## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: Jesus Christ. While standing, I want us to please honor Dr.
[0:03] Speaker 1: Emos Fenwa. Thank you, sir.
[0:04] Speaker 2: Such a profoundly humble man of God. I count it
[0:10] Speaker 2: a privilege to be here. I thank God for the
[0:14] Speaker 2: relationship that God has given. And I've said it and
[0:17] Speaker 2: I'll say it again, that aside from being a mighty
[0:21] Speaker 2: prophet of God and many other things, he's.
[0:23] Speaker 1: Truly a good man. Truly a good man. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Sir,
[0:31] Speaker 1: thank you. Thank you for the honor. And this is
[0:34] Speaker 1: a ministers and leaders session.
[0:36] Speaker 2: And I trust that in addition to all that we
[0:40] Speaker 2: have learned, God is going to be opening our eyes.
[0:43] Speaker 2: We rise only to the degree to which our light comes.
[0:48] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[0:49] Speaker 2: He says that you arise and you shine for your
[0:52] Speaker 2: light is come. Conferences like these are so designed to
[0:57] Speaker 2: address areas of.
[0:59] Speaker 1: Ignorance and so that God will grant us grace.
[1:02] Speaker 2: And since this is a ministers and a leaders session,
[1:05] Speaker 2: I'm trusting and believing and assuming that everyone here is
[1:10] Speaker 2: a captain over 50, over 100, over thousands. That means
[1:15] Speaker 2: everything you are learning, you are learning for your sake
[1:18] Speaker 2: and the sake of the people that you lead. Can
[1:20] Speaker 2: we cry unto the Lord to give us wisdom within
[1:24] Speaker 2: a minute or two? Father, give me wisdom. Go ahead
[1:28] Speaker 2: and pray. The Bible says, does any man lack wisdom?
[1:34] Speaker 2: He says to ask of the Lord that giveth unto
[1:37] Speaker 2: all men liberally. Here at this conference we receive wisdom.
[1:47] Speaker 2: We receive wisdom. Let my life change.
[1:51] Speaker 1: Pray.
[1:51] Speaker 2: Let my ministry change. Let my business change. someone praying
[2:13] Speaker 2: for in Jesus mighty name we pray thank you father
[2:17] Speaker 2: we trust your wisdom and we trust your grace even
[2:20] Speaker 2: at this session we pray that you speak to us
[2:23] Speaker 2: and may we rise by light for in Jesus mighty
[2:26] Speaker 2: name we pray amen and amen please be seated thank
[2:30] Speaker 2: you hallelujah I would not want to repeat some of
[2:38] Speaker 2: the things that most likely have come from other speakers,
[2:42] Speaker 2: but just to honor Pastor's request, he wanted me to
[2:48] Speaker 2: talk particularly around two areas. Number one, the power of
[2:54] Speaker 2: systems and structures, and then number two, finance in ministry.
[2:59] Speaker 1: I think that these are two areas where.
[3:04] Speaker 2: Most people have most leaders and most organizations have had struggles.
[3:11] Speaker 2: For the average person in ministry, with our context of
[3:15] Speaker 2: today's Christian adventure, I think everyone who wants to be
[3:19] Speaker 2: serious with God already has systems in place to help
[3:23] Speaker 2: them to be serious with God. If you want to
[3:25] Speaker 2: learn prayer, there is a system for that. If you
[3:28] Speaker 2: want to study scripture and grow sincerely, there is a
[3:32] Speaker 2: system for that.
[3:33] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[3:34] Speaker 2: You want to be serious with God, there is a
[3:37] Speaker 2: system for that. So the Nigerian church, in the midst
[3:40] Speaker 2: of all the challenges here and there we have, I
[3:43] Speaker 2: think we've done well in terms of creating templates and
[3:47] Speaker 2: systems that help people as far as their spirituality is concerned.
[3:53] Speaker 2: But then when it comes to other aspects like administration, excellence, finances,
[4:00] Speaker 2: we're still lagging behind very seriously. and this has deflated
[4:04] Speaker 2: the passion of many well-intentioned people, even people in ministry.
[4:09] Speaker 2: So a young person begins ministry with zeal, with passion,
[4:12] Speaker 2: with grace, loving God, fasting, consecration, and then you get
[4:17] Speaker 2: to a point where the deficiency of these other sides
[4:21] Speaker 2: now begins to affect that passion. You find out that
[4:25] Speaker 2: you're a great prayer warrior, a great war giant, and
[4:29] Speaker 2: this applies for both ministry and in any kind of
[4:31] Speaker 2: leadership structure. When you start a ministry and it's not organized,
[4:35] Speaker 2: 12 of you can meet on the ground. You can
[4:37] Speaker 2: shout around. You can meet in a parlor. So you
[4:40] Speaker 2: don't have any problem with rent. You don't have any
[4:42] Speaker 2: problem with administration. Most likely there's no thief among you.
[4:46] Speaker 2: Most likely there's no troublemaker among you. But as the
[4:49] Speaker 2: ministry begins to grow, you are confronted with the reality
[4:52] Speaker 2: of leadership. And most times we spiritualize it and we
[4:55] Speaker 2: ignore it by bringing all kinds of visions and things.
[4:59] Speaker 1: But then eventually... you will.
[5:01] Speaker 2: Find out to your shock that as spiritual as you are,
[5:06] Speaker 2: as cold as you are, you are not able to
[5:10] Speaker 2: scale beyond a certain degree. You see, ignorance in one
[5:16] Speaker 2: area of the kingdom or light in an area of
[5:20] Speaker 2: the kingdom will not cover for ignorance in another area
[5:24] Speaker 2: of the kingdom. So if you have light... In the
[5:29] Speaker 2: area of say fellowship with the Holy Spirit. It will
[5:32] Speaker 2: not automatically remedy for your ignorance.
[5:36] Speaker 1: In the area of relationships. In the area of administration.
[5:41] Speaker 1: Are we together? There is something I call a knowing
[5:44] Speaker 1: only syndrome.
[5:45] Speaker 2: You find that in Acts chapter 18 from verse 24.
[5:49] Speaker 2: The Bible talks about a man called Apollos. Verse 24.
[5:56] Speaker 2: This man was born at Alexandria. The Bible called him
[6:00] Speaker 2: an eloquent man. Let's examine for a minute the kind
[6:04] Speaker 2: of qualifications this man had. He was instructed in the
[6:10] Speaker 2: way of the Lord, so he was not a rebel.
[6:13] Speaker 2: Submitted himself to mentorship. He was fervent in spirit. He
[6:17] Speaker 2: spoke and taught diligently the things of the Lord. There
[6:21] Speaker 2: was only one problem with this man. That one problem
[6:24] Speaker 2: is the last line.
[6:25] Speaker 1: Knowing God.
[6:28] Speaker 2: How can a man have all of these things together?
[6:32] Speaker 2: Fervent in spirit, eloquent, intelligent. You would think that kind
[6:38] Speaker 2: of person should have everything in place. But the Bible
[6:42] Speaker 2: says he knew only. Go back to verse 25. Knowing only.
[6:47] Speaker 2: Everybody say knowing only. Convincingly say knowing only. I wonder
[6:53] Speaker 2: what else we need to know in addition to what
[6:57] Speaker 2: we know. Sometimes what we know can be the limitation
[7:01] Speaker 2: to what we need to know. Let me show you
[7:03] Speaker 2: another example. Acts chapter 19, please. From verse 1 to 4.
[7:08] Speaker 2: Very fearful, scary scripture. In fact, this is scarier than
[7:12] Speaker 2: the first we just read. And it came to pass
[7:14] Speaker 2: while Apollos was at Corinth.
[7:16] Speaker 1: Follow carefully. Paul haven't passed through the upper coast yet.
[7:20] Speaker 2: He came to Ephesus, the Bible says, and finding certain disciples.
[7:26] Speaker 2: Disciples meaning they had already been saved and were under
[7:30] Speaker 2: tutelage or mentorship. Verse 2, then he says to them,
[7:34] Speaker 2: He took for granted that they should have known some things.
[7:38] Speaker 2: And he said, have you received the Holy Ghost since
[7:41] Speaker 2: you believed? Now, you know that this was the moment
[7:43] Speaker 2: where there was such an outpouring in the church. I mean,
[7:46] Speaker 2: it wasn't too long when the Holy Ghost fell. There
[7:49] Speaker 2: was revival, outpourings happening. And here are a group of
[7:53] Speaker 2: people under very structured mentorship. Now he tells them, have
[7:57] Speaker 2: you received the.
[7:58] Speaker 1: Holy Ghost since you believed? Please read with me their
[8:01] Speaker 1: shocking response. Are you ready? One, two, read.
[8:03] Speaker 2: And they said unto him, we have not so much
[8:07] Speaker 2: had whether there be any Holy Ghost.
[8:09] Speaker 1: My God. So both them and the mentor, what were
[8:12] Speaker 1: they learning?
[8:14] Speaker 2: That was a dispensation of the Holy Spirit. He was
[8:18] Speaker 2: already finding place and there were some zealous people. They
[8:21] Speaker 2: were not bad. They were not evil. They were just ignorant.
[8:27] Speaker 2: Paul was surprised. You've not even heard. They would have
[8:31] Speaker 2: just said we've not received. We've heard about him. We've
[8:33] Speaker 2: heard what was happening. We heard that something happened at
[8:36] Speaker 2: the upper room. But they said we've not even so
[8:39] Speaker 2: much heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
[8:41] Speaker 1: Yet they were disciples. I'm showing you this scripture to.
[8:45] Speaker 2: Tell you that it is amazing how you can be
[8:47] Speaker 2: full of light in an area and totally ignorant.
[8:52] Speaker 1: Are we together? Now the challenge most times with the
[8:55] Speaker 1: body of Christ.
[8:56] Speaker 2: Is we use the abundance of light in one area
[8:59] Speaker 2: to automatically mean that that light serves every other place.
[9:04] Speaker 1: No. No. It is line upon line, precept upon precept.
[9:10] Speaker 2: You need to sustain the requisite level of light that
[9:14] Speaker 2: makes you to excel in every area of life.
[9:16] Speaker 1: You believe that? Say amen.
[9:20] Speaker 2: So when I started my journey with God, Because I
[9:23] Speaker 2: came from an evangelical background, my passion was just evangelism,
[9:29] Speaker 2: love for God, and that was it. Didn't have the
[9:32] Speaker 2: privilege of knowing anything about administration, finance, ministry, all these things.
[9:37] Speaker 1: It was not even my interest.
[9:38] Speaker 2: Our passion was just to fast, pray, press into God,
[9:42] Speaker 2: and that was it. And for a while, the Lord
[9:46] Speaker 2: allowed that for our spiritual development. But I got to
[9:49] Speaker 2: a point where the Lord began to call me. to
[9:52] Speaker 2: let me know that if I continued on that path
[9:55] Speaker 2: without opening my spirit to the other.
[9:58] Speaker 1: Aspects of the kingdom.
[10:00] Speaker 2: Eventually the deficiency of this knowledge would affect me in
[10:04] Speaker 2: the future and I'm grateful to God that I paid
[10:07] Speaker 2: attention now with all due respect I know people across
[10:12] Speaker 2: the globe some in ministry some in business who had
[10:16] Speaker 2: a chance to learn the other sides of the kingdom
[10:20] Speaker 2: That would have brought balance and holistic excellence.
[10:23] Speaker 1: To their lives.
[10:24] Speaker 2: But either due to pride or ignorance. Or just emotionally
[10:28] Speaker 2: holding on to all they knew then. They refused to
[10:31] Speaker 2: open up their hearts. And for many of these the
[10:33] Speaker 2: deficiency is now widespread. It's clear in ministry. It's clear
[10:37] Speaker 2: in business. It's clear in leadership. My prayer for you
[10:41] Speaker 2: is that as you are gathered here this morning. If
[10:44] Speaker 2: there is anything that will cause you tears in the future.
[10:47] Speaker 2: May God address it now. I'm speaking to a man
[10:51] Speaker 2: of God. I'm speaking to a businessman. It's amazing how
[10:54] Speaker 2: little things can cause big effects. A small key is
[11:00] Speaker 2: what opens a big door. A small padlock is what locks.
[11:04] Speaker 1: A giant door.
[11:07] Speaker 2: A tiny key that you can put in your pocket
[11:09] Speaker 2: and even take for granted is what can kick your car.
[11:13] Speaker 2: And if that key is missing, as strong as you are,
[11:16] Speaker 2: that car remains there together with you. Have you had
[11:20] Speaker 2: a key missing and you stood in front, maybe you
[11:23] Speaker 2: were hungry and the key that opens the door to
[11:25] Speaker 2: the kitchen is missing.
[11:26] Speaker 1: You stand angry with food inside.
[11:29] Speaker 2: The kitchen and yet you are, and you complain the
[11:32] Speaker 2: door does not listen to you. You are angry, you
[11:35] Speaker 2: blame your wife or your husband, the door still does
[11:37] Speaker 2: not listen. And then later you just remember, ah, I
[11:41] Speaker 2: gave a spare key to someone else.
[11:43] Speaker 1: And you invite the person to come.
[11:45] Speaker 2: And in less than a minute, that door opens with
[11:48] Speaker 2: total obedience.
[11:53] Speaker 1: Are we together?
[11:53] Speaker 2: 1 Corinthians chapter 8 and verse 2. 1 Corinthians chapter
[12:01] Speaker 2: 8 and verse 2.
[12:04] Speaker 1: Let's read together. One, two, read please.
[12:07] Speaker 2: And if any man think that he knoweth anything, he
[12:12] Speaker 2: knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know. This scripture
[12:17] Speaker 2: blessed my life and delivered me from pride.
[12:19] Speaker 1: Many years ago.
[12:21] Speaker 2: I live perpetually in the awareness that there is always
[12:25] Speaker 2: something more I can know. And when I find areas
[12:30] Speaker 2: of ignorance in my life, I don't explain it away.
[12:33] Speaker 2: I have no time protecting my ego at the expense
[12:36] Speaker 2: of my tomorrow. I throw it away and open up
[12:39] Speaker 2: my heart to learn and learn fast. This is the
[12:43] Speaker 2: reason why I honor and I appreciate everyone who has
[12:47] Speaker 2: come to sit for this conference. Because there are many
[12:50] Speaker 2: people here who are senior executives. There are many people
[12:53] Speaker 2: here who are business people already doing well. There are
[12:56] Speaker 2: many people who are already excelling. That you are seated
[12:59] Speaker 2: here does not mean you are limited. It just means
[13:01] Speaker 2: that you have a heart to press for more and
[13:04] Speaker 2: to learn. You know great people by their passion for more.
