Speaker 1: want to be made whole? And the man said, I.
[55:20] Speaker 3: Have no man.
[55:22] Speaker 1: That is my issue.
[55:23] Speaker 3: Not I have no strength.
[55:25] Speaker 1: At least among all the impotent folks, I seem to
[55:28] Speaker 1: be better than others. But the man who will give
[55:31] Speaker 1: me the leverage and his one year or one day
[55:35] Speaker 1: translated to 38 years of stagnation. Because there was no man.
[55:41] Speaker 1: He did not say I have no skill. He did
[55:44] Speaker 1: not say I have no strength. He most likely was
[55:47] Speaker 1: better than somebody. Do you know what it means for
[55:50] Speaker 1: one day to become 38 years? And the simple reason
[55:53] Speaker 1: is I have no man. I have no man. There
[55:57] Speaker 1: was a crippled man. who's had relationships, and they came
[56:02] Speaker 1: to Jesus' crusade, insisting that that man would be healed.
[56:06] Speaker 1: And when they found out that there was a crowd,
[56:08] Speaker 1: they said, listen, we are not going back with this
[56:10] Speaker 1: our friend. He may not have the power to reach
[56:14] Speaker 1: out to Jesus. He may not have the energy to shout,
[56:17] Speaker 1: have mercy on me. But he had relationships. And they
[56:21] Speaker 1: tore the zinc.
[56:22] Speaker 3: In other words, we will discuss with the owner of this.
[56:24] Speaker 1: Venue later on. But as far as this man is concerned,
[56:28] Speaker 1: not for our sake. They uncovered the roof, the Bible says.
[56:32] Speaker 1: And Jesus called it faith. Not carelessness. Not wickedness. He
[56:36] Speaker 1: called it faith. That means relationships can enhance your faith.
[56:44] Speaker 1: Strategic relationships. I submit to you ladies and gentlemen, this
[56:49] Speaker 1: is where unbelievers cheat believers hands down. Because we have
[56:54] Speaker 1: not learned the value and the excellency of strategic relationship.
[56:59] Speaker 1: The average believer will not pay attention. To invest in quality,
[57:04] Speaker 1: destiny defining relationships. You know why? Because we feel that
[57:10] Speaker 1: we are immune with factors and systems of advantage like favor,
[57:15] Speaker 1: like the Holy Spirit. And sometimes you hear us brag.
[57:18] Speaker 3: And say, I don't need any man.
[57:20] Speaker 1: If you are saying that to describe the sovereign power
[57:23] Speaker 1: of God, you are right. But if you are saying
[57:25] Speaker 1: that to mean that on earth here you do not
[57:28] Speaker 1: need anybody, go and think again. That... God had to
[57:31] Speaker 1: send an angel to come and carefully discuss with a
[57:34] Speaker 1: woman to make her womb available for Jesus to arrive.
[57:39] Speaker 1: Look at all the men that played strategic roles in
[57:42] Speaker 1: his life. From the prophets, Simeon the prophet, Anna the prophetess,
[57:47] Speaker 1: Simon of Cyrene, Joseph of Arimathea, the owner of the
[57:51] Speaker 1: donkey that he carried for triumphant entry. How could Jesus
[57:56] Speaker 1: do without men? As far as he was upon the earth,
[58:01] Speaker 1: he needed men. As God, he may not need men.
[58:04] Speaker 1: But as a man, he needed men. Let me remind
[58:07] Speaker 1: you again that I have taught you that all blessings
[58:10] Speaker 1: come from God through men to men. Please say it
[58:14] Speaker 1: after me. All blessings come from God through men to men.
[58:20] Speaker 1: If God says yes. And on the earth men say no.
[58:24] Speaker 1: Your yes will remain in the realm of the spirit.
[58:26] Speaker 1: I guarantee you. There are people today who may not
[58:35] Speaker 1: have as much value. When you look at the level
[58:38] Speaker 1: of the financial blessing in their lives, it looks unfair.
[58:42] Speaker 1: Because realizing that they may not have so much value,
[58:46] Speaker 1: they turn to relationships. And they master the art of
[58:49] Speaker 1: bringing strategic relationships. There is a difference between strategic and
[58:54] Speaker 1: parasitic relationships. I'm talking about strategic relationships. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. If
[59:06] Speaker 1: someone comes to unduly oppress you, you do not know anybody.
[59:10] Speaker 1: in the police force who can help you. If someone
[59:12] Speaker 1: comes to speak to you, you do not know anyone. No,
[59:14] Speaker 1: it's wrong. It's dangerous. It can keep any believer poor.
[59:20] Speaker 1: Respectfully speaking, there are men and women of God today,
[59:23] Speaker 1: there are business people, very easy things cannot be done.
[59:26] Speaker 1: You want to register a company, and there is no
[59:30] Speaker 1: lawyer that believes in you, who can say, I love
[59:32] Speaker 1: you so much, you just bring what is needed.
[59:35] Speaker 3: My own part as a reward, I leave it.
[59:39] Speaker 1: Because you did not pay attention building relationships. Relationships are
[59:42] Speaker 1: not gifts, they are investments. Waiting for people to just
[59:48] Speaker 1: like you for nothing is a waste of time. You've
[59:50] Speaker 1: heard me say it here. Unbelievers, a man who is
[59:54] Speaker 1: a billionaire will leave America to Nigeria to come and
[59:58] Speaker 1: celebrate a rich man's two-year-old son. Let's be honest. Is
[1:00:02] Speaker 1: the two-year-old son his mate? And you see him playing
[1:00:05] Speaker 1: with a baby. Baby, how are you? And the baby
[1:00:07] Speaker 1: is not even saying anything. And because he was represented there,
[1:00:14] Speaker 1: in that birthday celebration they will discuss something that will
[1:00:17] Speaker 1: translate to millions and billions of dollars. While believers are
[1:00:21] Speaker 1: there fasting, calling the man's name on the ground, writing
[1:00:24] Speaker 1: it on paper and saying, except it's not my God,
[1:00:27] Speaker 1: you must give me this job. Someone has left and
[1:00:30] Speaker 1: is there represented. No, no, no, no. No shouting cheerlessly.
[1:00:36] Speaker 1: Let me say this. Listen, listen, listen. Please make sure
[1:00:39] Speaker 1: as you listen to me, you behave yourself. Because sometimes
[1:00:41] Speaker 1: when we get excited, we can say all kinds of things.
[1:00:44] Speaker 1: This is a house of discipline. So celebrate the word,
[1:00:47] Speaker 1: but don't start shouting, tell them or misbehave. Please. Let
[1:00:50] Speaker 1: me say this as a disclaimer. We are very disciplined
[1:00:53] Speaker 1: people in the name of Jesus. Is someone learning? Relationships.
[1:01:03] Speaker 1: I have learned and I have seen in my life
[1:01:06] Speaker 1: that who hates you does not matter. But ladies and gentlemen,
[1:01:11] Speaker 1: in this wicked world, who loves you, who loves you matters. Esther,
[1:01:18] Speaker 1: you will remain in Shushan until.
[1:01:22] Speaker 3: You have an uncle that can present.
[1:01:25] Speaker 1: You to the king. But if the king loves you,
[1:01:27] Speaker 1: you can become queen immediately. Joseph, you can remain in
[1:01:32] Speaker 1: the prison even though you have the ability to interpret dreams.
[1:01:37] Speaker 1: If the king does not love you, you remain a
[1:01:39] Speaker 1: prisoner there. We live in an arrogant world that trivializes men.
[1:01:47] Speaker 1: What is there? I have God. I don't need any man.
[1:01:50] Speaker 1: That is true. There is a place for that where
[1:01:53] Speaker 1: you are describing the sovereignty of God. But when you
[1:01:56] Speaker 1: are dealing with the dynamics of the cosmos, please do
[1:02:00] Speaker 1: not listen to that wrong teaching that you do not
[1:02:03] Speaker 1: need men. Let me tell you, men are so important
[1:02:07] Speaker 1: that there are gatekeepers who even though they are not believers,
[1:02:10] Speaker 1: you cannot cast them. There are men that are uncastable.
[1:02:14] Speaker 1: If God wants you to pass through that gate, he
[1:02:16] Speaker 1: will grant them favor with you. But as far as
[1:02:20] Speaker 1: they are concerned, praying them away is a waste of time.
[1:02:24] Speaker 1: When a man's ways pleases the Lord, is that in
[1:02:27] Speaker 1: your Bible? He makes even his enemies to be at
[1:02:31] Speaker 1: peace with him. There are some people, if they are
[1:02:34] Speaker 1: not at peace with you, you will go to heaven,
[1:02:36] Speaker 1: but you will suffer on this earth. It's the truth.
[1:02:44] Speaker 1: This is what some of our loved ones did not know.
[1:02:47] Speaker 1: This is what some of our great people, as I'm
[1:02:50] Speaker 1: talking to.
[1:02:50] Speaker 3: You now, some of you came from families.
[1:02:53] Speaker 1: That were mad by poverty. I am showing you that
[1:02:57] Speaker 1: these were the rules that our loved ones broke. When
[1:03:01] Speaker 1: other people were building relationships, they were there gossiping and
[1:03:05] Speaker 1: ignoring people. And saying, how can this small boy be rich?
[1:03:08] Speaker 1: Instead of you to be close to him because he
[1:03:10] Speaker 1: can help you. Now, the small boy is the one
[1:03:12] Speaker 1: who can pay for your medical bills. And unfortunately, every
[1:03:16] Speaker 1: old person around you does not have money. What do
[1:03:18] Speaker 1: you now do? Respectfully, there are men and women of
[1:03:25] Speaker 1: God who have insulted members and shouted at people, if
[1:03:29] Speaker 1: you are rich, carry all your money and they insult them,
[1:03:31] Speaker 1: whereas there's building project coming, whereas there are all kinds
[1:03:34] Speaker 1: of things coming. Then when it is now the time,
[1:03:36] Speaker 1: you say, if you have money in this church and
[1:03:38] Speaker 1: you are not giving, and the people say, no, no, no,
[1:03:40] Speaker 1: you insulted us, you insult me and insult everything I have.
[1:03:44] Speaker 1: So as I go, I go with everything I have. Relationships.
[1:03:51] Speaker 1: You come to church, you ignore the person sitting at
[1:03:53] Speaker 1: your left and right, they say turn to your neighbor,
[1:03:55] Speaker 1: you are frowning simply because you do not even know
[1:03:59] Speaker 1: whether that person is the answer to your tomorrow's prayer,
[1:04:02] Speaker 1: not even today. You see, let me tell you the truth,
[1:04:05] Speaker 1: please look up. We live in a world where we
[1:04:09] Speaker 1: like glitz and glamour. Once you see someone sit close
[1:04:12] Speaker 1: to you, and there's nothing wrong, everybody has their, you know,
[1:04:16] Speaker 1: the way they see life. But some of the greatest
[1:04:19] Speaker 1: gifts and the greatest helpers will come in packages that
[1:04:22] Speaker 1: you will need your spirit man to help you design.
[1:04:26] Speaker 1: Someone may be seated close to you. He may not
[1:04:30] Speaker 1: have money, but he's the one who works for the
[1:04:33] Speaker 1: one you are looking for. And let me tell you, Nigerians,
[1:04:37] Speaker 1: we know this. The person who is an aide of
[1:04:40] Speaker 1: a wealthy man is more in a position of honor
[1:04:46] Speaker 1: and opportunity than even some of the directors in the company.
[1:04:49] Speaker 1: Because that is the one who will serve him tea.
[1:04:52] Speaker 1: That is the one who will serve him bread.
[1:04:53] Speaker 3: And he can smuggle your issue to his ears quickly.
[1:04:56] Speaker 1: Whereas somebody is still saying, well... Minuted. They sign it
[1:05:00] Speaker 1: there and throw it away and pray that the wind,
[1:05:03] Speaker 1: evil wind does not push it from that table to
[1:05:05] Speaker 1: the trash. As funny as what I'm saying is, there
[1:05:10] Speaker 1: are many of us right now, the answer to your
[1:05:12] Speaker 1: prayer is what you are hearing. You have ignored many people.
[1:05:17] Speaker 1: Nobody is worth your commitment. We have this sense of self-sufficiency. No,
[1:05:22] Speaker 1: it does not matter. You are making a mistake. A
[1:05:25] Speaker 1: big mistake. I'm not teaching human worship. Please don't get
[1:05:29] Speaker 1: me wrong. There are people because of their abundance and
[1:05:31] Speaker 1: because of the way they have suffered, they will want
[1:05:34] Speaker 1: to subjugate people and turn them to slaves. Please, this
[1:05:37] Speaker 1: is not what I'm teaching. But I am telling you
[1:05:39] Speaker 1: that in the lifting of men, even financially, men have
[1:05:44] Speaker 1: a role to play. I've asked you this question many times,
[1:05:50] Speaker 1: let me ask you one more time. Think, don't talk.
[1:05:53] Speaker 3: Is there someone in your life.
[1:05:55] Speaker 1: Right now who you can call for help and the
[1:05:59] Speaker 1: person will help you without thinking twice? Just think. Is
[1:06:04] Speaker 1: there someone right now, as you are watching me, let's
[1:06:07] Speaker 1: assume for instance that you needed, let me use a
[1:06:10] Speaker 1: realistic figure, maybe $ 200, 000. 500,000, a million naira. Is there
[1:06:16] Speaker 1: someone in your life that has been helped by God?
[1:06:19] Speaker 1: Who can say, for your sake, I'm on my way
[1:06:22] Speaker 1: to your house. If there is none, I guarantee you,
[1:06:25] Speaker 1: you are sitting on a time bomb. Because according to
[1:06:30] Speaker 1: the law of time and chance, according to the law
[1:06:33] Speaker 1: of life, sooner or later, even if you are Jesus,
[1:06:37] Speaker 1: you may not be able to carry the cross alone.
[1:06:40] Speaker 1: Powerful Jesus needed men to help him. It is foolishness
[1:06:44] Speaker 1: to believe that for the rest of your life you
[1:06:46] Speaker 1: will not need any man. No.
[1:06:48] Speaker 4: Hallelujah.
[1:06:53] Speaker 1: Investing in relationships may look costly, you will bend over backwards,
[1:06:57] Speaker 1: it will sting your ego. But the profit that comes
[1:07:00] Speaker 1: from that investment is unbelievable. Do you know that there
[1:07:04] Speaker 1: are people who do not exactly have work, but they
[1:07:06] Speaker 1: are never broke? Because they are around strategic relationships. They greet,
[1:07:13] Speaker 1: they hang around. When the meeting is happening, they are
[1:07:15] Speaker 1: standing outside. Their job is to just support. Are you tired? Okay,
[1:07:18] Speaker 1: just bribe me orange quickly. And they run. And you
[1:07:21] Speaker 1: would think that they are wasting time. Except that when
[1:07:24] Speaker 1: it's time to share everything, even if it's the crumbs
[1:07:27] Speaker 1: from the table, it will get to them. One day
[1:07:30] Speaker 1: someone will just look at them and say, you've been
[1:07:32] Speaker 1: very effective. Come and take this car. And that's it.
[1:07:36] Speaker 1: Come and take this house. And that's it. Don't expect
[1:07:41] Speaker 1: people to pay attention to you when you have not
[1:07:44] Speaker 1: communicated honor and you have not... Listen, every man's need
[1:07:48] Speaker 1: is his point of contact. Learn this. Every man's need
[1:07:52] Speaker 1: is his point of contact. If I am thirsty, the
[1:07:56] Speaker 1: person who brings me water is the person I pay
[1:07:58] Speaker 1: attention to.
[1:07:59] Speaker 3: For that moment.
[1:08:02] Speaker 1: Are we together? Many believers... Do not invest in strategic
[1:08:08] Speaker 1: relationships and then they want astronomical returns for nothing. It's fraud.