[13:07] Speaker 2: I'm praying for you in Jesus' name that the reward
[13:11] Speaker 2: for your discipline sitting at this conference, it will speak immediately.
[13:15] Speaker 1: After this conference.
[13:16] Speaker 3: Amen.
[13:18] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus. Hallelujah.
[13:23] Speaker 2: So the Bible tells us in Proverbs chapter 24 from
[13:26] Speaker 2: verse 3 and 4. It says, through wisdom, a house.
[13:30] Speaker 2: I wish we can get the amplified expression. If we
[13:33] Speaker 2: don't have that, that's fine. Proverbs chapter 24, 3 and 4. 24,
[13:39] Speaker 2: not 23. 24, 3 and 4.
[13:42] Speaker 1: Amplified, preferably. Thank you. It says, through skillful and godly wisdom.
[13:48] Speaker 1: Is a house. A life. A home. A family. Whatever
[13:55] Speaker 1: it is built.
[13:56] Speaker 2: And by understanding it is established. On sound and good foundation.
[14:02] Speaker 2: Then it says. By knowledge. Shall its chambers. Every area
[14:07] Speaker 2: be filled with precious. And pleasant things. Let's talk for
[14:11] Speaker 2: a few minutes. About the power of structures.
[14:17] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[14:19] Speaker 2: The first mention of the word church was at a
[14:23] Speaker 2: discussion that Jesus was having with his disciples. That should
[14:26] Speaker 2: be Matthew 26, I believe. And he said, who do
[14:30] Speaker 2: men say that I, the son of man, am? And
[14:34] Speaker 2: the Bible tells us that they began to debate among themselves.
[14:37] Speaker 2: Some say you are Elijah. Some say you are.
[14:40] Speaker 1: One of the prophets. Then he looked at them and said,
[14:43] Speaker 1: all right, but who do you say that I, the
[14:45] Speaker 1: son of man, am? And they kept quiet.
[14:48] Speaker 2: And Peter looking at him by the spirit said, I
[14:51] Speaker 2: know who thou art.
[14:52] Speaker 1: He says, thou art Christ, the son of the living God.
[14:57] Speaker 2: Jesus replies and says, flesh and blood has not revealed
[15:02] Speaker 2: this to you, Peter. He says, but my father in heaven.
[15:06] Speaker 2: Then he says, you are Peter. And upon this rock, he.
[15:11] Speaker 1: Says, I will build my church.
[15:16] Speaker 2: He uses a very, very interesting statement. He never said
[15:21] Speaker 2: I will make my church. He never said I will
[15:24] Speaker 2: birth my church. He said I will build my church.
[15:29] Speaker 2: He uses an architectural and engineering expression. When relating to
[15:36] Speaker 2: his body. He says this church you see will be built.
[15:40] Speaker 2: It will not just happen. It will not just manifest.
[15:44] Speaker 2: Are we together now? And if you understand anything about
[15:47] Speaker 2: building structures. There has to be an architectural design. There
[15:52] Speaker 2: must be a builder. There are many processes that go on.
[15:55] Speaker 2: And then the actual building, at every point in that building,
[16:00] Speaker 2: they will supervise to check compliancy to the plan and
[16:04] Speaker 2: everything all the way.
[16:05] Speaker 1: You do that a lot in your area here.
[16:07] Speaker 2: You've seen buildings collapse. They were built, but many times
[16:11] Speaker 2: they were not built to specification. And as a result,
[16:15] Speaker 2: they collapsed. So Jesus says.
[16:18] Speaker 1: I will build my church. Meaning that Jesus is a builder.
[16:22] Speaker 2: And everybody who follows in his step, who must build anything,
[16:27] Speaker 2: build your business, build your home, build your life, everything
[16:33] Speaker 2: that ever becomes and lasts is built. Everything that ever
[16:39] Speaker 2: becomes and lasts is built. A spiritual life, robust.
[16:44] Speaker 1: And healthy is built. Ministry, thriving and flourishing is built. Business,
[16:51] Speaker 1: excelling and leading the field is built.
[16:54] Speaker 2: A home, dexterous with great people, great couple is built.
[17:00] Speaker 2: So we have this idea that just because we are Christians,
[17:03] Speaker 2: things just happen.
[17:05] Speaker 1: No.
[17:06] Speaker 2: Anything at all that will last and speak for generations
[17:11] Speaker 2: is built.
[17:13] Speaker 1: You believe that? Hallelujah.
[17:16] Speaker 2: And every building has three components. One, the foundation. Two,
[17:20] Speaker 2: the superstructure. And then three, all that complete and finish
[17:24] Speaker 2: that structure. Again, one, the foundation. The foundation is usually
[17:29] Speaker 2: the invisible part. You don't see it. That is the
[17:32] Speaker 2: part that is usually not, almost not renovatable. You see,
[17:36] Speaker 2: you can renovate a building, but if the foundation is destroyed,
[17:40] Speaker 2: the whole building collapses. You hardly renovate foundations. You can
[17:44] Speaker 2: reinforce it. But you can renovate buildings. Buildings have been
[17:48] Speaker 2: broken to be expanded. But it is based on the foundation.
[17:52] Speaker 2: And the kind and the quality of foundation you build
[17:55] Speaker 2: determines the kind of structure.
[17:57] Speaker 1: Is that true?
[17:58] Speaker 2: There are certain buildings you cannot be allowed to build
[18:01] Speaker 2: because of the quality of the foundation. There are certain
[18:05] Speaker 2: foundations that go as.
[18:06] Speaker 1: Deep as a house itself because of the kind of building. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
[18:14] Speaker 1: So when.
[18:16] Speaker 2: It has to do with excelling in ministry. You must
[18:18] Speaker 2: understand systems and structures. And the foundation for the excelling
[18:25] Speaker 2: of the believer in life and ministry is your spiritual roots.
[18:29] Speaker 1: Please write that down. Your spiritual roots. Let's start from there.
[18:34] Speaker 2: I don't care what you intend to do. Whether it
[18:37] Speaker 2: is to excel in ministry. Whether it is to excel
[18:40] Speaker 2: in business. Whether it is to excel in career. In
[18:43] Speaker 2: whatever aspect of your life. You are as powerful as
[18:47] Speaker 2: the strength of your spirituality.
[18:50] Speaker 1: You are as powerful as the depth of your spirituality.
[18:58] Speaker 2: Now, most people ignore God and ignore spirituality in a
[19:03] Speaker 2: bid to excel, in a bid to increase. Usually, if
[19:07] Speaker 2: you are in ministry because of your closeness to spirituality,
[19:11] Speaker 2: most ministers are serious with God, I presume. But when
[19:15] Speaker 2: it has to do with business people and other areas,
[19:18] Speaker 2: they usually ignore God because they feel like God is
[19:21] Speaker 2: a nuisance to civilization.
[19:23] Speaker 1: Are we together?
[19:24] Speaker 2: I will visit him when I want to do thanksgiving
[19:27] Speaker 2: or when I want to give titan offering but as
[19:29] Speaker 2: far as all I need is just my brain work
[19:32] Speaker 2: you will be learning that except the lord builds a
[19:34] Speaker 2: house is that in your bible the bible says they
[19:38] Speaker 2: labor in vain that build it except the lord watches
[19:43] Speaker 2: over a city he said the watchman watched but in
[19:47] Speaker 2: vain then he says it is vain to wake up
[19:49] Speaker 2: early in the morning and then to sleep late at
[19:52] Speaker 2: night only to eat the bread of sorrow but that
[19:56] Speaker 2: God is the only one who can give his beloved
[19:58] Speaker 2: sleep We're getting to a time in our world today
[20:02] Speaker 2: where the advantage of being spiritual is becoming glaring in
[20:07] Speaker 2: our world. That in one day, everything you have can
[20:11] Speaker 2: crumble like Job. Except that you are standing on a
[20:15] Speaker 2: sure foundation. Are we together? Technology has not designed a
[20:19] Speaker 2: system to manage witches and wizards. Technology has not designed
[20:23] Speaker 2: a system to manage hatred. Technology has not designed a
[20:27] Speaker 2: system to manage jealousy. Are we together now? All kinds
[20:31] Speaker 2: of apps, as modern as they are, they have not
[20:34] Speaker 2: mastered the ability to manage people, the wickedness that the
[20:38] Speaker 2: Bible says the whole world lieth in wickedness. Every man's
[20:42] Speaker 2: excellence in life and destiny is at the mercy of
[20:46] Speaker 2: your spirituality.
[20:47] Speaker 1: Because let me tell you the truth.
[20:49] Speaker 2: Everything you have and everything you build will be tested eventually.
[20:53] Speaker 1: Job's life was tested. His wealth was tested. Everything was tested.
[20:58] Speaker 2: The one thing he had left was his relationship with God.
[21:02] Speaker 2: And the wife said, listen, in light of all you
[21:05] Speaker 2: have gone through, curse God and die.
[21:08] Speaker 1: And Job said, no.
[21:09] Speaker 2: Why do you speak like one of these foolish women?
[21:11] Speaker 2: He says, all the days of my appointed time I
[21:13] Speaker 2: will wait. And it was his spirituality that brought back everything.
[21:19] Speaker 1: The children, the wealth, whatever it is.
[21:23] Speaker 2: That means if he lost his spirituality, the book of
[21:26] Speaker 2: Job would end with a painful tragedy. Hallelujah. It doesn't
[21:35] Speaker 2: matter what God has called you to do. Taking time
[21:39] Speaker 2: to invest in your spiritual life. And by spirituality I
[21:43] Speaker 2: mean your relationship with God. enhanced by a robust word life.
[21:49] Speaker 2: I'm trying to be as simple and pragmatic as possible.
[21:53] Speaker 2: Your prayer life, the moment you begin to rise and
[21:56] Speaker 2: scale in leadership, you will find legitimate excuses to be prayerless,
[22:01] Speaker 2: legitimate excuses to not give in to, you know, your
[22:05] Speaker 2: word life and all of that. It is your responsibility
[22:09] Speaker 2: to work with the Spirit of God and keep reinventing
[22:12] Speaker 2: systems that keep you spiritual as you grow You cannot
[22:17] Speaker 2: use the model for your spiritual life that you used
[22:19] Speaker 2: five years ago. You were an employee then. But now
[22:23] Speaker 2: you are a CEO running a company with branches. That
[22:26] Speaker 2: model will not work.
[22:27] Speaker 1: You need to stay with God and redesign a model
[22:30] Speaker 1: that is bespoke to your life in light of what
[22:33] Speaker 1: God is doing. So that promotion does not become a
[22:36] Speaker 1: cost to your life.
[22:39] Speaker 2: There are people, the worst thing that happened to them
[22:41] Speaker 2: was advancement. They were better off in that state. As
[22:46] Speaker 2: soon as, you see, because when you rise, you know this,
[22:49] Speaker 2: like I do, that when you rise in life, in ministry,
[22:52] Speaker 2: in leadership, there are challenges that are tailor-made for every realm.
[22:58] Speaker 2: As a businessman, you rise and you now begin to
[23:00] Speaker 2: meet colleagues from other parts of the world with their
[23:03] Speaker 2: practices and their gods. And they have no respect for
[23:06] Speaker 2: what you believe. In fact, they assume you are like them.
[23:09] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[23:13] Speaker 2: So you go to celebrate the birthday of some CEOs somewhere,
[23:18] Speaker 2: maybe colleagues you just met.
[23:19] Speaker 1: And you are shocked to see what they do there.
[23:22] Speaker 2: And they do it with confidence based on the assumption
[23:25] Speaker 2: that since you are also a CEO, that was how
[23:27] Speaker 2: you got there. It becomes more difficult standing for Christ
[23:31] Speaker 2: as you grow. Because your conviction will make you look
[23:35] Speaker 2: stupid in the midst of intelligent people.
[23:38] Speaker 1: And childish in fact. You mean you don't drink?
[23:42] Speaker 2: How did you get here? You mean you don't do this?
[23:45] Speaker 2: You mean you are not in any occult group? You
[23:47] Speaker 2: are not paying homage to anything? There's one they can join.
[23:51] Speaker 2: They don't exactly kill, but they are nice people. As
[23:56] Speaker 2: funny as what I'm saying is, you know I'm not lying.
[24:01] Speaker 2: This will meet up with you in ministry. It will
[24:04] Speaker 2: meet up with you in business. It will meet up
[24:06] Speaker 2: with you anywhere. That's why the Bible says, what shall
[24:09] Speaker 2: it profit a man? Huh? If you are not up
[24:12] Speaker 2: for profit, you can't meet that kind of temptation. What
[24:15] Speaker 2: shall it profit a man if he should gain the
[24:18] Speaker 2: whole world and lose his soul?
[24:20] Speaker 1: Say spirituality.
[24:23] Speaker 2: For some of us, the reason why we have been praying,
[24:26] Speaker 2: God increase me, expand my business. You have been weighed
[24:30] Speaker 2: like the king in the days of Daniel. And God
[24:32] Speaker 2: has already seen that if this anointing comes to this
[24:35] Speaker 2: gentleman's life, it will end up being a cost to
[24:38] Speaker 2: you than a blessing. Because the level of stamina you
[24:42] Speaker 2: need to build to carry that anointing, carry that influence,
[24:47] Speaker 2: there are people, if you see an allot of 500 million.
[24:50] Speaker 1: Or 1 billion, you will wave everybody, including God. Thank you.
[24:56] Speaker 2: You say, I'm decongesting my destiny. I'm removing everybody and
[25:00] Speaker 2: everything that is irrelevant.
[25:02] Speaker 1: And God will be the first to go. Spirituality. Spirituality
[25:11] Speaker 1: And you.
[25:12] Speaker 4: See You get to a point where When your basic
[25:15] Speaker 4: needs are met You see in Africa And I say
[25:18] Speaker 4: this respectfully In Africa The basis for the spiritual pursuit.
[25:22] Speaker 2: Of most people is hunger Did you hear what I said?