[1:08:17] Speaker 1: Are we together? That means God loves everybody, but you
[1:08:22] Speaker 1: don't invest in your relationship with Him. I'm using God
[1:08:26] Speaker 1: since He's universal. You don't invest in your relationship, in worship,
[1:08:31] Speaker 1: in prayer, in word study, and then you suddenly want
[1:08:34] Speaker 1: to have the same ministerial opportunities, the same access to
[1:08:38] Speaker 1: the grave. It does not work that way. Time is
[1:08:42] Speaker 1: the seed for intimacy. When you sow time, you get
[1:08:47] Speaker 1: back a harvest of intimacy. It's only a foolish person
[1:08:53] Speaker 1: who will bring everybody into your home, your inner chamber.
[1:08:56] Speaker 1: Watch this now. In many houses you have you know,
[1:09:00] Speaker 1: maybe the veranda outside. You have the living room, maybe
[1:09:03] Speaker 1: a number of the living rooms.
[1:09:05] Speaker 3: And there are private parlors.
[1:09:06] Speaker 1: You have bedrooms. There are people who if they come,
[1:09:09] Speaker 1: they are going to wait outside. You don't hate them.
[1:09:12] Speaker 1: But that is the level of the relationship. They have
[1:09:14] Speaker 1: not made the kind of investment. You suspect that it
[1:09:17] Speaker 1: will be a risk to expose them to your living room.
[1:09:21] Speaker 1: There are others who may come. And you can leave
[1:09:24] Speaker 1: them there. But do you know there are people who
[1:09:26] Speaker 1: can even come to your house. And while you are
[1:09:28] Speaker 1: in your kitchen they can enter your room. Is that true?
[1:09:31] Speaker 1: And sit on the bed and be talking to you.
[1:09:33] Speaker 1: And you are not afraid.
[1:09:34] Speaker 3: Because of the depth of relationship.
[1:09:39] Speaker 1: I ask you one more time, who in your life
[1:09:42] Speaker 1: have you invested so much in them that they look
[1:09:46] Speaker 1: at you and say, over my dead body, that they
[1:09:48] Speaker 1: hear that this person's house just went down, it was
[1:09:51] Speaker 1: razed down by fire, and they say, while we are
[1:09:54] Speaker 1: discussing where you will be, I've paid for a house
[1:09:56] Speaker 1: for you, a three bedroom flat, relocate with your family
[1:09:59] Speaker 1: and stay there. Before we know what is done, I'm
[1:10:03] Speaker 1: praying for you that this wisdom key will work in
[1:10:06] Speaker 1: your life. i'm praying for you that in the name
[1:10:09] Speaker 1: of jesus you will not make the mistake that those
[1:10:12] Speaker 1: who have gone ahead of you have made are we
[1:10:16] Speaker 1: together the absence of strategic relationships i have no man
[1:10:29] Speaker 1: to speak for me I am skilled. I am gifted.
[1:10:33] Speaker 1: I am an IT consultant. I am gifted. I can
[1:10:37] Speaker 1: do this.
[1:10:37] Speaker 3: I am a real estate expert.
[1:10:40] Speaker 1: I am this and that, but there is no man
[1:10:43] Speaker 1: to speak for me. There is someone who can speak
[1:10:49] Speaker 1: for you everywhere. You must have the discernment to know
[1:10:52] Speaker 1: them and you must have the humility to invest in
[1:10:58] Speaker 1: their lives. The Bible says give a portion to seven
[1:11:02] Speaker 1: and then to eight. It says for you do not
[1:11:04] Speaker 1: know the evil that will come upon the world. In
[1:11:06] Speaker 1: other words, capture your human relations investment. You do not
[1:11:11] Speaker 1: know who can be used by God to help you.
[1:11:14] Speaker 1: Are we together? One day you'll see a weak woman
[1:11:17] Speaker 1: that may not seem to have any power, but you'll
[1:11:19] Speaker 1: be surprised the kind of people who honor her. And
[1:11:22] Speaker 1: she can call someone and say, please, can you make
[1:11:24] Speaker 1: this man a director? Mama, do you trust him? Yes.
[1:11:28] Speaker 1: And that's it. No interview, no nothing. Number five. Are
[1:11:36] Speaker 1: we learning? Are we learning? The fifth reason why people
[1:11:40] Speaker 1: are poor, especially believers, is bankruptcy of spiritual empowerment. Bankruptcy
[1:11:48] Speaker 1: of spiritual empowerment. Or the absence, for an easy expression,
[1:11:53] Speaker 1: of spiritual empowerment. Many have not learned that there is
[1:11:58] Speaker 1: a spiritual dimension to genuine lasting wealth. There is a
[1:12:03] Speaker 1: spiritual dimension, I repeat, to genuine lasting wealth.
[1:12:08] Speaker 3: It is called the power to prosper.
[1:12:10] Speaker 1: Deuteronomy chapter 8 and verse 18. The Bible says, But
[1:12:14] Speaker 1: thou shalt remember the Lord your God, for it is
[1:12:19] Speaker 1: He that giveth thee the power to get wealth, that
[1:12:23] Speaker 1: He may establish His covenant which He swore unto your
[1:12:26] Speaker 1: fathers as it is this day. God can give men
[1:12:31] Speaker 1: power to prosper. God can give men power to prosper.
[1:12:36] Speaker 1: And many have rejected that grace. Many have rejected that impartation.
[1:12:41] Speaker 1: There is an anointing that comes upon a man that
[1:12:44] Speaker 1: primes your mind in an unusual way to think.
[1:12:48] Speaker 3: Coming up with witty inventions and ideas.
[1:12:51] Speaker 1: That anointing translates to favor, attracting people, attracting circumstances, attracting opportunities.
[1:13:02] Speaker 1: The bankruptcy of spiritual empowerment. And I'm happy you came
[1:13:06] Speaker 1: to church tonight. Because you will not live without that grace.
[1:13:10] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus. I repeat that you will
[1:13:12] Speaker 1: not live without that grace. That that grace will come
[1:13:16] Speaker 1: upon you the same way the Holy Ghost came upon Jesus.
[1:13:19] Speaker 3: It will mantle you that when you leave this place.
[1:13:22] Speaker 1: You will be able to define the kinds of anointings
[1:13:24] Speaker 1: that are on your head. In the name of Jesus.
[1:13:30] Speaker 1: Can I give you the remaining two? Number six. The
[1:13:34] Speaker 1: sixth reason why people are poor and remain poor and
[1:13:40] Speaker 1: sadly may remain poor is impatience. The sixth impatience. Proverbs 13,
[1:13:47] Speaker 1: 11 says, Impatience. Let's read together. One, two, read. Wealth
[1:13:56] Speaker 1: gotten by vanity shall be diminished.
[1:14:00] Speaker 3: The Bible says.
[1:14:01] Speaker 1: But he that gathereth by labor shall increase. Let's read
[1:14:05] Speaker 1: one more time. Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished.
[1:14:10] Speaker 1: But he that gathereth by labor. One of the major
[1:14:16] Speaker 1: reasons why people become poor. Is they want to become
[1:14:22] Speaker 1: rich fast. God gives speed but he does not rush men.
[1:14:28] Speaker 1: There is a difference between rushing and speed. Are we together?
[1:14:33] Speaker 1: The difference between rushing and speed is the same difference
[1:14:37] Speaker 1: between throwing a thing up and allowing it to grow.
[1:14:41] Speaker 1: When you throw a stone up or you throw a
[1:14:43] Speaker 1: plant up, imagine that I hold this flower now or
[1:14:47] Speaker 1: a plant and I throw it up because I want it.
[1:14:50] Speaker 3: To be tall fast. Will it come down?
[1:14:52] Speaker 1: Absolutely. But if I water it and allow it to grow,
[1:14:56] Speaker 1: what happens? That growth remains sustained and it remains sustained
[1:15:00] Speaker 1: because it is connected to source. There are many people
[1:15:05] Speaker 1: who want to become rich overnight. And don't get me wrong.
[1:15:10] Speaker 1: God can bless people and turn your money to gold.
[1:15:15] Speaker 1: to rejoicing overnight after an extended period of training. It
[1:15:20] Speaker 1: is the manifestation that is overnight, not the training. Please listen.
[1:15:24] Speaker 1: When you hear somebody tells you, I got blessed overnight,
[1:15:28] Speaker 1: find out the training process. For instance, the Holy Ghost
[1:15:32] Speaker 1: came suddenly, but the training was not suddenly. Three and
[1:15:36] Speaker 1: a half years of training for a sudden manifestation of
[1:15:39] Speaker 1: the Spirit. So you find someone in the school of wealth,
[1:15:42] Speaker 1: in the school of the Spirit, the school of kingdom prosperity,
[1:15:46] Speaker 1: for a long time and overnight God opens the doors.
[1:15:51] Speaker 1: But I assure you, I'm speaking especially to my generation,
[1:15:56] Speaker 1: because we have an obsession.
[1:16:00] Speaker 3: The moment it looks like you.
[1:16:02] Speaker 1: Want things to happen very fast and many of us
[1:16:05] Speaker 1: have mismanaged what God has given us and brought ourselves
[1:16:09] Speaker 1: to perpetual penury.
[1:16:11] Speaker 3: Do you know that.
[1:16:13] Speaker 1: The pressure to get rich fast can be an addiction?
[1:16:17] Speaker 1: Look up please. The same way you can be addicted
[1:16:20] Speaker 1: taking drugs, cocaine and all these kinds of things. There
[1:16:25] Speaker 1: are people who are addicted no matter what God gives them.
[1:16:32] Speaker 3: They want to see how they can make it fast.
[1:16:35] Speaker 1: And some is because of pressure. Because we use physical
[1:16:39] Speaker 1: things around to define the presence of faith. So if
[1:16:43] Speaker 1: I see a jeep, if I see a duplex, some
[1:16:46] Speaker 1: mansion somewhere, I see you flashing designers all through, most
[1:16:50] Speaker 1: likely you have faith. I have taught you. It is
[1:16:53] Speaker 1: not accurate. Serious people don't think like that. Are we together?
[1:17:00] Speaker 1: impatience say in the name of jesus i destroyed the
[1:17:05] Speaker 1: spirit of impatience yes sir and jesus increased luke 2
[1:17:12] Speaker 1: 52 he grew he increased in wisdom he increased in
[1:17:16] Speaker 1: stature he increased in favor with god and with men
[1:17:20] Speaker 1: this is true for ministry this is true for business
[1:17:23] Speaker 1: this is true for leadership this is true for personal
[1:17:26] Speaker 1: finance There is the law of process. As powerful, watch this,
[1:17:32] Speaker 1: as powerful as the word incarnate was, when he entered
[1:17:37] Speaker 1: the womb of Mary, you would think Jesus should develop
[1:17:40] Speaker 1: in one week. After all, the father wants, you know,
[1:17:43] Speaker 1: believers to be saved. Mary had to go through the
[1:17:46] Speaker 1: natural course, is that true, of carrying a baby. When
[1:17:51] Speaker 1: Elisha prophesied to the woman in Shunem, he said, according
[1:17:55] Speaker 1: to the time of life. There are things that when
[1:18:01] Speaker 1: God wants to help you, he will grant you patience
[1:18:03] Speaker 1: to endure. He will not necessarily fast track the process.
[1:18:07] Speaker 1: Because there are things, the lesson you learn on the
[1:18:10] Speaker 1: journey is greater than what you obtain. In fact, it
[1:18:13] Speaker 1: is what maintains what you obtain. So the Bible says
[1:18:17] Speaker 1: wealth that is gotten by vanity. Unfortunately, there are many
[1:18:22] Speaker 1: people today who are wealthy.
[1:18:23] Speaker 3: They cannot defend their wealth.
[1:18:25] Speaker 1: Because it did not come by growth.
[1:18:28] Speaker 3: So they mismanage it.
[1:18:29] Speaker 1: You find young people mismanaging their parents' wealth and inheritance
[1:18:33] Speaker 1: in one year.
[1:18:35] Speaker 3: Two years you find out that, you know.
[1:18:38] Speaker 1: a wealth estate that was built over 20 30 40
[1:18:41] Speaker 1: years diminishes in less than two years because they handed
[1:18:45] Speaker 1: it over to children who did not have the mental
[1:18:48] Speaker 1: constructs to maintain it Please refer to my message. Redefining inheritance.
[1:18:53] Speaker 1: Listen to it very carefully. Redefining inheritance. I teach there
[1:18:59] Speaker 1: that there are five kinds of inheritance that every father,
[1:19:04] Speaker 1: every leader, every superior must transfer to those who are coming.
[1:19:09] Speaker 1: And if you don't, you have destroyed the generation coming.
[1:19:12] Speaker 1: Money and physical things is the least and the fifth
[1:19:16] Speaker 1: of that inheritance. The first and the highest inheritance you
[1:19:22] Speaker 1: can give any man is your convictions. Your convictions is transferable.
[1:19:28] Speaker 1: That is what made you you. Now in Africa, we
[1:19:33] Speaker 1: believe that loving children means giving them access to anything, anyhow,
[1:19:37] Speaker 1: when they want, without training. After all, he's my child.
[1:19:41] Speaker 3: So we do not have third, fourth, fifth generation.
[1:19:45] Speaker 1: There are very few regions in Africa and Nigeria that
[1:19:49] Speaker 1: can perpetuate wealth. Because you have a lot of young
[1:19:53] Speaker 1: people who are careless. They just tumbled into millions and
[1:19:57] Speaker 1: billions and they waste their parents' estates financially. There are
[1:20:01] Speaker 1: people who, when the owners, the people who started that
[1:20:04] Speaker 1: wealth journey, as soon as they die, the entire wealth
[1:20:08] Speaker 1: does not even reach two years. Imagine if the prodigal
[1:20:12] Speaker 1: son's father handed over his entire estate to that foolish boy.
[1:20:18] Speaker 1: He still would have finished. I hope you know that.
[1:20:20] Speaker 1: I'm not calling him foolish as an insult. It's a description.
[1:20:24] Speaker 1: He was foolish. Look at the things that he did.
[1:20:31] Speaker 1: As soon as he got the money, he ran away.
[1:20:34] Speaker 1: He lost relationship with the father. There is no record
[1:20:38] Speaker 1: of him contacting the father to say, how are you?
[1:20:40] Speaker 1: I'm away, but just to let you know you are
[1:20:42] Speaker 1: still my father and I appreciate you. You see that?
[1:20:47] Speaker 3: He left and there were wicked friends that were.
[1:20:49] Speaker 1: Waiting for him already. And they started spending the money. Question,
[1:20:53] Speaker 1: where were the friends when he was with the pigs?
[1:20:57] Speaker 1: There are friends called friends for food. I resist them
[1:21:00] Speaker 1: from coming to your life. What are they called? Friends
[1:21:06] Speaker 1: of God. As soon as it arrives, here they come.
[1:21:16] Speaker 1: As soon as the contract arrives, here they come. You
[1:21:19] Speaker 1: know I prayed for you. You will be surprised. I
[1:21:22] Speaker 1: just did not tell you. But I know that if
[1:21:25] Speaker 1: not for my prayer, you will not get that contract.
[1:21:28] Speaker 1: And then they now say, oh, they hear a siren
[1:21:31] Speaker 1: and say police. What are they coming here for? On
[1:21:34] Speaker 1: their way going. The Bible says a friend is made
[1:21:37] Speaker 1: for adversity. A friend that cannot stand with you through
[1:21:41] Speaker 1: is not a friend indeed. It's someone learning. Unfortunately, some
[1:21:46] Speaker 1: of us, those are the kinds of friends we like.
[1:21:48] Speaker 1: Because they have mastered the art of singing your praises.
[1:21:52] Speaker 1: They sing you to penury. You are lazy, they still
[1:21:56] Speaker 1: clap for you. Your unserious deceit clap for you. Prayerless
[1:22:00] Speaker 1: deceit clap for you. So impatience. I pray that you
[1:22:09] Speaker 1: have the grace to be patient. In the name of
[1:22:12] Speaker 1: Jesus Christ. The grace to be patient. Isn't it incredible
[1:22:17] Speaker 1: that most times it's people who do not have money.
[1:22:19] Speaker 1: That have over bloated demands of what life should deliver immediately.
[1:22:25] Speaker 1: If God allowed us to read some of the prayer requests,
[1:22:27] Speaker 1: I'm sure some of them I will run away first.
[1:22:29] Speaker 1: You know how Moses ran away from that servant? Because
[1:22:33] Speaker 1: you will be surprised. Someone who may not have anything
[1:22:36] Speaker 1: will just write, these are my prayer requests. Number one,
[1:22:40] Speaker 1: an SUV, 100 million. A house somewhere in Maitama or Socorro.
[1:22:46] Speaker 1: 300 million or 1 billion. God, you can do it.
[1:22:50] Speaker 1: The person who is, you see, God is just looking.
[1:22:52] Speaker 1: Angels too are looking.
[1:22:54] Speaker 3: You know, the spirits of judgment, everybody is looking.
[1:22:57] Speaker 1: What kind of a believer is this? Yes, sir. Are
[1:23:08] Speaker 1: we together? Say in patience. Please shout it, say in patience. Listen,
[1:23:14] Speaker 1: if you wear tomorrow's cloth today, you walk naked tomorrow.
[1:23:18] Speaker 1: If you eat tomorrow's food today, hunger will disgrace you.
[1:23:22] Speaker 1: You can move gradually with galaxy and make up your
[1:23:27] Speaker 1: mind that when you leave a realm, you've left it forever.
[1:23:30] Speaker 1: Don't let impatience take you somewhere you are not supposed
[1:23:33] Speaker 1: to be. You don't have the money yet, you are
[1:23:37] Speaker 1: flying business class. Everything is shouting wrong, wrong as you
[1:23:41] Speaker 1: are seated there.
[1:23:42] Speaker 3: Your clothes, your attitude is saying you are.
[1:23:45] Speaker 1: Not supposed to be here at this time. It's not
[1:23:48] Speaker 1: an insult. Because you do not listen. If you get
[1:23:51] Speaker 1: there by growth, you should have learned the protocol of
[1:23:54] Speaker 1: maintaining that place. Are we together now? You go and
[1:23:58] Speaker 1: pay for an expensive hotel simply because a breakthrough came.
[1:24:01] Speaker 1: You don't know how to open the door that is there.
[1:24:03] Speaker 1: You don't know how to use the toilet that is there.
[1:24:06] Speaker 1: You don't know how to do anything. You just stand
[1:24:08] Speaker 1: there and everybody thinks you are enjoying. You are stranded
[1:24:11] Speaker 1: in that room because your level should not have brought
[1:24:14] Speaker 1: you there. Now while you are laughing, I want you
[1:24:19] Speaker 1: to pay attention. It's just an example I'm giving. I'd
[1:24:25] Speaker 1: rather walk with Jesus patiently.
[1:24:28] Speaker 3: This is even true for ministry.
[1:24:30] Speaker 1: There are projects that many, there is a difference between
[1:24:33] Speaker 1: faith and foolishness. Let me tell you, process builds capacity.
[1:24:38] Speaker 1: There are things I would never do if God has
[1:24:41] Speaker 1: not built me. I'm not ashamed to move gradually. After all,
[1:24:45] Speaker 1: the mission is Him. Are we together? There are people
[1:24:48] Speaker 1: who have come up with over bloated projects and right
[1:24:51] Speaker 1: now they are in debt finances. It's not the devil.
[1:24:56] Speaker 1: You just get up from one small room and you
[1:24:58] Speaker 1: want a duplex overnight. Question, can you maintain it? You
[1:25:03] Speaker 1: buy a car of 100 million from, you know, entering
[1:25:08] Speaker 1: public transport. Do you have about 10% to 15% of
[1:25:13] Speaker 1: the value of that car? Because any car you buy,
[1:25:16] Speaker 1: you must have a cash flow that can afford between
[1:25:19] Speaker 1: 10% to 15% the value of that car for its maintenance.
[1:25:26] Speaker 1: Are we together? Yes, sir. There are meetings you should
[1:25:31] Speaker 1: politely reject because those who will be there will put
[1:25:34] Speaker 1: pressure on you. Are we together now? Yes. You should
[1:25:38] Speaker 1: just pull out as a way of not disgracing yourself.
[1:25:41] Speaker 1: You may be invited for courtesy's sake, but they invite
[1:25:45] Speaker 1: you and everybody there in hope that you will spend money.
[1:25:48] Speaker 1: And since you know that you may not have them,
[1:25:50] Speaker 1: just politely. Impatience. The church of the Lord Jesus Christ,
[1:25:59] Speaker 1: let us obtain grace to be patient. The Bible says,
[1:26:03] Speaker 1: follow them who through faith and patience. Faith and patience.
[1:26:09] Speaker 1: Faith and patience. Don't go around claiming you are going
[1:26:12] Speaker 1: to raise dead bodies. You just started ministry. You just
[1:26:15] Speaker 1: had an encounter. You got born again six months ago. Yes,
[1:26:18] Speaker 1: you are praying every day, but it takes time. The
[1:26:21] Speaker 1: day a real spirit will appear to you. That is
[1:26:23] Speaker 1: the day you will know what happened to the sons
[1:26:25] Speaker 1: of Sceva. You know, most people just talk. You just
[1:26:28] Speaker 1: go and gather a whole family that had generational causes.
[1:26:32] Speaker 3: And you just, now you.
[1:26:33] Speaker 1: Are a believer in Christ. Yes. But remember, I taught
[1:26:36] Speaker 1: them in Zaria that believers must be trained to come
[1:26:39] Speaker 1: into maturity. Are we together? Even the disciples, while they
[1:26:44] Speaker 1: were being mentored by Jesus. Jesus, there were some things
[1:26:47] Speaker 1: they could not do. Hallelujah. You hear that there's an
[1:26:54] Speaker 1: expensive fundraising going on somewhere. You just go and find
[1:26:57] Speaker 1: yourself there. And they keep you in front. You don't
[1:26:59] Speaker 1: know the meaning of sitting in front there at the fundraising.
[1:27:03] Speaker 1: Because if you grew into that realm, you would have
[1:27:06] Speaker 1: learned what that meant. Now they clap for you while
[1:27:08] Speaker 1: you were coming and you didn't even know what that meant.
[1:27:11] Speaker 1: They now said, okay, it's time and they've handed the
[1:27:13] Speaker 1: mic to you. Out of pressure, you say, well, on
[1:27:15] Speaker 1: behalf of me and my company, I donate 10 million.
[1:27:18] Speaker 1: And the people sit there, those who know you are surprised.
[1:27:21] Speaker 1: 10 million. Are you going to sell your family? Where
[1:27:27] Speaker 1: are you going to raise that money from? Listen, let
[1:27:33] Speaker 1: me submit to you, listen to me, please listen. Laugh
[1:27:36] Speaker 1: but listen. That also includes coming out to make pledges
[1:27:40] Speaker 1: in church.
[1:27:41] Speaker 3: I am not against giving, but.
[1:27:43] Speaker 1: Let me tell you there are many foolish coming out
[1:27:46] Speaker 1: to make pledges. That wisdom is saying go back because
[1:27:49] Speaker 1: you are putting your family in trouble. There are certain
[1:27:52] Speaker 1: levels of giving you should discuss with your spouse as
[1:27:56] Speaker 1: a responsible man. Don't just sit down and everybody is
[1:28:00] Speaker 1: happy and you just stand up as a man. And
[1:28:03] Speaker 1: you just come and stand. What are you donating? You
[1:28:05] Speaker 1: say my house. Your wife sits down there shocked. You
[1:28:07] Speaker 1: are donating your house? All because of pressure.
[1:28:14] Speaker 3: I deliver you from it in the name of Jesus.
[1:28:19] Speaker 1: Can I tell you? When Koinonia started. Listen. When Koinonia
[1:28:24] Speaker 1: started with a crowd of people.
[1:28:27] Speaker 3: And even though I had.
[1:28:29] Speaker 1: The ability to buy at that level whatever car I wanted,
[1:28:33] Speaker 1: I would still, I had a bike. It was it
[1:28:36] Speaker 1: was bike that would carry me miracle service i would
[1:28:42] Speaker 1: dress then i used to wear a lot of suits
[1:28:44] Speaker 1: you know you wear that and then you see me
[1:28:47] Speaker 1: with my bible and you are hearing a bike you
[1:28:48] Speaker 1: think you are dropping someone is joshua selman that has
[1:28:51] Speaker 1: arrived did it question did it stop the six from
[1:28:55] Speaker 1: being healed You see, when people know you are honest
[1:28:59] Speaker 1: and serious, they will support your growth. But when people
[1:29:02] Speaker 1: know that you are a liar, they will do everything
[1:29:04] Speaker 1: to make sure you learn the lesson. Impatience. Let me
[1:29:11] Speaker 1: give us the last. Laziness. It's as simple as that. Laziness. Laziness.
[1:29:19] Speaker 1: Proverbs 20 and verse 4. Jesus. Jesus. Freedom from financial captivity.
[1:29:26] Speaker 1: Let's read verse 4. 1 to read. The sluggard will
[1:29:30] Speaker 1: not plow by reason of the cold. Therefore, shall he
[1:29:35] Speaker 1: beg in harvest and have nothing. Let's read one more time.
[1:29:39] Speaker 1: The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold. Therefore,
[1:29:44] Speaker 1: he shall beg in harvest. You know the meaning of this?
[1:29:48] Speaker 1: That means the person will say, well, honestly, Abuja is
[1:29:51] Speaker 1: too hot. Abuja is too cold. Are we together? There's terrorism,
[1:29:57] Speaker 1: there's kidnapping everywhere. I can't risk my life. No. It
[1:30:03] Speaker 1: should not be. The Bible says he will beg in harvest. Hallelujah. Now,
[1:30:10] Speaker 1: can I give you five keys very quickly? Remember, it's
[1:30:13] Speaker 1: a prophetic service. When we'll be doing finance proper as
[1:30:17] Speaker 1: a series, we'll take time and go in depth and
[1:30:20] Speaker 1: deal with certain things. But my focus is on poverty today.
[1:30:24] Speaker 1: I have listed, maybe I should do a recap. I
[1:30:26] Speaker 1: always like to recap so that those who are slow
[1:30:29] Speaker 1: would follow. Number one, ignorance. An incomplete knowledge of God's
[1:30:34] Speaker 1: financial system. The factors responsible for poverty. Two, the absence
[1:30:39] Speaker 1: of value that is needed and useful. Number three, lack
[1:30:44] Speaker 1: of productivity and excellence. Four, the absence of strategic relationships.
[1:30:50] Speaker 1: And I told you to note that because it is
[1:30:52] Speaker 1: a major factor that can define your wealth or poverty.
[1:30:56] Speaker 3: Five, bankruptcy of spiritual empowerment.
[1:31:00] Speaker 1: Six, impatience. Seven, laziness. There are many young people in
[1:31:07] Speaker 1: our world today who are lazy. An old man of 60,
[1:31:12] Speaker 1: 70 years is sitting outside in the morning. A young
[1:31:15] Speaker 1: man is also joining him to sit down outside. Are
[1:31:19] Speaker 1: we together? Yes. It ought not to be so. When
[1:31:24] Speaker 1: a young man stretches himself, he will not die. Listen,
[1:31:27] Speaker 1: especially for our gentlemen in this ministry, in the name
[1:31:30] Speaker 1: of Jesus, the Son of the Living God, every spirit
[1:31:33] Speaker 1: of laziness, it doesn't matter where it came from, and
[1:31:36] Speaker 1: it doesn't matter how long it has stayed, in this
[1:31:38] Speaker 1: service be delivered forever. My concern is everybody, but particularly
[1:31:46] Speaker 1: the gentlemen. Don't sit down and say there's nothing to do.
[1:31:49] Speaker 1: Stand up. If you don't have a job, go and
[1:31:53] Speaker 1: seek counsel somewhere. At least invest your day properly. Don't
[1:31:57] Speaker 1: sit back watching movies, watching football. Allocate time for it.
[1:32:05] Speaker 1: But know that your destiny is at its infancy. Are
[1:32:08] Speaker 1: we together now? Or hanging around other people who have.
[1:32:13] Speaker 3: Certain leverage and then you are there?
[1:32:15] Speaker 1: You know, parasitically speaking, you are not even there to contribute.
[1:32:19] Speaker 3: You are hoping that one day you'll get something, whereas
[1:32:22] Speaker 3: you are not.
[1:32:22] Speaker 1: Making the most of your life. I detest laziness as
[1:32:26] Speaker 1: a person. And I can tell you, lazy people will
[1:32:29] Speaker 1: not go far. Lazy people will most likely be corrupt people.
[1:32:32] Speaker 1: Lazy people will most likely want to do money ritual.
[1:32:36] Speaker 1: And sincerely, both corruption and money ritual takes hard work.
[1:32:44] Speaker 1: Do you know the creativity it takes to steal? That
[1:32:49] Speaker 1: creativity can start a business. Morning ritual. Because you would
[1:32:55] Speaker 1: not go in the morning or afternoon. Most likely it's
[1:32:58] Speaker 1: in the night. They risk wild animals before you get
[1:33:01] Speaker 1: to the bush. That is the same courage you need
[1:33:04] Speaker 1: to market your product and stand. You must prosper. In
[1:33:15] Speaker 1: the name of Jesus. For as long as you are
[1:33:18] Speaker 1: under this grace, you must prosper with the dignity of
[1:33:20] Speaker 1: kingdom integrity. Now, five keys to be free from financial captivity.
[1:33:27] Speaker 1: Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Someone's deliverance has been established.
[1:33:32] Speaker 1: Thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. Number one, a heart for God.
[1:33:39] Speaker 1: A heart for God. The first key to be delivered
[1:33:43] Speaker 1: from financial captivity. You notice I did not talk about
[1:33:47] Speaker 1: the spirits of poverty. Because they have a special session.
[1:33:50] Speaker 1: We are coming there. But if I bring the spirit
[1:33:52] Speaker 1: of poverty, many of you will not listen to anything again.
[1:33:55] Speaker 1: Because that is the only excuse you have been using.
[1:33:58] Speaker 1: The spirit of poverty is following me. I have shown
[1:34:01] Speaker 1: you what has been attracting it to follow you. These
[1:34:04] Speaker 1: things I listed is what it saw that made him
[1:34:06] Speaker 1: come to you. A heart for God. 2 Chronicles 26
[1:34:11] Speaker 1: verse 5. 2 Chronicles. Let's read together. 2 Chronicles 26
[1:34:18] Speaker 1: verse 5. Ready? Read. And he sought God in the
[1:34:23] Speaker 1: days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God.
[1:34:29] Speaker 1: The Bible says, and as long as he sought the Lord, businessman,
[1:34:33] Speaker 1: God made him to prosper. Let's read the last sentence together.
[1:34:38] Speaker 1: And as long as he sought the Lord, man of God,
[1:34:41] Speaker 1: God made him to prosper. Listen. Listen. I respect all
[1:34:47] Speaker 1: kinds of opinions, secular opinions and all of that. But
[1:34:51] Speaker 1: I am teaching you from a biblical standpoint. Hear me believers,
[1:34:55] Speaker 1: there is nobody who negates God, ignores God and would
[1:35:00] Speaker 1: have prosperity that would be balanced and holistic. It's a lie.