[25:26] Speaker 2: Hunger Not genuine passion for God Hunger If you are
[25:30] Speaker 2: I mean if you don't have a house rent There
[25:32] Speaker 2: are courses pursuing you You saw what pursued your father
[25:35] Speaker 2: and your mother I mean it makes a lot of
[25:37] Speaker 2: sense to run to God But by the time you
[25:41] Speaker 2: build your house or a few estates, business is scaling,
[25:45] Speaker 2: life is fine, children are doing well, you will look
[25:48] Speaker 2: at your life and say, why do I need?
[25:50] Speaker 1: I mean, it does not make sense to still fast.
[25:54] Speaker 2: It does not make sense to still pray.
[25:56] Speaker 1: I mean, the church is flourishing. We have our property.
[25:59] Speaker 1: We have everything we need.
[26:01] Speaker 2: What then is the value of seeking God in the
[26:03] Speaker 2: midst of plenty?
[26:05] Speaker 1: And many people begin to decline.
[26:09] Speaker 2: But once you have that covenant of spirituality, no matter
[26:13] Speaker 2: how you rise, you can still return and say, God,
[26:16] Speaker 2: that boy you found 20 years ago, even though you
[26:19] Speaker 2: have lifted him, he has still returned.
[26:22] Speaker 1: Because he says, without me, ye can do nothing.
[26:26] Speaker 2: I know this is a leader's session, but I'm starting
[26:29] Speaker 2: because the Spirit of God is calling many of you
[26:32] Speaker 2: to say, leave the issue of business first. Leave the
[26:35] Speaker 2: issue of anointing and ministries. Redule that altar like Elijah said.
[26:41] Speaker 2: Your prayer life is not just bad, it's scattered completely.
[26:44] Speaker 2: Your word study life, everything has gone away. Teaching you
[26:47] Speaker 2: about finances and structure will only be adding trouble to
[26:50] Speaker 2: what is already there. The real issue now is not
[26:53] Speaker 2: to talk about businesses again or whatever. There are many
[26:57] Speaker 2: people now, you are a man of God, but what
[27:00] Speaker 2: you need to hear is not ministry. What you need
[27:02] Speaker 2: to hear is relationship. God is saying, I've been waiting
[27:05] Speaker 2: where you left me five years ago. From the day
[27:09] Speaker 2: you traveled abroad for administration, you didn't return to me again.
[27:12] Speaker 1: I'm still waiting.
[27:13] Speaker 2: I can't be that patient. Does this make sense to anyone? Madam,
[27:22] Speaker 2: from the day you got married, you left me there.
[27:25] Speaker 2: While you were looking for a husband, you banged the
[27:28] Speaker 2: door of heaven, morning, afternoon, night. Now the husband has come.
[27:35] Speaker 2: You say, Lord, Thank you. The day I have trouble,
[27:38] Speaker 2: I will call on you.
[27:41] Speaker 1: Listen.
[27:42] Speaker 2: If you think you will never be tempted along the
[27:45] Speaker 2: lines of your spiritual life, then you've not been a
[27:48] Speaker 2: leader enough.
[27:49] Speaker 1: There are things that.
[27:50] Speaker 2: Will happen in your life that the only thing you
[27:53] Speaker 2: have to hold on to is the God that you love.
[27:57] Speaker 2: Some put their trust in chariots, horses.
[28:01] Speaker 1: Some put their trust on anointing. I hope you know
[28:04] Speaker 1: anointing can be a demon. To you. Not to everybody.
[28:09] Speaker 2: The religiosity of pursuing anointing beyond God. Can make it
[28:13] Speaker 2: become a demon to you. Preaching can become a demon
[28:18] Speaker 2: to you. If it takes the place of God. Anything
[28:22] Speaker 2: that tries to steal the position of God in your life.
[28:25] Speaker 1: No matter how spiritual it is. It can destroy you.
[28:29] Speaker 2: I'm sharing with you my heart this morning because behind
[28:32] Speaker 2: the excellence of the people that you see is not
[28:36] Speaker 2: just the mechanics of what they do.
[28:38] Speaker 1: It's the covenant of their love for God. You are
[28:42] Speaker 1: the thirst. You are the stream. You are the.
[28:49] Speaker 3: Hunger living deep inside of me.
[28:55] Speaker 1: You are the food. that satisfies you are provision.
[29:05] Speaker 2: For the journey of my life.
[29:12] Speaker 1: You are everything.
[29:19] Speaker 2: Yes you are everything You've heard me say, I'd rather
[29:26] Speaker 2: give up ministry.
[29:28] Speaker 1: Call me a failure in ministry, no problem. I'd rather give.
[29:32] Speaker 2: Up koinonia a thousand times, give up invitations a thousand times,
[29:37] Speaker 2: but if I still have my relationship with Jesus, let
[29:40] Speaker 2: the world be shouting me a failure while heaven rejoices
[29:43] Speaker 2: over me.
[29:47] Speaker 1: I mean what i'm saying this is not i'm not
[29:49] Speaker 1: a politician.
[29:52] Speaker 2: You must mean business with Jesus if you want to
[29:55] Speaker 2: see his hand. There are certain anointings, no matter how
[29:59] Speaker 2: you pray and fast, they will not come. They respond
[30:02] Speaker 2: to the purity of your desire. You must love God
[30:06] Speaker 2: beyond ministry. You must love God beyond money. Praying and fasting,
[30:11] Speaker 2: if you are not careful, it can become a spiritual
[30:14] Speaker 2: system to bribe God. And God says, I'm not stupid.
[30:17] Speaker 2: Even though I designed those systems... Those systems are only
[30:21] Speaker 2: activated when they are engaged by a pure heart.
[30:25] Speaker 1: A heart that truly loves God.
[30:27] Speaker 2: Hallelujah. I'm going to ask us to pray one minute
[30:32] Speaker 2: before I continue. Father, whatever has taken your place in
[30:36] Speaker 2: my life. I know that we need money. I know
[30:41] Speaker 2: that we need to scale in business. There are many
[30:44] Speaker 2: of you, I know that you're trusting God to increase
[30:46] Speaker 2: your ministry. You want God to increase your influence, but
[30:50] Speaker 2: I want you to cry before your maker in one minute.
[30:54] Speaker 2: If you are not praying, it means you are not
[30:55] Speaker 2: a Christian. Pray from the depth of your heart. Cast
[30:59] Speaker 2: away your golden crown and cry to your maker. Say, Lord,
[31:02] Speaker 2: purge my heart. Purge my heart. Purge my heart.
[31:07] Speaker 1: Someone pray. Pray just for a minute. You are the thirst.
[31:15] Speaker 1: You are the stream.
[31:19] Speaker 3: You are the hunger living deep inside of me.
[31:26] Speaker 1: You are the food that satisfies me.
[31:34] Speaker 3: You are provision for the journey of my life.
[31:43] Speaker 5: You are everything. Lord, you are everything.
[32:02] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[32:07] Speaker 2: He said, and if I be lifted up from the earth,
[32:10] Speaker 2: I will draw all men. Let me tell you the truth.
[32:13] Speaker 2: There are many of us, what we are seeking can
[32:16] Speaker 2: only be found in the presence of God. The Lord
[32:19] Speaker 2: told me this, and many of you have heard me say.
[32:21] Speaker 1: It years ago.
[32:22] Speaker 2: He said, son, if you will let men see me,
[32:26] Speaker 2: there is nothing I will not give you. If you
[32:28] Speaker 2: will let men see me. It's not so much an
[32:32] Speaker 2: issue of brilliance. There is a place for intelligence. It's
[32:36] Speaker 2: not so much of skill. That's why sometimes when you
[32:39] Speaker 2: look at some of us, we don't add up. Yet
[32:42] Speaker 2: the results never stop. Because there is a mysterious presence
[32:46] Speaker 2: that brings completion.
[32:48] Speaker 1: You see that now? You can learn every sermon you can.
[32:53] Speaker 2: Learn every Greek and Hebrew word you can.
[32:56] Speaker 1: Get every jar.
[32:57] Speaker 2: Of oil you can, not being sarcastic, but if something
[33:01] Speaker 2: is wrong with the genuineness of your love for God,
[33:04] Speaker 2: you'll be surprised you will never find this thing you
[33:05] Speaker 2: are looking for. And don't say, my honest, I'm looking
[33:11] Speaker 2: for money, I'm not called to be a pastor. Those
[33:14] Speaker 2: who are looking for money should know God.
[33:16] Speaker 1: Even more than preachers.
[33:19] Speaker 2: Because the Bible shows us there's nobody called a preacher
[33:23] Speaker 2: fool in the Bible, but there is a man called
[33:25] Speaker 2: a rich fool.
[33:33] Speaker 1: Are we learning?
[33:34] Speaker 2: So, the invisible part of every structure is the foundation.
[33:38] Speaker 2: Back to my discussion. You don't see that one usually,
[33:42] Speaker 2: but that is what holds the building. And if the
[33:45] Speaker 2: foundation be destroyed, he said, what shall the righteous do? So,
[33:49] Speaker 2: God is calling us, number one, to dig into that foundation. Now,
[33:54] Speaker 2: let me talk about building because for most of us,
[33:58] Speaker 2: by God's grace, I presume that God has helped us
[34:00] Speaker 2: to a measure. We are all in this journey stabilizing
[34:04] Speaker 2: our spiritual life and knowing God more. There is no
[34:07] Speaker 2: exhaustion to the knowledge of God. We will keep knowing
[34:10] Speaker 2: him even in heaven.
[34:12] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[34:14] Speaker 2: But now when it has to do with building structures,
[34:16] Speaker 2: I want to tell you a few things about systems
[34:19] Speaker 2: and structures. And please may I request that we write.
[34:31] Speaker 1: Write this down, please.
[34:38] Speaker 2: A structure comes from the Latin word structura.
[34:42] Speaker 1: S-T-R-U-C-T-U-R-A. Structura. And it means to fit together or to build.
[34:53] Speaker 2: The word structure comes from a Latin word structura.
[34:55] Speaker 1: It means to fit together and to build.
[35:03] Speaker 2: It also means the way by which the parts of
[35:07] Speaker 2: a system are arranged.
[35:11] Speaker 1: And organized. The way by.
[35:14] Speaker 2: Which parts of a system are arranged or organized.
[35:24] Speaker 1: You have that down? Please write this. No growth process
[35:29] Speaker 1: or result is sustainable without Until and unless it is
[35:35] Speaker 1: structured and systematized. No growth process. No result will be sustainable.
[35:44] Speaker 2: Until and unless it is structured and systematized. That means
[35:51] Speaker 2: anything that does not have a system. And a structure
[35:56] Speaker 2: built into it. Has no sustainability. Not your spiritual growth.
[36:02] Speaker 2: not your leadership, anything that does not have a structure
[36:07] Speaker 2: or a system built to it. Now look up this.
[36:10] Speaker 2: When God created man, the first man, the first woman,
[36:14] Speaker 2: he built a structure within that process.
[36:19] Speaker 1: Are we together?
[36:21] Speaker 2: And from two people, there's about 8 billion people and counting.
[36:26] Speaker 2: In spite of the fact that an average of 8
[36:29] Speaker 2: people die per second. It's not depleted the earth. Because
[36:32] Speaker 2: of the power of systems and structures. There are more
[36:39] Speaker 2: people being born than people dying. It's the reason why
[36:42] Speaker 2: the earth remains. It takes less than a second to die,
[36:48] Speaker 2: but it takes nine months to be born. And yet,
[36:50] Speaker 2: because of how powerful the structure is, the birth rate
[36:54] Speaker 2: far outweighs the death rate.
[36:56] Speaker 1: Can you imagine?
[36:57] Speaker 2: It doesn't take nine months to die. A man stops
[37:01] Speaker 2: breathing and that's it. But when a woman is pregnant,
[37:04] Speaker 2: from the time she's confirmed pregnant, it will take at
[37:07] Speaker 2: least nine months.
[37:08] Speaker 1: Plus or minus.
[37:10] Speaker 2: And you would think because of that disparity of one
[37:13] Speaker 2: second to nine months.
[37:14] Speaker 1: A day will come there should be only ten people
[37:16] Speaker 1: on earth.
[37:19] Speaker 2: And yet because of the power of systems and structures.
[37:22] Speaker 2: There is always replenishing. You use this same principle for
[37:28] Speaker 2: your finances. You use this same principle. Is that not
[37:32] Speaker 2: the same principle? It takes you a long time to gather.
[37:35] Speaker 2: But you can spend or lose in a moment. But
[37:38] Speaker 2: because we have not brought structure into it, the rate
[37:42] Speaker 2: at which the resources are depleting is by far greater
[37:47] Speaker 2: than the rate at which the income is coming. Hopefully
[37:50] Speaker 2: I'll round up with that or take it in another session.
[37:53] Speaker 2: But I'm just introducing structure for you.
[37:55] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[37:56] Speaker 2: Do you know why you are able to walk from
[37:58] Speaker 2: one place to the other? Imagine if you could move
[38:01] Speaker 2: your leg just two times in a day. That means
[38:04] Speaker 2: you can choose to move left or right. Once you
[38:07] Speaker 2: move two times, you have exhausted your quota.
[38:09] Speaker 1: For the day. Nobody will move.
[38:11] Speaker 2: It is the ability, a structure, a skeletal system.
[38:16] Speaker 1: All kinds of systems were built in man. And because
[38:20] Speaker 1: of those structures, we can move, we can talk, we
[38:23] Speaker 1: can do the things that we do. Are we together?
[38:26] Speaker 2: This body that you see is a message to all
[38:29] Speaker 2: of us that your body is a clue to your success.
[38:33] Speaker 2: The very body you are carrying, understanding how your body
[38:38] Speaker 2: functions is the key to understanding how anything excels. Because
[38:43] Speaker 2: this body starts as a baby body. becomes a teenager body.
[38:49] Speaker 1: Your business can be a baby and become an adult
[38:52] Speaker 1: to an elder. Your business, are you saying that now?
[38:56] Speaker 2: Everything that happens to your organization is already captured in
[39:00] Speaker 2: your body. And if you understand how the body grows,
[39:04] Speaker 2: you understand how ministries grow, whatever it is. Now, imagine,
[39:08] Speaker 2: have you seen little children who try to dress like
[39:10] Speaker 2: their parents at age one or two? The parents just
[39:14] Speaker 2: laugh at them and they know that even if they cry,
[39:16] Speaker 2: that prayer will not be answered. That is the same
[39:19] Speaker 2: way some prayers will not be answered because of.
[39:20] Speaker 1: Where you are.
[39:22] Speaker 2: And while you are praying and shouting and saying, God,
[39:24] Speaker 2: I need to go on air by this time. God says,
[39:27] Speaker 2: I love you, but you are so ignorant of me.
[39:30] Speaker 2: the attacks that will follow you on your.
[39:31] Speaker 1: First broadcast so i will keep you like moses until
[39:34] Speaker 1: you are strong are you learning now yes this is
[39:42] Speaker 1: very important This is how God taught me. When you
[39:46] Speaker 1: understand the power of.
[39:48] Speaker 2: Systems and structures, this mic, you see, I do not need,
[39:53] Speaker 2: this mic does not even know who is using it.
[39:55] Speaker 1: It doesn't know my name. And yet, because of structures,
[39:59] Speaker 1: it is working.
[40:00] Speaker 2: And for every time I engage the structure that makes
[40:03] Speaker 2: it work, it will work regardless what I'm wearing. If
[40:08] Speaker 2: a terrorist comes to hold this same mic, will it work?
[40:11] Speaker 1: Talk to me.
[40:11] Speaker 2: If a pastor holds this, will it work? Another example, agriculture.
[40:17] Speaker 2: The rice in your house now, it came from the earth.
[40:21] Speaker 2: The beans, whatever you have.
[40:23] Speaker 1: And if a terrorist farms, will it grow? If a
[40:26] Speaker 1: Christian farms, will it grow? Because of the power of
[40:30] Speaker 1: systems and structures. Write the following, please. Please write this down.
[40:49] Speaker 2: To systematize means to make the outcome predictable by generating
[40:58] Speaker 2: a formula that governs that process.
[41:01] Speaker 1: Please write it.
[41:02] Speaker 2: Don't worry, I'll tie up everything and you'll understand what
[41:04] Speaker 2: I'm saying.
[41:05] Speaker 1: To systematize means... To make.
[41:09] Speaker 2: The outcome predictable by generating a formula that governs the process.
[41:16] Speaker 1: To systematize anything means to make.
[41:20] Speaker 2: The outcome, the results predictable by generating a formula that
[41:26] Speaker 2: governs the process. Reproduction is predictable because there is a formula.
[41:32] Speaker 2: Being born again is predictable. A Yoruba person can be saved.
[41:37] Speaker 2: An Igbo person can be saved.
[41:38] Speaker 1: Is that true?
[41:39] Speaker 2: A Latino person can be saved because there is a
[41:42] Speaker 2: system for salvation. Imagine if salvation of every believer depended
[41:49] Speaker 2: on meeting one man on earth. But there is a system.
[41:53] Speaker 2: A preacher can guide people into that system. Someone can
[41:56] Speaker 2: engage that system alone in a room somewhere. And whoever
[42:01] Speaker 2: calls upon the name of the Lord. That is the
[42:04] Speaker 2: system connected to salvation. That is the reason why people
[42:07] Speaker 2: are saved.
[42:09] Speaker 1: So someone can listen to my message and I do
[42:12] Speaker 1: not know the person. Someone can listen following this conference
[42:15] Speaker 1: now and the person engages that.
[42:18] Speaker 2: System connected to salvation and he's saved immediately. There is
[42:25] Speaker 2: a system connected to healing to make it predictable. The
[42:28] Speaker 2: hearing of faith and then the power of God is released.
[42:32] Speaker 2: Are we together?
[42:33] Speaker 1: How about education? Look at this.
[42:36] Speaker 2: Is it possible that a doctor from say John Hopkins,
[42:40] Speaker 2: another doctor from say Oxford, another doctor from some prestigious
[42:45] Speaker 2: institution here, three of them.
[42:47] Speaker 1: Can meet for the first time at the theater together?
[42:50] Speaker 2: They've never seen themselves and yet they don't doubt one
[42:53] Speaker 2: another because of the power of systems. Nobody turns and
[42:56] Speaker 2: says you are looking too short for this surgery. Where
[43:00] Speaker 2: did you say you are coming from? And he says
[43:02] Speaker 2: I'm coming from Lord. He says it doesn't matter. Let
[43:04] Speaker 2: me look at your hands. What did you, who taught you?
[43:05] Speaker 3: No.
[43:07] Speaker 1: The curriculum is greater than the lecturer.
[43:10] Speaker 2: What makes the, listen, what makes a medical doctor in, say,
[43:16] Speaker 2: Lasso or Unilag, another person in maybe IFES, somewhere there,
[43:21] Speaker 2: they come together and they say we are all doctors
[43:23] Speaker 2: and they hold their hands immediately.
[43:25] Speaker 1: Do you know why?
[43:26] Speaker 2: Because of the power of the system they were submitted to.
[43:30] Speaker 2: Systems are powerful. Someone can be filled with the Holy
[43:35] Speaker 2: Ghost in London. Another person can be filled with the
[43:37] Speaker 2: Holy Ghost in Lagos. Another person can be filled with
[43:40] Speaker 2: the Holy Ghost in China. All three of them will meet.
[43:43] Speaker 2: And when you say all of you pray in tongues.
[43:45] Speaker 2: They all begin to pray in tongues. There is a system.
[43:51] Speaker 1: Are we together?
[43:53] Speaker 2: Now most believers do not understand the power of systems.
[43:56] Speaker 2: It is the reason why our results are not predictable.
[44:00] Speaker 1: I hope God is speaking to someone. Now, follow carefully.
[44:08] Speaker 2: Systems make it possible for everyone to experience a similar effect.
[44:14] Speaker 1: Please write.
[44:16] Speaker 2: Systems make it possible for everyone to experience a similar effect.
[44:24] Speaker 2: You want to standardize anything, you must systematize it. Systems
[44:30] Speaker 2: make it possible for everyone to experience a similar effect.
[44:37] Speaker 1: Why do you go to certain restaurants?
[44:39] Speaker 2: Because they have created a system and they have standardized everything.
[44:44] Speaker 1: When you go, say for instance, to... I was talking with.
[44:47] Speaker 2: Someone one time to ask why McDonald's refused to come
[44:51] Speaker 2: to Nigeria.
[44:52] Speaker 1: And the answer he gave me was very interesting.
[44:55] Speaker 2: They said they fear that their standards will be compromised.
[44:59] Speaker 1: And that it will affect their global brand.
[45:02] Speaker 2: When they arrive. For that singular reason. They would rather
[45:05] Speaker 2: lose the millions of dollars. And the billions potentially. Coming
[45:09] Speaker 2: to the largest nation in Africa. This was just my
[45:12] Speaker 2: discussion now.
[45:13] Speaker 1: With the person. And I said my God.
[45:16] Speaker 2: They understand the power of systems. And just because they suspect.
[45:21] Speaker 2: A system will be compromised. They are willing to lose money.
[45:24] Speaker 1: To preserve the system. Are we learning?
[45:29] Speaker 2: Why do you enter a bank in Lagos or enter
[45:33] Speaker 2: that same bank in Ibadan and you enter with such
[45:35] Speaker 2: confidence and you say I want to withdraw my money
[45:38] Speaker 2: regardless what building you enter. The buildings are not the
[45:41] Speaker 2: same and yet you expect the same treatment.
[45:45] Speaker 1: I have an account with this because of the system.
[45:49] Speaker 2: Any structure that has that logo you expect it to
[45:52] Speaker 2: attend to you the same way.
[45:55] Speaker 1: Are we learning now? This is very powerful. System.
[46:02] Speaker 2: Everybody eats in a similar way or the same way.
[46:06] Speaker 2: You go to toilet the same way. That is the
[46:08] Speaker 2: reason why businesses can build a technology because all men
[46:12] Speaker 2: relate in a similar way. We walk in a similar way.
[46:15] Speaker 2: We talk in a similar way. Are we together?
[46:17] Speaker 1: So what they build for one will apply usually to all.
[46:21] Speaker 1: Or as many. This is the same principle used in clothing.
[46:24] Speaker 1: Used in the food industry. Used everywhere. The seats you
[46:27] Speaker 1: are seated now.
[46:29] Speaker 2: Nobody's seat is put inverted because of the nature of
[46:32] Speaker 2: how you are. All of us are the same. So
[46:34] Speaker 2: it doesn't matter what seat you find. We can sit comfortably.
[46:37] Speaker 2: Because we are humans made of the same system that
[46:42] Speaker 2: God used. It's somewhat learning now. Systems, you want people
[46:47] Speaker 2: to experience the same thing, you have to systematize your process.
[46:53] Speaker 1: How do we do the things that we do?
[46:55] Speaker 2: How do we standardize the results? This is the power
[46:57] Speaker 2: of systems. Another thought on systems. Write it down, please.
[47:04] Speaker 2: Systems and structures minimize biases and sentiments. Systems and structures
[47:12] Speaker 2: minimize biases and sentiments. When you want to build people
[47:17] Speaker 2: holistically in ministry, in your organization, when you introduce systems
[47:22] Speaker 2: and structures.
[47:23] Speaker 1: They minimize biases.
[47:25] Speaker 2: And sentiments gender biases tribal biases they are minimized maybe
[47:30] Speaker 2: not avoided but they are greatly minimized so that meritocracy
[47:35] Speaker 2: can thrive you don't bring and say no i don't
[47:38] Speaker 2: like you you look dark or you look fair or
[47:40] Speaker 2: it looks like you're you have the face of somebody
[47:43] Speaker 2: that looks like my enemy and you punish somebody who
[47:45] Speaker 2: has no business suffering because of biases.
[47:51] Speaker 1: Write this down.
[47:52] Speaker 2: Systems and structures guarantee replication of results. Systems and structures
[48:00] Speaker 2: guarantee replication of results.
[48:04] Speaker 1: That means Dr.
[48:05] Speaker 2: Amos Fenwell can reproduce himself. There can be 10 of
[48:10] Speaker 2: him in terms of impact, in terms of the prophetic.
[48:13] Speaker 2: His uniqueness can be preserved, but he can replicate himself.
[48:19] Speaker 2: If you know this as a leader, you will know
[48:22] Speaker 2: that it's an error to remain the only one of
[48:24] Speaker 2: your kind after a certain period within your organization. You
[48:28] Speaker 2: must be able to replicate yourself. When you understand systems
[48:33] Speaker 2: and structures, there's no such thing that I'm so.
[48:36] Speaker 1: Unique I cannot replicate myself. It's a lie.
[48:39] Speaker 2: Even Jesus replicated himself in all of us. You can
[48:42] Speaker 2: replicate yourself. People will come with different personalities, but you
[48:47] Speaker 2: can replicate yourself. That is why there are many professors
[48:51] Speaker 2: of medicine. Their personalities change, their tribe, their voices, their looks.
[48:56] Speaker 1: But because of the.
[48:58] Speaker 2: System they submitted themselves to, you can give all of them.
[49:02] Speaker 1: That academic credential. Is somebody learning? This is very powerful.
[49:08] Speaker 1: Now write this down please. Systems and structures provide a basis.
[49:14] Speaker 2: I want you to write this one. Soon I'll stop
[49:17] Speaker 2: using my notes and I'll start talking. Systems and structures
[49:22] Speaker 2: provide a basis for commendation, rebuke, promotion, and demotion without biases.
[49:33] Speaker 2: Systems and structures provide a basis for commendation, a basis
[49:40] Speaker 2: for rebuke, a basis for promotion, a basis for demotion
[49:47] Speaker 2: without biases or emotional interference. When you do not have
[49:53] Speaker 2: or you do not run your ministry, your organization using
[49:57] Speaker 2: systems and structures, you will not have an accurate basis
[50:02] Speaker 2: for commendation An accurate basis for promotion? An accurate basis
[50:07] Speaker 2: for demotion?
[50:08] Speaker 1: Are we together?
[50:08] Speaker 2: An accurate basis for rebuke? If you rebuke someone, whether
[50:13] Speaker 2: in church, based on what? Is it because you were
[50:16] Speaker 2: angry with the person or the person defaulted based on
[50:20] Speaker 2: a reference? Are you seeing why most businesses don't thrive
[50:24] Speaker 2: in Africa? Because you can have a personal vendetta with
[50:27] Speaker 2: an individual. But once you work with systems and structures,
[50:31] Speaker 2: you can shelve that away. If the person deserves commendation
[50:35] Speaker 2: based on the ethics of your organization, then the requisite
[50:39] Speaker 2: commendation is meted out to the person. If the person
[50:42] Speaker 2: deserves a rebuke, even if the person is your blood brother,
[50:45] Speaker 2: you take away biases. The reason why many organizations including
[50:51] Speaker 2: ministry remain lopsided is that there is too much emotional interference.
[50:57] Speaker 2: So there are no standards. You cannot define at what
[51:00] Speaker 2: point a man should be commended. You cannot define at
[51:04] Speaker 2: what point a man is said to be diligent. You
[51:06] Speaker 2: cannot define at what point the man, the same two
[51:10] Speaker 2: people will do the same thing. One is forgiven as
[51:13] Speaker 2: if nothing happened and the other one is dealt with messlessly.
[51:17] Speaker 2: The moment there are double standards, the organization does not
[51:20] Speaker 2: grow that way.
[51:22] Speaker 1: Are we learning? As much as God loves every.
[51:28] Speaker 2: Man, whoever refuses to acknowledge the lordship of Jesus Christ
[51:33] Speaker 2: to the point of death.
[51:34] Speaker 1: Will go to hell. That's what the Bible says.
[51:37] Speaker 2: We are his creation, but he has left us with
[51:40] Speaker 2: the choice and he's bound himself by his integrity beyond
[51:44] Speaker 2: his emotion. Imagine if someone now went to hell and
[51:50] Speaker 2: God says, you know what, I've changed my mind.
[51:51] Speaker 1: He will still be Lord, though. Nobody can judge him.
[51:55] Speaker 2: But you say, because of the way you smiled before
[51:58] Speaker 2: you died, I will bring you out from hell.
[52:00] Speaker 5: No.
[52:01] Speaker 2: Anyone who dies without Christ, whose name was not found
[52:04] Speaker 2: in that book they were cast into the lake of fire,
[52:07] Speaker 2: is a standard that applies to all. No matter how
[52:10] Speaker 2: nice and well-looking you are, if you are not saved
[52:13] Speaker 2: and you die, you are lost forever.