[1:35:05] Speaker 1: You may have money, but the many other gaps in
[1:35:09] Speaker 1: your life that only the size of God can fill
[1:35:12] Speaker 1: will bring you back to an unfulfilled life. There are
[1:35:16] Speaker 1: many people who have abundant financial resources. But you cannot,
[1:35:20] Speaker 1: the lives that they live is ugly. You would not
[1:35:23] Speaker 1: want to live that life. They live in fear. They
[1:35:25] Speaker 1: live in doubt. They have all kinds of, they can
[1:35:28] Speaker 1: have 12 kinds of names around the world. Depending on
[1:35:32] Speaker 1: where they are. That's what they call them. Simply because
[1:35:36] Speaker 1: they have to create a system of falsehood. Falsifying everything
[1:35:41] Speaker 1: to survive. The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich
[1:35:46] Speaker 1: and addeth no sorrow with it. Are we together? Yes.
[1:35:59] Speaker 1: A heart for God. Not the kind of wealth that
[1:36:02] Speaker 1: comes at the expense of your salvation.
[1:36:05] Speaker 3: Not the kind of wealth that comes at.
[1:36:07] Speaker 1: The expense, you sacrifice everything in your life. family there
[1:36:12] Speaker 1: are people who give loved ones distant relatives you know
[1:36:16] Speaker 1: for rituals do all kinds of things for money you
[1:36:19] Speaker 1: find this happen in our world all over terrible shouldn't
[1:36:23] Speaker 1: be a heart for god it is my prayer for
[1:36:28] Speaker 1: you that the kind of money that will make you
[1:36:31] Speaker 1: leave god i am praying this for your sake may
[1:36:33] Speaker 1: it never gets to you hallelujah do you know the
[1:36:39] Speaker 1: kind of money that makes you leave god The kind
[1:36:42] Speaker 1: of money that makes church look like a nuisance. I
[1:36:45] Speaker 1: am busy. The kind of money that makes your family
[1:36:49] Speaker 1: look like an interruption to your life. One year you've
[1:36:53] Speaker 1: not seen your wife, you've not seen your children, you
[1:36:55] Speaker 1: don't care. Because you are looking for money. Your children
[1:37:00] Speaker 1: start calling you uncle. Because they do not know whether
[1:37:03] Speaker 1: you are their father or not. I'm not being sarcastic.
[1:37:08] Speaker 1: The kind of world that will introduce you to groups
[1:37:12] Speaker 1: and demonic satanic fraternities.
[1:37:16] Speaker 3: To now begin to practice all kinds.
[1:37:18] Speaker 1: Of occultic things. Things that are outside of the value
[1:37:22] Speaker 1: that you were raised by. There are many of us here,
[1:37:27] Speaker 1: God has brought this word to caution you already. Because
[1:37:31] Speaker 1: you are threading paths, you are just seeing everybody wealthy. Listen,
[1:37:35] Speaker 1: be careful. Make sure you vet people's relationship with Jesus
[1:37:39] Speaker 1: before you start clapping for the money they have.
[1:37:42] Speaker 3: You do not know what has died.
[1:37:46] Speaker 1: There are people who have sacrificed their destinies, covenanted with Satan.
[1:37:51] Speaker 1: You are just seeing the money. They may even help
[1:37:54] Speaker 1: you with it. When we teach here about kingdom prosperity
[1:38:02] Speaker 1: and deliverance from poverty, we are teaching that because God
[1:38:06] Speaker 1: is able to bring people out and it is to
[1:38:09] Speaker 1: give you the convenience to be able to serve the
[1:38:11] Speaker 1: purposes of God with dignity and integrity. That God will
[1:38:17] Speaker 1: raise people in this ministry, multi-billionaires in all kinds of
[1:38:22] Speaker 1: global currencies. and yet you love the Lord. Time for worship,
[1:38:26] Speaker 1: your heart is still inclined. Do you know, there is
[1:38:29] Speaker 1: nothing as powerful as seeing a wealthy man worship god
[1:38:32] Speaker 1: that is a salmon on his own that you see
[1:38:36] Speaker 1: a wealthy man just saying lord you are the reason
[1:38:39] Speaker 1: why i have all that i have do you know
[1:38:42] Speaker 1: how many people get inspired by that worship That if
[1:38:45] Speaker 1: this man who is the director of this conglomerate, the
[1:38:48] Speaker 1: group general manager, having everything life can offer from a
[1:38:52] Speaker 1: physical standpoint, can still roll on the ground before God.
[1:38:56] Speaker 1: You're watching the wife roll on the ground and the
[1:38:58] Speaker 1: children too roll on the ground. What are you still
[1:39:01] Speaker 1: standing for? You will join them and roll on the
[1:39:03] Speaker 1: ground too. If God has helped that man and he's
[1:39:06] Speaker 1: still rolling on the ground, Remember the Bible calls us
[1:39:11] Speaker 1: living epistles. Are we together now? It is a beautiful
[1:39:16] Speaker 1: thing to see blessed people serve the Lord. That you
[1:39:19] Speaker 1: see somebody who is a multi-millionaire. They are very blessed
[1:39:24] Speaker 1: people that God has helped in this ministry. Thank God
[1:39:27] Speaker 1: for it. And sometimes I am humbled seeing how they
[1:39:30] Speaker 1: stretch themselves to serve the purposes of God.
[1:39:33] Speaker 3: That is a lesson.
[1:39:34] Speaker 1: Any kind of wealth that makes you too big for
[1:39:37] Speaker 1: God is nonsense. It's only a pit you are digging
[1:39:40] Speaker 1: so that you enter there. If Jesus the king of
[1:39:43] Speaker 1: kings left his throne and he came and he died
[1:39:45] Speaker 1: for man, there is nobody who will give a flimsy
[1:39:49] Speaker 1: excuse and say, I am too rich to love God.
[1:39:52] Speaker 1: I am too rich to worship God. I am too
[1:39:54] Speaker 1: rich to serve God. I pray for you again that
[1:39:59] Speaker 1: any kind of money, let me repeat it to your hearing.
[1:40:02] Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, any kind of money, financial resources that
[1:40:07] Speaker 1: will take you away from the Lord Jesus Christ or
[1:40:10] Speaker 1: is already taking you away from the Lord Jesus Christ,
[1:40:12] Speaker 1: may it live your life. Respectfully speaking, that includes certain jobs.
[1:40:23] Speaker 1: There are certain jobs that is an attack on your life.
[1:40:27] Speaker 1: And it is not for me to sit down and
[1:40:30] Speaker 1: impose upon you, but I can tell you this one thing.
[1:40:34] Speaker 1: Whatever requires you living Jesus to obtain it is a
[1:40:38] Speaker 1: waste of your time. Please believe this. I do not
[1:40:43] Speaker 1: know how men survive without Him. I do not know
[1:40:49] Speaker 1: how people rise without Him. There may be many other formulas,
[1:40:54] Speaker 1: but I can only show you that which the Bible provides.
[1:40:57] Speaker 1: and that which by the grace of god he has
[1:41:00] Speaker 1: made sufficient in our lives let me tell you the
[1:41:02] Speaker 1: truth any kind of money that will require you living
[1:41:07] Speaker 1: jesus living prayer living what study your christian integrity and
[1:41:13] Speaker 1: your service unto god to obtain it i repeat one
[1:41:16] Speaker 1: more time it is not worth it what shall it
[1:41:19] Speaker 1: profit a man if he gains the whole world you
[1:41:23] Speaker 1: know how wide this world is That by whatever creativity
[1:41:27] Speaker 1: you gain the whole world. And then you lose your soul.
[1:41:36] Speaker 1: I've told him. If there is anything that will ever
[1:41:39] Speaker 1: come to my life in the guise of blessing. And
[1:41:43] Speaker 1: it will take your place, my passion, and even distract
[1:41:46] Speaker 1: me from my assignment. May it never arrive. May it
[1:41:50] Speaker 1: never arrive. And I'm praying that prayer even as I'm
[1:41:53] Speaker 1: standing here. I don't care what kind of money. I
[1:41:56] Speaker 1: don't think I'm just speaking nonsense. No. See, if you
[1:42:01] Speaker 1: don't have convictions, the devil will bait you into anything.
[1:42:05] Speaker 1: There are some of us, respectfully speaking, I don't mean
[1:42:08] Speaker 1: to insult you, but we are so cheap. Anything can
[1:42:12] Speaker 1: take you away from God. Someone can say, well, going
[1:42:16] Speaker 1: to church, are you going to eat in church? Sit
[1:42:18] Speaker 1: down there. I will give you 100,000. And you sit
[1:42:21] Speaker 1: down and a word is coming. A prophetic word is
[1:42:23] Speaker 1: coming that will lift you. Something will come. Can money
[1:42:27] Speaker 1: break courses? Can money break yokes? Money can give you
[1:42:31] Speaker 1: a home, but can it give you peace on its own? No. No.
[1:42:37] Speaker 1: We reject the precious things for mundane things. And then
[1:42:41] Speaker 1: eventually we find out that we only had shadows.
[1:42:49] Speaker 3: You are the thirst.
[1:42:52] Speaker 1: You are the scream. You are the hunger.
[1:42:58] Speaker 4: Living deep inside of me.
[1:43:03] Speaker 1: You are the food. That satisfies.
[1:43:10] Speaker 6: You are provision for the journey of my life.
[1:43:19] Speaker 4: You are everything.
[1:43:27] Speaker 1: I'm going to sing that song one more time. Just
[1:43:29] Speaker 1: listen to me. It's a powerful song. You are the thirst.
[1:43:35] Speaker 1: You are the stream. You are the hunger.
[1:43:41] Speaker 4: Living deep inside of me.
[1:43:46] Speaker 3: You are the food.
[1:43:50] Speaker 1: That satisfies.
[1:43:53] Speaker 6: You are provision for the journey of my life.
[1:44:01] Speaker 1: Yes, you are everything. Listen. Can you stand in your
[1:44:10] Speaker 1: office and watch a check of 100 million, 1 billion
[1:44:16] Speaker 1: at the expense of your faith and you close it
[1:44:20] Speaker 1: and shake the person and say thank you for your
[1:44:22] Speaker 1: human sincerity but I love him more than that and
[1:44:26] Speaker 1: walk away and allow other people to say you are
[1:44:28] Speaker 1: stupid while God says well done. How many of you
[1:44:34] Speaker 1: today will be able to watch money, cars, houses that
[1:44:41] Speaker 1: will affect your integrity and watch it and say thank you.
[1:44:48] Speaker 1: I know that you think I will come and marry
[1:44:52] Speaker 1: you just because of money. Thank you. I know you're
[1:44:55] Speaker 1: a rich man. I know you're a great man. But
[1:44:58] Speaker 1: you don't love Jesus. I've had you insult Jesus. I've
[1:45:01] Speaker 1: had you say a lot of things. I appreciate your wealth.
[1:45:04] Speaker 1: I don't downplay it. But I'm not that cheap. I
[1:45:08] Speaker 1: am the daughter of Abraham. I appreciate you. But I'm
[1:45:12] Speaker 1: on my way going. And other people will say, is
[1:45:14] Speaker 1: your head working well? God brought such a rich man.
[1:45:19] Speaker 1: It doesn't matter whether he's a wizard.
[1:45:21] Speaker 3: Provided he has money.
[1:45:22] Speaker 1: Just know. Believers have cheapened themselves so much. Now, I
[1:45:28] Speaker 1: don't downplay. I'm teaching you on finances. And I'm going
[1:45:31] Speaker 1: to pray for you. But listen to me. For some
[1:45:33] Speaker 1: of you, God is speaking to you. You need to repent.
[1:45:36] Speaker 1: Even if it's the devil that says, come. Once he
[1:45:38] Speaker 1: shows you money, you're on your way going. You will say, Lord,
[1:45:40] Speaker 1: I'm coming. And you're on your way and you'll find
[1:45:43] Speaker 1: yourself in hellfire. Please, money is not everything. Money is important.
[1:45:49] Speaker 1: But Jesus is everything. You are the thirst. You are
[1:45:57] Speaker 1: the stream. You are the hunger.
[1:46:01] Speaker 4: Living deep inside of me.
[1:46:06] Speaker 1: You are the food that satisfies.
[1:46:13] Speaker 6: You are provision for the journey.
[1:46:17] Speaker 1: Of my life. Koinonia will rather meet outside under a
[1:46:26] Speaker 1: tree than to get money by crooks and by pranks.
[1:46:32] Speaker 1: For as long as I live and for as long
[1:46:35] Speaker 1: as this ministry serves Jesus, nobody will manipulate you to
[1:46:39] Speaker 1: get money or dollars or whatever it is. No. No. No.
[1:46:46] Speaker 1: Not under the guise of anything. You will give, will
[1:46:49] Speaker 1: challenge you to give, but not manipulation. Listen. I know
[1:46:54] Speaker 1: what you are hearing is uncomfortable. But please just trust
[1:46:57] Speaker 1: that I love you. And that I am teaching you
[1:46:59] Speaker 1: the truth. We need to get away. Especially our generation
[1:47:03] Speaker 1: of young people. This way we have cheapened ourselves. All
[1:47:09] Speaker 1: because of money. I can do anything. Provided you will
[1:47:12] Speaker 1: pay me. Kill? Yes. Steal? Yes. Destroy? Yes.
[1:47:19] Speaker 3: I will join any group.
[1:47:21] Speaker 1: Remove my heart, remove my brain, just give me money.
[1:47:27] Speaker 1: And we think it's not an issue. A generation that
[1:47:30] Speaker 1: becomes so vulnerable to money. A generation that worships money.
[1:47:36] Speaker 1: Is a generation that will destroy civilization. I'm telling you.
[1:47:41] Speaker 1: This is what Satan wants. You see this happening across
[1:47:44] Speaker 1: the globe. And especially in Africa. I'm sorry to say this.
[1:47:48] Speaker 1: But every bad leader was once a bad child. They
[1:47:52] Speaker 1: don't just get into government and start being corrupt. No. No.
[1:47:57] Speaker 1: It's been a practice. Corruption from school. Malpractice.
[1:48:01] Speaker 3: And you go scot-free. Am I right on that?
[1:48:04] Speaker 1: It starts graduating like that. Until now you sit down
[1:48:08] Speaker 1: as a board member or whatever. And all you are
[1:48:12] Speaker 1: thinking about. How many politicians think about the people they
[1:48:16] Speaker 1: were sent to serve? They may talk and speak nonsense
[1:48:19] Speaker 1: on TV. but you know that if you probe sincerely
[1:48:23] Speaker 1: for many and I'm not joking I'm speaking globally we
[1:48:32] Speaker 1: need to have a conscience that loves God it matters
[1:48:35] Speaker 1: how the money comes not just that it comes What
[1:48:39] Speaker 1: shall it profit a man if you gain the whole
[1:48:42] Speaker 1: world and lose your soul? Can I tell you, there
[1:48:45] Speaker 1: are many people who have been lifted by God today
[1:48:48] Speaker 1: because of their heart for Him. They may not have
[1:48:50] Speaker 1: known much, but my God, their love for Him, it
[1:48:55] Speaker 1: makes it look unfair if they remain like that. And
[1:48:59] Speaker 1: you see God will bring strategic relationships to their life.
[1:49:02] Speaker 1: Somebody who just shows up for that family and begins
[1:49:06] Speaker 1: to lift that family. Someone who just shows up for
[1:49:08] Speaker 1: that company and begins to lift that company. There are
[1:49:11] Speaker 1: people who have almost zero financial intelligence. They don't have
[1:49:15] Speaker 1: anything but the one thing they have is a heart
[1:49:18] Speaker 1: for God. And you will see that God will bring
[1:49:20] Speaker 1: somebody to say, I've been instructed by God to come
[1:49:24] Speaker 1: and help your family. Number two, what is the second
[1:49:35] Speaker 1: key to be free from financial captivity? Mental transformation. The
[1:49:42] Speaker 1: second key, I'm not discussing it, I'm just writing it.
[1:49:48] Speaker 1: The second key, if you are not transformed mentally, ladies
[1:49:54] Speaker 1: and gentlemen, you will never be sustainably wealthy. You can be,
[1:50:00] Speaker 1: you can be Rich overnight by someone blessing you either
[1:50:06] Speaker 1: by favor or relationships. But sustenance is a product of
[1:50:10] Speaker 1: intelligence and transformation. It's the reason why organizations cannot manage
[1:50:16] Speaker 1: their resources. Families cannot manage their resources. There are families
[1:50:20] Speaker 1: where the father is working, the mother is working, the
[1:50:24] Speaker 1: children are working, but they are always in lack. Something
[1:50:26] Speaker 1: is wrong. And the problem is not just demons. There
[1:50:29] Speaker 1: is a bankruptcy of mental transformation. And mental transformation is
[1:50:34] Speaker 1: not a gift. You buy the truth. Are we together?
[1:50:38] Speaker 1: And when you buy the truth, you use it. You
[1:50:41] Speaker 1: submit to transformation. The Bible says, let this mind be
[1:50:45] Speaker 1: in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. Mental transformation.
[1:50:51] Speaker 1: You will never rise even financially above your mindset. You
[1:50:55] Speaker 1: can receive money overnight. Someone can bless you. But the
[1:51:00] Speaker 1: sustainability of wealth is a product of mental strength. The
[1:51:05] Speaker 1: Bible says strong men retain wealth. I have told you here,
[1:51:09] Speaker 1: the easiest part of wealth is becoming it. Retaining wealth
[1:51:15] Speaker 1: is not luck. You can actually have money, somebody can
[1:51:18] Speaker 1: bless you, maybe some inheritance. You see, favor can walk
[1:51:23] Speaker 1: around for you. That is why you see we give
[1:51:25] Speaker 1: testimonies in church.
[1:51:27] Speaker 3: Praise the Lord.
[1:51:28] Speaker 1: Apostle gave a prophetic word. And somebody just called me
[1:51:31] Speaker 1: out of nowhere and gave me five million. Congratulations.
[1:51:35] Speaker 3: Now, wisdom should continue where favor has stopped.
[1:51:38] Speaker 1: But because there is no transformation, that person will celebrate
[1:51:42] Speaker 1: five million and still be begging after two years. Are
[1:51:47] Speaker 1: we together? Favor is not the only thing you need
[1:51:49] Speaker 1: in your life. It is important. Controls the arrival of
[1:51:53] Speaker 1: financial resources. But to be able to manage your entire
[1:51:57] Speaker 1: wealth system, you need a transformed mind. And that will
[1:52:01] Speaker 1: require outsourced intelligence. Are we together now? Most people do
[1:52:06] Speaker 1: not invest in strategic mental work to build yourself. Go
[1:52:13] Speaker 1: and listen to my teachings on mental transformation. I have
[1:52:16] Speaker 1: taught how mindsets are formed. And I have taught you
[1:52:19] Speaker 1: that there are certain mental traits you need. To not
[1:52:23] Speaker 1: only attract wealth, but to sustain it. For instance, frugality.
[1:52:28] Speaker 1: Frugality is a mindset that helps you to maintain the
[1:52:32] Speaker 1: wealth that you have. Are we together? It is clear
[1:52:35] Speaker 1: financially that you don't spend your capital.
[1:52:38] Speaker 6: No.
[1:52:39] Speaker 1: When you spend your capital, it is wrong. What God
[1:52:43] Speaker 1: gives you, what favor brings is capital. And then it
[1:52:46] Speaker 1: is up to wisdom now to provide strategies for increase.
[1:52:51] Speaker 1: What you enjoy and spend and sit on is that
[1:52:54] Speaker 1: which comes as a result of increase. And even increase
[1:52:57] Speaker 1: has a formula for spending it. When the people came
[1:53:03] Speaker 1: and ate bread and fish, they littered everywhere and went away.
[1:53:06] Speaker 1: And Jesus the wise, Jesus the transformed, told them, gather
[1:53:10] Speaker 1: the crumbs. In other words, just because I have the
[1:53:13] Speaker 1: power to bring forth, the man who multiplied bread was
[1:53:17] Speaker 1: attentive to crumbs.
[1:53:20] Speaker 3: And the ones who did not have the power to attend.
[1:53:23] Speaker 1: They threw their crumbs away, forgetting they would be hungry
[1:53:26] Speaker 1: a few hours later. Are we together? Frugality is a
[1:53:30] Speaker 1: mindset alone. The quality of making sure that you cut
[1:53:34] Speaker 1: away wastage from your life. The presence of abundance is
[1:53:38] Speaker 1: not a license for carelessness. Many people are too careless.
[1:53:43] Speaker 1: You are in all kinds of groups that are not
[1:53:46] Speaker 1: profitable to your life. Physically and spiritually cut away from them.
[1:53:50] Speaker 1: Because it's eating up of your finances. Organizing all kinds
[1:53:54] Speaker 1: of activities that are senseless. Completely senseless as far as
[1:54:01] Speaker 1: your future is concerned. Hallelujah. There are many of us,
[1:54:06] Speaker 1: if we are to be honest, God has been faithful
[1:54:09] Speaker 1: in terms of inflow of financial resources. It is because
[1:54:12] Speaker 1: of the absence of mental traits like frugality, mental traits
[1:54:18] Speaker 1: like gratitude, mental traits like honor. I was sharing with
[1:54:23] Speaker 1: them in Zaria and I said if you develop, if
[1:54:26] Speaker 1: you cultivate a mindset of honor and gratitude alone, you
[1:54:30] Speaker 1: will not be poor. Your life will be improved and
[1:54:34] Speaker 1: enhanced in a way that will surprise you. Listen, if
[1:54:37] Speaker 1: you are in any kind of relationship and you feel
[1:54:41] Speaker 1: you don't have enough value to contribute, let me tell
[1:54:44] Speaker 1: you what to bring to the table. Bring gratitude and
[1:54:47] Speaker 1: bring honor. It becomes a sufficient contribution in that relationship.
[1:54:52] Speaker 1: That means if you cannot provide the technical skills at
[1:54:56] Speaker 1: the back end of that relationship, provide gratitude and provide honor.
[1:55:01] Speaker 1: That means you are in a relationship, whether a spouse,
[1:55:04] Speaker 1: whether a business relationship, that seems to look one-sided. One
[1:55:09] Speaker 1: person is the one doing the job. It will remain
[1:55:12] Speaker 1: unfair until you balance it, introducing gratitude. I may not
[1:55:17] Speaker 1: have the technical skills you brought me in this oil
[1:55:20] Speaker 1: and gas company. I know that I'm not adding anything
[1:55:22] Speaker 1: so much in terms of my intellectual capacity, but just
[1:55:27] Speaker 1: to let you know that I am grateful. Thank you
[1:55:29] Speaker 1: so much for being attentive to my family. Thank you
[1:55:32] Speaker 1: so much for even making me a shareholder in this company.
[1:55:36] Speaker 1: I do not take it for granted. And the board
[1:55:38] Speaker 1: members unanimously will say, retain this guy there. He may
[1:55:42] Speaker 1: not be contributing anything, but we like him. Because you
[1:55:45] Speaker 1: are providing psychological support. That is your value. But when
[1:55:51] Speaker 1: you do not have your intrinsic technical value, and then
[1:55:55] Speaker 1: you now garnish that kind of bad picture with ingratitude
[1:56:00] Speaker 1: and dishonor, you're on your way out from wherever you
[1:56:03] Speaker 1: are to the realm of the poor. For some of you,
[1:56:08] Speaker 1: as you are listening to me now, let me challenge you.
[1:56:10] Speaker 1: After I told them again in Zaria over the weekend,
[1:56:15] Speaker 1: look for five people in your life who have been
[1:56:19] Speaker 1: active contributors, even financially to your life.
[1:56:23] Speaker 3: Send them a very generous.
[1:56:25] Speaker 1: Lavish text expressing your gratitude. Daddy, thank you. Don't say
[1:56:30] Speaker 1: I didn't ask you to give birth to me. Childish, childish, childish.
[1:56:33] Speaker 1: Don't do that.
[1:56:35] Speaker 3: Or your boss. Don't say I'm walking. It's not a favor.
[1:56:38] Speaker 1: It's not whether you like them or not. That you
[1:56:41] Speaker 1: are responsible and you are matured enough to send a text.
[1:56:45] Speaker 1: And I've told you how to communicate gratitude here in Koinonia.
[1:56:49] Speaker 1: The way you communicate, the goal of gratitude is to
[1:56:52] Speaker 1: make the giver perceive that you are grateful. And it
[1:56:55] Speaker 1: is your responsibility to invent every expression that makes the
[1:57:01] Speaker 1: giver perceive. Until the giver perceives that you are grateful,
[1:57:05] Speaker 1: you have not yet communicated gratitude. So for instance, if
[1:57:08] Speaker 1: in your world the only way you say thank you
[1:57:10] Speaker 1: is one word, thanks, you are going to be poor.
[1:57:15] Speaker 1: Are we together? It is true. Someone gives you a house,
[1:57:19] Speaker 1: you say thanks. Gives you a car, you say thanks.
[1:57:23] Speaker 1: Pays the school fees of your children, thanks. No. And
[1:57:29] Speaker 1: for people who can't stop, they will send five text
[1:57:31] Speaker 1: messages in ten minutes. Just to remind you, I'm sure
[1:57:34] Speaker 1: you've forgotten. You were saying you would do a transfer.
[1:57:37] Speaker 1: I know that you are busy. Can I remind you again?
[1:57:40] Speaker 1: And then when the transfer comes, it's by the next day.
[1:57:42] Speaker 1: You now say, oh, I forgot. I saw it. Thanks.
[1:57:45] Speaker 1: You have closed that door. And even though it's the
[1:57:48] Speaker 1: year of open doors, you will be surprised that you
[1:57:51] Speaker 1: used your own hand. The door that prophecy opened, that
[1:57:54] Speaker 1: you closed it and stood at the back to make
[1:57:57] Speaker 1: sure that door does not open again. Say Amen. Please
[1:58:04] Speaker 1: do it. Listen, I will not teach you what will
[1:58:07] Speaker 1: not produce results. I'm not here to waste your time.
[1:58:10] Speaker 1: To just shout Amen and go back and return back. No,
[1:58:13] Speaker 1: I want you to return with testimonies. And say, Apostle,
[1:58:16] Speaker 1: last week I sent a text to someone who I
[1:58:19] Speaker 1: worked for. I worked for in maybe 2018, 2017. And
[1:58:22] Speaker 1: I just sent him a text. Sir, just to appreciate you,
[1:58:28] Speaker 1: I was inspired in church today and I thought to
[1:58:32] Speaker 1: just reminiscing on your kindness through the years. And this
[1:58:37] Speaker 1: is me expressing my heartfelt gratitude. The Lord bless you.
[1:58:41] Speaker 1: I still recall your kindness. The Lord increase you. The
[1:58:44] Speaker 1: next time you hear a call by 1130, where have
[1:58:47] Speaker 1: you been? Are you now walking? No, sir. Come and
[1:58:50] Speaker 1: see me tomorrow. That's it. You can drop your prayer
[1:58:56] Speaker 1: requests on the ground and dance around it. That's a
[1:58:58] Speaker 1: spiritual principle. Praise and the rest. But if that is
[1:59:01] Speaker 1: the only thing you do, you may be disappointed. Remember,
[1:59:05] Speaker 1: they are called forces of advantage, not one force. So
[1:59:09] Speaker 1: when you isolate one, maybe just the power of praise.
[1:59:12] Speaker 1: You see that? How do you now link up with
[1:59:15] Speaker 1: the person who should help you? Some of you are
[1:59:19] Speaker 1: in business partnerships.
[1:59:21] Speaker 3: You can take the time, convey a meeting.
[1:59:25] Speaker 1: You are not necessarily discussing anything around the business. I
[1:59:28] Speaker 1: just want to appreciate you. And subordinates, don't sit down
[1:59:32] Speaker 1: and be waiting or leaders and superiors. Don't wait for
[1:59:35] Speaker 1: your subordinates to say thank you alone. Humble yourself and
[1:59:39] Speaker 1: tell your people thank you. Whether you are a pastor,
[1:59:42] Speaker 1: a father can tell his wife and children thank you.
[1:59:44] Speaker 1: Am I right on that? A leader, a CEO of
[1:59:47] Speaker 1: an organization. Don't say it is my company. The Lord
[1:59:51] Speaker 1: gave the word. But great was the company of them
[1:59:54] Speaker 1: that published it. Success is a composite of many factors.
[1:59:59] Speaker 1: And you must appreciate the several units that contribute to
[2:00:02] Speaker 1: that success. And do it, do it consistently. Thank you
[2:00:10] Speaker 1: so much. I just called for this meeting to appreciate
[2:00:14] Speaker 1: all of you. This company has experienced astronomical growth. We
[2:00:19] Speaker 1: still have a lot of milestones, but I thought it
[2:00:22] Speaker 1: was very responsible. I was inspired to call all of
[2:00:25] Speaker 1: you together. I appreciate you. You mentioned the units one
[2:00:28] Speaker 1: by one. And you see the people trying to be
[2:00:30] Speaker 1: serious and trying to laugh. They can't believe. That their
[2:00:34] Speaker 1: boss is the person who is saying thank you. They
[2:00:36] Speaker 1: can't believe that their superior is the one appreciating them.
[2:00:39] Speaker 1: Let somebody talk nonsense about you. And that's when you
[2:00:42] Speaker 1: will know that you have staff indeed. Because that gratitude
[2:00:47] Speaker 1: plants a jealousy for you in them. That beyond the
[2:00:51] Speaker 1: salary or whatever system of reward you are communicating to them.
[2:00:55] Speaker 1: Their love for you becomes concretized by your communicating gratitude.
[2:01:00] Speaker 1: Same thing with fathers. Sometimes you just call the workers
[2:01:04] Speaker 1: within your house or wherever and say just to tell
[2:01:07] Speaker 1: you thank you. Do you know you can give gifts
[2:01:10] Speaker 1: and yet not express gratitude? It is not all about
[2:01:12] Speaker 1: giving money or giving things. That communication articulates your gratitude.
[2:01:18] Speaker 1: It's an assignment I'm giving you. You're a pastor, go
[2:01:21] Speaker 1: back and do it for your leaders. Don't do it
[2:01:23] Speaker 1: every day. Be consistent but don't do it every day. Otherwise,
[2:01:28] Speaker 1: there is a generation you are going to produce. An
[2:01:31] Speaker 1: entitled generation. That's the Moses kind of generation. By the
[2:01:36] Speaker 1: time you over pamper people, you take away that stamina
[2:01:41] Speaker 1: from them. They become children. Ever dependent. And they feel entitled.
[2:01:46] Speaker 1: But there is a healthy interjection of thanksgiving. Especially from superiors.
[2:01:53] Speaker 1: Do this as a man of God. Gather your pastors
[2:01:56] Speaker 1: who labor your workers and let them know that you
[2:01:59] Speaker 1: appreciate them. It's not about money. It's about your heart.
[2:02:02] Speaker 1: And watch what happens.
[2:02:03] Speaker 3: And teach your people.
[2:02:05] Speaker 1: Koinonia.
[2:02:06] Speaker 3: Global.
[2:02:07] Speaker 1: I will teach you gratitude until you get it. I
[2:02:10] Speaker 1: am a recipient of the power of gratitude. Someone will
[2:02:17] Speaker 1: always remember you. This man is a grateful man. Who
[2:02:20] Speaker 1: do we look for to be the Nigerian representative of
[2:02:24] Speaker 1: this company? Well, he doesn't have that kind of qualification.
[2:02:28] Speaker 1: But remember that the job that we're running is very social.
[2:02:32] Speaker 1: And we need somebody who has this kind of people skill.
[2:02:35] Speaker 3: This man has a very warm countenance.
[2:02:38] Speaker 1: He's a grateful person. And you'll be surprised. You will
[2:02:41] Speaker 1: stand there just looking at your qualification. Without learning all
[2:02:44] Speaker 1: of these things and having the right mental construct. Someone
[2:02:48] Speaker 1: who may not be able to speak English very well,
[2:02:50] Speaker 1: but he knows how to say thank you very well.