[52:15] Speaker 1: It's as simple as that.
[52:18] Speaker 2: It is based on systems and structures that we can
[52:20] Speaker 2: see that God is just. In Acts chapter 10, they said,
[52:25] Speaker 2: we see that God is no respecter of any man,
[52:28] Speaker 2: but in any territory, whoever will pay attention to all
[52:33] Speaker 2: of these things, that person will be blessed, paraphrasing.
[52:36] Speaker 1: It's important.
[52:37] Speaker 2: My life changed when I understood the power of systems
[52:42] Speaker 2: and the power of structures. Most people do not pay
[52:45] Speaker 2: attention to systems structures and then they find out that
[52:51] Speaker 2: their lives don't go forward simply because they are tied
[52:57] Speaker 2: to doing ministry in a certain way without structures how
[53:02] Speaker 2: do you expand your services as a minister, as a
[53:06] Speaker 2: business person, you want to reach the whole globe. It
[53:09] Speaker 2: will take more than just being anointed or having a message.
[53:13] Speaker 2: In this church right now, as this conference is holding,
[53:16] Speaker 2: there is a media team.
[53:18] Speaker 1: Am I right? There is the protocol team securing lives
[53:22] Speaker 1: and property.
[53:23] Speaker 2: There's the admin team doing their thing. There's the technical
[53:26] Speaker 2: people working on this sound. It is the unifying of
[53:31] Speaker 2: these systems and structures that produce this conference you're seeing.
[53:35] Speaker 2: When it was time for me to come up, the
[53:37] Speaker 2: media team had their thing to do. You saw the
[53:39] Speaker 2: way pastor stepped back quietly and allowed them to do
[53:42] Speaker 2: their thing. Imagine if he stepped and said, I choose
[53:45] Speaker 2: to change this thing. Or I'm going to be the
[53:48] Speaker 2: one to edit it. It would disrupt the system. Most
[53:53] Speaker 2: people think because you are a leader, it means you
[53:56] Speaker 2: have to man every process in the system. It is
[53:59] Speaker 2: a problem we have in Africa because we are used
[54:01] Speaker 2: to deriving honor from worship. So once you are not
[54:06] Speaker 2: in charge, you believe that you will not be recognized.
[54:10] Speaker 2: Have you seen people, the prayer band member is the
[54:12] Speaker 2: head of technical.
[54:13] Speaker 1: He's the head of sound. He's the head of this.
[54:16] Speaker 2: And as wonderful as that is, you find out that
[54:18] Speaker 2: a lot does not go well. God gives a great
[54:21] Speaker 2: vision but it's not executed. Because people do not understand
[54:25] Speaker 2: the limitations to allow systems function properly. I'm able to
[54:31] Speaker 2: do the things that I do as a man of
[54:33] Speaker 2: God because I limit myself to my function, my ministerial
[54:38] Speaker 2: and administrative function.
[54:40] Speaker 1: There are things I don't dabble into. I supervise based.
[54:44] Speaker 2: On administration, but I allow people who are proficient in
[54:47] Speaker 2: that area. My assignment is to synergize the components and
[54:51] Speaker 2: let them walk. Did you hear what I said? When
[54:55] Speaker 2: you bring people together, allow them to walk. Stimulate creativity
[54:59] Speaker 2: and give them room and they will surprise you. If
[55:02] Speaker 2: my ministry becomes a reflection of my mindset, we will
[55:05] Speaker 2: not be.
[55:05] Speaker 1: Where we are today. Because there are many imputes greater
[55:08] Speaker 1: than what my mindset would have produced.
[55:11] Speaker 2: It is a limitation that we have in Nigerian churches,
[55:14] Speaker 2: with all due respect, African churches.
[55:17] Speaker 1: The ministry is always a reflection.
[55:19] Speaker 2: Of the biases, the prejudices, the limitations, or the excellence
[55:24] Speaker 2: of the leaders.
[55:25] Speaker 1: And it ought not to be so.
[55:26] Speaker 2: Global brands today, we give credit to the founders, but
[55:31] Speaker 2: they know, and they've sold that idea to everybody, that
[55:35] Speaker 2: this brand is the collective effort of everyone. And they
[55:38] Speaker 2: are able to acknowledge the various imputes. You look at
[55:43] Speaker 2: the Facebooks and all those people. You think everything came
[55:47] Speaker 2: out of the creativity of the person who represents the
[55:50] Speaker 2: face of the business?
[55:51] Speaker 3: No.
[55:52] Speaker 1: No.
[55:53] Speaker 2: There are hidden people you have never seen who man
[55:57] Speaker 2: their research and development departments who are responsible for the
[56:01] Speaker 2: extensive innovations that come.
[56:03] Speaker 1: This must be so in church.
[56:05] Speaker 2: People celebrate koinonia with all due respect and celebrate all
[56:09] Speaker 2: that is happening. And they do not know that this
[56:11] Speaker 2: man they are seeing only does a minute part of
[56:15] Speaker 2: that overall process.
[56:17] Speaker 1: Minute part.
[56:20] Speaker 2: When you know this as a leader, every time God
[56:25] Speaker 2: causes men to honor you, you spread the honor to
[56:28] Speaker 2: everyone who was part of the system. That way it
[56:31] Speaker 2: motivates them to continue. Because I wish I had time,
[56:35] Speaker 2: I would have shown you why most great visions fail.
[56:38] Speaker 2: Because when the honor does not come from the head.
[56:42] Speaker 1: And reaches everyone.
[56:44] Speaker 2: Imagine if your leg... wants to force itself to touch
[56:47] Speaker 2: the shower while you are bathing. And says, I don't
[56:50] Speaker 2: trust that the head will be sacrificial enough to allow
[56:54] Speaker 2: the water to touch me. When you stand in front
[56:57] Speaker 2: of the shower, all the parts that cannot be directly
[57:00] Speaker 2: under the shower are patient and confident, knowing that the
[57:04] Speaker 2: body cares about itself.
[57:06] Speaker 1: And everything to your feet, it will reach it there.
[57:13] Speaker 2: Now I said all to tell you because, especially for ministers,
[57:17] Speaker 2: we focus on the.
[57:18] Speaker 1: Areas that we consider as spiritual.
[57:21] Speaker 2: And I must tell you, all systems do not do
[57:23] Speaker 2: the same thing and they do not carry the same
[57:26] Speaker 2: implication in.
[57:27] Speaker 1: Terms of the growth.
[57:29] Speaker 2: It is better for my sound to go bad than
[57:32] Speaker 2: for the prayer department to have a problem. You can
[57:36] Speaker 2: buy a speaker in one day, but resolving a loophole
[57:40] Speaker 2: that a spirit has had over that ministry will cause
[57:43] Speaker 2: a casualty that money cannot pay for. So you cannot
[57:47] Speaker 2: place equal value everywhere. There are departments that I supervise myself.
[57:52] Speaker 2: There is no yes sir, I supervise myself. Once I
[57:56] Speaker 2: pick any signal, I'm visiting them. How are you people today?
[58:00] Speaker 2: What is going on here? Praise God for everything. We
[58:03] Speaker 2: need to address this and that. I saw this, I
[58:05] Speaker 2: saw that. Let's pray. Are we together?
[58:12] Speaker 1: Imagine if I was the head of our media. It
[58:13] Speaker 1: would be a mess.
[58:14] Speaker 2: You would not even hear about me. Complete mess. I
[58:18] Speaker 2: guarantee you, you would not hear about me. Why am
[58:23] Speaker 2: I teaching you this? So that when God tells you
[58:26] Speaker 2: I'm going to make you great. Don't imagine one man
[58:29] Speaker 2: going to the nations. That is not a wise vision.
[58:32] Speaker 2: Cancel that vision and think well. See one man leading
[58:35] Speaker 2: a vast army of people. Gifted and skilled in every area.
[58:40] Speaker 2: You see that now? So that when God brings a
[58:43] Speaker 2: prayer warrior to the ministry, you receive him. When God
[58:46] Speaker 2: brings a tech giant, you don't say, no, this is
[58:48] Speaker 2: a prayer ministry. And the man says, since you rejected me,
[58:51] Speaker 2: the day the prayer ministry, now God wants the nations
[58:54] Speaker 2: to hear their voice, you will.
[58:55] Speaker 1: Find out that you need beyond a prayer warrior.
[58:58] Speaker 2: The tech giant who God brought, maybe when God brought
[59:01] Speaker 2: the person, he was not very spiritual.
[59:03] Speaker 1: God brought the skill so that you add.
[59:05] Speaker 2: Spirituality to the skill, but you ignored the person.
[59:10] Speaker 1: There are people today in our ministry who came as cultists.
[59:15] Speaker 1: True story. They came as cultists.
[59:18] Speaker 2: But some of them are some of the mighty hands
[59:20] Speaker 2: that we have today. Leadership is the ability to harness leadership.
[59:27] Speaker 2: not just to coordinate. You know what it means to harness?
[59:30] Speaker 2: To see potential. To look at someone and say, this
[59:34] Speaker 2: lady looks stubborn, but I can see that there is
[59:37] Speaker 2: a mighty prayer warrior in this lady. This guy looks
[59:40] Speaker 2: like he's emotionally imbalanced, but he looks like he's going
[59:43] Speaker 2: to be the most loyal son that would have come
[59:46] Speaker 2: out from this ministry.
[59:47] Speaker 1: Any leader that does not have.
[59:49] Speaker 2: The ability to discern, you would throw good people because
[59:53] Speaker 2: you cannot see them.
[59:55] Speaker 1: And there are people who will see someone saying yes sir.
[59:57] Speaker 1: And say no.
[59:58] Speaker 2: In the next five years. This person will cause me pain.
[1:00:02] Speaker 2: You don't have to be prophetic. You can train yourself
[1:00:05] Speaker 2: with the spirit. And sustain that ability. There are people.
[1:00:09] Speaker 2: The ones you call great business people today. They have
[1:00:13] Speaker 2: an uncanny ability to pick talents.
[1:00:17] Speaker 1: Before they emerge. don't bring somebody when he.
[1:00:21] Speaker 2: Has arrived and want to give him peanuts that would
[1:00:23] Speaker 2: be too much burden most leaders have the convenience and
[1:00:27] Speaker 2: the luxury of versatility of gifted people today because they
[1:00:32] Speaker 2: saw them before they became and once they emerge today
[1:00:36] Speaker 2: there is one ministry and i'll mention it because i'm
[1:00:38] Speaker 2: saying something honorable the rccg you see you look at
[1:00:42] Speaker 2: the quality of people there There is nothing today that
[1:00:45] Speaker 2: the Jew wants to achieve. That there is nobody. There
[1:00:48] Speaker 2: are few people who God made. The grace made them.
[1:00:52] Speaker 1: So they can run billions of projects without paying anything.
[1:00:56] Speaker 1: Because the people they would have paid, their loyalty and
[1:01:00] Speaker 1: his fatherhood has already paid for it. Listen. Oh dear.
[1:01:08] Speaker 1: Why I say this? Listen.
[1:01:10] Speaker 3: Listen.
[1:01:12] Speaker 2: I've not spoken about finances, but you will be learning
[1:01:16] Speaker 2: that if you buy everything with money, wisdom is far
[1:01:20] Speaker 2: from your life. A time will come when you will
[1:01:26] Speaker 2: see yourself doing great things. Projects to the multi-millions and billions.
[1:01:32] Speaker 1: And people will not know where it's coming from.
[1:01:35] Speaker 2: You see, your diligence and your keenness of spirit, the
[1:01:39] Speaker 2: ability to identify great minds and invest in them before
[1:01:43] Speaker 2: they rise, you are already paying.
[1:01:45] Speaker 1: That is an investment. Hallelujah. Again, my example.
[1:01:56] Speaker 2: If Daddy Joe lands here now in Lagos and says,
[1:01:59] Speaker 2: I don't have a vehicle to go to the island.
[1:02:03] Speaker 1: It's not rent. Somebody who owns a car company is
[1:02:07] Speaker 1: his son. So the person will not say, use it
[1:02:10] Speaker 1: and give me back.
[1:02:11] Speaker 2: The person will say, I've been praying for an opportunity
[1:02:14] Speaker 2: to give you that car. So somebody just has a
[1:02:17] Speaker 2: bulletproof car of 300 million in a moment, and you
[1:02:20] Speaker 2: are wondering, and in your mind you are thinking, he
[1:02:23] Speaker 2: saved business.
[1:02:24] Speaker 1: No. It is not always about transaction, but it is
[1:02:29] Speaker 1: about investment.
[1:02:31] Speaker 2: Most times when we think finances, I'm just trying to
[1:02:35] Speaker 2: manage and at.
[1:02:36] Speaker 1: Least touch finances before we're over. My time is up.
[1:02:39] Speaker 2: Finance is not always about transaction, but it's about investment.
[1:02:46] Speaker 2: In a few years from now, I believe there are
[1:02:49] Speaker 2: people who come and meet Pastor Ansesa for every impact conference.
[1:02:54] Speaker 2: All I need to know, just write the budget for
[1:02:57] Speaker 2: me because you have raised me. It is the prophetic
[1:03:00] Speaker 2: word that came from you. You already have the heart.
[1:03:04] Speaker 2: So God can give you the resources. And someone can
[1:03:08] Speaker 2: walk up and say. Ah pastor you are doing projects
[1:03:10] Speaker 2: to the billions. Just like that. When I saw him
[1:03:13] Speaker 2: I was teasing him at the office. I said you
[1:03:15] Speaker 2: are looking ever fresh. What is the secret? In the
[1:03:21] Speaker 2: multitude of men. Not multitude of ideas. In the multitude
[1:03:27] Speaker 2: of men. It's a king's honor. Can you spare me
[1:03:31] Speaker 2: five minutes to say one or two things about finances?
[1:03:37] Speaker 2: Did you learn anything? This man is lucky. You see
[1:03:46] Speaker 2: how lucky people are now? In Africa, we don't have
[1:03:51] Speaker 2: respect for the sacrifice of people. Once you see God
[1:03:55] Speaker 2: lifting people, Dr. Amos Fenway, great man. I'm sure he's
[1:03:59] Speaker 2: just lucky. Maybe he just prophesied to somebody.
[1:04:02] Speaker 1: No.
[1:04:03] Speaker 2: This training is helping us to see that behind everything
[1:04:07] Speaker 2: that works is a central intelligence system. Even though grace
[1:04:12] Speaker 2: comes on it, but nothing works sustainably by luck.