[2:02:53] Speaker 1: That's the person who keeps going forward. If you believe
[2:02:55] Speaker 1: what I've said, shout amen. Let me hurry up. Number three.
[2:03:04] Speaker 1: How do you get free from financial captivity? Productivity. Write
[2:03:08] Speaker 1: it please. The third key is productivity. Productivity. Productivity. As
[2:03:14] Speaker 1: a man of God, you must be productive. What does
[2:03:16] Speaker 1: it mean to be productive? To be able to package
[2:03:19] Speaker 1: your value, your contemplation, you know. I have defended, most
[2:03:23] Speaker 1: people think that men of God do not know anything
[2:03:25] Speaker 1: about money from a reward standpoint. Whether you are a
[2:03:30] Speaker 1: preacher or you are a businessman, from a value standpoint,
[2:03:33] Speaker 1: you are doing the same thing.
[2:03:34] Speaker 3: When you bring value that is.
[2:03:36] Speaker 1: Packaged with excellence and served to a targeted consumer base...
[2:03:41] Speaker 1: Even though in the case of ministry, word ministry, you
[2:03:45] Speaker 1: are not selling the value for a price. You are
[2:03:48] Speaker 1: motivated by your love for Jesus. But the law of
[2:03:51] Speaker 1: compensation demands that every time you dispense value, that a
[2:03:55] Speaker 1: reward must be credited to you. Whether it comes as
[2:03:59] Speaker 1: transactional wealth or transformational wealth, in either ways, there will
[2:04:04] Speaker 1: eventually be a reward system. So if you're a man
[2:04:07] Speaker 1: of God, you don't need to manipulate people. Once you
[2:04:10] Speaker 1: dispense value in truth, it becomes impossible. The people whose
[2:04:14] Speaker 1: lives are changing are not too greedy. Give them time
[2:04:18] Speaker 1: to grow. Let the truths that you are teaching them,
[2:04:20] Speaker 1: let them discern that you love them with all your heart.
[2:04:24] Speaker 1: Let me tell you something I have learned from scripture
[2:04:27] Speaker 1: and even from experience. Can I tell you if you're
[2:04:29] Speaker 1: a man of God, yes, a powerful secret. Don't burden
[2:04:32] Speaker 1: members with trying to give you money and do. Teach them,
[2:04:35] Speaker 1: pour your heart. Let them see the heart of a shepherd.
[2:04:39] Speaker 1: Let them see the heart of a father. And then
[2:04:41] Speaker 1: allow them surprise you. They will surprise you indeed. Are
[2:04:46] Speaker 1: we together? Because you see, their giving to you will
[2:04:50] Speaker 1: be based on their perception of your worth. So one
[2:04:54] Speaker 1: person can give you a car. Another person can give
[2:04:57] Speaker 1: you even an estate and think that it is not
[2:05:00] Speaker 1: too much.
[2:05:01] Speaker 3: As far as the value.
[2:05:02] Speaker 1: You brought for them is concerned. Say productivity. In the
[2:05:06] Speaker 1: name of Jesus, I decree and declare that everyone under
[2:05:09] Speaker 1: the sound of my voice becomes productive from today. productivity
[2:05:15] Speaker 1: is not about business productivity is about getting to a
[2:05:19] Speaker 1: point of competence and excellence if you are a preacher
[2:05:23] Speaker 1: do your homework learn the scriptures put your notes together
[2:05:28] Speaker 1: your presentation and your communication make sure that everything is
[2:05:32] Speaker 1: put in place that is productivity You are selling something,
[2:05:36] Speaker 1: be productive.
[2:05:37] Speaker 3: Package everything, clean up the environment. Be welcoming. You have
[2:05:42] Speaker 3: a company, make.
[2:05:43] Speaker 1: Sure you brand your impact. Impact cannot be rewarded except
[2:05:48] Speaker 1: it is branded. You see, do you go to the hospital?
[2:05:54] Speaker 1: Do you go to the hospital to eat food, to
[2:05:56] Speaker 1: buy food? No. Because the hospital is so branded to
[2:05:59] Speaker 1: let you know that it is a place to attend
[2:06:02] Speaker 1: to your medical needs. Do you go to the filling
[2:06:05] Speaker 1: station to buy groceries?
[2:06:07] Speaker 3: I mean generally standing in front.
[2:06:09] Speaker 1: Of a pump. No, because it is so branded. Your
[2:06:12] Speaker 1: impact must be branded to the point that those who
[2:06:15] Speaker 1: need you know you are there. If God has granted
[2:06:18] Speaker 1: you a healing grace, let the people know that he has.
[2:06:21] Speaker 3: Placed that grace upon your life.
[2:06:22] Speaker 1: God has granted you the grace for leadership and entrepreneurship.
[2:06:26] Speaker 1: You have to brand yourself intelligently. Productivity. Number four. Strategic relationships.
[2:06:36] Speaker 1: I've spoken extensively about that. That is the fourth key
[2:06:40] Speaker 1: to being free from financial captivity. Have at least one
[2:06:43] Speaker 1: or two people in your life for a start. And
[2:06:46] Speaker 1: if there's nobody strategic in your life, let me tell
[2:06:48] Speaker 1: you the first place to start. Begin by praying. Then
[2:06:51] Speaker 1: begin by working on your character. Two things. Begin by
[2:06:55] Speaker 1: praying and working on your character. My Bible says, he
[2:06:58] Speaker 1: that wants friends will never have so except you show
[2:07:02] Speaker 1: yourself friendly. Go and learn people's skills. Years ago, I
[2:07:07] Speaker 1: was so blessed and inspired reading Dale Carnegie's book, How
[2:07:12] Speaker 1: to Win Friends and Influence People. One of those materials
[2:07:15] Speaker 1: that shaped my understanding as far as understanding people's skills
[2:07:20] Speaker 1: is concerned. Until today, even as a man of God,
[2:07:23] Speaker 1: I submit myself across all the faculties of my life
[2:07:27] Speaker 1: to build knowledge. I am a student of knowledge, an
[2:07:31] Speaker 1: unrepentant student of knowledge. Hallelujah. Don't say I know. Yesterday's
[2:07:38] Speaker 1: excellence is today's mediocrity. Find out what it takes to have,
[2:07:44] Speaker 1: to retain and improve upon valuable relationships. Finally, there is
[2:07:50] Speaker 1: the power to prosper. You must search for it and
[2:07:54] Speaker 1: find it. The power to prosper. What is the power?
[2:08:00] Speaker 1: to prosper? It's a supernatural engraving. It's a dimension of
[2:08:04] Speaker 1: the anointing of the Holy Spirit. A supernatural engraving that
[2:08:09] Speaker 1: comes upon your spirit and comes upon your mind. You see,
[2:08:15] Speaker 1: comes upon your spirit and comes upon your mind granting
[2:08:21] Speaker 1: you the ability to provide supernatural solutions supernatural solutions be
[2:08:28] Speaker 1: it in ministry be it in business the assignment of
[2:08:32] Speaker 1: the power to get wealth is that your spirit man
[2:08:35] Speaker 1: is empowered by it your mind is empowered by it
[2:08:39] Speaker 1: consequently the quality of the actions and the decisions that
[2:08:42] Speaker 1: you take That culminates to superior results. And when you
[2:08:47] Speaker 1: produce superior results, then it attracts financial blessings alongside many
[2:08:53] Speaker 1: other kinds of benefits. This is the power to prosper.
[2:08:56] Speaker 1: The power to prosper is not some arbitrary anointing that
[2:09:00] Speaker 1: does not have a definition. No. The power to prosper
[2:09:03] Speaker 1: has its jurisdiction. It has an assignment.
[2:09:06] Speaker 3: It empowers your spirit man.
[2:09:09] Speaker 1: It empowers your mind, consequently guiding you to take superior actions,
[2:09:16] Speaker 1: make superior decisions that make you a solution provider, a
[2:09:21] Speaker 1: supernatural solution provider. You know that the power to get
[2:09:28] Speaker 1: wealth is upon you when nothing happens naturally again. Preaching
[2:09:32] Speaker 1: becomes supernatural. Business becomes supernatural. Are we together? The communication
[2:09:38] Speaker 1: and the transmission of your value becomes supernatural. And listen
[2:09:43] Speaker 1: to me. That is one of the things you are
[2:09:45] Speaker 1: about to receive right now. The power to prosper. It
[2:09:48] Speaker 1: is truly, it's the icing to the cake. Just declaring
[2:09:54] Speaker 1: the power to prosper upon people, not having this foundation
[2:09:58] Speaker 1: will be like pouring water through a basket. You see
[2:10:02] Speaker 1: that now? The problem is not the water. The problem
[2:10:05] Speaker 1: is there is no retainership from the basket because there
[2:10:08] Speaker 1: are gaps.
[2:10:09] Speaker 3: The assignment of all.
[2:10:11] Speaker 1: That I've dealt with is to close those gaps so
[2:10:14] Speaker 1: that when the anointing rests upon you now, You see,
[2:10:17] Speaker 1: it is supported by all of this knowledge that you
[2:10:20] Speaker 1: have gotten. That it's impossible to listen to what I
[2:10:24] Speaker 1: have said and understand what I have said and act
[2:10:27] Speaker 1: upon what I have said and then remain in poverty. No.
[2:10:32] Speaker 1: You may not overnight suddenly become a billionaire, but I
[2:10:36] Speaker 1: assure you, you can come out of that grave. That
[2:10:39] Speaker 1: grave of poverty. That grave of lack. That grave of
[2:10:42] Speaker 1: begging left, right and center. I submit to you with
[2:10:47] Speaker 1: every sense of humility. You ignore what I've said tonight.
[2:10:51] Speaker 1: It will be to the detriment of the quality of
[2:10:53] Speaker 1: your life. Including finances. Because the kingdom does not work
[2:10:57] Speaker 1: on superstition. These systems are exact. They are not my opinions.
[2:11:02] Speaker 1: The things that we have seen, the things that we
[2:11:04] Speaker 1: have heard, the things our hands have handled, even of
[2:11:08] Speaker 1: the word of life, the apostles said that that is
[2:11:10] Speaker 1: what we preach. You have not learned tonight cunningly devised fables.
[2:11:14] Speaker 1: You are not learning theory that was downloaded from a book.
[2:11:18] Speaker 3: You are not learning the thoughts of.
[2:11:19] Speaker 1: One philosopher somewhere distilled with verses and communicated. No. By
[2:11:26] Speaker 1: the grace of God, we may not have everything. But
[2:11:29] Speaker 1: we have something enough to be able to say this
[2:11:32] Speaker 1: is proof that this works. Hallelujah. When God reminded me
[2:11:38] Speaker 1: of this and put this burden in my heart, I
[2:11:40] Speaker 1: knew that it was important to share this, that financial
[2:11:44] Speaker 1: captivity is a yoke, is a curse. It should not
[2:11:47] Speaker 1: be in the life of a believer. And for as
[2:11:49] Speaker 1: long as you keep magnifying financial captivity and magnifying poverty
[2:11:55] Speaker 1: and giving it a position in your life through ignorance,
[2:11:58] Speaker 1: as though these were an impossible mountain to surmount, You
[2:12:02] Speaker 1: can surmount lack and financial limitation, financial captivity using these keys.
[2:12:10] Speaker 1: There are many others, but this is sufficient. The assignment
[2:12:13] Speaker 1: of this is to bring you out of the grave.
[2:12:17] Speaker 1: Are we together? That you can give your wife, your husband,
[2:12:21] Speaker 1: your children, your company a quality life. That people should
[2:12:26] Speaker 1: not sit down and regret as though cursed simply because
[2:12:29] Speaker 1: they came out of your loins or they came out
[2:12:32] Speaker 1: of your lineage. There are many of us right now,
[2:12:34] Speaker 1: your past is mad.
[2:12:36] Speaker 3: With all kinds of not too good stories.
[2:12:39] Speaker 1: And most of them have been credited to financial captivity.
[2:12:43] Speaker 1: It's led you into all kinds of lifestyles. It's led
[2:12:47] Speaker 1: you into all kinds of things. That are testimonies you
[2:12:51] Speaker 1: do not want to think about. But the Lord is
[2:12:55] Speaker 1: bringing deliverance tonight. Now hear me. As we begin to pray.
[2:13:02] Speaker 1: I will rebuke the spirit of poverty. The spirit of poverty.
[2:13:08] Speaker 1: Is a spirit that is assigned to individuals. The assignment.
[2:13:12] Speaker 1: Watch this. The assignment of the spirit of poverty. Is
[2:13:17] Speaker 1: to study the extent of your ignorance. And to build
[2:13:21] Speaker 1: systems around your ignorance. That stop you from making financial progress.
[2:13:26] Speaker 1: Let me repeat. The assignment of the spirit of poverty
[2:13:30] Speaker 1: is to study the level of your ignorance.
[2:13:33] Speaker 3: The Bible says no.
[2:13:34] Speaker 1: Weapon fashioned against us. Weapons are fashioned. Are we together?
[2:13:39] Speaker 1: So when the devil comes sending the spirit of poverty,
[2:13:43] Speaker 1: he does not just attack because poverty like prosperity is
[2:13:47] Speaker 1: an effect. It's not a cause. So it doesn't make
[2:13:50] Speaker 1: sense to say Satan stop finances to come to you.
[2:13:53] Speaker 1: It's a reaction. What he does is to study your
[2:13:58] Speaker 1: whole financial understanding or otherwise. And he now begins to
[2:14:03] Speaker 1: build systems either through pride or through laziness. Are we together?
[2:14:08] Speaker 1: Or stopping you from having strategic relationships. Everything that can
[2:14:13] Speaker 1: be designed to stop you. From accessing the keys that
[2:14:17] Speaker 1: bring you out. That is the assignment of the spirit
[2:14:19] Speaker 1: of poverty. It now becomes a stronghold upon your mind
[2:14:24] Speaker 1: and upon your destiny. Making the word of God of
[2:14:27] Speaker 1: none effect. So when you are bringing deliverance to an individual.
[2:14:33] Speaker 1: Preaching deliverance. What you are doing is opening their eyes
[2:14:37] Speaker 1: to see. But that influence is still there. This is
[2:14:40] Speaker 1: where the assignment of the power of God comes. To
[2:14:43] Speaker 1: dislodge that spirit influence. This is what you call generational causes.
[2:14:48] Speaker 1: This is what you call familiar spirits. And you know because, listen,
[2:14:52] Speaker 1: spirits don't die. So you can think that because your
[2:14:57] Speaker 1: father is 70, 80, or you are 40, 30, 20,
[2:15:01] Speaker 1: those spirits do not feel the effect of the longevity
[2:15:04] Speaker 1: of time. They stay there and they remain until a
[2:15:07] Speaker 1: savior arises. I repeat, until a savior arises. Not until
[2:15:13] Speaker 1: time passes. And could it be that you are that savior.
[2:15:18] Speaker 3: Whilst you are listening to me.
[2:15:19] Speaker 1: Thank God that you still have a chance to make
[2:15:23] Speaker 1: this right. And for some of you who are fortunate
[2:15:25] Speaker 1: to still have your loved ones. God is giving you
[2:15:28] Speaker 1: an opportunity right now.
[2:15:29] Speaker 3: That you can correct a lot of things.
[2:15:32] Speaker 1: There are many of you who have never supported the
[2:15:35] Speaker 1: cause of the kingdom with your finances. Not because you
[2:15:38] Speaker 1: do not want to. It is not even there. There
[2:15:40] Speaker 1: are many pastors today.
[2:15:41] Speaker 3: Burdened with all kinds.
[2:15:43] Speaker 1: Of financial yokes. The discussion largely is money, not giving
[2:15:48] Speaker 1: you room to serve God with the dignity of integrity. Hallelujah.