[1:04:17] Speaker 1: Please settle that.
[1:04:18] Speaker 2: If this is the only message you carry here, that
[1:04:21] Speaker 2: nothing works sustainably by luck. This guy, God just gifted
[1:04:30] Speaker 2: the guy or the lady a nice voice. But go
[1:04:33] Speaker 2: and watch what the person did with a nice voice.
[1:04:38] Speaker 2: The trainings and all of that. Somebody sent me a
[1:04:44] Speaker 2: humorous text one time and said, That I'm lucky I
[1:04:47] Speaker 2: met Jesus. And Jesus imparted light on me. You need
[1:04:51] Speaker 2: to come and see what I do with that light.
[1:04:53] Speaker 1: When you are sleeping. I am what I am by
[1:04:58] Speaker 1: the grace of God. He says.
[1:04:59] Speaker 2: But this grace was not showered on me. In that
[1:05:02] Speaker 2: I labored more than you are. Behind everything that works.
[1:05:11] Speaker 2: Is a central intelligence system. Grace comes on it.
[1:05:16] Speaker 1: Ministry that works.
[1:05:18] Speaker 2: I learned this because I did not have the privilege
[1:05:22] Speaker 2: of learning administration. All the people we had who were
[1:05:25] Speaker 2: mentoring our lives, they were sincere people. But the context
[1:05:29] Speaker 2: of ministry from the environment where I came from did
[1:05:31] Speaker 2: not bring this versatility.
[1:05:33] Speaker 1: And I had to outsource.
[1:05:35] Speaker 2: Let me tell you this. For someone listening, God is
[1:05:38] Speaker 2: saying kill those excuses now. Don't say my father was
[1:05:42] Speaker 2: not a CEO. There is a CEO somewhere. You can
[1:05:45] Speaker 2: humble yourself. Go and intern there. Refuse to collect salary.
[1:05:49] Speaker 2: Collect what is greater than salary. May I respectfully refer
[1:05:55] Speaker 2: you to my message, Redefining Inheritance. I teach there on
[1:06:00] Speaker 2: five things that qualify to be called inheritance. The first
[1:06:04] Speaker 2: is a man's conviction. You have not received anything from
[1:06:07] Speaker 2: a man if you don't receive his convictions. The conviction
[1:06:12] Speaker 2: of a man is the greatest inheritance you can receive.
[1:06:15] Speaker 2: Money and material things is the least, the fifth of them.
[1:06:20] Speaker 2: His inheritance, convictions, his name, his relationships.
[1:06:28] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[1:06:29] Speaker 2: And up till today, I continue to learn. I'm a
[1:06:33] Speaker 2: student of knowledge. I admit the areas I do not know.
[1:06:36] Speaker 2: When God opened our ministry to an international scale, I
[1:06:39] Speaker 2: needed to learn the ethics.
[1:06:42] Speaker 1: You don't go to another nation and do ministry the
[1:06:44] Speaker 1: way you are doing in Nigeria. First, they will arrest you,
[1:06:46] Speaker 1: number one.
[1:06:47] Speaker 2: Because we compromise on many things here and go scot-free.
[1:06:50] Speaker 2: But once you are outside, there is a lot of meticulousness.
[1:06:55] Speaker 2: And that one is not just the issue of prayer
[1:06:56] Speaker 2: and fasting. There is an exact intelligence that comes to it.
[1:07:01] Speaker 1: How do you raise people? How do you train people?
[1:07:04] Speaker 1: Let me stimulate your mind for one minute as we
[1:07:06] Speaker 1: just leave this area.
[1:07:08] Speaker 2: How do you build teams? How do you build a
[1:07:10] Speaker 2: strong pastoral team? Do you have a system for raising sons?
[1:07:14] Speaker 2: Or do you just raise people and keep random picking
[1:07:17] Speaker 2: who is getting more anointed and say you look serious, come.
[1:07:20] Speaker 2: How do you standardize raising people? How do you guarantee
[1:07:24] Speaker 2: any product that comes out from you? Whether spiritually or
[1:07:27] Speaker 2: the rest. If you are in a ministry and there
[1:07:30] Speaker 2: are five people you have raised, can you guarantee consistency
[1:07:34] Speaker 2: of character? Can you guarantee consistency of delivery? Is there
[1:07:39] Speaker 2: something exact you are teaching them? Or you are just
[1:07:42] Speaker 2: hoping they all become, then you claim ownership of their success.
[1:07:52] Speaker 1: There are trainings every once in a while.
[1:07:55] Speaker 2: There is no facet of our ministry that outgrows training.
[1:08:00] Speaker 1: None. Not me, not anyone.
[1:08:05] Speaker 2: You see, there are periodic retreats where exact things are taught.
[1:08:11] Speaker 2: There are a few questions every organization was asking creating systems.
[1:08:15] Speaker 1: I don't have the time. Why do we exist? How
[1:08:19] Speaker 1: do we behave?
[1:08:22] Speaker 2: You must know the modus operandi that governs that ministry.
[1:08:26] Speaker 2: If a pastor comes under this ministry and he's preaching
[1:08:30] Speaker 2: and he's teaching, there are behavioral patterns that are consistent
[1:08:34] Speaker 2: with the vision. So that you do not have everybody
[1:08:37] Speaker 2: just coming to do everything.
[1:08:39] Speaker 1: You see that now. I know there is order in
[1:08:41] Speaker 1: this church.
[1:08:42] Speaker 2: So if I'm preaching and you rise up and you
[1:08:44] Speaker 2: want to prophesy, I will ask you to sit down.
[1:08:46] Speaker 1: It doesn't matter what God is telling you. It's inconsistent
[1:08:50] Speaker 1: with the modus operandi. Are we together now?
[1:08:55] Speaker 2: So there's no chaos. You don't stand up and just
[1:08:57] Speaker 2: shout no. If I'm preaching and you... fold money and
[1:09:00] Speaker 2: throw it to me, I will ask you to come
[1:09:02] Speaker 2: and pick it and keep it. You can practice somewhere,
[1:09:04] Speaker 2: but there is order. If you want to sow a seed,
[1:09:07] Speaker 2: there is a way to be done. 1 Corinthians 14, 40,
[1:09:09] Speaker 2: that all things be done decently and in order. Listen,
[1:09:13] Speaker 2: do not allow time and trends to create the patterns
[1:09:17] Speaker 2: that you run your ministry or you run your organization with.
[1:09:21] Speaker 2: You will get into trouble. What are they now doing?
[1:09:24] Speaker 2: Let's incorporate it. That is dangerous. There are things you
[1:09:27] Speaker 2: can add, but there are foundational values that define who
[1:09:31] Speaker 2: you are. If you lose it in business and in
[1:09:34] Speaker 2: corporate life, we call it your corporate identity. This is
[1:09:38] Speaker 2: what defines you. You don't go to NMPC for treatment
[1:09:45] Speaker 2: from malaria.
[1:09:46] Speaker 1: No.
[1:09:47] Speaker 2: NMPC is not a hospital. You don't go to Unilag
[1:09:51] Speaker 2: to fuel your car. They are so designed with a
[1:09:56] Speaker 2: corporate identity. The identity is what attracts the people you
[1:09:59] Speaker 2: are looking for.
[1:10:01] Speaker 1: Are we together now?
[1:10:03] Speaker 2: Before we left, Abuja was asking my people in one
[1:10:05] Speaker 2: of the, you know, the lounge. I said, why is
[1:10:08] Speaker 2: there no restaurant in this place? And then one just
[1:10:10] Speaker 2: told me, he said, there's a restaurant there but it's hidden.
[1:10:12] Speaker 1: I said, you see now? God has called you into
[1:10:17] Speaker 1: a healing ministry.
[1:10:18] Speaker 2: Have you designed and branded everything you do such that
[1:10:22] Speaker 2: those who need your grace know where to find you?
[1:10:24] Speaker 1: Or are you just assuming? Engathering is a function of
[1:10:28] Speaker 1: intelligence plus grace. Noah prepared the ark. God brought the animals.
[1:10:36] Speaker 2: You don't bring the animals to kill while you are
[1:10:38] Speaker 2: trying to prepare the ark. No.
[1:10:39] Speaker 1: No.
[1:10:42] Speaker 2: There are many preachers, those who need them do not
[1:10:45] Speaker 2: know where to find them. Unfortunately, social media is not
[1:10:48] Speaker 2: where they will find you. You have to brand your
[1:10:52] Speaker 2: impact by limiting your activities and channeling your strength to
[1:10:56] Speaker 2: project the grace God has given you.
[1:10:59] Speaker 1: This is a prophetic ministry.
[1:11:01] Speaker 2: Anybody who comes here knows there are many aspects. Your
[1:11:05] Speaker 2: pastor is a great teacher. He's a great man, great pastor.
[1:11:09] Speaker 2: But one thing that strikes him out is that prophetic grace.
[1:11:13] Speaker 2: So he can stand in the midst of 30 men
[1:11:15] Speaker 2: of God and is the one thing that brands him out.
[1:11:18] Speaker 2: Most of us are losing our identity trying to do
[1:11:21] Speaker 2: what brings everybody. There are things I will never do.
[1:11:24] Speaker 2: It's not part of what makes me me. It is good,
[1:11:27] Speaker 2: but I will not do it. It is unnecessary as
[1:11:31] Speaker 2: far as selling the spiritual value God.
[1:11:34] Speaker 1: Has given me is concerned. Are you learning now?
[1:11:38] Speaker 2: So you have a restaurant and your restaurant looks like
[1:11:41] Speaker 2: a petrol station. How do I come there to eat?
[1:11:45] Speaker 2: There is nothing there that calls my attention.
[1:11:49] Speaker 1: You are a great healer with great.
[1:11:50] Speaker 2: Grace, but there is nothing around your life, your teachings,
[1:11:54] Speaker 2: your persona, there is nothing around you that sells that value.
[1:12:00] Speaker 2: When Jesus arrived, his manifesto was clear. I've come from
[1:12:05] Speaker 2: heaven to bring reconciliation. And for the rest of my stay,
[1:12:09] Speaker 2: I will sojourn.
[1:12:10] Speaker 1: Advocating the Father's agenda.
[1:12:13] Speaker 2: He stood up for to read in Luke chapter 4.
[1:12:16] Speaker 2: And they brought to him the scroll of Isaiah. And
[1:12:18] Speaker 2: without missing words. He said the spirit of the Lord
[1:12:20] Speaker 2: is upon me. Recited the manifesto of his arrival. And
[1:12:24] Speaker 2: from that time there was no distraction whatsoever. There were
[1:12:28] Speaker 2: many wonderful things Jesus would have done. But he was
[1:12:31] Speaker 2: limited to what branded him. Men do not buy products.
[1:12:39] Speaker 2: They buy perceptions. They buy perceptions. That is the reason
[1:12:45] Speaker 2: why people can buy things that are not profitable to them, but.
[1:12:48] Speaker 1: Because it carried a perception of value.
[1:12:55] Speaker 2: If I carry a particular drink and I peel away the,
[1:13:01] Speaker 2: what they call it now, the wrap, and I tell
[1:13:04] Speaker 2: you to buy it at that amount, you will not
[1:13:07] Speaker 2: buy it again, just because I removed something. For someone,
[1:13:11] Speaker 2: God is telling you, go back and put your ministry,
[1:13:13] Speaker 2: your organization in order.
[1:13:15] Speaker 1: Define your activities. Does it reflect your call?
[1:13:21] Speaker 2: If you are meeting me for the first time, what
[1:13:24] Speaker 2: can you say about me? It doesn't matter whether you
[1:13:26] Speaker 2: meet me in a wedding ceremony, in a burial, or
[1:13:29] Speaker 2: on stage. Everything around me should speak to what I represent.
[1:13:36] Speaker 1: Are we together?
[1:13:37] Speaker 2: So if you are a tailor and what you are
[1:13:39] Speaker 2: wearing is not correct, and you are saying God knows,
[1:13:44] Speaker 2: it's only God that knows you are a good tailor.
[1:13:46] Speaker 2: Those who need you do not know you are a
[1:13:48] Speaker 2: good tailor. It is your assignment to make them know.
[1:13:51] Speaker 2: I'm sorry, but I hope I'm not wasting your time.
[1:13:53] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. You must be in defense.
[1:14:03] Speaker 2: The Bible calls everybody must be a fanatic of their vision.
[1:14:07] Speaker 2: What they are called to do. When you come for koinonia,
[1:14:14] Speaker 2: there are certain things you must experience. From the gate,
[1:14:18] Speaker 2: the atmosphere, the ambience, the way the service was designed.
[1:14:22] Speaker 2: It was designed to do specific things.
[1:14:25] Speaker 1: Not everything. Specific things. And rating whether we have done
[1:14:30] Speaker 1: well or not is number.
[1:14:32] Speaker 2: One, based on the truthfulness and the spirituality of the impact.
[1:14:35] Speaker 2: But number two, the compliancy and the consistency. So if
[1:14:40] Speaker 2: I rebuke someone as a worker, I'm rebuking the person
[1:14:43] Speaker 2: with respect to the standard created.
[1:14:46] Speaker 1: Are we together now? If you are supposed to be
[1:14:49] Speaker 1: hospitable and you default, you earn a rebuke for yourself.
[1:14:53] Speaker 2: It doesn't matter whether I love you or not. Because
[1:14:56] Speaker 2: you have defaulted, there is a reference. Many parents with
[1:15:03] Speaker 2: all due respect do not have a system for training
[1:15:06] Speaker 2: their children. They just discover one loves God, another one
[1:15:09] Speaker 2: is a criminal, another one is less as fair about
[1:15:11] Speaker 2: the things of God. And then they just lay claim.
[1:15:14] Speaker 2: There was no system for prayer. There was no system
[1:15:17] Speaker 2: for Bible study. Every time they call for prayer, it's
[1:15:20] Speaker 2: an emergency. Either daddy's money is locked up somewhere and
[1:15:23] Speaker 2: he wants the thing to come down fast. Then an
[1:15:26] Speaker 2: emergency prayer is called. So the children do not know
[1:15:30] Speaker 2: that prayer is part of the growth process of an individual.
[1:15:33] Speaker 2: Versus a family where right from infancy, the children are praying.
[1:15:38] Speaker 2: A system supervised by the father himself. The children may
[1:15:43] Speaker 2: not know what they are doing, but they are being
[1:15:44] Speaker 2: immersed in the system. Train up a child in the
[1:15:47] Speaker 2: way he should go. So the first thing you need
[1:15:49] Speaker 2: is to put together the way he should go. Then
[1:15:51] Speaker 2: you bring the child into that system.
[1:15:55] Speaker 1: Are we together? I will never run anything by luck.
[1:15:59] Speaker 2: When God began to grant us grace to hold conferences
[1:16:02] Speaker 2: across the globe, I went to settle down to study
[1:16:05] Speaker 2: what models are.
[1:16:06] Speaker 1: Available for an exceptional conference.
[1:16:09] Speaker 2: How do you gather tens of thousands of people across
[1:16:11] Speaker 2: several nations and you are here? Right now, with all
[1:16:14] Speaker 2: due respect, whilst we're here, there's preparation.
[1:16:17] Speaker 1: Going for all of our conferences in US, Canada.
[1:16:21] Speaker 2: UK, all at the same time. And I've not traveled
[1:16:23] Speaker 2: to go and see anything. The power of systems. The
[1:16:26] Speaker 2: first day I will be entering that auditorium will be
[1:16:29] Speaker 2: the day of the conference. And yet I have confidence
[1:16:31] Speaker 2: that nothing will fail.
[1:16:32] Speaker 1: That's how powerful systems are. Otherwise, as a man of God,
[1:16:38] Speaker 1: you would die of heart attack.
[1:16:41] Speaker 2: You would suspect everybody and say, okay, that 10,000 that was, how.
[1:16:44] Speaker 1: Are we sure it arrived? Let me see it. You
[1:16:47] Speaker 1: don't have that energy.
[1:16:48] Speaker 2: 24 hours was given to do what is pro-destiny. You
[1:16:52] Speaker 2: cannot be involved doing everybody's assignment.
[1:16:56] Speaker 1: The power of systems. How do you get people to
[1:17:00] Speaker 1: do what you are doing?
[1:17:02] Speaker 2: If God gives you an assignment now to go and
[1:17:05] Speaker 2: establish a hospital in your village, do you understand the
[1:17:08] Speaker 2: system to build it? And where you do not know
[1:17:11] Speaker 2: the system, do you have the relationships you can leverage on?
[1:17:14] Speaker 2: Because relationships are part of system building. You are as
[1:17:18] Speaker 2: powerful as the relationships that support you. No nation fights
[1:17:22] Speaker 2: without verifying their allies.
[1:17:26] Speaker 1: You see that now.
[1:17:27] Speaker 2: Even America, as one of the most powerful nations, before
[1:17:30] Speaker 2: they fight, they have to verify that their allies will
[1:17:33] Speaker 2: stand with them.
[1:17:38] Speaker 1: Let me give you three assignments. Number one. Go and study,
[1:17:43] Speaker 1: define the area God has called you. Define it.
[1:17:48] Speaker 2: Don't assume. Don't say I've been called to preach the gospel.
[1:17:51] Speaker 2: You are right, but you are wrong. The great commission
[1:17:53] Speaker 2: is everybody's assignment.
[1:17:55] Speaker 1: It's not unique to you. Define what part of that
[1:17:58] Speaker 1: great commission was given to you. Define it.
[1:18:03] Speaker 2: Number two, build strategic relationships that become investments for your advancement.
[1:18:12] Speaker 1: If you do not know how to do anything at all.
[1:18:15] Speaker 2: In this life, spend the remaining part of this year
[1:18:19] Speaker 2: building strategic relationships.
[1:18:21] Speaker 1: Who likes you matters. You've heard me say it. In
[1:18:25] Speaker 1: this kingdom, who hates you does not matter. But who
[1:18:28] Speaker 1: likes you matters. Even Satan is not hated by everybody.
[1:18:32] Speaker 1: There are people who like Satan. Terrorists have wives. Hello?
[1:18:38] Speaker 2: So if everybody hates you, there is a unique problem
[1:18:41] Speaker 2: with you. God designed it such that everybody cannot hate you.
[1:18:46] Speaker 1: The devil as the devil is loved by people. Not
[1:18:50] Speaker 1: in ignorance.
[1:18:53] Speaker 2: Jesus as loving and compassionate is hated by others. Don't
[1:18:58] Speaker 2: mind those who hate you. But pray that the right
[1:19:01] Speaker 2: people like you. Because one person who loves you can
[1:19:04] Speaker 2: hold your hand and distill knowledge. Knowledge that he spent
[1:19:10] Speaker 2: 10 years. I have benefited from the intelligence and the
[1:19:13] Speaker 2: sacrifice and the.
[1:19:14] Speaker 1: Scars of people.
[1:19:15] Speaker 2: In 10 minutes, I received knowledge that defined the next
[1:19:19] Speaker 2: decade of my life and in ministry.
[1:19:23] Speaker 1: Let me ask you a question.
[1:19:25] Speaker 2: Is there somebody in your life today who can be
[1:19:27] Speaker 2: there for you when you need them? Without you begging them,
[1:19:32] Speaker 2: without you buying them, without you manipulating them. Does someone
[1:19:36] Speaker 2: love you enough to think your life is worth their commitment,
[1:19:40] Speaker 2: their attention?
[1:19:42] Speaker 1: If the answer is no, let this be.
[1:19:44] Speaker 2: Your project from this leader's training. You can build your
[1:19:49] Speaker 2: product and be alone.
[1:19:50] Speaker 1: You will still fail.
[1:19:52] Speaker 2: You need men. Business is about men. Everything is about men.
[1:19:56] Speaker 2: Transactions is about men. Kill every man on earth and
[1:20:00] Speaker 2: open all the banks and the safe. The money will
[1:20:02] Speaker 2: do you no good. What gives value to money is men.
[1:20:05] Speaker 2: When I learned this, I stopped wasting my time on things.
[1:20:08] Speaker 2: You are as powerful not as powerful. As the things
[1:20:11] Speaker 2: you acquire. But the men who stand with you. It
[1:20:14] Speaker 2: is men that give value to things. Businessman let me
[1:20:17] Speaker 2: remind you again. It is men that give value to things.
[1:20:21] Speaker 2: One man can endorse your business. And beyond your mental
[1:20:26] Speaker 2: capacity you will rise. In an unfair way. It will
[1:20:29] Speaker 2: be clear. And Africa is so great. Because we are
[1:20:34] Speaker 2: a people who value relationships. One man can tell you
[1:20:38] Speaker 2: help this person. And even though you don't know the person,
[1:20:41] Speaker 2: on account of that one person, you can lift that person.
[1:20:44] Speaker 1: Truly, in Africa, the race is not to the swift.
[1:20:47] Speaker 1: The battle is not to the strong. Hallelujah.
[1:20:54] Speaker 2: I have risen today not just because of grace. It's
[1:20:57] Speaker 2: been a product of the endorsement, the goodwill of many
[1:21:00] Speaker 2: strategic and sincere people.
[1:21:03] Speaker 1: The gates of certain nations were opened.
[1:21:06] Speaker 2: At an executive level because of who introduced me to
[1:21:10] Speaker 2: the nation. Not just because before I was introduced to
[1:21:14] Speaker 2: those nations, people were listening to me. But because of
[1:21:17] Speaker 2: the caliber of the people who introduced me. I came
[1:21:22] Speaker 2: into those nations with honor and with grace.
[1:21:26] Speaker 1: It does not just matter what you sell. It matters
[1:21:28] Speaker 1: who speaks for you. It matters who speaks for you.
[1:21:37] Speaker 1: Thank you, Jesus.
[1:21:38] Speaker 2: It matters who speaks for you. You see that there
[1:21:42] Speaker 2: are so many things to say. My apologies. There are
[1:21:48] Speaker 2: two ways to prosper financially. Let me wrap up there.
[1:21:54] Speaker 2: And I do not downplay the intelligence of the vast resources,
[1:21:59] Speaker 2: business resources we have in this place. There are people
[1:22:03] Speaker 2: who are graced and gifted in that capacity beyond what
[1:22:08] Speaker 2: I will know. So I do not claim to speak
[1:22:11] Speaker 2: from a standpoint of intellectual mastery. But I can tell
[1:22:14] Speaker 2: you that there are a few things that when you handle,
[1:22:17] Speaker 2: the results show. Just two keys. And then we'll wrap
[1:22:22] Speaker 2: up for now. This money thing has caused a lot
[1:22:28] Speaker 2: of problems for people. There are people who are depressed today.
[1:22:32] Speaker 2: Money made them so. There are people who have lied
[1:22:35] Speaker 2: to their wives and husbands today. Money made them so.
[1:22:39] Speaker 2: There are people today who are going to hell. Money
[1:22:41] Speaker 2: is what is escorting them to hell. There are many
[1:22:45] Speaker 2: programs of the kingdom today that cannot thrive because of
[1:22:49] Speaker 2: Only God knows what it costs to put a conference
[1:22:52] Speaker 2: like this together. By privilege of leadership and what I do,
[1:22:56] Speaker 2: sometimes I nod my head and I say, any man
[1:22:59] Speaker 2: that God does not help, you will either compromise or
[1:23:02] Speaker 2: you will die.
[1:23:04] Speaker 1: That is the truth.
[1:23:05] Speaker 2: I'm telling you with biblical honesty. There are certain helps
[1:23:11] Speaker 2: if you don't receive from God, you will either compromise
[1:23:15] Speaker 2: at the detriment of your integrity, Or you'll be on
[1:23:17] Speaker 2: your way to hell. Lack of money will make you
[1:23:20] Speaker 2: do three things. You will steal. You will lie.
[1:23:24] Speaker 1: Stealing is related to poverty.
[1:23:27] Speaker 2: Lying is related to poverty.
[1:23:29] Speaker 1: Are we together? You will steal. You will lie. There
[1:23:33] Speaker 1: are many other things. You will worry. You will compromise
[1:23:36] Speaker 1: on your integrity. And do it again and again.
[1:23:43] Speaker 2: When God wants to increase a man, God does not
[1:23:46] Speaker 2: give the man ideas first. God helps the man to
[1:23:50] Speaker 2: understand his ways.
[1:23:52] Speaker 1: I just spoke to you about the power of systems.
[1:23:54] Speaker 2: A great and loving God will not put inhabitants in
[1:23:58] Speaker 2: the earth and allow people to freelance their way into abundance.
[1:24:02] Speaker 2: That does not look like a God of love. There
[1:24:05] Speaker 2: must be a system that has been put in place.
[1:24:08] Speaker 2: Please listen to me. We're wrapping up. My life would
[1:24:12] Speaker 2: change in 2007 by The number of visions God granted
[1:24:19] Speaker 2: me an encounter. And I began to study on finances.
[1:24:22] Speaker 2: Even relating to my life and relating to ministry. Because
[1:24:27] Speaker 2: I didn't want to do ministry, telling lies, manipulating people.
[1:24:32] Speaker 2: And I knew the kind of call God had given me.
[1:24:35] Speaker 2: And this call would.
[1:24:35] Speaker 1: Require a lot of money. A lot of money. A
[1:24:39] Speaker 1: lot of money.
[1:24:40] Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, you have no idea how much an
[1:24:43] Speaker 2: average pastor spends running one service.
[1:24:48] Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
[1:24:53] Speaker 2: You get into doing projects with the millions and the
[1:24:56] Speaker 2: billions and your integrity should be kept. And you are
[1:24:59] Speaker 2: not supposed to harass people. Don't keep quiet over the
[1:25:01] Speaker 2: issue of money. Be open about it and learn it.
[1:25:04] Speaker 2: Don't live in denial. You will pay the price. You
[1:25:08] Speaker 2: live in denial, it will catch up with you one day.
[1:25:10] Speaker 2: I guarantee you. Except you don't love Jesus. One day
[1:25:14] Speaker 2: it will catch up with you. And when we talk
[1:25:16] Speaker 2: about wealth with respect to the kingdom, We're not just
[1:25:20] Speaker 2: talking of having.
[1:25:20] Speaker 1: Your house, your car. No, your self is too small
[1:25:24] Speaker 1: for that agenda.
[1:25:26] Speaker 2: The purposes of God is bigger than our individual self.
[1:25:29] Speaker 2: We're talking of being empowered for the purpose of the kingdom.
[1:25:34] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. There are two ways money comes. Number one, value. Value.
[1:25:42] Speaker 2: Every time you see money come into the life of
[1:25:45] Speaker 2: a man, it comes in honor to value.
[1:25:49] Speaker 1: Value that is needed and useful.
[1:25:52] Speaker 2: Please write that down. There are many people who believe
[1:25:55] Speaker 2: they are valuable. If I don't need what you carry,
[1:25:58] Speaker 2: I will not pay you for it. Even though what
[1:26:00] Speaker 2: you are carrying is important. It must be important to me.
[1:26:03] Speaker 2: Your value must not just be available. It must be
[1:26:06] Speaker 2: needed and useful within the context of a civilization.
[1:26:12] Speaker 1: Value.
[1:26:13] Speaker 2: Number two, favor. If you don't believe in favor, good luck.
[1:26:21] Speaker 2: I don't have much to tell you. I will meet
[1:26:24] Speaker 2: you after 10 years of your life and leadership and
[1:26:28] Speaker 2: I'll be willing to guide you back to repentance as
[1:26:32] Speaker 2: you rediscover the harsh reality of living in today's world
[1:26:37] Speaker 2: without the favor of God.
[1:26:41] Speaker 1: There are some things value cannot do. It takes favor.
[1:26:47] Speaker 2: When God wants to accelerate you, he connects Lot to Abraham.
[1:26:54] Speaker 2: Lot was not a businessman. He just was connected to
[1:26:57] Speaker 2: a man God was blessing. There are many ways to prosper.
[1:27:02] Speaker 2: You can prosper of transacting your value, but you can
[1:27:05] Speaker 2: prosper of the favor that comes through relationships. There are
[1:27:09] Speaker 2: many dynamics with that may not be discussed here, but
[1:27:13] Speaker 2: it is sufficient for you to know that if you
[1:27:15] Speaker 2: ever touch your pocket and it is empty, if you
[1:27:18] Speaker 2: ever touch your account and.
[1:27:19] Speaker 1: It is empty, let me diagnose it for you.