[2:15:54] Speaker 1: Statistics tell us that the top three reasons why divorce
[2:16:01] Speaker 1: happens in marriage is number one, financial issues. Are we together?
[2:16:06] Speaker 1: Number two, issues between spouse. And then number three, external factors.
[2:16:11] Speaker 1: Statistics tells us that these are the top three reasons.
[2:16:13] Speaker 1: Number one, money and financial issues. And don't say it
[2:16:19] Speaker 1: does not matter. There are people right now who have
[2:16:22] Speaker 1: not received their salaries for a few months. And their
[2:16:24] Speaker 1: children are back home. When others are going to school,
[2:16:28] Speaker 1: they will not go. The fact that those children cannot
[2:16:30] Speaker 1: make progress already begins to plant complex in them.
[2:16:34] Speaker 3: Ready tools for the spirit of poverty to come.
[2:16:37] Speaker 1: He will now start suggesting lifestyles and suggesting all kinds
[2:16:40] Speaker 1: of things. Are we together? There are some of us
[2:16:45] Speaker 1: right now when you started your walk with God, you
[2:16:47] Speaker 1: chose the path of integrity and character. And right now
[2:16:51] Speaker 1: you look back and you are not even happy about
[2:16:53] Speaker 1: what is happening. Because your hands have been marred in
[2:16:58] Speaker 1: all kinds of wrong things. All credited to the absence
[2:17:02] Speaker 1: of finance. But we are going to pray. The Lord
[2:17:04] Speaker 1: has brought us this word. And it's time for you
[2:17:07] Speaker 1: to be free. If you believe that, shout aloud, Amen.
[2:17:13] Speaker 1: This is my assignment. And I will do it with diligence.
[2:17:16] Speaker 1: I will pray. I will speak over your life and
[2:17:19] Speaker 1: sit with that no weapon fashioned against you. It is
[2:17:23] Speaker 1: not the economy that controls your resources. It is your understanding.
[2:17:28] Speaker 1: It is these forces at work in you. Ladies and gentlemen,
[2:17:31] Speaker 1: government will come and go. The great recession once happened
[2:17:35] Speaker 1: in the globe. Every kind of. There are cycles of
[2:17:38] Speaker 1: recession that will always happen. You will always find corrupt leaders.
[2:17:42] Speaker 1: You will find honest leaders. You will find godly leaders.
[2:17:46] Speaker 1: You will find satanic leaders. Interchange hands through the years.
[2:17:49] Speaker 1: believing that a government will magically come and make you
[2:17:52] Speaker 1: prosperous is being ignorant your prosperity is defined by the
[2:17:58] Speaker 1: sum total of your understanding are we.
[2:18:01] Speaker 3: Together daniel was.
[2:18:05] Speaker 1: A believer in the God of heaven who reigned through
[2:18:09] Speaker 1: the dispensation of about four to seven kings. Bible history
[2:18:13] Speaker 1: tells us none of those kings could take him out
[2:18:16] Speaker 1: of relevance because he found the key. He was not
[2:18:20] Speaker 1: there to look for money, yet he never lacked. Regardless
[2:18:23] Speaker 1: the government, he was still prosperous. Hallelujah. Give your destiny
[2:18:30] Speaker 1: a chance to be blessed. And let me wrap up
[2:18:34] Speaker 1: by saying this. The purpose of financial blessings like I
[2:18:37] Speaker 1: have taught you, money has a three-fold assignment in the
[2:18:41] Speaker 1: life of the believer. Number one, financial resources empower you
[2:18:46] Speaker 1: to live a comfortable life. Never forget that. You will
[2:18:49] Speaker 1: never live a comfortable life in poverty. And by the way,
[2:18:53] Speaker 1: poverty does not glorify God. The Bible says, if you,
[2:18:56] Speaker 1: being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,
[2:18:58] Speaker 1: how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy
[2:19:01] Speaker 1: Ghost to them that ask Him? God will not use
[2:19:04] Speaker 1: poverty and twist your hand and curse your children to
[2:19:07] Speaker 1: teach you a lesson. There are more superior ways to
[2:19:10] Speaker 1: guide you and teach you a lesson and build you
[2:19:12] Speaker 1: and train you. Are we together now? Number two, the
[2:19:16] Speaker 1: second assignment of wealth, prosperity and abundance, listen carefully, is
[2:19:22] Speaker 1: for kingdom advance. So that you can make your contribution
[2:19:27] Speaker 1: as far as supplying financial resources for kingdom activities is concerned.
[2:19:33] Speaker 1: The work of the Lord does not just depend on
[2:19:36] Speaker 1: anointing and grace and doctrine. It depends on the availability
[2:19:40] Speaker 1: of financial resources communicated.
[2:19:42] Speaker 3: From and through willing hearts who are prosperous.
[2:19:46] Speaker 1: That means the more people prosper genuinely, the more resources
[2:19:50] Speaker 1: can be made available. for kingdom activities. And then number three,
[2:19:56] Speaker 1: the last purpose of wealth and financial resources is to
[2:20:01] Speaker 1: empower you so that you can be a blessing to
[2:20:04] Speaker 1: a dying world in a definite and a practical way.
[2:20:07] Speaker 1: Listen carefully. Remember that you are not just empowered just
[2:20:12] Speaker 1: for Christians alone. There are many people dying out there.
[2:20:16] Speaker 1: There is a world that needs to see an extension
[2:20:18] Speaker 1: of the love of Jesus beyond prejudices of religion and
[2:20:22] Speaker 1: all of that. And financial prosperity empowers you to be
[2:20:26] Speaker 1: a blessing. Unfortunately, unbelievers are doing this by far better
[2:20:31] Speaker 1: than believers. By far better than believers. You look at
[2:20:35] Speaker 1: the ratio of charity organizations constructively empowering the poor, feeding
[2:20:41] Speaker 1: the hungry, clothing the naked. What Jesus said, if you
[2:20:44] Speaker 1: do it, it's called pure religion. Those who have not
[2:20:47] Speaker 1: professed Jesus are the ones doing it by far better
[2:20:51] Speaker 1: than believers. And we have a role to play as
[2:20:55] Speaker 1: far as making our contribution is concerned. This is the
[2:20:58] Speaker 1: threefold purpose of wealth for a believer. Anything outside this,
[2:21:03] Speaker 1: you are pushing yourself to the corridors of waste, regret
[2:21:07] Speaker 1: and compromise. Can we pray now? Please rise up on
[2:21:11] Speaker 1: your feet. There are just three prayer points we are
[2:21:17] Speaker 1: going to pray. And I speak over your life. The
[2:21:21] Speaker 1: first prayer point is you're going to ask for grace.
[2:21:24] Speaker 1: Please make sure you participate in the prayer. The grace
[2:21:28] Speaker 1: to imbibe this that you have learned in your spirit.
[2:21:31] Speaker 1: So that it works for you. Please lift your voice
[2:21:33] Speaker 1: and begin to talk to the Lord. Everywhere. Outside. Connecting online.
[2:21:38] Speaker 1: Lift your voice and begin to pray. The Bible says,
[2:21:47] Speaker 1: now that ye know these things, it says, happy are
[2:21:51] Speaker 1: you if you do them. Now that ye know these things,
[2:21:55] Speaker 1: happy are you if you do them. Now that ye
[2:21:58] Speaker 1: know these things, happy are you if you do them.
[2:22:03] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus, someone is praying. Open up
[2:22:05] Speaker 1: your heart and cry to the God of heaven. I
[2:22:09] Speaker 1: declare that I am a doer of the word. The
[2:22:12] Speaker 1: things that make for poverty. I obtain grace to make
[2:22:16] Speaker 1: quality decisions. That close these doors from my life. Close
[2:22:21] Speaker 1: these doors from my church. Close these doors from my business.
[2:22:25] Speaker 1: I am ready to be empowered. The problem is not
[2:22:28] Speaker 1: the recession. The problem is not the economy of the nations. Hallelujah.
[2:22:39] Speaker 1: Number two. I'd like you to pray that the spirit
[2:22:44] Speaker 1: of poverty, that spirit that has taken advantage of ignorance
[2:22:48] Speaker 1: or incomplete knowledge and is praying over your finances, praying
[2:22:54] Speaker 1: over your family's finances, I'd like you to decree and
[2:22:57] Speaker 1: declare that by the blood of the eternal covenant, it
[2:23:00] Speaker 1: stops from this night. Is someone praying?
[2:23:03] Speaker 3: Open your mouth and pray.
[2:23:04] Speaker 1: Do not allow yourself continue in lack and want. It
[2:23:08] Speaker 1: is not the will of God. And it is totally unnecessary.
[2:23:13] Speaker 1: Totally unnecessary. Not with the abundance of knowledge that you
[2:23:17] Speaker 1: have access to. Someone pray. I rebuke the spirit of poverty.
[2:23:25] Speaker 1: Whether it has been generational. In the name of Jesus
[2:23:29] Speaker 1: we decree and declare. You will not find a place
[2:23:33] Speaker 1: in my life. Are you praying, you will not find
[2:23:35] Speaker 1: a place in my children, pray. You will not find
[2:23:38] Speaker 1: a place in my spouse, not in my company, not
[2:23:41] Speaker 1: in the ministry God has given. Someone is praying in
[2:23:45] Speaker 1: the name of Jesus Christ. All the decisions that are pro-poverty.
[2:23:51] Speaker 1: I come against you. And the spirit that influences my attitude.
[2:23:56] Speaker 1: The spirit that influences my decisions. Praying upon my ignorance.
[2:24:01] Speaker 1: The Lord rebuke you. In the name of Jesus. Hallelujah.
[2:24:10] Speaker 1: Final prayer point and then it will be my turn
[2:24:12] Speaker 1: to pray for you. I'd like you to pray. There
[2:24:15] Speaker 1: is the power to get wealth. Yes, there is. There
[2:24:19] Speaker 1: truly is the power to get wealth. Please do not
[2:24:22] Speaker 1: take serious anybody who tells you there is no anointing
[2:24:25] Speaker 1: that prospers people. There is the power to get wealth.
[2:24:29] Speaker 1: Let God be true and all men liars. You are
[2:24:32] Speaker 1: going to pray. Father, I've been imparted, I've been anointed before.
[2:24:36] Speaker 1: But the power to get wealth, let it rest upon
[2:24:38] Speaker 1: my life now. Open your mouth and pray. The power
[2:24:42] Speaker 1: to get wealth. God is able to empower men, is
[2:24:46] Speaker 1: able to provide a supernatural engraving upon your spirit and
[2:24:51] Speaker 1: your mind that causes you to be extraordinary in producing results.
[2:24:57] Speaker 1: Results that make you extremely valuable, results that attract resources
[2:25:02] Speaker 1: to you, results that connects you to the heart of
[2:25:06] Speaker 1: men and help us. Someone pray. Someone pray. You are
[2:25:12] Speaker 1: about to receive. In the name of Jesus. In the
[2:25:26] Speaker 1: name of Jesus. Let me speak over your life now. Father,
[2:25:32] Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus, I decree and declare. You
[2:25:37] Speaker 1: gave me this instruction to bring this prophetic word as
[2:25:40] Speaker 1: a deliverance. In the name of Jesus, I decree and declare.
[2:25:45] Speaker 1: That mantle and that grace that makes for wealth. That
[2:25:49] Speaker 1: took ordinary people in scripture and even ordinary people in
[2:25:53] Speaker 1: our day to day. And has exalted them bringing beauty
[2:25:57] Speaker 1: for ashes and joy for mourning. I decree and declare.
[2:26:01] Speaker 1: May that grace rest upon you now. May that grace
[2:26:07] Speaker 1: rest upon you now. Rest upon your business. Rest upon
[2:26:13] Speaker 1: your ministry. Rest upon your household. Rest upon your career.
[2:26:20] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ. By reason of this grace.
[2:26:27] Speaker 1: I speak prophetically over you that everything that represents the
[2:26:32] Speaker 1: shame and the reproach connected to poverty, I declare that
[2:26:36] Speaker 1: it dies over.
[2:26:37] Speaker 3: Your life now.
[2:26:42] Speaker 1: Every family here that has never experienced genuine prosperity is
[2:26:49] Speaker 1: always from poverty to poverty. You saw those before you
[2:26:53] Speaker 1: You saw your parents, some of you right now, and
[2:26:55] Speaker 1: you're about transferring the same to your children. In the
[2:26:58] Speaker 1: name of Jesus, may this anointing intercept that progression. Intercept
[2:27:04] Speaker 1: that progression. In the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible says,
[2:27:10] Speaker 1: and Jabez was more honorable than his brethren. It was
[2:27:13] Speaker 1: not always so. Every failed business here, every dead or
[2:27:18] Speaker 1: dying business, I decree and declare, may help us show
[2:27:22] Speaker 1: up and lift you back. May help us show up
[2:27:25] Speaker 1: and lift you back. In the name of Jesus Christ.
[2:27:29] Speaker 4: Hear me.
[2:27:32] Speaker 1: One of the assignments of the spirit of poverty I
[2:27:36] Speaker 1: will discuss that when we take the financial series proper.
[2:27:39] Speaker 1: But one of the assignments of the spirit of poverty.
[2:27:42] Speaker 1: Please listen to me. Is to make you run into debt.
[2:27:46] Speaker 1: One of the major strategies of crippling your finances is
[2:27:51] Speaker 1: to make you get into debt. Now, I know from
[2:27:53] Speaker 1: an economic standpoint, there is good debt, there's bad debt,
[2:27:57] Speaker 1: they say. There is good debt that can be used
[2:27:59] Speaker 1: as a leverage, you know, and bad debt for foiling consumption.
[2:28:03] Speaker 1: I'm not downplaying your knowledge. That is important according to
[2:28:07] Speaker 1: your faith. But let me tell you the most superior
[2:28:09] Speaker 1: ways to not be in debt. For the Bible says,
[2:28:12] Speaker 1: owe no man nothing but love. It is a possibility
[2:28:16] Speaker 1: according to your faith. You believe in death, no problem.
[2:28:20] Speaker 1: The wisdom to manage whatever you receive. Now, I'm speaking
[2:28:23] Speaker 1: largely personally. I know that corporately, many times people need
[2:28:26] Speaker 1: help from institutions to execute large projects. That is corporate.
[2:28:30] Speaker 1: I'm talking about there is no reason. Why you should
[2:28:34] Speaker 1: get into debt personally. It's a terrible thing. Because let
[2:28:37] Speaker 1: me tell you what happens. This spirit constrains you. And
[2:28:40] Speaker 1: then it forces you to start borrowing money. Until it
[2:28:43] Speaker 1: becomes an addiction. And every time you borrow money. It
[2:28:47] Speaker 1: will schedule activities to make sure that money was never used.
[2:28:51] Speaker 1: For the reason why it was borrowed. So interest begins
[2:28:54] Speaker 1: to pile up. While there is no achievement that should
[2:28:57] Speaker 1: bring you that profit. There are many churches today that
[2:29:00] Speaker 1: are in debt. There are many supposed people. Wealthy people
[2:29:05] Speaker 1: today that are in debt. You are not free if
[2:29:09] Speaker 1: you are in debt. Because it sustains the ability to
[2:29:12] Speaker 1: stop you from sleeping. The moment you have abundance plus
[2:29:17] Speaker 1: time plus peace, you are truly wealthy. These three things
[2:29:21] Speaker 1: must happen for wealth to be established. If the only
[2:29:24] Speaker 1: thing you have is abundance of financial resources, even if
[2:29:27] Speaker 1: you have systems, the goal of these systems is to
[2:29:31] Speaker 1: allow you the time and then peace. Resources, time, peace.
[2:29:37] Speaker 1: That is kingdom wealth. That is true financial dominion. That
[2:29:42] Speaker 1: tripartite coexistence of wealth, time, and peace. Because these are
[2:29:48] Speaker 1: the three most expensive commodities. If you lose time and peace,
[2:29:54] Speaker 1: whatever else you got by losing them was a bad baguette.
[2:30:00] Speaker 1: Are we together? Praise the name of the Lord. So
[2:30:03] Speaker 1: the spirit of poverty has made many of us, some
[2:30:06] Speaker 1: of us right now probably are in debt of thousands, millions, billions,
[2:30:11] Speaker 1: and you want to get into more. No. Every time
[2:30:14] Speaker 1: people got into debt from scripture, it was the prophetic
[2:30:18] Speaker 1: that brought them out. The prophetic is mandated with the
[2:30:21] Speaker 1: responsibility of rescue, particularly from financial debt. Allah's master, it
[2:30:27] Speaker 1: was borrowed. It was prophecy that brought it out. The
[2:30:30] Speaker 1: woman who was owing... You know, the prophet who died
[2:30:34] Speaker 1: and left his wife in debt, the prophet said, go
[2:30:38] Speaker 1: and borrow vessels, not oil. To borrow means to plead
[2:30:42] Speaker 1: from people, just bring it. And the Bible says he
[2:30:45] Speaker 1: filled it and he said, go and sell it. And
[2:30:48] Speaker 1: now give, you know, pay off your debt and leave
[2:30:51] Speaker 1: off the rest. The first thing the prophet told the
[2:30:54] Speaker 1: woman to do when you are blessed is pay off
[2:30:56] Speaker 1: your debt. Because you can't live in peace when you
[2:30:59] Speaker 1: have debt. That was the prophet's recommendation. Are we together?
[2:31:05] Speaker 1: So I want to pray for you. If you are
[2:31:07] Speaker 1: in any kind of financial situation of debt. Whether personally,
[2:31:12] Speaker 1: as a family or corporately. In the name of Jesus.
[2:31:16] Speaker 1: Please believe this prophecy. Between now and December 2023. I
[2:31:21] Speaker 1: prophesy upon you. Come out of that debt. Come out
[2:31:27] Speaker 1: of that financial situation. Come out of that financial situation.
[2:31:32] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ. How will it happen apostle?
[2:31:39] Speaker 1: Very simple. The ministry of men. There is no magic
[2:31:43] Speaker 1: as to how people come out of debt. It is
[2:31:46] Speaker 1: always the ministry of men. God will send men disguised
[2:31:51] Speaker 1: as systems. Disguised as relationships. It is yours to now discern.
[2:31:57] Speaker 1: And be ready when it comes. You don't come out
[2:32:01] Speaker 1: of death by superstition. When prophecy is released. As it
[2:32:04] Speaker 1: was over Samaria. The next thing was men. Even if
[2:32:08] Speaker 1: they are lepers. They will be the ones to use
[2:32:10] Speaker 1: to rescue Samaria. Every time prophecy comes. Start paying attention
[2:32:15] Speaker 1: to men. They will come with business ideas. They will
[2:32:18] Speaker 1: come with superior projects. They will come with their well wishes.
[2:32:22] Speaker 1: Just to bail you out. A show of kindness. Or
[2:32:28] Speaker 1: they will come, somebody can just bless you. Oh apostle,
[2:32:31] Speaker 1: I'm owing 30 million. And God gives someone an instruction,
[2:32:34] Speaker 1: I will not give you money. But I give you
[2:32:36] Speaker 1: one of my properties as a gift. You value that
[2:32:38] Speaker 1: property and they say it's 80 million. You are out
[2:32:41] Speaker 1: of debt already. It's up to you now. Let me
[2:32:44] Speaker 1: tell you one of the major ways that God brings
[2:32:48] Speaker 1: people out of debt is through the power of land
[2:32:52] Speaker 1: and its resources. Because it is very difficult for somebody
[2:32:56] Speaker 1: to come and give you one million, but he can
[2:32:59] Speaker 1: give you a slice of the earth. And the Bible says,
[2:33:02] Speaker 1: out of the earth comes increase. It says the increase
[2:33:04] Speaker 1: of the earth is for all. It never said the
[2:33:07] Speaker 1: increase of a company. So if everywhere runs to you,
[2:33:10] Speaker 1: go to the earth for your portion. The earth has
[2:33:12] Speaker 1: a portion for all men. This is a strategy. I'm
[2:33:16] Speaker 1: not foolish, as you hear me talk to you. The
[2:33:18] Speaker 1: earth is a universal bailout system that God uses to
[2:33:23] Speaker 1: bring men out of financial troubles. The increase of the
[2:33:27] Speaker 1: earth is for all, it says. That means if they
[2:33:30] Speaker 1: reject you, if you are in debt, there's no guarantee
[2:33:33] Speaker 1: that the increase in the bank, you have a share there.
[2:33:35] Speaker 1: But this earth is a universal standpoint. The moment you
[2:33:38] Speaker 1: are in debt, trust God to use the power of
[2:33:41] Speaker 1: the earth and its fullness as a mystery to bail
[2:33:44] Speaker 1: you out. Now, in the name of Jesus Christ, Father,
[2:33:52] Speaker 1: let the power to prosper. The engraving that can rest
[2:33:56] Speaker 1: on men and women. And program them for extraordinary success.
[2:34:01] Speaker 1: I declare by the privilege of this apostolic and prophetic mantle.
[2:34:05] Speaker 1: Receive it right now. Receive it right now. Receive it
[2:34:13] Speaker 1: right now. It delivered from every financial captivity. Hear me,
[2:34:20] Speaker 1: what your father could not do, what your mother could
[2:34:23] Speaker 1: not do, for some of you what has never been
[2:34:25] Speaker 1: done before you, I empower you by this anointing, go
[2:34:29] Speaker 1: and do it. Extraordinary results in business, extraordinary results in ministry,
[2:34:37] Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus Christ. Listen, many of you
[2:34:44] Speaker 1: will come and stand here and begin to testify of
[2:34:48] Speaker 1: strange financial doors in the name of Jesus Christ. And
[2:34:55] Speaker 1: by this anointing, everybody mandated to help you, especially this month.
[2:35:03] Speaker 1: in this month of april leave may leave june we
[2:35:06] Speaker 1: are talking april i don't know where they are but
[2:35:10] Speaker 1: i can call them by prophecy in the name of
[2:35:13] Speaker 1: jesus christ the one who gave power to men i
[2:35:16] Speaker 1: declare this week that is coming i stand by this
[2:35:19] Speaker 1: mantle i call forth strange helpers strange helpers strange lift
[2:35:27] Speaker 1: us in the name of jesus christ That by reason
[2:35:33] Speaker 1: of this that you have heard, some of you, by God,
[2:35:36] Speaker 1: you will step into prepared blessings. You will be sitting down,
[2:35:44] Speaker 1: someone will call you and give you a car, call
[2:35:46] Speaker 1: you and give you a house.
[2:35:47] Speaker 3: I am telling you, call you and give you a job.
[2:35:51] Speaker 1: He has trained you so his hands will not be
[2:35:54] Speaker 1: restrained in blessing you. There are some of you who
[2:35:57] Speaker 1: are in ministry. God will give people instructions and say
[2:36:00] Speaker 1: they should come and hold your hands and see to
[2:36:03] Speaker 1: it that you never go down again. Every family struggling financially,
[2:36:11] Speaker 1: whether to pay school fees, to pay rent, to complete
[2:36:14] Speaker 1: building projects, or maybe to fund projects that are ongoing
[2:36:19] Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus this week. May Ebenezer, the
[2:36:22] Speaker 1: helper of men, may he arise and surprise you. For
[2:36:29] Speaker 1: in Jesus' mighty name we pray. No Jesus, no help.
[2:36:36] Speaker 1: No Jesus, no guarantee for sustainable life, especially even in
[2:36:44] Speaker 1: your finances. Listen to me. The first key I gave
[2:36:48] Speaker 1: you to financial abundance is not money. I told you
[2:36:52] Speaker 1: and I've taught you even when I was dealing with
[2:36:54] Speaker 1: the power to get wealth, that the first spiritual law
[2:36:57] Speaker 1: that is responsible for wealth and abundance is called the
[2:37:00] Speaker 1: law of absolute surrender. Not tithing, not giving, not value.
[2:37:05] Speaker 1: In order of priority, it is your relationship with Jesus.
[2:37:09] Speaker 1: I want to make an altar call. There are many
[2:37:12] Speaker 1: of us here who really truly need to make this decision.
[2:37:17] Speaker 1: You need to make it right with Jesus Christ. And
[2:37:19] Speaker 1: to say the primary reason why my family even became
[2:37:22] Speaker 1: victims of this financial vicissitudes is because they ignore Jesus Christ.
[2:37:28] Speaker 1: Perhaps you are the first person. who God is giving
[2:37:31] Speaker 1: a chance to correct, to make right what has been wrong.
[2:37:35] Speaker 1: Or you are here and you are saying, Apostle... I've
[2:37:37] Speaker 1: done many things that are wrong. I need to make
[2:37:40] Speaker 1: my way right with Jesus. I have just one minute
[2:37:42] Speaker 1: for you. Please do not wait for anyone to be
[2:37:45] Speaker 1: the first. I'd like you to leave your seat right
[2:37:47] Speaker 1: where you are. As the Spirit of God is speaking
[2:37:49] Speaker 1: to you, come and stand right here and do same
[2:37:53] Speaker 1: with all the overflows. There has to be someone coming
[2:37:56] Speaker 1: to Jesus. God bless you as you come. Don't wait
[2:37:59] Speaker 1: for anybody to be the first. Make your way to
[2:38:01] Speaker 1: this place. All the overflows. Make your way to your
[2:38:04] Speaker 1: LED screens. And those who are following online. Here is
[2:38:07] Speaker 1: an opportunity to make it right with Jesus. Koinonia give
[2:38:10] Speaker 1: them a big hand clap as they come. Thank you.
[2:38:15] Speaker 1: Thank you for saying yes to Jesus. Thank you for
[2:38:18] Speaker 1: saying yes to a new beginning. Thank you for saying
[2:38:21] Speaker 1: yes to life eternal. Thank you for saying yes. The
[2:38:28] Speaker 1: Bible declares that as many who will come to him,
[2:38:30] Speaker 1: he will in no wise cast away.
[2:38:33] Speaker 4: Hallelujah.
[2:38:35] Speaker 1: If you're joining them, make that very quickly. And those
[2:38:38] Speaker 1: who are following online, I'm about to pray. Make sure
[2:38:40] Speaker 1: you participate in the prayer. The Lord bless you. Thank
[2:38:43] Speaker 1: you for your courage. If there are any ones coming,
[2:38:46] Speaker 1: please hurry up so that we start the prayer together.
[2:38:48] Speaker 1: Young and old, you are welcome. Come to Jesus. He's
[2:38:51] Speaker 1: able to give you a new beginning. And to bring
[2:38:54] Speaker 1: all this crisis to a permanent end in your life.
[2:38:58] Speaker 1: He said, come unto me all ye that labor and
[2:39:00] Speaker 1: are heavy laden. And he promises to give you rest.
[2:39:03] Speaker 1: This is Jesus for you. God bless you. Let me
[2:39:06] Speaker 1: request all of you in front. Please lift your right
[2:39:09] Speaker 1: hand as a sign of surrender to Jesus. And then
[2:39:12] Speaker 1: say this after me. You don't have to kneel. You
[2:39:14] Speaker 1: can stand. But if you choose to kneel, that's fine. Say,
[2:39:16] Speaker 1: Lord Jesus. Lord Jesus. One more time, with hands lifted, say,
[2:39:20] Speaker 1: Lord Jesus, I have heard your word. I believe that
[2:39:26] Speaker 1: you are the way, you are the truth, and you
[2:39:30] Speaker 1: are the life. I believe that you died for my sin.
[2:39:35] Speaker 1: I believe that you rose again for my justification. Right now,
[2:39:41] Speaker 1: I make Jesus my Savior, my Lord, my And my king.
[2:39:48] Speaker 1: And I declare. That the power. Of sin. Satan. Hell.
[2:39:55] Speaker 1: And the grave. Is broken over my life. I declare.
[2:39:59] Speaker 1: That I am a child of God. I go forward ever.
[2:40:04] Speaker 1: And backward never. Amen. Keep your hands lifted. Father thank
[2:40:08] Speaker 1: you for these precious people. Thank you because no one
[2:40:12] Speaker 1: can come to the Father except through the Son. They
[2:40:15] Speaker 1: have come making faith declarations. I decree and declare that
[2:40:19] Speaker 1: they are recipients of eternal life. And in the name
[2:40:22] Speaker 1: of Jesus, I call you the righteousness of God in Christ.
[2:40:25] Speaker 1: Receive the grace to live a victorious life. And every curse,
[2:40:29] Speaker 1: every yoke that is as a result of yesterday, and
[2:40:34] Speaker 1: every foundational thing that has trapped your life, I bring
[2:40:37] Speaker 1: you deliverance right now. In the name of Jesus. Everything
[2:40:41] Speaker 1: that has pressed you. Even financially. By reason of this decision.
[2:40:45] Speaker 1: I declare you begin to see the hand of God
[2:40:48] Speaker 1: in your life. You go from glory to glory. In
[2:40:53] Speaker 1: Jesus name. Amen and thank you so very much. Please
[2:40:56] Speaker 1: let me request that you quickly move to my right.
[2:40:59] Speaker 1: Which is your left. You have a word. The counselors
[2:41:01] Speaker 1: will have a quick word with you. And then you'll
[2:41:04] Speaker 1: be back to your seat. Let's honor them very quickly. Koinonia,
[2:41:07] Speaker 1: is this the best you can do for them? Thank you.
[2:41:11] Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. Okay, one quick
[2:41:20] Speaker 1: announcement and then we're done. Thank you for your patience.
[2:41:22] Speaker 1: Next week we'll be fasting. We'll be fasting as a family.
[2:41:27] Speaker 1: So fast everywhere, whatever nation you are in. Make sure
[2:41:30] Speaker 1: you connect while fasting from 6. And then we'll end
[2:41:35] Speaker 1: for the sake of the service. Maybe 3 o'clock is fair.
[2:41:39] Speaker 1: So you can grab something before you come to church.
[2:41:42] Speaker 1: And for the children, children can break their fast from 12.
[2:41:47] Speaker 1: And that will be fine. pregnant women, don't worry, we
[2:41:51] Speaker 1: are fasting for you. In the name of Jesus, you
[2:41:54] Speaker 1: just make sure you take care of your pregnancy. We
[2:41:57] Speaker 1: are fasting for you. And then if you are sick,
[2:41:59] Speaker 1: if you have a confirmed medical condition, please, you may
[2:42:02] Speaker 1: be exempted from the fast. But everybody, make sure you participate.
[2:42:06] Speaker 1: This fast is for our overall health, to prepare our
[2:42:09] Speaker 1: hearts for what God is bringing next week. Have you
[2:42:11] Speaker 1: been blessed tonight? Thank you very much for your patience
[2:42:16] Speaker 1: and your presence. Please rise as we close the service.
[2:42:22] Speaker 1: Go and prosper in Jesus name. I say it again.
[2:42:26] Speaker 1: Go and prosper in Jesus name. Return with testimonies. Even
[2:42:31] Speaker 1: financial testimonies. For in Jesus mighty name we pray. Let's
[2:42:37] Speaker 1: share the grace together. When we are done. Please greet
[2:42:39] Speaker 1: someone by your left and right. And prophesy prosperity over them.
[2:42:44] Speaker 1: On your way out. In Jesus name. Let's share the
[2:42:46] Speaker 1: grace in fellowship. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
[2:42:49] Speaker 1: The love of God. The sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
[2:42:53] Speaker 1: Rest with us. Surely. God's goodness and mercies follow us.
[2:42:59] Speaker 1: All the days of our lives. As we dwell in
[2:43:02] Speaker 1: the house of the Lord. Forever and ever. Amen. God
[2:43:05] Speaker 1: bless you. See you next week.