[1:27:22] Speaker 2: Number one, your value is not being needed and useful
[1:27:26] Speaker 2: or you are not transacting it intelligently to a targeted
[1:27:30] Speaker 2: consumer base. This is what we call business. Business is
[1:27:34] Speaker 2: not just the art of selling. Business is the art
[1:27:36] Speaker 2: of selling to those who can recognize, appreciate, and reward
[1:27:41] Speaker 2: that value. Most people say business is about selling.
[1:27:44] Speaker 1: I don't agree. Well, I agree, but I disagree. Not
[1:27:48] Speaker 1: everybody has what it takes to appreciate the value you carry.
[1:27:52] Speaker 2: If I'm not hungry and you are selling food, your
[1:27:54] Speaker 2: food is right, but you will still be poor with
[1:27:56] Speaker 2: respect to my patronage. Your value must be needed and
[1:28:01] Speaker 2: useful to me. I must be willing to recognize. This
[1:28:05] Speaker 2: is why I'm going to pray a prayer for you
[1:28:07] Speaker 2: as we wrap up. That God will relocate you to
[1:28:10] Speaker 2: those who have the eyes to see what you carry.
[1:28:13] Speaker 2: There are many of you who are gifted but your
[1:28:16] Speaker 2: audience is a wrong audience. You are shouting to people
[1:28:20] Speaker 2: who have no past. It is a terrible thing to
[1:28:23] Speaker 2: be in the midst of people who have no recognition
[1:28:25] Speaker 2: of what you carry. Shame and disgrace and dishonor is
[1:28:29] Speaker 2: what trails you, even though you are gifted. Joseph interpreted
[1:28:33] Speaker 2: three people's dreams. Two of them did not have the
[1:28:36] Speaker 2: power to help him. But when the king dreamt, the
[1:28:39] Speaker 2: same man... with the same gift became a prime minister.
[1:28:43] Speaker 2: It matters who you interpret, whose dream you are interpreting.
[1:28:47] Speaker 2: Many of you are selling great things, but to people
[1:28:49] Speaker 2: who only have the ability to admire what you carry,
[1:28:54] Speaker 2: but not to reward you. This is one thing God
[1:28:59] Speaker 2: helped me do. And it is the spirit of God
[1:29:01] Speaker 2: who guides you. There are many preachers today. Some of
[1:29:05] Speaker 2: you seated here. If the right people hear your sermon,
[1:29:08] Speaker 2: you will never be where you are again.
[1:29:12] Speaker 1: I have met preachers. I have met prophets. I have
[1:29:17] Speaker 1: met great people in my life.
[1:29:18] Speaker 2: And sometimes when I listen to them out of compassion, I.
[1:29:22] Speaker 1: Say, my God, why is the world not hearing this person?
[1:29:25] Speaker 1: I have met preachers. I have met musicians.
[1:29:27] Speaker 2: I have met worship ministers. Now, by God's grace, I've
[1:29:32] Speaker 2: met a lot of people, but I've met.
[1:29:33] Speaker 1: Some you do not know.
[1:29:35] Speaker 2: And when they sang, I was almost saying, look, let
[1:29:38] Speaker 2: me carry you and come and tell the world.
[1:29:39] Speaker 1: Listen to this person. And yet they are still there.
[1:29:43] Speaker 2: The graceful visibility is when God puts you to the
[1:29:46] Speaker 2: right audience. Listen to me because I'm going to speak
[1:29:49] Speaker 2: it to your life. There are many gifted people today.
[1:29:53] Speaker 2: They should not beg with the kind of.
[1:29:55] Speaker 1: Value they carry. The right people. I know men of
[1:30:00] Speaker 1: God who are being helped by God today because God
[1:30:03] Speaker 1: sent them to sincere people who became sons of consolation.
[1:30:08] Speaker 2: They helped them and communicated such spiritual value and the
[1:30:12] Speaker 2: people say your assignment is my assignment. And single-handedly they
[1:30:17] Speaker 2: ease off that burden of pain and the people can
[1:30:20] Speaker 2: focus on serving God. My life today is a product
[1:30:23] Speaker 2: of the help of many people. The help of many people.
[1:30:27] Speaker 2: God brought strategic people to my life. God placed an
[1:30:32] Speaker 2: audience before me.
[1:30:33] Speaker 1: By his grace and by his spirit. That when they
[1:30:36] Speaker 1: heard me. They said this is the person we are
[1:30:38] Speaker 1: willing to invest our lives over. Oh rest on me.
[1:30:47] Speaker 1: Oh rest on me.
[1:30:55] Speaker 3: Rest on me Spirit of wisdom Rest on me.
[1:31:04] Speaker 1: Rest on me Rest on me.
[1:31:14] Speaker 3: Rest on me Spirit of wisdom.
[1:31:20] Speaker 2: Hallelujah Let me speak over your life. If you're a
[1:31:32] Speaker 2: businessman here, please listen and open up your heart. We
[1:31:39] Speaker 2: do these things as touching the grace that God has provided.
[1:31:41] Speaker 2: You're a man of God.
[1:31:44] Speaker 1: God is helping. Do ministry with integrity.
[1:31:47] Speaker 2: Don't get into compromises just because you are looking for advancement, likes, follows.
[1:31:54] Speaker 1: Leave all those things and stay with God. Learn some
[1:31:57] Speaker 1: of the things you've learned now.
[1:31:59] Speaker 2: If there is anything I want you to leave this
[1:32:01] Speaker 2: place with, it's the value of strategic relationships. My spirit
[1:32:09] Speaker 2: is boiling with some things I would have wanted you
[1:32:11] Speaker 2: to hear. We don't rise by luck. There are things
[1:32:19] Speaker 2: when you handle, there is nothing the devil can do
[1:32:22] Speaker 2: about it.
[1:32:23] Speaker 1: I want you to believe.
[1:32:24] Speaker 2: You see, the grace to make it happen comes from God.
[1:32:31] Speaker 2: But building the intelligence that justifies the grace is your assignment.
[1:32:37] Speaker 2: While you are waiting for the grace to arrive, your
[1:32:39] Speaker 2: assignment is to build the mentality and the intelligence. The
[1:32:43] Speaker 2: value of the anointing is when it comes upon a
[1:32:45] Speaker 2: mind that is transformed. When the anointing does not come
[1:32:49] Speaker 2: upon a transformed mind, it loses its potency in the
[1:32:53] Speaker 2: presence of a mind that is ill-transformed. This is the
[1:32:57] Speaker 2: reason why impartation only has value when the word precedes it.
[1:33:01] Speaker 2: It corrects your understanding. Then the grace can rest. Now
[1:33:06] Speaker 2: a good job would have been done. It is not
[1:33:10] Speaker 2: a very difficult thing to rise. I will tell you sincerely.
[1:33:13] Speaker 2: The Bible says the labor of the fool wearied every
[1:33:15] Speaker 2: one of them because he knoweth not how to go
[1:33:18] Speaker 2: to the city. This finance thing you see, there is
[1:33:22] Speaker 2: a way out of it. I want you to listen
[1:33:25] Speaker 2: to me. Without compromise, there is a way out of it.
[1:33:28] Speaker 2: If you are guessing, you are wrong. You don't guess
[1:33:32] Speaker 2: how to grow. You don't guess how to give birth.
[1:33:35] Speaker 2: You don't guess how to treat a patient. There are
[1:33:38] Speaker 2: people called consultants. As have hazard as the human body looks,
[1:33:43] Speaker 2: science has been able to bring a level of predictability
[1:33:45] Speaker 2: to treatment. They use robotics now to do surgeries. That
[1:33:50] Speaker 2: is how accurate it can be.
[1:33:52] Speaker 1: Once upon a.
[1:33:53] Speaker 2: Time, people would just say, well, let's just, if God
[1:33:56] Speaker 2: brings a boy or God brings a girl. But now,
[1:34:00] Speaker 2: science has gone so much, there is gender selection. There
[1:34:03] Speaker 2: is gene selection. Science has demystified some of the things
[1:34:08] Speaker 2: that we just left all to the spirit realm. Your
[1:34:11] Speaker 2: life can be that predictable. The haziness around the subject
[1:34:16] Speaker 2: of finance is because there are few people who have
[1:34:18] Speaker 2: studied it. The whole finance is full of arrogance. It's
[1:34:23] Speaker 2: the reason why there is no learning. Because everybody is
[1:34:27] Speaker 2: claiming once you can eat, people believe they are prosperous.
[1:34:30] Speaker 1: No. No.
[1:34:32] Speaker 2: Prosperity, genuine blessing is more than the ability to eat
[1:34:37] Speaker 2: or having a few millions in your account. There is
[1:34:39] Speaker 2: a dynamic that when you understand, you can transfer to
[1:34:42] Speaker 2: your children. You see, so the disinterest and then because
[1:34:46] Speaker 2: of the abuses, unfortunately, that have happened around the body
[1:34:49] Speaker 2: of Christ, exaggerations leading to manipulations, canality. So in order
[1:34:55] Speaker 2: to manage it, there are people who just threw away
[1:34:57] Speaker 2: the subject completely.
[1:34:58] Speaker 1: It is wrong. If we throw away this, our children's
[1:35:02] Speaker 1: children will suffer. I tell you this. I made up
[1:35:06] Speaker 1: my mind that some things will stop from me forever.
[1:35:10] Speaker 2: I have served God better being helped by God financially
[1:35:13] Speaker 2: than otherwise.
[1:35:15] Speaker 1: Because I have the convenience to do many things.
[1:35:17] Speaker 2: It is easy to remain with integrity when you have
[1:35:20] Speaker 2: the resources to defend your convictions. When you do not
[1:35:25] Speaker 2: have the resources to defend your convictions, you will compromise
[1:35:28] Speaker 2: because you are the mercy of.
[1:35:29] Speaker 1: Systems and structures. You can stand even if you are alone.
[1:35:34] Speaker 2: The resources, the wherewithal to defend your love for Jesus
[1:35:38] Speaker 2: is there.
[1:35:40] Speaker 1: Please, I want you to pray one prayer. Father, it's
[1:35:43] Speaker 1: time to rise. It's time to rise in ministry.
[1:35:47] Speaker 2: While you are praying, I'd like you to see your ministry,
[1:35:50] Speaker 2: see your business shifting to another level.
[1:35:53] Speaker 1: Not by luck, not by chance. Upon the abundance of light.
[1:36:03] Speaker 1: Please pray. Whether you are just starting ministry, business, leadership.
[1:36:08] Speaker 2: Whether God has strengthened you to a measure. There is
[1:36:11] Speaker 2: always room for us to rise. Take a minute we
[1:36:19] Speaker 2: are wrapping up.
[1:36:23] Speaker 6: I assure you this experience is worth your time Worth
[1:36:26] Speaker 6: your sacrifice.
[1:36:31] Speaker 2: In Jesus name In Jesus name Please look at me
[1:36:36] Speaker 2: Do you think you are going to be happier And
[1:36:40] Speaker 2: you will And you will be a better Christian If
[1:36:42] Speaker 2: you go forward Be honest.
[1:36:46] Speaker 1: Do you think so?
[1:36:47] Speaker 2: Do you think that when you are able to impact
[1:36:49] Speaker 2: more people for Jesus, whether in business or ministry, psychologists
[1:36:54] Speaker 2: teach us that the singular reason for happiness is progress.
[1:37:02] Speaker 2: That people only feel happy and fulfilled to the degree
[1:37:05] Speaker 2: to which they feel that they are making constructive advancement
[1:37:09] Speaker 2: is the reason why we hate delay and stagnation.
[1:37:13] Speaker 1: Because it's a statement from your destiny to you. That
[1:37:16] Speaker 1: you are not moving forward. Anything you keep in one
[1:37:20] Speaker 1: place starts dying. Is that true?
[1:37:26] Speaker 2: Everything that has kept you down. That will not allow
[1:37:29] Speaker 2: you to make progress. I stand in partnership with the
[1:37:33] Speaker 2: grace upon God's prophet in this house. And in the
[1:37:36] Speaker 2: name of Jesus the son of the living God. I
[1:37:39] Speaker 2: shift you to a new level. In ministry I shift
[1:37:45] Speaker 2: you to a new level. In business I shift you
[1:37:49] Speaker 2: to a new level. By the power of the Holy Ghost.
[1:37:54] Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus Christ.
[1:37:57] Speaker 1: Hear me.
[1:37:59] Speaker 2: Everything that has stagnated your destiny. You're a man of God.
[1:38:02] Speaker 1: You came here.
[1:38:03] Speaker 2: You are sincere. But you've exhausted your knowledge. And nothing
[1:38:07] Speaker 2: is working. Not increasing membership. Not word impact. Not results
[1:38:13] Speaker 2: coming from ministry. I strengthen your hands by the spirit.
[1:38:17] Speaker 2: From tonight. In the name of Jesus Christ. May you
[1:38:21] Speaker 2: rise and begin to do much for the kingdom. hear
[1:38:25] Speaker 2: me every business here that is dying is in need
[1:38:29] Speaker 2: of a relationship beyond an idea did you hear what
[1:38:32] Speaker 2: i said every business that is not doing well your
[1:38:36] Speaker 2: bailout system is not just an idea ideas are at
[1:38:40] Speaker 2: the mercy of the men that support and promote them
[1:38:43] Speaker 2: ideas are useless if it's a loan The same way
[1:38:48] Speaker 2: the seed is useless in the man until the woman comes.
[1:38:52] Speaker 2: That is when fertilization happens. And the woman's womb is
[1:38:55] Speaker 2: useless until the.
[1:38:57] Speaker 1: It takes a union.
[1:38:58] Speaker 2: Be fruitful means be relational. Nothing is fruitful in isolation. Therefore,
[1:39:03] Speaker 2: I pray for you. The strategic relationships that need to
[1:39:06] Speaker 2: connect to your vision in this season for your growth
[1:39:11] Speaker 2: and for your acceleration.
[1:39:13] Speaker 1: May it rest upon you now. May God connect.
[1:39:17] Speaker 6: You to strategic people. Strategic people in Lagos. Strategic people
[1:39:22] Speaker 6: in Nigeria. Strategic people across the globe. In the name
[1:39:27] Speaker 6: of Jesus.
[1:39:29] Speaker 1: Hear me.
[1:39:32] Speaker 2: Everyone who has spoken to the ears of your helpers.
[1:39:37] Speaker 2: And has made them to turn against you. Because before
